This backpack is sleek in design and definitley not a sponge pants or other childrens design. Made for adults. Very squared lines, flatter design, light weight, and can double as an attache with the attached handle. While it may not have the storage volume of a wilderness backpack, about 6″ thick so if you are not heading off to Denali this unit is great for a short trip with room for your essentials. The laptop pocket accepts my 15.6″ including its foam sleeve, and has an elastic w/velcro strap securing it in the heavily padded pocket. Lots of smaller pockets through out, a wet/dirty pocket, one that is document size, and even one in an arm strap. There is an external plug and a USB cable (A to A) to charge electronics inside. An easy personal, under the seat in front of you item for flying. I would be nice if the shoulder straps could be removed or concealed for use as a briefcase, but they are sewn in. A great adult backpack.

This is a lightweight backpack or daypack, without as much structure as you sometimes see in other laptop bags – this keeps the weight down. This is a square suitcase first, with a few added narrow slip pockets and a shallow laptop pocket. The dimensions list this as a pretty shallow case, 6.7 inches and that is seen with about 1 inch allocated to the laptop slot, 5 inches at most to the main compartment and minimal space to the front slip pockets. This has an exterior USB port for adding a charging cable, but on the inside, there is not a pocket or specific space to hold the power pack so it is just loose in the main compartment, and on the exterior, the port, USB-A only, is near the bottom of the bag without a pocket to hold the device you may be charging. Not unmanageable, but not as convenient when a device is plugged in.

Got this backpack for an upcoming trip as I recently used another for a recent trip (VGCUB) and liked it so much, I decided to request this one. Seems to be pretty good quality with some caveats. Material seems pretty sturdy and wipable as well as the clips. Compared to my other one though, the sidewalls are pretty thin and there’s no shoe or dirty clothes compartment. The USB is definitely a useful feature that I have used on my other one. Padding for the laptop could definitely be better though. Overall for the price it’s not terrible, however I’d honestly opt for another of the brand I already had. I find the sideways opening somewhat odd see that it is a backpack, the zippers are string vs a traditional zipper and there’s no chest buckle which I found imperative on my recent trip due to the weight of the bag. Unfortunately I can’t recommend it over the VGCUB one.

this is well-made, well-designed, comfortable, carefully constructed; the straps and carry handle are comfortable, the USB port is a benefit (you supply the power pack), the compartments are thoughtfully laid out for using as a personal item or carryon in an airplane; I have used probably 20 different laptop bags over the past decade and this is plainly one of the bestThere are essentially three sections to it, full length—a laptop pocket padded and large enough to accommodate and protect other items like an iPad as well, against your back; a deep and expandable middle section that can hold enough clothes for a couple or more days, and an outer section with pouches easily accessed from the front. There’s a usb port fed by a power pack you add to the center section, and there are two large pockets on the exterior front where you can place stuff you want to access without opening it…there’s a removable key ring in one of the sections and a bottle clip at the bottom of a strap that you can use as a strap to keep the two straps together on your chest … the only thing missing is a phone pouch

Need an all-in-one solution for a short business trip. Look no further. This backpack comfortably holds your laptop and office supplies with enough expandable storage to pack travel supplies for a few days. It’s built solidly and comfortable to wear, even when fully loaded. I’d recommend it.

Very nice backpack. Has good space for laptop, compartments in many places. USB port that has minimal usage. The key thing it is missing is a bottle holder. There is no place to put a water bottle; as a backpack, this is a key missing item.

This backpack is the perfect hybrid case to carry clothing and office or school gear. The dual handles in addition to the comfortable shoulder straps give oritenation options so you can blend in any environment. Nice interior padded compartments, and incorporated compression straps create a place for everything and keep everything in place. Amply sized, the case provisions room for several sets of clothing, binders & folders, books, and tech without risking “overcarry” making the bag too heavy or unhealthy to carry. The charging port is a valuable convenience feature. Perfect for individuals who need to transition settings throught the day. Business, school, and day travel friendly.

