I get a good pump with this and I purchased 2 and hose clamped another twister bar to one side for more resistance and it turned out perfectly. The device itself offers good resistance but my project is for those who are above average in strength. First I could do about 30 reps without the extra bar and now only 10. Someday I'll clamp the other side when I'm strong enough. (Btw I'm no expert but each clamp should hold 100 lbs and times that by 5 clamps evenly spread out for safety purposes).

   The media could not be loaded.

   It’s horrible. The material drags on your skin leaving basically rug burn, it digs into your arms very very uncomfortable. The directions are terrible. When doing the “Chest work-out” the resistance is all forcing into the bone on your forearm. Honestly it’s horrible.
