This coffee machine is so well thought out. I love that every single little part of it is integrated within the machine. So smart. It looks amazing. It works great.I’ve made teas, coffees, cappuccinos, I’ve used cups and grounds. I prefer grounds in general. The temperature of the drink is hot. Taste is awesome. There are 4 types of drinks you can brew. You can make classic(1) or rich(2) (the machine will stop a few times for a few moments and start brewing again during the cycle making coffee taste stronger/richer), over the ice(3) or specialty(4), which brews 4 oz and its really strong like expresso. I brew specialty when I’m making cappuccino. It brews very fast too.I love the frother. It works amazing. You don’t get splashes because it has cover over it. I love that its always there and I can pop it out any moment when I need it. It’s very easy to clean too. Quarter of twist detaches the frother and I can wash it quickly and pop it right back in with the same quarter of the twist.I absolutely love the fact that this is not overly complicated machine. It has basic functions that I wanted that all work really well. The machine is narrow and doesn’t take much space on the counter which I really appreciate. It is a little taller than I thought it would be, but I guess my top kitchen cabinets is high enough that I don’t have to move the machine and can open and close the lid with no problems. The heigh of the machine allows to fill the water tank with almost 48 oz of water. Water tank is easily removable. The height of the machine also allows for different types of cups. I can put a pretty tall thermos cup and brew straight into it. The most amount you can brew at once is 24 oz.The machine recognizes which attachment you have inside, for cups or grounds. Attachments are also marked on the outside on their little handles that stick on the outside of the machine when they stored away. It’s so neat and cute. It’s made with love.I’m soooo enjoying it and absolutely loving it. I’m planning to buy it as a gift to my loved ones, that’s how much I love it.The permanent filter is easy to clean. It makes an amazing tea too, not just coffees. Loose leaf or a bag, everything comes out amazing and hot.The lid over the filter has a hole where the water flows through and has multiple holes on the bottom of the lid, just like shower head, which allows hot water to go evenly through the coffee grounds or tea leaves. Love that.I was looking for a single cup machine, so mostly I brew 1 or 2 cups only. I never had a problems with overflowing or getting grounds in the coffee. I think people get those problems because they simply put too much coffee grounds which causes it to overflow and get grounds into coffee. The included permanent filter is not huge, so if you need to brew strong coffee for a large amount of people at once, this is probably not the best choice. But if you brew 1 or 2 cups, this is perfect. Otherwise you could also brew a few times. I don’t see any problem with that because it brews amazingly fast.I do not have any dripping problems either. I brew until the brewing cycle is complete, there is blinking light indicator on top of the lid. When brewing cycle is finished machine makes the light stops blinking and machine makes 3 beeps. Not loud, but I’m able to hear them with working TV, washer and dishwasher. If you remove the cup after those 3 beeps and wipe (i usually just touch it with edge of my cup) the last drop on the spout it doesn’t drip. Ever. But even if it was to drip a couple drops, there is a nice really easy to clean dripping tray, that you can place on 4 different heights or remove completely.I think this machine is worth every penny. I can’t tell you enough how much I love this thing. I’m so glad I chose to buy it. I didn’t even expect it would be so great. Not big or bulky, well thought out, looks very very nice, has all nessesary functions that each works amazing. It doen’t look cheap at all. It’s very pleasing to the eye and stylish.I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants versatility, simplicity and style.I feel like I didn’t say enough, didn’t give it enough credit for what it is lol.Whoever was designing this thing is for sure a big people lover. I wanna give them a hug hahaha.

I was tired of using pods. The coffees I wanted were not in pods, far more expensive than the coffee itself, and never tasted as good as non-pod coffee. Additionally, doctors have determined that coffee should always be put through a paper filter if you have a blood pressure or heart issue. This coffee maker hits all of my marks. I bought paper filters that I put right into the permanent filter. It has a little brother that creates a nice foam similar to that on a good espresso, smooth and velvety. It is very easy, when also using paper filters to take out the tray, dump the filter and grounds, and give the two remaining parts a quick rinse. The coffee is hot and tasty. There is a setting for a stronger brew and I use it, but have no idea what it really is doing. There are a lot of brew sizes you can choose from. There is a handy drawer in which I keep the pod adapter in case I ever need it, and a funny little tool they have to unclog it if that should ever happen. Another thing I like is that there is a water filter system available for about $16 (including the holder and 3 filters) from a third party on NiceShine. It is identical to the one used in Keurig machines except it is made to fit this machine. It will likely prevent any clogging. It is slower than a dedicated pod machine or Nespresso machine, and you can hear gurgling at times but neither are problems to me. Now for the few minor problems. First, if using ground coffee and a paper filter, the amount of coffee created is much less then indicated. 10 oz is more like 8 in the cup and 12 is more like 10, etc. There is a lot of condensation from inside the holder area. It is no big deal but it is there and can sit at the bottom, under the filter and solid basket as well as on a small area just above the spout on the outside. If you wait a little bit after you’ve made your coffee to pull out the paper filter, if you’re doing it that way, there won’t be any internal dripping and you just leave it open until next time which dries out that condensation. On to build quality. I have had problems with 3 other Ninja products, one minor, one annoying but OK, and one major. With the Cremi, it was post warranty. They offered a replacement with a discount that wasn’t even as good as the one I could get retail. There is a known problem with the new larger Cremi Deluxe but in this case, getting it replaced within warranty is easy. All of that said, the build quality of this is concerning to me, especially the frother set up. There may be no problem with it at all down the road, but history tells me that if there is any problem, Ninja is not the best at handling things. Last but not least, I am not sure if this is BPA free, but anything with heated food or liquid should be. You may want to check that if it is important to you. For my needs, it is still the best available. One more thing when picking a color. The NiceShine ad is confusing. If you get the tan one, despite being the same price and in the same ad, it doesn’t have a frother and is actually a different model number so pick carefully.

