Item arrived in a beat up box. No issue they are heavy weights (without heavy tag) so I expected they could get dropped if someone picked them up & didn’t realize it was a heavy item. These weights are used!! What the heck??? I picked these up from the ups store the other week & just opened the box. I didn’t have to do too much opening as someone else had already opened the box & sent them back. The inner boxes weren’t even taped & the styrofoam has cut marks. The weights are not even in the plastic, it’s just folded down around the weights. I picked one up to try the slide & weigh adjustment and my palm started itching afterwards. We are in the mist of a pandemic & I’ve been sent used weights when I paid for new ones. I shudder to think…Just ewwwUpdate: 1 star to 10 stars. What a phenomenal company!! I reached out to Lifepro, they were so gracious to send me a label to send the old set back and they sent out a new one. The set arrived and they even reached out to ensure I was happy with the new set. This is customer service at its best! I’m am so thankful for my wonderful new set!

I am a 61 y/o female making lifestyle changes. I received the PowerFlow X as a gift & was slightly apprehensive because I have never used free weights. Although it looks like many other adjustable weights you can find, there really is NO COMPARISON. Sturdy, quick & easy to adjust the weight, fits nicely in my very small hands with a good grip feel and takes up little space for the number of weight selection you will have (5 to 55pounds). What impresses me with LifePro is all the “perks” that come with the dumbbell! First, a lifetime warranty (where do you find that anymore?), a full body workout poster, online VIP group and extensive library of workout videos. I found a beginners upper body dumbbell workout and felt very confident that I was using proper technique. The workout was amazing! I purchased a set of these adjustable dumbbells and have been extremely satisfied with their performance. The ability to easily adjust the weight of the dumbbells has been a game-changer for my workouts. I no longer have to fuss with multiple sets of dumbbells or take up space with a bunch of fixed weight dumbbells.The construction of the dumbbells is also top-notch. They feel solid and durable, and I have no concerns about them breaking or malfunctioning. The adjustment mechanism is smooth and easy to use, allowing me to quickly switch between weights during my workouts. Pros: I like the grip, and they are REALLY easy to adjust/use which is awesome.Cons: They roll unless you set them down on the flat part, and if you do any kind of plank/weight work where you put all your weight into the dumbells while they’re in your hands.. they will probably destroy your workout mat over time because of how much pressure is going onto one thin edge.Also: the plates are not accurately weighted.I was hoping to get rid of all my random hand weights and just have these – especially since I live in a small space.The bummer for me is that they weigh a bit less than they say they do.So I’ve been working out with these 5lb and 10lb dumbells and was hoping to get rid of them and just use these but I felt the difference right away and got my scale out to see if I was crazy or not.If this doesn’t seem like it would bother you.. like maybe you’re like “close enough and I’m just going to keep increasing the weight anyway…” then I would go ahead and get these over the name brand ones. They’re put together well and do the job.But if you are looking for exact weights these are not it. I am offering them to my brother to avoid having to return them.. but if he doesn’t want them either I am probably going to have to return.

I’m a little over one month using these adjustable weights. The quality seems to be good thus far without any issues. There are a couple things to consider before selecting these weights. First, they are a little long in length which does at times interfere with exercises like a supine bench press or deadlift where I have to be careful to avoid clanging them together. Next, considering that the actual weight covers only two-thirds of the handle, you do need to rotate the handle, especially for doing an exercise like the supine press. I have wondered if a hex or circular adjustable weight may alleviate this issue but I haven’t tried them. It’s not a huge problem, but does make these feel different than a traditional dumbbell. Finally, the adjustable pin can sometimes be a little tricky to line up in the correct spot, there are times I have to adjust it back and forth a few times to get it to line up. The tray is so-so. As noted, I am happy with these overall, but a few things keep them from getting a 5 star review.

