I wish it had more resistance power. You can still get a decent workout but you’re gonna need more reps which I don’t like. Not as strong as they say in terms of resistance strength. If you’re in really good shape this won’t do much for you.

I get a good pump with this and I purchased 2 and hose clamped another twister bar to one side for more resistance and it turned out perfectly. The device itself offers good resistance but my project is for those who are above average in strength. First I could do about 30 reps without the extra bar and now only 10. Someday I’ll clamp the other side when I’m strong enough. (Btw I’m no expert but each clamp should hold 100 lbs and times that by 5 clamps evenly spread out for safety purposes).

This is not a quiet piece of equipment. It creaks like nobodies business and if you’re already irritated, it just hits that nerve to make it worse.

At first this requires some effort but your arms will adjust and you will strengthen your chest. I use it everyday and the results are noticeable. I recommend. Sturdy.Only downside is the covers over the springs shred off too quickly from continuous use. Still recommend to everyone. This is a worth.

It works without leaking. My previous oil-based device kept leaking. This is lightweight and flexible. You can do several types of exercises with this. You can also adjust the length and difficulty (marginally).

This things sucks. If you’re already in shape at all and belong to a gym don’t bother . Sure it’s good for a chest pump and maybe like one set of 10 reps but it has no support anywhere so it’s not fun to use. It’s quite uncomfortable actually. My guess is it’s not good for the other muscles that aren’t targeted cause you bounce all over the place when using it .,also that back and arm excercise is a joke unless you wanna crush your head .

Do not get if you’re a shorter person. Hard to wrap your arms around it to get the max benefits. Needs improvement on item but the potential is 100% there. Taller people will get max benefits from this.

I am very active when it comes to physical fitness, working out 5 times a week in our local gym. I am always looking for at home fitness equipment that I can use. This product was easy to assemble and the instructions was readable. When I started to use it for my chest , I did feel a good burn which means it actually works. It felt a little awkward during the bicep exercises and I could not get a good workout. I do recommend this device for the chest but not necessarily for bicep strengthening.

I’m a 38 year old man, I don’t work out but I thought I was somewhat strong. I could barely move the 110 version and returned it. Start off with the 80 if you don’t have muscles. The quality is amazing though.

The media could not be loaded.
It’s horrible. The material drags on your skin leaving basically rug burn, it digs into your arms very very uncomfortable. The directions are terrible. When doing the “Chest work-out” the resistance is all forcing into the bone on your forearm. Honestly it’s horrible.