We have a lot of Ninja/Shark products. Most we love, a few we don’t and some are really good! This coffee pot is really good with just a few cons.Picture 1 – Pro – We add sugar, or creamer, or whatever to teas and coffees. This unit gives you lots of room to add and stir while you’re brewing. There’s plenty of room.Overall Pros – It is slim, the color matches our kitchen nicely, and we freed up needed counter space. The switch from pods to grounds is very easy and the units store on the side, tucked away but very easy to switch! It has a little basket so you can avoid using those ground coffee pods! If you don’t power it off, the unit goes into a low watt use mode that keeps in a sleep state but ready to brew quickly. Just pop in a pod, it comes back to life and is brewing without having to reheat from power off to on. NICE! The pop out basket units are easy to clean (I’ll get to the rest of the cleaning in cons) The water reservoir holds 56 ounces. It comes off easy for cleaning and refiling. Picture 2 shows you how I avoid always taking it to the sink to refill. The gallon jug lasts 2+ refills and makes it a snap to keep it topped off (we’re pretty heavy users between coffee and teas.). It has a good, deep clean cycle with a few considerations, talked about below.A couple of Cons – Pictures 4 – 6 – The black area under the basket is not easy to clean, especially where the water dispenses. You have to really get into all the nooks and crannies. Make sure to run a paper towel in to the dispensing area to get leftover grounds, when doing a quick cleanup. The deep clean mode is set to dispense 56 ounces during the process, which takes quite a lot of time for it to run. On the counter, I cannot easily fit a container for the 56 ounces. Instead, I set a 32 ounce travel mug that fits nicely. Usually, between 24 and 30 ounces it is very clean so I power down. If it is not, the cycle runs slow enough I have time to empty the cup before the next dispensing cycle.Overall, I can recommend this product. We thought it was a little flimsy at first but it is holding up well as this review was delayed so we could really put it through the paces. It is a fair value with lots of convenience and style. Just a few challenges away from 5 stars!

After unboxing and using several times, I can safely positively say, I do NOT like the grounds basket that comes with this. It’s messy. Even though the mouth is wide enough for my scrubbrush to fit in it to clean it, there are the plastic separator parts that the grinds gather around, so it makes it hard to get it out initially. I have to use a spoon instead of just knocking it on the inside side of the garbage can. An extra step. It’s just annoying and extra time and extra work. If you don’t mind that, this might be the coffee maker for you. Also, when making the coffee, it starts a weird wooom woooooooooooom sound, not like any other coffee maker I’ve ever owned. It sounds sickly, like it’s saying “ooooh gooooooood, I have coffeeeeeeee coming ouuuuut of meeeeeeee woOOOooom”. It’s a sad sickly sound. Kind of like a deep grinding whine. There’s also the issue with the water measurements. I can’t find consistency. I measure out 12 oz. water in a measure cup, pour it in, and I understand the grinds will take up some of the water, so I should get less out, but in fact, it puts out MORE than 12 oz.!!! I get a 14 oz. cup of coffee…but here’s the catch, ….it’s only SOMETIMES. Other times I’ve put in a measured 12 oz. and get 12 oz. out. I just don’t understand what’s going on with that. And random times, the display will beep at me to “add water” to the reservoir. I don’t get it. Wondering if we got a lemon…..one that doesn’t work right? I just didn’t want to send it back for exchange, I guess I’m being lazy about it. So I will keep it and use it till it breaks or doesn’t work properly anymore. I used the frother, and it does whip my heavy cream & sugar to make sweetened frothy milk, but it doesn’t whip it into whipped cream, just frothy milk, like it’s supposed to do. The frother is easy to clean. The reservoir is somewhat easy to clean other than some little silicon dome at the very bottom that seems to hold about a teaspoon of water, so you can never really get all water out. I don’t like that. Stale water in the reservoir is nasty. And if you use soap, like Dawn dish detergent, inside the reservoir, plan on having soap remaining in that silicon dome at the bottom unless you stand there and rinse until the cows come home. Again, annoying and time consuming, but job gets done. I think Ninja could’ve and should’ve addressed these concerns/issues when designing this thing. I really like the Ninja brand manufacturer, and other appliances they make, but this coffee maker is just adequate. I absolutely LOOOOOVE the color though. I got Glacier Blue. It’s so pretty!! My boyfriend is the one who uses this thing several times a day, daily. I get only some use out of it. My next use will be to make an iced coffee. That should be interesting!!!!! I’m just really frustrated with the inconsistency of the measurement of water, and the cleaning of the grounds basket. We don’t do the pods thing in our household, too much plastic waste. I guess this is the trade-off.

I like that pods or grounds can be used and the adapter for pods came with it. It has a nice, slim profile. I use grounds and the coffee has been good since day one. The water tank pulls off for refill or cleaning. I do love that it remembers what the last settings were for both the grounds and pod baskets. It’s nice not having to select my choices every time. And now for the reason it won’t get 5 stars. None of these make me inclined to return my purchase. I read the description and watched reviews. I knew what I may be getting myself intoEvery 3 uses of the pod adapter, it wants cleaned. Like, WTF? And right now I’m using tea bags in that adapter, so the needle isn’t even being used. So double WTF?It takes longer to brew 12 ounces than other makers I’ve had. The coffee is delicious, but I’m having to adjust to the slow.It is my fault for not realizing there is no timer or delay feature. I do, however, wonder why that is.When I first got it, it took me a while to figure out that the inner basket, that holds the grounds or pod basket, was stuck pushed down. I mention this, because it gets stuck pushed down every time I use the pod basket. I have to pull it out and reinsert it every time I use the grounds basket.Man, the cord is short! Not great for old apartments, poorly planned kitchens, or rooms with limited outlets (or all of the above, in my case!).

