I was skeptical to purchase an item with no reviews, but I am happy I took the chance! So far it is working as advertised and is great for stretching my hips. 10/10 would recommend.

These stretchers are a must have if you have a little one going through ballet, dance, gymnastics, or another sport where flexibility is key. Our daughters both love using this: it’s easy to operate, very well made and solid, and also looks very cool.

My husband has been asking for one of these, but I was very hesitant because they just take up so much room. The beauty of this one is that it folds up so well that I am able to store it in the rack I use to store my yoga accessories. It is a really nice compromise. The device is stable enough and pulls you out to a nice, solid stretch. For me it is sufficiently comfortable as is, and I like to set it up in front of the TV and hang out for a while. My husband wishes it had back support, but he overall really likes it.You do have to be careful when dismounting. There is no gradual way to release the pressure, and it can let go too quickly. You need to lift your legs out carefully one at a time and release. It very easily folds up for storage. For the price and features this is a very good product.

Came ready to use- simply plugged the ankle holders in and started cranking away. Love that it lets you reach your stretch and then allows you to extends more. Super cute color! Material is heavy duty and sturdy. Great way to get started to learning to be limber.

I was very curious about this tool and wondered if it could help me. I’m strictly a weightlifter – I don’t do gymnastics or dance. I was hopeful that this could help me with my flexibility and allow me to get deeper into moves like lateral lunges.Wow!! It’s super simple to put together and it folds into such a small footprint. (that’s what sold me, I knew I could fold this baby up into the closet.)The legs adjust easily and quickly.Check it out – I could never get into splits of this depth on my own. With this machine, I can.I’m excited to see how this improves my flexibility, because others have said they can see a real difference within a very short span of time!(My dog is in all the pictures because he insisted on spotting me for this exercise. Safety first, he said.)

I honestly didn’t expect much from this leg stretcher. But to my surprise this thing is awesome!!! Way better than I expected!!! If I practice this everyday and go slow with it I will be doing the splits soon!! (Ok maybe not) but seriously this works! Incredibly easy to use! No assembly required, just snap in the leg straps and stretch! Highly recommend!!!

When we first looked at this leg stretcher, we were skeptical as to how well it would work. I’m pleased to say, it works well and it fits a wide range of people. After unboxing and cutting the zip ties that hold everything steady, you simply click the two leg supports into place,. And your ready! The leg stretcher ratcheting mechanism consists of all metal gears and locking tabs. These are controlled with a solid metal arm that you crank to extend the legs. If at any time the stretch becomes too painful, pulling back on the lever releases the legs so they can swing freely. By unlocking the ratchet, you can also do some clamshell leg exercises,., or free kick to warm up for your stretches. The mechanism allows you to move one click at a time, or a full crank. Upon first assembly, I got my legs out to 7 full cranks and one click. I was pretty pleased with myself until my daughter got on and got 9 full cranks out of it. 😅 As you progress, you can crank further and further until you’re at a full 180 split. At any time,.. from 0-180, you can lean forward with a straight back, to enhance the stretch. We’ve had our eye on leg stretchers like this for a while. We’ve seen all the top brands. They have thigh padding and a back rest. They even have a crank. Having seen all these beefy leg stretchers,.. we were a little skeptical what kind of stretch we could get from this little device. From the two tone color and adjustability, as well as the demo video, with a small child, and very compact lady,.. we weren’t sure if it would fit normal size folks. Happy to say that is does fit and it does stretch normal sized people. I’m 185, 6 foot,.. it fits me fine with a little adjustment left over. So adjusted all the way in,. Kids 7-14 will fit,.. adjusted all the way out,.. I’m assuming it would fit someone who’s 6’4” or so. The main disadvantage we noticed with this stretcher is it lacks back support. You may have noticed most of the high end stretchers have this. This problem is instantly solved by placing the stretcher in front of a couch, refrigerator or wall. 😂 Other than that, this sturdy little unit works great. The ratcheting mechanism is sturdy and keeps its place. The quick release works great while you’re dialing in your stretch. So there it is,.. if you’re looking at the big name martial arts stretchers, for double the price,.. don’t overlook this stretcher. It’s half the price and has 3/4 of the same features which translates to saving money. The adjustability makes this great for home, ballet, or martial arts dojo’s where different sized people will be using it. Everything on this is either solid metal or solid plastic and appears up to the task of daily use. As stretching takes time, we plan to update this review with our monthly progress. Presently, we are at 7 cranks and 1 click. With daily use, we hope to improve quickly.

