Love the mat. It works as described, water is bone dry within 5 minutes. Strangest thing is that my cats are obsessed with the stone mats! These cats nevee went into the bathroom without following a human. I have 5 cats. Momma (Mama Duchess) and Father cat (Cheetoh), and 3 babies (Puff, Marie, Robin/Tangerine). The media could not be loaded. I've had many diatomaceous earth mats before and absolutely love how functional they are. The ones I had before were all light colored, and over time they got dirty and was hard to scrub out (who wants to be scrubbing them anyway). So I got a dark grey one this time thinking that it wouldn't show the signs of heavy use.These mats are fairly slim and lightweight but sturdy also. It dries quickly, like in under a minute. They came with anti-slip mat that you put underneath to prevent sliding. That is absolutely necessary, especially if you have hard or uneven floors. So far these are everything I expected.When I first got these, the mats were dusty, so I hosed them down until water runs pretty clear. Then I took a rag and wiped them down, hosed them off, wiped them down again. I did several passes but still couldn't get them completely clean. So now when I step on these with wet feet, my feet are dirty, and I have to wipe them clean again.I hope the dust would eventually come off completely, but I was somewhat disappointed. It could be better used for something else, if it doesn't have to come in contact with your skin.Overall I would recommend getting a different brand, maybe with better quality.

The media could not be loaded. I like the color of the mats, the porosity is great in that water soaks up really quickly and they are not slippery. I wish they were a little bigger, but they still do what I need them to.

It’s not cold in the winter and the water disappears very quickly. I’ve moved all my bath mats to this style.

A move addition that truly dries quickly. Unfortunately my cleaner stepped on it with her dirty shoes (they weren't supposed to be on)and even after using the sandpaper, the imprint remained.

I was excited by the description that this material would absorb water and look good in my high traffic shower area only to find out it just turns into a moldy mat like every other shower mat that gets wet. Now it looks dirty and I'm going to have to get rid of it after only a couple weeks. I don't recommend this mat at all.