I wanted a travel bag that is more casual than my Tumi business bag and something not looing like a kids school backpack. This fits the need. There are two main compartments that are padded. One has a divider that can be secured for a laptop. A USB is integrated into the bag – just need to connect to a separate battery source in the bag.The bag has a handle on the top and one side. There are synching straps, two on each side. The stitching and zippers look good and the bag seems durable. The only issue I have is the exterior material looks a bit cheap and I question how long it will hold up? Other than that the bag is exactly what I am looking for. I dinged for the material.

This is a well designed backpack with thoughtful elements that are a real plus for traveling. The listing does a good job of highlighting the benefits, so I’ll focus on the features I would like to see added. There are a multitude of nice interior pockets, but none of the inside pockets are zippered. I like to have a zipped pocket, preferable mesh or clear, for small items that I don’t want to come adrift and scatter throughout the bag. I also appreciate that they included a detachable bottle carrier at the bottom of one of the shoulder straps, but I would have preferred and elastic bottle pocket directly on the exterior of the bag. Unlike some other reviewers, I do like the sideways opening compartment which allows you to pack some items more like a suitcase than a backpack. This might not be perfect for everyone or every situation, but it is still a well design, functional, and useful travel backpack.

I have been using a swissgear 1900 for about 11 years now, with a 31L volume. I have that thing stuffed full with a laptop, tablet, portable monitor, hookups and chargers, a keyboard, large headphones and various tools. I unpacked and carefully repacked it into the junyrryo backpack and it flat out did not fit, at all, even with the bag widened open. it is a fine bag, seems to hold up well to the 30lbs I could get into it under some heavy tugging on it and pulling to see if it’ll come apart, but it won’t replace a 31L bag, so I can’t speak to what the actual volume really is, just that it seems absolutely less than 31L.

This backpack looks and feels very nice, with its black and sleek look. The look is versatile and would look good when taken to an office, school, the gym, or airplane. I also like how many compartments there are, so I can fit a variety of things in it, like a computer or clothes. I was surprised by how many compartments and how big some of them are. Having a handle on the side is also helpful so I can hold it more like a bag. It is comfortable to wear and has nice shoulder straps and good back padding. The only downside with this bag is the straps on the sides. I want to remove them as I will not use them often. It is a nice idea, but I probably will not use them that much. Another thing to be aware of is there is no water bottle pouch. That is the tradeoff for the side handle and being able to carry it like a messenger bag. Overall, though, it’s a good bag at a stellar price.

I was looking for a new travel backpack. This one really fit the bill. There’s nothing flashy about it at all, but it suits me nicely.Recently I used this bag on an adventure. It was filled with quite a bit of my junk as well as my huge 16 inch “mobile workstation” laptop. I have to say that I was very impressed with how much stuff I was able to fit inside of it and how well the bag distributed the weight across my back and shoulders while wearing it. The build quality of this bag is really impressive too. The manufacturer seems to have put a lot of energy into constructing a sturdy bag with good stitching. My only complaint is that this bag doesn’t have a chest strap or a water bottle holder. Those are minor. For the price of this bag, I can live without those features.Highly recommended!

There are multiple compartments. The whole backpack is cushioned. It has a port for your powerbank on the side. It can be carried as a small personal suitcase or wear as a backpack. It’s nice and sleek. It has an area for a tablet or a small to medium size laptop. Perfect for short trips as it small and comfortable.

For the price, this is a great functional backpack. I’d say better use for a college student or even as a travel bag. Might be a little overkill for a HS or younger student backpack. Pretty good quality and is holding up well. Delivered fairly quickly. Currently priced just under $36 with available coupon.

My husband bought one and it was absolutely useful for travelling. So I had to buy one for myself as well. Instead of taking a carry on or big luggage for short trips, can take this backpack and pack clothes. I highly recommend this if you want a small and compact luggage. And the quality is really good.