We were originally looking for a Keurig, but even on sale they were expensive. This caught my eye because of the features and price–same price as a basic low end Keurig. This doesn’t have water temperature control, but brews coffee at the temperature I like. We also use the Ninja-specific reusable pods because they are easier to clean than the brew basket. However, if we need to make a larger amount of coffee or stronger espresso/latte/cappuccino, it is available. The frother works great after the milk is heated up in the microwave. The reason for only 4 stars is that the water reservoir is in the back and not lit up (we had an old Keurig 2.0 before this) and there is no low water notification. We have run the reservoir dry at least three times, which is not good for the machine. I would recommend this brewer as the features it does have and the price are well worth it.UPDATE: After two months we are really pleased with this machine! I’m still not keen on the fact that the tank can go dry if we are not watching it. The machine does turn off when the water is low. One nice feature is that if it runs out of water in the middle of a brew, once we refill the tank and press the brew button it resumes brewing where it left off. The brew can be cancelled by hitting the brew button a second time-much nicer than having to turn off the old Keurig we had. Cleaning the machine is definitely easier than the Keurig! I’m keeping the machine at 4 stars because of the tank issue, but I recommend it more highly now that we’ve used it.

This machine does everything save grind the beans and heat the milk. To me, for the price, it’s everything I could ever ask for and more. It’s like a coffee lover’s fantasy come to life!Only just unboxed it today and we tried all the settings.Classic 24 oz brew to clean.Iced 12 oz coffee with a k-cup.Specialty 4 oz coffee with the brew basket + microwaved milk that we frothed with the included frother (pic of coffee machine brewing. Update: see also other pics from other days).Rich 8 oz coffee with the brew basket.Brew timeIf you’ve used a keurig, at least the big one that we were using all these past years, this will seem slower. But I do find the coffee stays hotter longer than with my keurig. I like that it beeps once it’s done.Noise levelI find this regular. It’s not obnoxious or deafening. It’s just a coffee machine brewing.FrotherThis really impressed me. I used oat milk (a special barista one they sell at the grocery store). The milk not only tripled in size as it foamed BUT it held up despite brewing into the cup and then stirring it. Plus, it’s super easy to take off and rinse. (Update: Since then I’ve made lattes and cold foam for iced coffee. The foam holds up despite stirring or even if I transfer to another cup).SizeIt’s astonishing that it has all the gadgets plus the big water tank … and takes up much less space than all our other coffee machines.Brewing optionsThese are just wonderful. K-cups are super easy. But I was interested in the machine because I use a special coffee that I used to have to put in the reusable k-cup … which would then create a small mess on my counter and cup as it dripped out awkwardly. That disaster, gone with this machine! I can use the brew basket (it’ll saturate the coffee great) and it just pours perfectly into my cup. Oh and the stand for the mug can be adjusted in height … so you can get your cup really close to stream of coffee coming out.I can’t say anything about durability because we just got it today. But it seems to make the amount of coffee I select (it’s less if you select “rich” but that’s normal) in a rather seamless manner. Clean up is more with this machine, but that’s not an issue for me considering all it did. We got the machine in the color stone while it was on sale. As a coffee lover who doesn’t have a TON of money to spend on those fancy machines, this is the machine for me.

My favorite purchase of the year so far. Usually I’m not a fan of making one cup of coffee at a time, I find it tedious and annoying. For this, I am totally willing to make the sacrifice. This little machine has changed the quality of coffee considerably. You can use either K Pods or the reusable filter for ground coffee (There’s storage for whichever one you’re not currently using on the bottom right side in a pull out drawer). On top on the black screen are all your options (rich, speciality, pour over ice, etc) and then you can choose size (8, 10, 12, 14, 16 oz, etc).On the let side there’s a frother that swings out. On the right side, there’s a scoop that you can store right there and tells you right on it how many scoops to use depending on how many OZs of coffee you’re making (I’ve found it to be accurate so far).In the back is where the water goes. You can remove the tank to clean and fill it and it is marked ( 12oz, 24oz, etc.)There are options on how to clean different parts of the coffee machine as well as how to declog it but I haven’t had it long and haven’t had to do this yet except an initial clean. My favorite thing to do has been to make iced coffee with this. Maybe it’s just me because my old Black and Decker was awful and we’d had it for way too many years, but the “pour over ice” setting makes the best iced coffee. I don’t know what it is.I just throw some ice in a mug, scoop my coffee into the filter, hit the button, pick the size and push brew and its wonderful every time.I also do enjoy frothing my creamer, though it’s nothing fancy, it gives it a little something extra.I’ve been nothing but happy with this coffee maker. And the color is lovely!! Best one I’ve ever owned.

I will give it 4 stars for now as I have not tried the milk frother and the loose grounds mode.I’ve grown up with keurigs so that’s pretty much all I’ve ever used for coffee. I got the k-supreme and all it had was problems. The needle constantly clogging, randomly not brewing, the coffee never tasting like coffee… You get the picture! It was a complete nightmare.I am so happy I returned my latest keurig and opted to try the ninja instead. So far so good. There is no problems with brewing. In fact it makes the best cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. I mainly use the ice coffee feature. I would say though what I only miss about my last keurig that the ninja doesn’t have is being able to adjust the strength as well as temperature. Even without those two features it’s well worth the switch. I won’t be buying anymore keurig’s as long as the Ninja stays true!