I love life pro products. They are well made and I love the lifetime warranty. This system is well made and sturdy. I like the convenience of having several weights consolidated into one system. Here are the Pro’s and Con’sThe pro’s are it is made very well and you can do a lot of exercises with this system from dumbbell to barbell (squats, good morning lifts, etc), to kettle bell swings.The cons is make sure the dial is on zero weight when trying to switch from the different weight stations (I.e. dumbbell to bar bell) it jammed on me because I wasn’t paying attention 🤦🏻♀️. It’s an easy fix by using a screw driver and resetting it (You willFind that in the instruction booklet)The other con is I wish it came with 2 dumbbell sets instead of just one. I know for myself, I use 2 dumbbells in a lot of exercises for example tricep kick backs.Also, when searching for the best price, check out NiceShine and the LifePro website. I bought my vibration plate through LifePro website because it was at a better price at the time. I bought the LifePro weight system through NiceShine because they were having an introductory special. I do recommend this product because it is very well made. I just have to get use of the dial and make sure it’s on zero before I go on to the next equipment piece (I.e. kettlebell to dumbbell etc)You won’t be disappointed with the quality and I like how it’s consolidated so it doesn’t take up too much space.

I’m in love ❤️ my dreams have come true. I love kettle bells, but they are expensive and require different sizes. I have tried a handle before, but didn’t love the way that connected and how it felt in my hand.The 3-in-1 weightlifting system is perfect. I love the dumbbell, and the barbell part of the system, but for me the kettle bell sealed the deal. It will be perfect in combination with my vibration plate. I’m so ready for this to be more active again.I used to be so active, then I had some surgeries, went back to college full time ( while working full time) at an older age, then covid happened, and my activity level went down the hill and slowly gained weight, and went into menopause on top of that. Now I’m graduated and have more time, but hadn’t found the motivation.Since I received this system, and especially the kettle bell, I feel so excited to work out again. The weight is so easy to change, I go a little heavier with the swings, but need lighter for rows and presses and my workout continues to flow without having to stop Ling to make it lighter or heavier.

These are one of the best adjustable dumb bells on the market for the price IF you’re not into heavy weights (translation: Fitness, not body building). I personally have expensive adjustable dumb bells that were easily more than twice the price. Hint: they are square. Yes, they have more weight BUT the Life Pro are actually easier to adjust the weight. I bought the Life Pro’s for my grown daughter and had them sent to my house. I opened them for damage (there wasn’t any AND the box was pretty well beat up) and tried them just to be sure there wasn’t any damage. I was very pleasantly surprised how well they work. Again WELL worth the $$! Would buy again for sure

I wanted some adjustable dumbbells that I could use at home but I wanted it to go up to 50 lbs or more and these seemed like the best reviewed ones. I wasn’t disappointed and really like these since all you have to do to adjust the weight is place it in its base, lift the knob, and drag it to the preferred weight! I’ve had them for some time now and haven’t had any malfunction with them. I can hit all muscle groups with these dumbbells and use different weight for each exercise. I will say though they are longer than your average dumbbell but not too long where you can’t do a certain exercise. I can workout in a small area in my room and don’t have much trouble doing so. Something that would also be nice is for a 5 lb increase between each increment, rather than 10 lbs but other than that I really do love these dumbells!

First of all, when the mail person delivered the box, it was compact and thought they were missing another box. In the picture, you see a barbell, there is no way it would fit in a smaller box. I thought I was gonna get all the weights in the picture which is 43 x 5 but no, you only get 43 lbs worth of weight.After I unpacked it, and realized it’s not 3 different systems ready to go, I started putting it together and learning how it all works. With that said it is fairly easy to switch it around from dumbbell to barbell to kettlebell.The barbell is pretty sturdy after assembling it. The magnetic pins make it easy to switch the weights around.I would definitely recommend this for the price for a budget home gym. Now I actually have to put it to use 🙂

I came across these adjustable hand weights after buying the Lifepro Vibration Plate, and I didn’t even know these existed until then!!!They’re so convenient, easy to use and hold onto, especially for me and anyone who hasn’t lifted a weight in forever, or never!!!The Lifepro Adjustable Dumbbells Set of 2 | 5lb-25lb, you just move a lever, and it separates the weight on each side to make it a 5lb weight on up to a 25lb weight!!!That’s amazing!!!Easy to store too…I keep mine under my bed and grab it when I’m ready for my workout!!!Definitely recommend this guys!!!Never Stop Moving!!!

