The media could not be loaded. Very lightweight and easy to set up. Prints with heat and as soon as the print is done, the paper is dry. Works with bluetooth or with your computer. Great product

10/10 recommend! I use this thermal printer for my small online business and i love it. No need to waste ink anymore it’s so convenient and it’s small definitely portable can take it anywhere. I love that they have multiple colors to choose from & you can also make tattoo stencils so tattoo artist can definitely use this. I recommend this portable thermal printer!

This thermal printer is perfect for small living spaces. I am very limited in space and full a size printer is not an option. Very pleased with print quality and the fact that I can take it with me when traveling is a huge win for me.