I am so happy that I purchased this Ninja coffee maker. I have owed several Keurig coffee makers in the past and I loved the convince of a fresh cup of coffee every time. When my electrical outlet blew out my Keurig, I started my search for a replacement machine. This little beauty ticked every box. First of all, blue is my favorite color and that is the color scheme in my kitchen. ✔️ Secondly, it brews pods or grounds.✔️ Thirdly, it has a milk frother (that I will admit, I never knew I needed).✔️ The price of this machine was a bargain.✔️ And last but not least, I brewed my favorite k-cup, that I’ve used for several years, and I do believe it tasted 100% better. I don’t know if the water was hotter than my Keurig or why the brew tasted better, but it sure did.✔️✔️The only “con” and to be honest it really isn’t even a con, is that this machine is longer than my Keurig because the water reservoir sits at the back. However, the cup holder tray is removable, so when not using, I set it on top the water tank. Plus, the tray has 4 connecting slots to attach at your preferred level. (Technically 5 levels since you can remove completely. SO Handy!)I also want to mention the storage drawer on the side. This machine comes with the k-cup basket and a filter basket for grounds. The unused basket can be stored on the machine so there is no need to search for what you need. There is also a coffee scoop that attaches to the side for convenience. Nice! 👍🏼 I would definitely recommend this product and to say I’m happy about my purchase…. well I gotta say that “happy” is understated! I think I love this little Ninja!

Wow, I have been so shocked by this coffee maker. It really has every feature I would care about, and it is such an affordable price. Also, the design is super slim, and the cord wraps away into the base, which was an added benefit that wasn’t highlighted on the store listing. I make coffee most of the time from grounds, but having the ability to use the Keurig brand of pods is super useful. Especially because there are a lot of pods that aren’t just coffee-based, so if you want to make tea or another beverage in the summer, you have that option. The coffee maker has always worked really well except for one issue. Multiple times when you start making coffee, it will say that there’s no water and you need to refill the reservoir. Our reservoir is always full, but I’ve noticed that sometimes an air bubble or something is created, that will stop the pump from being able to pump water. All I have to do is pick up the water reservoir and place it back on, and it works right after that, but it is annoying. I haven’t found a fix for this yet, but I’m sure someone online has. The ability to make the specialty coffee 4 ounces has actually replaced our need for an espresso maker. Obviously, you won’t get the same level of coffee as you would from an espresso maker, but for coffee-based alcoholic drinks, the 4 ounces are exactly what we need. I just use an espresso blend of ground coffee and load up the beans filter, and it works great. Also, the ice mode has been really useful because it will brew more slowly, so that way the ice doesn’t completely melt.

I use refillable single-serve coffee pods. When my previous machine quit working, I began the search for a new one. I came across this one and bought it because it was less expensive and on sale. I am not disappointed. This makes excellent coffee, and I don’t necessarily need those refillable coffee pods either (although I can still use them if I choose to.) It even comes with a frothing wand – perfect! The only reason why I did not give this a five-star review is that the grounds filter is not easy to clean after each use. It’s rather messy. But if you can get past that this is an excellent coffee machine.

This thing is amazing!!! I had 3 Keurigs go out on me over a 1yr period and they still never replaced the last 2 under warranty. I didn’t warranty the first one because my last one lasted 3yrs so I was like it should do the same, nope. It didn’t workout that way. So I bought a new one and registered it. It went out after 4 months. No replacement, and no reply. So i bought another one. Registered it, it went out after 2 months. Still waiting. So I bought the Ninja, this is a much better product and I love all the extra options it gives me. Because I like to have some Jamaican Blue Mountain every now and then and I like the ground coffee not the pod version. So it’s a win win. Plus it’s seems like it’s easier to use, which sounds crazy. Oh well, thank you Ninja for helping this coffee junkie👏🏾😉

Love the color selection and size/style. I also like the variety of drink sizes compared to my old Keurig. I can’t give it 5 stars because it consistently gives me the “add water” error whenever I use the cup for loose coffee grounds and I have to keep hitting the “brew” button an extra time or two to get it to brew. I don’t get the error when I use the alternate cup for k-cups and that piece very clearly snaps in to the coffee maker. I’m not sure if the cup for loose grounds is meant to also snap in and mine is just defective, or if this a design issue that (maybe) is keeping that cup from pushing down and connecting to the water line, but it is very annoying. Replacement cups are out of stock, so I may just need to buy reusable k-cups for loose grounds compatible with this machine to work around it.

I used to always get Keurigs but I decided to buy this product because it was a good deal. I like coffee, but I prefer more speciality coffee drinks (lattes). I could never find a product that allowed me to make speciality drinks AND were a reasonable price. So when I found this product, I jumped on it. I LOVE it. I now have my own little coffee bar and only make coffee drinks at home because of this product. I love the design, I love the different features (over ice and brew style), I LOVE the milk frother, I love how easy it is to clean but my favorite feature is by far the ability to switch between ground coffee and k-pods.I would highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to take their coffee game to the next level but doesn’t want to spend over a hundred dollars on a product.

After having several Keurigs that quit working as soon as the warranty expired (it would tell you to descale and never work again), I was looking for a single serve unit that would also do multiple cups. This unit is perfect. I like a strong brew, and this unit gives total control. With the ground feature, I can make 3-4 cups at once, keep it hot in a thermos, and not create a lot of trash for our environment. I can also make a k-cup single serving when necessary. Happy days.