Decent backpack, good size, fair price, and accommodates a ton of stuff too. Not in use as a carry-on, although it is meant to be, it makes a great work backpack to haul everything to and from, especially if your work involves driving a lot. Love the USB port too!

I would consider this a light commuter backpack. It’s the perfect size for carrying a laptop and just a few more things. You could probably add 2-3 inches of books in the main compartment without getting too full, and have plenty of space for pens, pencils, phone, batteries, etc. The fabric is waterproofed and the overall design is minimalist and clean. I use it to travel to meetings, or as my personal item bag for short trips. There is lots of padding in the back wall and surrounding the laptop compartment. The shoulder straps are similarly well padded. It’s nice for semiprofessional and work settings because it doesn’t look floppy like a school backpack. It’s a step more grown up.

I bought this backpack because it fits in the size requirements for a carry-on. The description says that it is 40L, but I have no reference to understand how much that can hold. When I received the backpack, I was concerned that it could not hold very much. I was definitely wrong. I was able to put a six different outfits (including one formal) and I still had room. All those outfits fit in the main pocket. There was still the laptop compartment on the back with the three zipper compartments on the front. On the front there is a small zipper compartment, medium zipper compartment, and a large zipper compartment that goes behind the small and medium compartment for the entire length of the front of the backpack. You could easily pack clothes for 3-5 days, toiletries, a laptop, folders, pens, keyboard and mouse, and still have room. This backpack has several inner pockets as well. I love that this backpack has so many pockets so that you can organize all your things. For a business trip, this backpack is all you would need. There also are several handles on this backpack. You can carry it on one shoulder, both shoulders, or with either the handle on the side or top. That is four ways to carry this backpack. I like that you can plug a portable battery into this backpack and you have a traveling USB port. Depending on how much you want to expand or compress the backpack, there are sturdy clips on both sides to secure the backpack releasing the stress on the zippers.I was really surprised as to how much you can put into this backpack. I also love that it fits within TSA criteria for a carry-on. It is a soft sided bag, so you have to be careful not to overpack the bag; but if you can carry it, you can carry it onto the plane.

I recently picked up the 60L version of this travel backpack, and it’s been fantastic for my trips. The extra space is ideal for longer travels, and I can fit all my essentials—clothes, electronics, toiletries—plus a bit more. It’s actually surprising how much it can hold without feeling bulky. The bag is designed with multiple compartments, which help keep everything organized, and the laptop compartment is secure and well-padded. I also appreciate the USB charging port feature, which makes it so easy to charge my devices on the go. The fact that it’s TSA-friendly is a huge plus, too, as it saves me time during security. While it doesn’t have a built-in water bottle holder, I love the flexibility of carrying it in multiple ways—backpack, side handle, or even a messenger bag style with the top handle. The build quality is solid, and the straps are comfortable even when packed with weight. All in all, I’m really impressed with this backpack for the price. It’s a great blend of practicality and comfort, perfect for anyone who needs a reliable bag for travel or daily use.

The lightweight design is another huge plus, and I don’t feel weighed down. Whether I’m heading on a weekend getaway or a longer vacation, this backpack has become my go-to!

Despite the nasty chemical smell just after unpacking this bag (air it out first!), it seems like it would be a nice way to haul a change of clothes or a jacket and your laptop for an extended outing and maybe a weekend. The main compartment expands to almost double depth if you need to put something bulky in there, and the laptop sleeve is to the rear where it belongs to protect it. It’s got all the required straps, and even some inside straps like a “proper” piece of luggage which was unexpected at least to me. And they’re a bit conservative on how big a laptop you could stuff in there – my 11 inch pad fits fine of course, and even my 16 inch laptop has no trouble – plenty of room. I even stuffed in my comically padded laptop sleeve, and it fit just fine too. So, all good? Mostly – They claim it’s water proof, and that seems fine except I worry about the zippers – they are not protected and no special covering, so I would worry about water intrusion there if I was hiking. Throw a cover over it and it would be fine I think. And I spent five minutes trying to figure out where I could attach a power bank inside, and never did discover the secret. If you’re making a decision based on that feature, I couldn’t make it work.