I got this for my daughter who is a dance and and gymnast. She is extremely flexible but has trouble increasing her flexibility due to not having the right equipment. This is really helping with her range of flexibility instead of just the traditional split forms. I also tried it. I am not flexible at all!! This worked great for me too!

This machine is amazing. I haven’t done the splits in over 20yrs. But with the help of this machine I’m the closest I’ve been in a long time. It comfortable to use (minus the normal stretching pains. I use it daily. I have long legs so I’m thankful for the adjustable legs. I wish the seat was a little wider and a little more comfortable. But overall I’m very satisfied.

I am OBSESSED with this leg stretcher 😍 I thought I would never be able to achieve doing the spilts again since having 5 kids, and let’s face it, the splits have been the last thing on mind the last busy 18 years raising kids lol. This machine is my favorite color (Pink 😍) and sooooooo easy to assemble and use. It came with instructions that are legible, all parts in perfect condition, and this machine makes the muscle training and memory SAFE =) 2 uses, 1 for stretching, the other for working out the legs and lower abs. This machine folds flat making it easier for storage and perfect for sliding under the bed. This would be great for teens in cheer, dance, or gymnastics and I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have 12 year old twin gymnasts, and they are always looking to increase their flexibility. This is the perfect tool for just that! They took a break over the summer, and they lost quite a bit of their limber-ness.I’m glad I came across this device, as it has been SO very helpful to them. They’ll soon be right back to where they were again, however, we have already noticed a difference with just a few minutes a day of using it.This device DOES work, it stores up easily, doesn’t take up much space, and is worth the $$ because it works so well 👍. Dancers, gymnasts & anybody looking to improve their flexibility- buy this product with complete & total confidence :).It would make a great holiday gift 🎁.5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** I hope my review has been helpful 😊. **

I got this item primarily for my husband but also for myself (5’3″, 135 lb) to use. My husband (5’9″, 155 lb) does aerial and circus arts and has been diligently working on improving his middle split, he is naturally quite inflexible so it has been challenging. Both of us are in our 40s and only somewhat recently into fitness and were pretty sedentary when younger. I don’t have a specific goal but have been trying to regain some of my lost flexibility. This device was very easy to assemble. it is lightweight and easy to move around (it does take up a fair bit of floor space so most likely you will be moving this back and forth from a storage area), the wheels are smooth, it feels stable. There are some comfort issues, however. I found that the leg cup was really uncomfortable no matter where I put it on my leg. My husband found that he was getting knee pain from putting his ankle in it, and now places it at calf level which has resulted in less knee strain. (If you are over 6 feet tall and want to use this, being able to place it higher than your ankle will accommodate a wider height range.) He also wishes the adjustments on the ratchet mechanism were more fine tuned (more small steps) at the outermost levels of the stretcher. Additionally, the ratchet release feels too abrupt & jarring for him. And it would be good if there were more of a seat back (even just a small lip) because it’s too easy to slide backwards if you are stretching a lot.Overall, however, this leg stretcher feels solid enough for the price and it accomplishes what it’s meant for – assisting you in holding and deepening your splits. It just could use some tweaks, and not a big deal but both of us would have preferred a more neutral color for the device (like grey, white, black) or something like navy blue or red. Fitness companies need to stop assuming their customer is female or even that females want all their exercise stuff to be pastel pink or purple.

When you try and close the machine, it is really hard to close it. You have to stick your fingers into the mechanism and hope that you dont get them caught. Either that or you can only close the mechanism so much but you cant put it away like that. Its a catch 22, but it does work well. I used it for the past few weeks and do feel a difference in my hamstrings. Its a good product but closing it is a pain.