I am quick to judge, and just unboxed these from delivery. I spent a fair amt of time reviewing options, mostly by price & the number of active review. I settled on these, then the price SKYROCKETED and I was bummed, but the price dropped so I snatched them up.Now I bought these as a secondary set of weights, I already have a full set of dumb bells from 2-40, but I have PT exercises I need to do several times a day and now that I have to go back to the office I wanted to be able to do my workouts in my office, so I decided an adjustable set would be ideal.As much as my ego would have preferred the 5 10 15 20 25lb set, I haven’t touched anything heavier than my 8lb set at home in months due to injury so I think the 2.5 5 7.5 10 12.5 15lb is perfect for me currently and honestly will be good for a lot of my workouts even pre-injury especially if it’s only for a few workouts while I’m in the office, just do more reps if I somehow get to the point 15lbs is “light”The NOT SO GREAT side of these are the way you change the weight, I failed to watch the video and had only thought you twist the handle as you set the weights in, nope not so much – the two pins per dumb bell is a bit not easy, and as I see most reviews on other brands/styles the weights kind of cave in together so racking the handle isn’t super quick.So when thinking about using these for my typical follow-along YouTube workout videos, possibly a bit tricky with the little time in between sets to change weight if you can’t do the entire workout in a single weight. For me I’m rather impatient when it comes to things being inefficient and taking longer than they should.That being said, for the price I paid – I think I will try to make them work. If this was my main set I might return and buy the set that you twist to change weight, since they’re only about $20 more. If this was my main set of weights I would also really want to think of my future growth, seems you can’t really build on, there’s not a set that starts at the next highest # and goes up from there, so if you wanted to add on to the lower set you are also still buying some of the weights repeated in a sense….

The ease of changing load on each individual dumbel up to 15lbs is fantastic. It takes a little getting used to, but it is easy once you take a little time to familiarize yourself with the sliding pins.My only complaint is that the center of gravity is not perfectly centered axially on the weight. This makes it feel like someone is trying to twist the weight when you are curling it or trying to lift it.This isn’t necessarily completely a bad thing as it will train muscle stability when used.A tad pricy, but compact and convenient to use vs owning a lot of weights.

Now I have had these for about a year now and now for the past 4 months have been using them consistently. They are great for me. They have never broke on me or gotten stuck. They are great for beginners and long term for upper body. But with the 25lb ones you will definitely need to eventually get heavier weights for your lower body. I would recommend getting ones that go max to 50lb then starting off at 25lb but if you just want to start off with these ones I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love these space saving weight set for my home workouts! These are space saving. I can now go donate my 3 sets of weights from 5, 8 and 10 lbs, since my new adjustable set is 5-25lbs. The lever easily switches from 5-25 lbs in seconds! I was looking for adjustable sets prior to Prime Days. The dumbbells are pretty good for the price. They are nice weight, seem sturdy, and are better than expected for the price I paid. However, the weight adjuster on one of the weights seems to get stuck every now and then and it takes some force just to get it to move to the desired weight selection. I’ve WD-40’d it to help it loosen up but still have issues from time to time. A bit annoying but they still work so I can’t complain too much. 4/5 stars!

I love having these and with small spaces they are a great way to have numerous weights without multiple pairs of dumbbells. However I find them a little awkward to use and because my hands are small they are little difficult to grip and maneuver (they are longer than a traditional low weight dumbbell so they feel awkward) BUT for the benefit of multiple weights, I think they are worth it.

I use these almost every single day and I love them. They work really well. The knob to switch weights is sometimes a little tough to move but it said in the pamphlet to not force it so I just slide the opposite way and back and then it’ll work. I also am pretty gentle with them. I don’t drop them or do push ups on them. My only real complaint is that the end of the weights are protruding out too much that they get in the way of eachother doing things like shoulder presses. I have to work too hard to get them to not crash into eachother. But other than that, I still think they are a great product for the price. I would definitely buy them again.

I use these dumbells every morning! These are easy and adjust seamlessly, I wish there was an easier way to carry them but they work well. Know weird grease or smells and the plastic is durable. The adjustable knob is a little cheap but not a huge deal! These can take a beating for a the price. A good option for people just trying to get weights!

They do what they should but the slider mechanism is a little sticky between 15/20 on one dumbbell.. the weight sections have a plastic coating which one is already slightly chipped after first use (idk what happened there but frustrating for the price). They work for now and I’m excited to use them so I’ll keep them.. but if I had to buy a new set all over again I’d go with a different design.