Absolutely love this coffee maker. It replaced a K*****g. It has many options for strength of the brew, the size can be quite large or small, the tray can accommodate large and small cups, can use regular or Kcups, there is a built in frother. I like that I can add my creamer and sweetener into the cup while it’s brewing. I also like how the coffee brews, how the water will soak the grounds for a few seconds and then finish brewing. This just might be the perfect coffee maker. The only thing I would change is the handle to get the lid off the water reservoir. It can be challenging to get off. It could use a loop or indentation.

This coffee machine is worth the hype! It was clearly designed by someone who was frustrated by the basic older machines, because this model is laid out nicely and also has some cool bonus features. We love that there is the option to use ground coffee or k-cups. We prefer to NOT use k-cups, but still wanted the convenience of single serve coffee. The water tank in the back is large, so we are not constantly filling a water reservoir for each cup of coffee. The pedestal at the bottom is adjustable, so no more splash back when making a small cup of coffee. There is a built-in storage area for the k-cup attachment. There is a built-in coffee grounds measurement spoon! And if that wasn’t awesome enough, there is a built-in frother!!!! My coffee loving brain is sooo happy with this coffee maker! We will never go back to a basic model again, this machine is worth the extras!

This machine makes very good coffee. I’ve been impressed by it. My only reason for 4 stars is that it is loud…kind comically loud. I usually make my coffee with an Italian moka pot, which I love. I’m the only coffee drinker in my household so I don’t need to make an entire pot of coffee. However, if I want to have a larger cup or two cups, it’s a process. This Ninja brewer is simple, easy to clean and make various sizes quickly. It’s nice to have the ability to make coffee for guests as well. It’s pretty sleek and looks good on my counter.

I actually love this machine. The pros are its functionality. I can use ground coffee (comes with a large reusable filter and a scooper) or I can use pods.It also comes with a built in compartment for the attachment that is not in use so that’s a plus. I drink a 8oz cup of coffee daily and the reservoir holds enough water to support my coffee addiction lol. I have not used the frother but it’s a great addition for the price. The drip plate is height adjustable as well and multiple cup size brewing settingsCon: the spout tends to drip after removing your cup and splashes all over my countertop. It takes a while to brew in my opinion

This was purchased to replace a major brand that has failed three times in two years! It has all the bells and whistles we need and a small footprint so it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. I put it through the paces as soon as it arrived. It made a great deal of noise during the initial 24 ounce priming, I was concerned. I then made a 12 oz, rich, cup with a pod, followed by a 12 oz, rich cup with grounds (after which, I was buzzing). It takes a bit longer and makes a tad more noise when using grounds, because it pauses midway through – presumably to saturate the grounds. Also takes approximately 30 seconds for the “completed” beep with grounds, it’s pretty much immediate with the pods. This machine makes a good cup of coffee. My daughter and I use pods, my hubby uses grounds. We were accustomed to using the “strong” button on the other brand. The “rich” is a touch richer than the strong. Everyone was happy with their cuppa on Sunday morning. The built-in frother is convenient and it works, but not as robust as my little frother. Also, I run my frother under running water to rinse it and I can’t do that with the built-in. But it’s nice not to have something else on the counter.Hopefully this machine lasts longer than the ****** did. I will update if it dies.Note – do not purchase the K**** K-Supreme Plus. They know there are consistent problems with this model, but continue to manufacture and sell them.Video is using grounds, 12 ounce, rich.

I love coffee and have been using keurig for years and wanted got try something different and saw the great reviews on here for this machine. First impression is it’s sleek thin look. I love the storage of everything from the pod holder pocket to folding in the frother. The only reason I am giving this a 4 is because my coffee tasted like plastic when I made my first brew. I made a couple 8oz ones after to see maybe it needed to be used a couple of times. But it still smelled and tasted like coffee. I decided to descale it as directed on the manual and decided to run the entire 56oz of regular water afterwards just to really cycle it through. And so far the coffee doesn’t taste like plastic. I’ve seen a couple of people that haven’t had this problem upon first brew so maybe mine has been just in the box with plastic around it and the new warm weather effected it I’m not sure.I love the fact that there is an ice coffee selection. It brews the coffee at more of a room temperature so make sure there is still a lot of ice in your cup. Other than that I have not had any grounds explode on me like the 1 star comments. Or have had anything break. So I am a happy customer (:

I’ve had this coffee maker for over a year, I use it a few times a week and love it. I personally only use it with ground coffee in the reusable filter… After getting used to that, when I tried a few different pods, they were just awful in comparison. The machine works perfectly with pods, but putting your own ground coffee in the reusable filter is definitely the best way to use the machine. It is very convenient that it has the 2 separate modules, one for pods one for ground, and I especially like that there is a storage spot built into the machine, there’s also a spot for the coffee scooper, and the frother swings out of your way. It also has a very convenient clean cycle. I was first a little confused at why the clean cycle uses something like 70 ounces of water I believe, since I didn’t have any container that would fit under the maker to catch that much water… But I quickly realized that all I have to do is remove the cup base/drip catcher and slide the machine to edge of my sink. My machine is less than 2 feet away from the sink, so it’s very easy (though I’m last and don’t run it much, haven’t had any issues anyway). I haven’t looked at another maker since getting this one, and I’ve recommended it to many friends and family. Once in a while I feel lazy and wish I could use disposable filters so I can skip cleaning the filter between uses (TBH I probably could easily throw one into the reusable filter, I just haven’t tried finding a small size). But it’s actually pretty damn easy to clean the filter… I tap out against the inside of my garbage bin to get rid of the bulk, then just rinse the rest out in the sink… Takes about a minute, maybe less. That’s about all I can say, so far it’s been the perfect maker for me, it is exactly what I was looking to get. I promise that if you get some good coffee (not any funky caramel or vanilla), and ideally grind it yourself, I normally fill the reusable pod about halfway for an 18 oz and I tend to run it on rich mode… You’ll never want to use a pod ever again… But even if you did, this machine can be used with most standard pods, but it’s just so much better using the resistance filter (which btw is much larger than a pod… So it’s much better than using a reusable standard sized pod that lesser machines may use.)