Call me weird, but I have always wanted to be able to do the Jean Claude Van Damme splits. I always thought it was cool. I tried many times as a kid to stretch enough to do it, and considering I was never a skinny child and am definitely not a skinny adult all I can say is OUCH!!!This little device stores up neatly in a closet when I’m not using it (very nice considering it would obviously raise questions to guests who see it…) and using it is simple and almost relaxing. Just sit back, hit the handle until it hurts, relax, release, repeat a few times. On top of it adding to my flexibility, I have found it is also helping with hip pains I was having. This is one of the strangest purchases I have ever made, but I’m happy I did.

Usage is easy to. My 13yr old got impatient with me and put it together herself. She also figured out how to use for her length of legs, it’s that easy to use. The leg clamps are adjustable for longer or shorter legs. The only caution here is how wide you initially try to open your legs. If you are not very flexible you need to go slow or you might hurt yourself. I would definitely recommend this leg stretcher.

The worst thing, to me, about getting older is that I’ve lost a lot of my flexibility and I’m spending a lot of time trying to get it back. This leg stretcher is part of that process. It’s compact and is on wheels so it’s easy to store under the bed. It’s mostly constructed of metal, with a plastic seat. The legs can be lengthened so it will work for most people and it’s solidly built. The stretching is achieved by using the ratcheting handle until you reach the distance, and it will tell you your degree of stretch. I wish I would have found something like this when my daugher was in gymnastics and couldn’t get her middle splits, and the gym that she works out is planning on getting them for the girls to use. It’s perfect for those dancers and gymnasts, but it’s also perfect for us older people who are trying to make movement in general easier.

This little leg stretcher is just what I was looking for to maintain flexibility. It’s so compact yet very sturdy and solid! I was skeptical because of the color but I was totally surprised by it. It stores away so easily without taking lots of room like other huge leg stretching machines. This leg stretcher is amazing and definetly recommend it to anyone who wants to get flexible again.

My daughter has been testing out this contraption for a few months. I had initial doubts but I’m surprised that this thing actually works. It was easy to assemble that my 10 year old did it themselves. You can push the legs together to store this under a bed. And it’s fairly simple to use. You just sit on the seat extend your legs and make sure your ankles sit on the cups and then just ratchet the thing as far as you can tolerate the stretch, wait a couple minutes to hold the stretch and then release the tension using the same lever you used to ratchet it. Over the course of a few months, my daughter can now do a split. Can you stretch on your own to get the same results? Yes, of course. But if you can afford the expense for this machine, I recommend it.

I love it. However, I wish that it wasn’t pink though because I’m a man. Pink is not a masculine colour and there’s stigma attached to this colour if men wear or use anything with that colour. Make it a neutral colour like black or white. It would sell more

This device works great. It allows you to open wider in small increments. The cuff that holds your ankles could be more padded and go up higher so that your ankle can’t roll out of cuff. It adjusts the length to custom fit your legs length. It also compacts pretty small so it can be stored in a very small area.

This product was perfect! I will say, if my legs were a bit longer, I definitely would not have been able to use this so pay attention to the size of the leg rests. And one piece of advise that isn’t detrimental to using the machinery, find a good wall or piece of furniture to rest your back on So you can hold your stretches more comfortably.

No assembly needed just slide the foot rods in, adjust to height and jump in! This thing works and feels great! It’s very sturdy. Compact for storage. The wheels are super convenient if u need to shift in small spaces. Overall it’s perfect other than the pink lol I only wish this came in black. Luckily it’ll be in my closet but still.Im just thankful to find a solid machine at a good price. The other types more commonly available look flimsy. This one holds your legs firmly and you dont have to hold anything to keep it there which is a huge bonus. It reminds me of the type they have at some gyms.So glad I found it!Time to get my middle split back! :DUpdate: I have to use my finger to unlatch the gear stop to get the lever back down for storage which is a small design flaw. Im used to it tho I just deal with it. Its WORKING my split is nearly back to where it was in such a short time! Ive been using it daily for about 3 weeks now. I take a moment to also lean back in the stretch for the hips as well. You have to keep your legs firm or it can add pressure to the knees so be careful about that. Im continually shifting around to stretch every muscle area. Excited to get back to a full side split!