Quality seems nice, slider function is smooth. It has good weight stops and not in the half pounds either like some other brands. The work out poster that came with it will be useful to get started especially for someone like me who does not know where to begin. Took one star off for grammatical and spelling errors on workout poster and in book and on website. That should be corrected in a company that wants to establish credibility in the workout market.

Easy to use. They are a little noisy as the plates move around a little bit. The weight also shifts a bit, which can be weird depending on the exercise. But the flexibility of being able to easily adjust the weight is great.

Like the weight adjustment that makes me trust the safety. Well made and well finished. Smooth surface on weights. Holding trays are stout enough. Would like rubber coated weights for home use. Liked flat weight bottoms to prevent rolling when used for pushups. Like weight ends that facilitate holding single dumbell at the ends for pullovers, etc..Edit: 1 week of use-dumbell ends are plastic with a metal end cap. 1 of the end caps is dented, I suspect from the dumbells coming together in a press.

I didn’t take a close look at how these worked before I purchased them but they’re pretty neat. You just select the weight you want on the knob and the right amount of weight automatically attaches to the weight and you just pull it out. Pretty cool. But they’re still a bit big and bulky than what I’d prefer but they’re good for my home workout.

Even my cat approves! These weights are great. Easy to swap out with a slide pin. Secure when in use but easy to swap weight. Takes seconds. I use them more than my home gym. Comfortable and capable. Definitely recommend them for amateurs and pros alike. I got them because they were reasonably priced and I was just starting out in this fitness journey. But they are one of my favorite purchases thus far!

I was initially happy with these adjustable dumbbells, but after just a few months, the adjuster mechanism stopped working. I reached out to the manufacturer, and they assured me a replacement would be sent. However, I later received an update stating the part was out of stock with no estimated restock date. Instead of honoring the replacement, they only offered a $20 refund, which doesn’t come close to the value of the faulty product. Disappointed in both the durability and customer service. Would not recommend.

It’s overpriced for this product. The base tray is made out of cheap plastic material. The adjustable switch is not easy to move back and forth. One time i had one of the weight plate falling off the dumbbell rack while doing the lifting, thankfully it didn’t land on head.

I purchased these in 2023 and now it’s 2025 and I write a new review. Would I purchase them again know about how they work No I honestly would not The one of the lock that slide to adjust the weights will slip sometimes and drop the plates out. The same lock also slips when you pull the weights up for curled and plates dropThe positive is I used them daily for 2 years and so they have had a lot of use and it not until lately has this started happening. Now I’m slowly buying free weight to replace these You choose, have weights up to 15# with one purchase or buy what you need and slowly add more as you need them.

These are perfect and exactly what I was looking for! Between these and my yoga mat I have no need to go to a gym! Love being able to keep these at my desk and be able to do some sets between work.They are high quality and easy to adjust. I’ve had no issues adjusting or lining up the weights to adjust either. And the extra weights that aren’t connected to the grip are also free and you can use the plates separately as well. This was a great investment !

These fit right in the middle – not cheap, but short of first-class. First couple weeks and glad we bought, no negatives. Definitely no ‘oily residue’ as noted by others – grips are good. Obviously saves space. Comes with a dumbbell training poster. FYI, if you are growth-oriented, 25 lbs will soon be easy… 🙂

The 15 pound weights are incredible, so I bought the 25 pound as well. Unfortunately, the 25 pound weights have a very distinct odor. It’s reminiscent of a surgical suite or postop room. Gross and definitely not what I want to smell when I’m with.

The build quality on these adjustable weights seems solid, and the locking mechanism seems much smarter than some that work by twisting the handle. I also appreciate how they are adjustable in2.5 lb increments rather than 5 lb. Yes, they’ll top out at a lower weight, but it’s totally suitable at this time for me, plus allows for other members of the household to exercise at their own levels of ability.

Recently, I received the Lifepro adjustable 25lb dumbbell set as a gift. They are exactly what I wanted. They are quick and easy to adjust. My wife appreciates that they are compact and can hideaway easily unlike a traditional set of dumbells up to 25lbs. I only wish that they made a heavier set that went up to 55lbs+.