Our K-Duo recently broke (owned less than 2 years!), so we were looking for a new coffee maker, focusing on k-pods because that is what we brew more than anything. We still wanted the option to brew grounds for the times when we don’t want a single serving of coffee. I do not see myself ever returning to keurig coffee makers after owning this. More brew options than our keurig could ever do, nice and compact, and the frother is an added bonus I didn’t think I’d use but I was wrong! Highly recommend!

I used to be a keurig gal however I saw this machine on tic tok came to NiceShine and did some research and read reviews. This coffee maker is amazing! I love it so much more than my keurig. When you want to use a k cup twice you don’t have to open and close the lid to reset it. It keeps the settings that I previously used. I love that my travel mug fits so I don’t have to put it in a cup then dump it in to my travel mug The built in frother works really good and is easy to remove and clean. Ninja appliances are truly the best! Recommend 100% to buy this if you are on the fence!

Overall, I LOVE this coffee maker! I took a star away for a slight leak underneath that I can’t quite figure out, but as it sits on a stone countertop, I don’t worry too much about it. This coffee maker makes a really good cup of coffee, pretty much any size you could want! I have had it since before Christmas and have tried almost every feature except iced coffee since it has been over the winter, but I will likely be trying that capability soon enough. I have made a couple of lattes and they have been fine. That’s not one of my typical home cups of joe but my daughter likes them. But I have tried many different coffee pods and made many cups of loose ground coffee. Always excellent. This replaced a Keurig mini that I have had for many years that went off to college with my daughter. I wanted to be able to make bigger cups of coffee and was always confined by the height limitation of the original Keurig mini design. But the darn thing wouldn’t die. I also like that it takes up less space than the Keurig mini that it replaced. It is about the same height and not much deeper but much slimmer on my counter. If you are a household that doesn’t need to brew pots of coffee per day, like mine where I am the only drinker most days and making only the morning cup before work, this is a great option. I also love that pretty much all of it comes apart and can be easily washed. Recommended for those who need coffee making flexibility!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’m honestly obsessed with this coffee maker so I had to! I wanted a coffee maker that could brew 1 cup hot or iced (which this can) but it’s SO much more. It can brew a ton of different sizes and intensities, the milk frother is awesome, and it truly brews a great cup of coffee. I haven’t tried the over ice function yet, but I can’t wait for summer so I can! The ONLY thing I don’t like about it is that it’s not programmable, so I can’t wake up to a cup of coffee, but it brews so quickly it’s really not an issue. Don’t hesitate, just buy it!

This coffee maker is a game-changer! I love how it uses your own coffee and the special brew basket. It makes the most delicious cup of coffee ever. It works with K and cup and the brew basket. The brew basket is the best I’ve ever used, and it makes a really great cup of coffee. It actually starts the brew slowly to soak your grounds, then stops, waits a few seconds, and then keeps pouring until it reaches its perfect amount. I really like this machine. I hope it lasts a long time because these don’t always last, but this one definitely makes the best coffee. I’ve tried them all, and this one is my favorite.

Where has this been all my life! I absolutely love this coffee maker. Bye bye expensive pods! When I did the math for how much per pound of coffee I was paying for pods (after they raised the price again) I went on a mission to find a single serve maker that doesn’t require the use of pods. This ticked all the boxes. Super high quality. Makes excellent coffee (pod or grinds). Built in scoop and the drawer to store whichever brewing method “basket” you’re not using is pure genius! Brew over ice is a nice feature and the frother is a nice bonus. Slender compact design. Grind coffee takes longer than a pod to brew but saying goodbye to paying $48 per pound of coffee, I’ll wait the extra couple of minutes. Simple, intuitive operation. Love it!

Love this coffee maker. Makes a much hotter cup of coffee than my other brand name maker that broke. I like the variable cup size and type of coffee you can brew, use a coffee pod or grounds and the frother, it has everything. Fits nicely on my counter, compact design but loaded with features and everything stores inside the machine. The best coffee maker I have had so far!

Update!I’ve been trying to find a coffee maker that could make coffee from fresh grounds, use k-cups (reusable) pods, and not take up a lot of counter space. Most recently I tried a new Cuisinart single cup coffee maker with a build in grinder, but the grind wasn’t adjustable and it wasn’t the right grind for my coffee taste. And it dumped a small amount of grounds each time you used it. (Cuisinarts are always messy, I have found, so I was disappointed but not surprised.)Then I discovered this. You can put grounds in a little gold filter basket or put in a k-cup. They use different inserts, but there’s a space in the side to put the one you’re not using. You choose from 4 modes which make different versions of coffee – regular, rich, over ice and “specialty.” Then you choose the size you want from 6 oz to 24oz, push the button and wait. Now, because you are making drop coffee with the basket it takes a minute or 2, but the coffee was fantastic. I use the k-cup for decaf at night, and it works fine. The ice coffee option works great on both grounds and k-cup. Haven’t tried “specialty” yet because tbh I don’t know it’s supposed to do. There’s a milk frother which I also haven’t/won’t be using, but it sounds simple enough and easy to clean. I’m back to using a separate grinder, but since this brewer is really quite small it’s ok.Found! I found some paper filters that fit perfectly, so now clean up is as simple as lifting out the paper and dropping it with the grounds in my organics bin. I don’t notice any taste difference from using the gold filter alone. Yay!(The only downside I see, which is enough to make this 4* because it’s going to be a problem, is that the gold-filter basket has a flip up lid with the holes to disperse the water, and I know it’s going to break at some point because it’s just plastic. I looked on the Ninja site for a replacement basket and it’s $17.99 plus $10 shipping.)