I was a little surprised at how well built this backpack is. The padding in the back portion is really thick and firm so things in the backpack wouldn’t bother your back. Straps are thick as well. Inside the main compartment there is a mesh pouch with an elastic strap going over the top that secures with Velcro. Front compartment is smaller and has a few different dividers. External female usb connection on the outside with about a foot cord going to a make usb connector on the inside of the main compartment. This isn’t a hug backpack so it would easily slider under the seat in front of you on a plane. It think it’s well made and I will definitely put it to use! Picture is of the backpack on my kid for reference

This is a nice bag. It offers plenty o0f space for my work or gaming laptop (max size 16″). mouse, power supply and headphones. I was also able to fit my extended monitor in the bag too. There are a couple design issues with the bag, such as the front pocket that doesn’t really have much storage space to it, maybe fir a passport of a very flat item, and the side bottle holders, there are not elastic so you could only fit a very small bottle in them it the backpack is filed with other items. My suggestion would make the water bottle sides with an elastic material so the bottle doesn’t have to dig into the bag, and make the outer pocket expandable for more items like keys, ear pods, or snacks.

This backpack holds more than it looks and makes organizing everything super easy. The expandable section adds extra room when needed, and the suitcase-style opening is a game changer. The USB charging port is handy for keeping devices powered up on the go.The laptop sleeve could use more padding, and the zippers aren’t the smoothest, but overall it’s a solid, well-designed bag that looks good and travels well.

I was looking for something just like this—ideal for carrying a tablet, laptop, and other daily essentials. It also has a convenient strap on the back so you can attach it to the handles of a carry-on roller bag.

This bag is nicer than I expected! The outside is made out of a durable yet lightweight waterproof material that will do great protecting your items and should last for many years. It is stitched together well, the zippers function smoothly and the overall bag, inside pockets and shoulder straps are well padded. It’s spacious for it’s size and it has roomy pockets to help keep your things organized. I do wish that it had a side elastic mesh type of pocket instead of a zippered one for a water bottle, so I deducted 1 star for that but it’s definitely not a deal breaker.I recommend this backpack for quick overnight stays, short trips, family outings, office travels and for school. At the time of this review, it is listed for $19.99 with a 30% coupon that can be applied. I feel that it is definitely worth that price, especially since it is built to last a long time.Thank you for reading my honest and unbiased review. I hope it helps you with your decision. Happy Shopping! 🙂

This is a smaller adult backpack. It is perfect for anyone looking to travel on any budget airline that only allows you one personal item for free. It has a pouch for laptops and a smaller pouch for eReaders. It only has the one big main compartment, but also has a smaller pouch for easy access items on the front. It has two drink holders on the sides. It looks sleek, has clean lines, and works well.

Lots of pockets for chargers, cables, etc., easily holds a small laptop or up to a large tablet. Has a usb for charging (although i probably won’tuse that). This is a good size for carry on, a purse or small bag could also be placed in this bag to stay within carry on restrictions. It’s a basic canvas style bag and would work for me when I travel with a tablet or my small laptop, but not if I’m taking my larger screen laptop. There’s a side pocket for a water bottle or maybe your cell phone. There are so many backpack travel bags out there! This one is affordable and gets you there. Do check in advance with your airline or TSA to be sure that what you are carrying in the bag is within regulations! Packed very well in a secure box.