This machine is awesome because it stretches me out wider than I could do myself. I have had both hips replaced. My right hip does not bother me (surgery 12 years ago). My left hip (4 years ago) has bothered me ever since the operation. It is primarily my left hip flexor. I have had shots to relieve the pain – did not work. I went to PT for six weeks (some help); however, pain is still there. By stretching out my legs with this machine, I have relieved the pain pretty well after three days of use. Glad I purchased this piece of equipment.

This little stretcher is surprisingly sturdy. The legs are adjustable for shorter or longer legs (usable for both children and adults). The ratchet is good and the metal is strong. My complaints are just a couple:The seat needs to have a sturdy back on it and when you need to store it, it needs to have a feature to lock the legs from swinging out. I had to strap the legs together so they won’t swing out when I store it standing up.

I am overall pretty happy with this stretcher except for one glaring annoyance. Unfortunately, the leg wheel bracket geometry isn’t quite right. The wheels are set perpendicular to the tubing, but because there is a bend inward at the seat, the pivot point is not inline, so if the unit is used on a hard surface, rather than rolling smoothly, those wheels scrub slightly, causing the whole unit to move forward. For me, I need it to stay against a wall, so I had to scotch the front wheel under the seat to prevent that, which works, but there is no way to prevent the wheels from scrubbing instead of running true. This would have been very easy to re-engineer and correct in manufacturing just by slightly rotating the leg wheel brackets, but since they are welded on, it is not easily correctable in the field. It wouldn’t have cost any more to do it right, so it is kind of aggravating.

I’ve wanted to achieve a full middle split for a long time, but no matter how much I stretched, I always felt stuck. While I could do perfect half splits, I struggled with tightness that kept me from making real progress on my middle split—until I got this machine.Effortless & Controlled StretchingOne of the biggest advantages of this split machine is that it allows me to ease deeper into my stretch in a controlled way. Unlike trying to force flexibility through regular floor stretches (which can be frustrating and painful), this machine supports my hips and legs, making the process much more comfortable and effective.Massive Flexibility GainsSince using it, I’ve seen huge improvements, and let’s just say… people have noticed! I’ve even gotten compliments on how much more flexible I’ve become (if you know what I mean 😉). This has been a game-changer for my overall mobility, and I finally feel like a full middle split is within reach!Smooth & Sturdy DesignThe construction is solid and stable, so I never feel like I’m going to slip or lose control mid-stretch. The adjustments are smooth and easy, allowing me to push my limits safely without overdoing it.Worth Every Penny! If you’re serious about improving flexibility—whether for fitness, dance, martial arts, or other reasons—this machine is absolutely worth it. It’s way more effective than just doing floor stretches, and the progress speaks for itself. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you how much I needed this stretcher. After using it for just a few days a week, my soccer playing/maneuverability has improved ten fold. I am able to run faster, and my endurance has gotten better as well. I’ve always been too tight in my hips and hammies. I even fell over in the parking lot (tripped over an huge ice divot) and got back up swiftly, like it was nothing and I know for a fact it was because of this simple machine. Totally worth the money. I’ve never felt so free when I walk. It sounds crazy but it has helped me in my everyday of life.

The 2 metal braces that connect the 2 legs bent and buckled. The plastic part that holds your leg at the end is painful and does not hold your leg. Your leg will slip off the barely padded plastic U-shaped leg holders. DO NOT BUY.

I’m 35 years old 180 pounds Im athletic but want to be able to do a split. Based on the pictures I wasn’t sure how durable or stable this machine is and gave it a try. Outstanding product. I sit on it and watch TV Cranking it out ever so often. The pad is comfortable for my butt and the leg rest are comfortable around my ankles this is a great product especially for the price

Exactly what my little gymnast wanted. It is easy enough for a 7 year old to use but expands out for adult use as well.

This split machine is well-built, easy to set up, and super straightforward to use. It feels sturdy and durable, and I’ve had no issues with functionality—it does exactly what it’s supposed to.That said, one thing to be aware of is the storage design. One of the product images shows the ratchet bar fully down with the legs closed, which gave me the impression it could store completely flat. In reality, when the ratchet bar is lowered, the legs can’t fully close. So if you’re storing it upright against a wall, it takes up a bit more width than expected.Still, it slides under furniture easily and works great overall—just a small note for anyone tight on space.