I’m obsessed. Ninja nailed it! This pot brews a perfect cup every time with so many options. You can use a pod or your own blend with the basket they include. Select from various size, brewing, and strength options. My favorite part is the frother. I pop my cup of milk in the microwave for one minute and the hot milk froths perfectly. Then I brew my specialty sized coffee selection right over the frothed milk. It is so easy to twist the wand off for cleaning. All the accessories they include are stored right in the machine.Brewing over ice is also so cool. It brews it in cycles to ensure just enough coffee hits the ice each time to prevent it from melting. It’s compact and looks so pretty on the counter. It’s priced so affordable. It’s like getting three machines in one. Get this pot.

I love this coffee maker! It is slim and stylish on the counter, holds a lot of water in the reservoir, and brews hot coffee. I take off one star because it makes those noises you hear Keurig machines make, which I know not all machines make (my last coffee maker did not). It is not overly loud, so I can overlook that. Love the frother, which folds in, and is easy to clean. Very impressed so far.

So I too really love this and it makes a perfect cup of coffee. Absolutely perfect. It’s hot enough and it’s quick. It sits on my counter and takes hardly any space. I share the concern of how well it’s built. I mean it doesn’t look flimsy but it is plastic. But it works and the price point is worth every penny. I use my own frother as mine heats up and the frother attachment is for cool foam. I did try it and it’s fine but I’m partial to heated milk/and foam so I’m fine with my trusty electric one. Love everything about this machine. Have had for two weeks now. Glad I bought it.

Hands down this is the best coffee pot you will ever buy. I very rarely post five stars reviews and I challenge anybody who can say anything negative about this machine cause I would love to know what they feel is wrong with it.I have always been a big Keurig fan however I’ve always been lacking in what I’ve needed and this is the winner. I love my Spanish coffee every morning, but I love the fact that I can make American coffee. I can make iced coffee. There’s nothing where this machine lacks. It’s even slim and a great size! The cost was reasonable 99 bucks. The quality is amazing. This is the best!

Received this morning just in time for my morning coffee. Set up was fairly easy, instructions were clear. Let me just say coffee comes out piping hot! I no longer have to put my coffee in the microwave after brewing. The coffee is strong when choosing rich under style, just like I like it. The coffee maker is a little longer than I would prefer as our counter isn’t that big. It is slim which is a plus. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars, I actually wanted the other Ninja coffee maker that didn’t come with the milk frother but that one isn’t available right now. Actually, I don’t think they’re going to make it anymore. So I just went ahead and bit the bullet and bought this one. I’m hoping I like this coffee maker a year from now as much as I like it today for the price it was.

I love this machine!! I’ve been using k-cups for years, and my 10-yr-old K machine needed to be replaced. I was tired of all the plastic waste I was using, but k-cups are awfully convenient when you’re in a hurry. This machine allows you to easily switch between grounds and k-cups. I did buy disposable filters to use with grounds – the permanent filter works fine, but it’s a whole lot easier to toss out the grounds when they’re in a disposable filter. And even though the water tank in this is smaller than my other machine, I feel like it lasts longer because it uses every last drop. I’ve been using it for several months now, and it’s still doing great!

I have had this coffeemaker for about a year now. I have purchased various K-pods for the machine, and I have been impressed by it’s durability. I use this machine at least twice a day, and I find it has been a good investment. I enjoy the iced coffee setting, and I appreciate that you can choose your personalized pour level too. The clean up on this unit is quick and easy, which I appreciate. I am an empty nester living with my husband. The simplicity and ease of use of this unit is very much valued in my home. I am fortunate to have ample counterspace in my kitchen, but I suspect this unit would be a nice addition to an apartment or dorm as well.

This is a good machine for making one or two cups of coffee, tea, or any herbal tea. Overall, it is well-designed and fairly sturdy. I have tried all the different sizes and strengths available. It is very flexible and one can adjust to one’s own taste.I have two complaints, though. The k-cup does not fit this machine. I think a mistake was make and this is a holder for another machine. I have tried many times, but the lid will not close or recognize the k-cup holder. I will try to get a replacement. The second problem is with the cup holder/drip container. It slants to the outside. Also, it is not deep enough to keep the drips from overflowing. I have to clean up after almost every use. I keep trying different things to level the drip holder, but I am giving up and using a bigger, deeper container. I got extra inserts for the K-Cup to fill and reuse them instead of the plastic disposable pods. However, the problem with the holder is the same. It is just the wrong one for this model. I will try to get a replacement from maker.

I love NINJA! This coffee maker is exactly what I was looking for. It’s slim and compact to fit under my cabinets. My coffee tastes amazing! The only thing I do not like is the stinkin scoop holder. It’s silicone and I have to push so hard practically pushing the coffee maker over, spilling water. A simple hook would have been better instead I grapple with the scoop holder and it makes for an unpleasant experience.

Overall happy with this. Have only used with pods and not used the milk steamer as of yet. Coffee grounds do get into the smaller nooks.

It works great and serves hotter coffee than keurig. I put one in my cart last night for 99$ l save it to purchase today and it’s 30$ more. I was going to buy one for my granddaughter but l’ll wait now. I purchased 2 in le las year. One for 69$ then one for my son at 79$ put it in my cart. I can’t justify 130$ for it

I couldn’t love this more. Coffee was great from the first cup. I had been grinding my own beans and doing pour over which made a good cup of coffee but this coffee maker makes it even better and less work. My experience has been with single cup makers that use ground coffee the coffee is weak. Not the case with Ninja. Great robust cup of coffee. I highly recommend it.

