The features are nice if they work. Once heated up, the steamer spurted out water droplets while steaming, making water spots on the garment. Also, this was clearly a returned device. Tape on the box was torn, and the plug for the water reservoir was missing. The amount of steam was substantial and would have been great if it didn’t also shoot water out.

What an incredible tool. I seriously wish I found this years ago. My dress shirts and pants always come out of the dryer wrinkly and it frustrates me to try and iron my shirts in batches, days in advance. If there was a cost effective tool that I can just very simply hang my clothes on an hanger and wand over to get the wrinkles out… hmmm. Guess what folks? I think I found it in this little neat tool.I plugged this steamer/iron in my bedroom. When I pull a wrinkly shirt out of my closet I add some water with provided cup, turn it on and literally 10 seconds I’m getting the wrinkles out of my shirts, pants or whatever clothes I need to be de-wrinkled. The led touch display makes it easy to control and I like that you can just increase or decrease the heat/steam levels for different fabrics. The swivel handle is handy too for storage, travel or if you want to attack the wrinkles from different angles. It’s lightweight but sturdy enough to not feel cheaply made. I am very happy I got this iron/steamer and I can will be using it daily. Love this time saver and tool to help me look clean and fresh. Only problem is that I wish I found it sooner!I’ll be buying more of these for my kids who are entering the workforce. Have I mentioned that this is a great tool?

I love this thing. It was packaged very well and came with a cup to put water into it and a base to put it on. I filled it with water and plugged it in. I hit the power button and it came on. There are different levels to choose from and it heated up very quickly. It also comes with a nice travel bag and this will be perfect for the vacation I’m taking later in the year. The handle also moves so it is easier to use. It’s small but mighty!

I love steam engines, have a large upright steam engine at home, and always travel with a portable one. I’ve used a bunch of laptops over the last 10-15 years and this is the worst laptop I’ve ever used. It hardly produces any steam, just makes your hands hot, and stops working on the third use. The little steam it spewed turned into water that came out of the steam hole. Trust me, don’t buy this.

I really wanted to like this portable mini travel steamer, but it just didn’t live up to expectations. It takes a while to heat up, and even when it does, the steam output is pretty weak. I had to go over the same area multiple times, and it still didn’t get all the wrinkles out. The water tank is super small, so you’re constantly refilling it — not ideal when you’re trying to get ready in a hurry. It’s lightweight and compact, which is nice for travel, but unfortunately, the performance just isn’t there. I’ll be looking for something with more power next time.

The picture appears to be powered by a battery, but in reality, it needs to be connected to a power source. If the water tank capacity is too small, a piece of clothing needs to be filled with water, and the steam is too small to be suitable for clothing with a thickness of suits or above.

I placed an order for the “portable and efficient” advertising slogan, but this thing was simply flawed everywhere! It took 3 minutes to preheat, but the steam was as weak as breathing, and the slightly thicker collar of the shirt was not flat at all. The water tank is ridiculously small, and it can only barely burn two or three T-shirts with water. During the trip, you have to repeatedly look for the faucet to connect to the water. The portability is not much better. The folding handle snap is loose, and it pops up in the suitcase and the plastic body is full of cheapness!

Has a little tray to rest it on, easy to use. When full, it can steam maybe a pair of pants and a blouse before it needs refilling. Perfect for travel.

It literally SPITS the steam at your clothing and leaves it wet and not wrinkle free.2. The dry iron isn’t hot enough and didn’t do a good enough job.3. I KNOW it’s a travel steam iron but it does go through the water super fast.I bought this one and the Polardo Portable Travel Garment Steamer and tested them both. THAT one is 5 stars. This one not so much. And I was able to steam four; sleeveless tops on one tank of water.