I use backpacks on a daily basis, and like to match my pack to my outfit, so I wanted a black one when it’s called for. But I don’t see myself using this much or any.First off, at least half of it feels too thin and cheapie. I mean, it IS like half the price of a nicer backpack like this, but still. It’s really like a laptop sleeve with just a little extra storage space. The deal-breaker for me, is that there’s no water bottle pocket, even though it says there is one, in the ad. They must be talking about the other models. Thought I missed it, because I went back to the ad and saw that it said “Zippered Water Bottle Pocket”, but I can’t find it anywhere. I need that. The only time it’s okay not to have one, is when it’s a tactical/military type pack, that has MOLLE attachment fields and you can add one if you want. But I have to have it for my travels. I walk and bike everywhere, so it’s a must.Zippers are fairly heavy duty, but just have a cheezy look to them. Straps are all thin. The outer material is halfway decent, and the padding that sits on your back seems pretty good. The rest of it just feels thin and cheap. I’ll call it 3 stars.

BOTTOM LINE: Nice backpack that will hold (and protect) a laptop AND a tablet, too. Plus enough room leftover for a couple days’ worth of clothes, should you choose to use this pack as all-in-one overnight bag & laptop hauler.THOUGHTS: My wife & I often go for a week or two at a time for camping trips. But sometimes it’s just a quick over-nighter. To keep from having to drag out a big suitcase for such short trips, I picked up this little JUNYRRYO backpack that also has the padding and techie doodads to double as a protective carrier for pricey portable electronic gizmos. The built-in charging cord is a nice touch, allowing you to charge up or just top off your stuff without yanking everything out of the bag. Just plug your item of choice in first, then when you find a power-point, use the included charging port and plug it in. or if you have a portable powerpack, you can stuff it in the small compartment of the pack and use it to recharge your laptop and/or tablet. As I said earlier, I am able to stuff in my full-size laptop, and tuck my Fire reader/tablet in as well… with enough room leftover for some clothes too. This pack is nice! Another bonus is that it is rated as being approved for carry-on use, designed to fit under seats or in overhead compartments without fighting or forcing. (Haven’t flown in some time, so I will find out once the time comes, I guess. But it’s nice to know.)The pack has a sort of faux leather feel to it. It’s tough material and looks as if it will stand up to a good deal of use & abuse without falling apart. It’s listed as “water resistant”, so it should be alright in a rainshower or whatnot without exposing your $$$ eletro-doohickies to the elements. Mine’s gotten a little dirty, but it cleaned up with a shoe brush and a towel. (Not sure if I’d risk running it through a washer with those power cords and so forth.) The pack’s zippers are those slick ‘hidden’ style that don’t jingle or rattle, plus they don’t protrude as much as traditional YYK zippers, so they seem less likely to snag on stuff. Nice. There’s a cool sewn-in strap that keeps the padded backpack straps from flopping around – if you want to carry it using the top handle, which again, keeps the profile thin and reduces the risk of snagging it on doorknobs, dresser handles, etc. It has side-cinching straps to compress the depth of the pack, to keep it as compact as possible and prevent whatever’s inside from shifting too much. It also has a side pocket for hydration bottles, but it will only comfortably carry a 20oz bottle. Anything bigger would be a struggle, and you’d risk ripping the bottle pocket seams/stitching. All-in-all, this is a fairly well thought out overnight backpack & laptop/tablet transporter. It’s a solid value, especially considering the price.I’ve taken this on one trip already and have used it to haul my lunch and misc stuff back & forth to work for a couple of weeks and it still looks brand new. I am hopeful that this JUNYRRYO laptop backpack will provide me many years’ worth of dependable service. There are currently NINE different versions (sizes), and the price obviously goes up as the size increases. But they’re all this same basic pack design, with the same electronic protection features, so it should be easy to find one that will fit your specific electronic gadgets. And if you’re in doubt, order UP a size, just to be safe! So far… VERY HAPPY!If you found this review helpful, let me know with an upvote. Thanks!

This product really depends on what you plan to use it for. For me, I try to use personal item bags as free bags for flying and to cut down on costs for paying for luggage. I have a couple regulated personal item bags like this one but they are a much different style. Those lay down flat almost like a suitcase would and are quite perfect for traveling. This style is more like a backpack where it opens at the top and you will have to dig all your clothes and belongings through the top. I like the other style as it just more functional for what I want to use it for and that is basically like a mini suitcase.Despite it not being the style I personally prefer; it will work as a regulated free carryon bag for most airlines. It has a charging port which is nice and convenient for travel. It is made of thicker material and I am quite impressed with the quality of that as it is built to last.