Love it,o lyrics thing is it does not get very hot, stays warm for about 10 min. Wish they would improve it. Even bought warranty, but that doesn’t change coffee nit that hot 🙄

For mom’s who need the extra flavor or if you are just a coffee lover then this is a super easy flavorful coffee maker! I’ve gone through a bit of coffee makers from the pot to a couple keurigs, to French press and this is my fav. It is a great space saver and pretty compact. The color is great looking, the functions on it are awesome, i like to grind my coffee beans and the smooth quality this brews it at is so delicious, this has definitely reduced my Starbucks’s spending lol. It’s great for the price. I thought it came with a steamer but it is just a milk frother that works very well. It has a ground filter and a k cup filter. They have their own storage area to include a premeasured easy to read spoon for your ground coffee! Filling the water reservoir is super simple. For coffee lovers who want great flavor with out the espresso hassle and clean up this is a must have .

Makes great coffee — classic, over ice, or “rich”. Easy to use. No leaks, unlike a popular brand that starts with “K”! Easy to clean, too. You can use the filter basket for ground coffee or go the sleepyhead route with coffee pods. Color is gentle and pretty. We recommend!

What a great little coffee machine! Love how quick and easy it is and how efficient it is!The color is perfect and the taste is outstanding. The Keurig died…had to be replaced. The Ninja is the winner!

Coffee is important to me because I live in the land of coffee, Ecuador, so when I wake up every morning, I want to know that I’m going to enjoy it!I bought this wonderful coffee machine because I read all of the ways it could make coffee, including Cafe Lattes, Iced, Macchiatos, and Cappuccinos. I love the fact that no pods are necessary because there is also a brew basket option. No pods, less waste! There’s a signal when the coffee is ready, and there’s a timer. I had thought about buying a Keurig, but those had no options in comparison to the Ninja! The price was great, it works like a charm, and it turns off by itself!

I love this! I use ground coffee (not Kurig pods) and find it works well and quickly. Lots of settings to tweak to your tastes. Simple buttons to navigate and bingo, you have your brew. I thought I was disappointed with the Frother (I have used ones before) but once I heated the half & half (not milk) it was as efficient in really producing the “steamed milk” that expresso/cappuccino machines do. Woohoo! I am happy to brew my own favorite in a machine that works well, is attractive and reasonably priced.

This was an awesome purchase. No matter what kind of coffee I have in the house I can use the same machine! Also, Ninja thought of everything with the built in scoop and frother!

I wasn’t sure if I would like this coffee maker. I am pleasantly surprised! I love that I can use keurig pods and I also use the stainless refillable keurig pods! I love fresh ground coffee and this coffee maker comes with a nice single brew reusable filter! Best of both in one coffee maker. It has storage for the coffee scoop and for the reusable filter. It is slim and the colors are great. The price is reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

I love this coffee maker! The only thing I’ve noticed is that it takes a little longer to brew iced coffee with ground coffee. I haven’t tried the k cup iced coffee yet. Other than that I really like the sleekness and the fact that you can switch between k cups and ground coffee. I also like the fact that it has a frother attached as well.

Despues de años con la keurig que siempre dio una baja temperatura al café, ahora llega la ninja de golpe que da una taza de café hirviendo compacta y con espumador para el café con leche de mi esposa, añadi las capsulas reusables para un café fresco recién molido.

As far as making coffee it’s great! A piece of the plastic broke off taking it out of the box so I’m not sure how it will hold up over time.

This coffee maker makes really good coffee. It took me a few tries to figure out how much coffee to use to get the strength I like. Now that I have it figured out, my morning cup is always perfect. I switch back and forth between using the k-cups and using ground coffee. Both come out perfect every time. I really like that there is a little drawer in the bottom of the unit to store the parts you aren’t using. They even provided a tool to clean out the little knife that pokes the hole in the top of your k-cup if it becomes clogged. That fits either inside the filter or the k-cup holder and inside the storage drawer. I haven’t had any clogs, so I don’t know how well that tool works. There is also a small amount of sediment in the bottom of the cup when you use grounds and the permanent filter. The instructions say not to use a paper filter. Now for the reason I only gave 4 stars. This coffee maker is designed for only right handed users. The storage drawer pulls out from the right side of the coffee maker. The handles to insert the filter and k-cup holder are on the right side. The milk frother has to be moved to get the water reservoir off, unless you do it right handed. The whole system is extremely awkward to use for a lefty like me. If you have the space in your kitchen, it could be put crosswise so all of the handles are facing out. But then the space saving design is lost. I don’t have that space, but I am keeping it anyway because it makes such good coffee. Everything else was so well thought out. It’s too bad that the people who designed this coffee maker didn’t make it a little more ambidextrous.

LOVE this coffee maker. We’ve had it for quite some time, used it daily and it works flawlessly. I use it for black coffee. My wife does iced coffee, all functions work well and produce coffee that tastes as good as a k cup is going to taste 🙂. Excellent value.

I have tried out a few (more expensive) coffee machines and this one surpasses all machines seriously. I did heavy research read all the reviews and this one was a game changer. We were gifted a more expensive machine for our wedding and thankfully NiceShine let us return it and I got this one and I can’t give this enough praise! I have never made an Iced coffee at home and I’ve tried so many times and this is the first time I made a coffee shop worthy iced coffee. Ninja did their big one with this machine seriously!