Love this little stretching machine. It’s very portable and works perfectly (I’m 5’7). I bought one of the other type of split stretch machines you’ll see on NiceShine with the wheel adjustment about 4-5 months ago, and it is already unusable. The issue with those once you get out to a certain point, which is well before the 180+ degrees advertised, the gears no longer match up and it becomes unadjustable (wheel just spins freely because gears are no longer touching) while you’re way out in the stretch. This little thing is cheaper, way more portable, and has a much better mechanism for cranking out the leg holders. The only thing that would improve it a touch would be if the gear was a little more granular, as once you get it cranked out to the limit of your flexibility it would be nice if the next locking point was a little shorter (every millimeter once you get way out there in your stretch).

Beginner ballerina here at 55. This device is great. After class when I’m chilling at home, I sit on this and stretch and watch TV for an hour and forget that I’m actually working on my flexibility.

I was skeptical to purchase an item with no reviews, but I am happy I took the chance! So far it is working as advertised and is great for stretching my hips. 10/10 would recommend.

It works as stated is made with sturdy materials and it’s well done.

I am not sure how well you could use this leg stretcher. Wonderful if you have a stay at home gym otherwise seems to take up a lot of space. It seems well built strong and sturdy overall would recommend.
Yamille Roman –
Usage is easy to. My 13yr old got impatient with me and put it together herself. She also figured out how to use for her length of legs, it’s that easy to use. The leg clamps are adjustable for longer or shorter legs. The only caution here is how wide you initially try to open your legs. If you are not very flexible you need to go slow or you might hurt yourself. I would definitely recommend this leg stretcher.
Isaac –
Works very well Easy to use and simple!
Mom2three –
The worst thing, to me, about getting older is that I’ve lost a lot of my flexibility and I’m spending a lot of time trying to get it back.
RONDO –
This little leg stretcher is just what I was looking for to maintain flexibility. It’s so compact yet very sturdy and solid! I was skeptical because of the color but I was totally surprised by it. It stores away so easily without taking lots of room like other huge leg stretching machines. This leg stretcher is amazing and definetly recommend it to anyone who wants to get flexible again.
Mama Roach –
Dosha salyers –
Might want to add fuzzy socks to where your ankles are supposed to go just for added comfort

Kindle Customer –
I’ve only used it once, since I just got it. I was in it for 15mins. I love it. It’s very easy to adjust your angle while in it and release it when you need to. The attachment is extremely easy.
AJ –
This product was perfect! I will say, if my legs were a bit longer, I definitely would not have been able to use this so pay attention to the size of the leg rests. And one piece of advise that isn’t detrimental to using the machinery, find a good wall or piece of furniture to rest your back on So you can hold your stretches more comfortably.
Todd Holman –
Got this to help my daughter stretch for cheerleading, it has already helped her flexibility with splits.I was looking at pricier models, but this does the job.
Tasia –

Does the job and really easy to assemble, I have been using it for 3 weeks, haven’t seen some improvements tho so Idk if there’s a ways to use it, it would have been great if it came with a lil book with some exercises ideas !

Right out of the box, I was surprised how good the quality was. It was easy to assemble and the packaging was very good. Very good product for stretching. Impressed and recommended!
Grace –
This little stretcher is surprisingly sturdy. The legs are adjustable for shorter or longer legs (usable for both children and adults). The ratchet is good and the metal is strong. My complaints are just a couple:The seat needs to have a sturdy back on it and when you need to store it, it needs to have a feature to lock the legs from swinging out. I had to strap the legs together so they won’t swing out when I store it standing up.
Nola –
Easy to set up and use right out of the box. Uncomplicated. Gradual use works really well to tone and stretch, very pilates like in some ways. Worth the price and satisfied with the results thus far! Easy and compact to use and put away under a bed easily.

treefrog –

N. Robert Hammond –
The 2 metal braces that connect the 2 legs bent and buckled. The plastic part that holds your leg at the end is painful and does not hold your leg. Your leg will slip off the barely padded plastic U-shaped leg holders. DO NOT BUY.

C. Hicks –