UPDATE: On the second use of the luggage handle strap it separated from the backpack leaving a big hole on each side of the backpack where it was sewn with only one line of stitching on each side. Pretty weak construction which was initially hidden. This is a pretty good backpack. There are so many options for them out there you will probably never find the perfect one, but for the money this one has several good features to offer. One note: the material is certainly not “waterproof”, as it states in one of the pictures at the beginning of the webpage, but it is that tightly woven type of cloth material that is water resistant. There are several internal pockets / dividers. A great feature is the jack, or shrouded outlet, on one side that is provided for you to hook up a player via USB which stays protected inside the backpack, for attachment to headphones; or a power bank that can add hours to the use of a lot of peripherals. Another appreciated feature is the padded grab handle which is used nearly every time you would pick this up. Also, having a luggage handle strap built in is a bonus and avoids having to try and wrap the shoulder harnesses around the extended handle of your roller board when traveling. I’m looking forward to many adventures and hopefully several years with this backpack.

Seems structurally strong. It is bigger than I expected, even though it is made for a 14 inch laptop. I ordered it for a casual backpack for daily use, but it is too big for what I needed. The straps are strong and it has a weight to it in terms of quality. I can use it for short trips if I need to take my laptop with me and it will be well protected. It zips up with a good heavy duty zipper and it won’t leak if you get caught in the rain. I recommend it for a younger person of smaller stature too. It’s a good size for school as well.

This is a great bag for a laptop. Its very well cushioned. That being said, I don’t 5hink you can fit much else in it. Definitely the cord and some snacks but I wouldn’t try to fit too much more in it. That does make air travel difficult. Every square inch counts.

This is a much smaller travel book bag and doesn’t have many pockets or slots at all. The straps are wide and decently comfortable and the build quality is well made. I really like the USB charging connection (great for any travel.) This could have been made larger and still would have passed TSA carryon criteria; wished it would have been.

This is a very nice backpack for the money. It is well made with durable fabric and nice stitching. It’s simple and clean in both aesthetic and pocket layout, which I like. It’s really surprising you can get something this nice for under 20.00. Very pleased with this.

I’ve been using this bag as my go-to bag for the last few months and it is great. It’s a little smaller than I envisioned but it actually works just right for daily use or even an overnighter. It has great storage for a laptop, iPad, charger, etc in the back pocket and the main pocket is great because you can open it up wide and has straps and is just big enough for a change of clothes and some toiletries, just what you need for short trips so I have been using this bag almost exclusively lately because I don’t do many long trips anymore.

I have been looking for just the right under-seat bag to park on top of my (slightly larger) rolling carry on. This backpack has what I was looking for, including a port for charging my phone in the airport. The styling is smooth and unobtrusive, much better looking than your standard-issue book bag. The padding on the straps is very plush. This is a comfortable, attractive and useful piece of luggage that can work for anyone.

I ordered the Regular 15.6 Inch version, and my Dell Inspiron 15.6” laptop fits perfectly in the laptop compartment. The listing states the depth is “5.9 inches” but it is actually less than 4” (see photos). Not a dealbreaker for me, but this means you have less capacity to carry stuff. There are lots of pockets for organization, and the zippers run smoothly. The material feels durable, and there is enough padding for the laptop compartment. Overall, I’d recommend this backpack if you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist, compact backpack and only need to carry minimal items (laptop, tablet, charger, notepad, etc). No visible logos is a big positive for me!

I told my friends I wanted an all-purpose backpack for hiking and for vacations and I asked them what I should look for. They advised me to get something that could hold and protect my iPad and phone, to get something that would be ok if it rained, something big enough for my necessities but not too big to carry all the time and to get one with several little places to tuck my water bottle, keys, swimsuit and a place to put my lunch without getting all over everything else. This bag has every single thing on my list. The expandability solves the not too big – not too small issue. There are dedicated places for my water bottle (it unzips to expand, too) and for my technology. The pack is excellent quality and feels like a little rain will not be a problem. And there are lots of cubbies and zippered areas to tuck snacks or documents or even shoes. None of my friends mentioned size regulations to meet airline requirements but that’s covered too.I prefer bright colors but there’s no doubt that black shows no dirt and something like pink or yellow would show everything. The pack feels a little heavy but the straps make carrying on my back like I should carry it just fine.I’ve looked at a fair number of backpacks while shopping in the past week or two and this one just looks better and seems more durable. It’s a step or two up from what I ordinarily get myself but it feels nice to treat myself to quality instead of just making do with something chosen for its low price.I feel confident that this backpack will meet my needs whether I’m going on a two hour hike or on a trip for job interviews.

This backpack is great if you need a large, undivided space. There’s lots of room inside, enough to pack for a weekend trip. It’s not overly heavy, which, coupled with the padded straps, makes it comfortable to wear. The fabric is weather resistant, and seems quite durable. The simple style, comfy padding, and roomy interior, make it a great choice for use as a personal item on airplanes, or as a day pack when sightseeing. Really a great value.

Love this little backpack! It fits great, works for my M1 MacBook Air, and still has enough room for a water bottle or two. It isn’t going carry your kitchen sink, but it’s a perfect little “day bag” if that’s what you’re looking for. I highly recommend this as the overall build quality is great; the zippers look and feel nice, the material hasn’t snagged on anything or worn out and I’ve been using it as a cycling backpack! If you’re on the fence, just grab this. It works, its sized right, and you can carry more than you think in this!

This bag was a little smaller than anticipated but it does feel like it is made out of decent material. The straps adjust well and are comfortable without digging into the shoulders. You are able to store plenty of items in it but it is a little small for my laptop. The color is neutral black so it can work for many different uses

I went on a trip to visit my family for Easter, and this backpack was perfect for my flight. I was able to fit everything that I needed and I even had room to bring a small gift for my nephew. The backpack was comfortable to wear and was sturdy enough that I didn’t worry about it breaking on me. The added padded slot in the back was perfect for my laptop, so I didn’t have to worry about it getting hurt on the move. What I absolutely loved about it was that my shoes perfectly fit in the shoe slot. I wear a men’s size 12, which is always hard to travel with since they’re a bit longer than usual. BUT they fit perfectly in the slot, and I was able to keep them separate from my clothes. I would even bargain to say that it could sit a 12.5 or maybe even a 13.The compression straps on the sides made it super easy to compress and ensure that it properly fit under the seat in front of me. I will def be using this backpack for my next trip!

The dedicated 15.6-inch laptop compartment is well-padded, providing adequate protection for my device. Additionally, the built-in USB charging port is a convenient feature for keeping devices powered on the go, though it’s important to note that a power bank is not included. While the multiple compartments and pockets help with organization, the main compartment can become cramped when carrying bulkier items. Also, while the water-resistant material offers some protection against light rain, I would recommend an additional rain cover for heavier downpours.

Perfect size for a small carryon bag when flying or doing light travel. This can easily fit under the seat while flying. Love the different compartments for securely holding my laptop, iPad, and charging cords. Plus there’s plenty of extra room for packing a spare outfit and some toiletries. The carrying straps are also really nicely padded making it comfortable to carry.

I ordered this because I needed another bag for my laptop to carry around on a daily basis that was a good value for the money. This fits the bill. It carries everything I need well, gets everything where it needs to go. It fits my 15″ laptop fine. The padding is good enough to make sure that it doesn’t get knocked around and is protected well. It functions the way a back pack should. I was surprised to see that the front smaller pocket is bigger than it appears since you can put stuff up into the back area, so it holds quite a bit. This is great for sticking things like textbooks or binders in without having to put them in the main compartment with a laptop. The only thing of note that I see is the external charge cord is a USB type and not a C type, so might need an adapter. Straps hold well, zipper works fine. All and all it is a great quality little laptop backpack.
Trek Biker –

John Farago –
this is well-made, well-designed, comfortable, carefully constructed; the straps and carry handle are comfortable, the USB port is a benefit (you supply the power pack), the compartments are thoughtfully laid out for using as a personal item or carryon in an airplane; I have used probably 20 different laptop bags over the past decade and this is plainly one of the bestThere are essentially three sections to it, full length—a laptop pocket padded and large enough to accommodate and protect other items like an iPad as well, against your back; a deep and expandable middle section that can hold enough clothes for a couple or more days, and an outer section with pouches easily accessed from the front.

Back pack started to fall apart almost immediately! zippers are cheap and so are the straps!

This backpack while compact is packed full of pockets to separate out your essentials. The USB port has a bag to hold your power bank, there is a security pocket on the back of the bag and it has a neat water bottle holder I’ve never seen before

Really like this bag for my laptop and for travel. It has great padding for the laptop and enough space for a few days of clothes. This is a quality bag, lots of zippers making it easy to use. Recommend this bag.
Jonathan D Thielmann –
Jacob –
Trevor A. –
The Stig –
I got this backpack to use as a personal item for flying. It’s very compact and has a good amount of space. I’m able shove a change of clothing, my iPad, headphones, cables, an external battery, and other miscellaneous items in it easily. It’s comfortable and keeps my stuff protected too.

Alex –

This expandable travel backpack is a lifesaver for my trips! The 40L capacity is perfect for packing all my essentials without overstuffing, and the laptop compartment keeps my tech safe and secure. I love the USB charging port – super convenient when I need to charge on the go. It’s TSA-friendly, which makes airport security a breeze.

If you’re making a decision based on that feature, I couldn’t make it work.
caliberbob –
Mark Wheeler –
YL –
This backpack holds more than it looks and makes organizing everything super easy. The expandable section adds extra room when needed, and the suitcase-style opening is a game changer. The USB charging port is handy for keeping devices powered up on the go.The laptop sleeve could use more padding, and the zippers aren’t the smoothest, but overall it’s a solid, well-designed bag that looks good and travels well.

Sturdy, water resistent travel back pack with a padded top handle. The backpack is padded around all sides top, bottom, and sides, and front pouch. Designed to protect your laptop and contents from the typical travelBack pack is contructed out of heavy water resistent canvas. Internal USB-A connector for connecting to a charging battery. A great little backpack. It’s perfect for travel—the built-in USB charging port is a nice touch, and the design is sleek and TSA-friendly if you are a Pre-checker like me.

This is a great traveling backpack. It’s had a professional look, the fabric is thick, great quality, has lots of pockets, plenty of room and it’s reasonably priced. I’m so glad I ordered this. I’m looking forward to using it when I travel. I highly recommend this.

The JUNYRRYO Travel Backpack is the perfect companion for frequent flyers and everyday adventurers. With its TSA-friendly design, it opens flat for hassle-free airport screening, and the 16.3″ size makes it ideal as a carry-on that fits under the seat or in overhead compartments. It’s got impressive storage: dedicated laptop compartment, roomy main space, and well-placed pockets for travel essentials. The material feels durable yet lightweight, and the padded straps make long hauls more comfortable.Whether you’re jet-setting or commuting, this backpack blends function, versatility, and sleek style with ease. A great pick for those who travel smart and stay organized.

Looks professional and aesthetically bold. Use it for to and fro from work. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around. Would recommend for commutes and professional endeavors

S Nicker28 –

This bag is fantastic! I love the dedicated laptop compartment—super secure and easy to access. The material feels high quality, and even though there’s a ton of space inside, it doesn’t feel bulky when worn. Perfect for commuting or travel. Highly recommend!

Simple, nondescript backpack that gets the job done. It would work as a small carryon for most airlines.
