So far so good I have white floors and dirt gets in cracks l, because you see everything. This thing really pulled dirt out. I ordered more mop pads cause they get dirty fast. Easy to clean in washer then hang to dry. Wish cord was longer

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Shark Steam & Scrub All-in-One and have been mostly impressed by its performance. This device is not just a steam mop; it’s an advanced cleaning tool that significantly eases the chore of maintaining floors. The steam function heats up swiftly, delivering a steady stream of steam that deeply cleans and sanitizes the floors. Additionally, the scrubbing action of the mop is gentle yet effective, effortlessly tackling dirt and leaving my floors not just clean, but impressively spotless. However, I did find the water tank a bit on the smaller side. For my 1500 sq ft home, I need to refill it at least once during the cleaning process to cover the entire area, which can be a slight inconvenience. Despite this, the floors dry quickly and feel incredibly fresh and dry to the touch after cleaning. In summary, while the tank size could be larger, the overall performance of the Shark Steam & Scrub All-in-One makes it a worthy tool for anyone seeking a powerful, easy-to-use solution for keeping their floors pristine. Highly recommended for its efficient cleaning capabilities, even if it means a refill during the process.

It's super light which I love. I use it on the 1st setting and its too much steam which leaves streaks so I turned on the ceiling fans and it did help some. Doesn't do well with picking up hair but its easy to use as well as to clean it. If it picked up hair it would be the perfect steam mop!

Yesterday, I cleaned all the floors in my 4,600-square-foot house, and for the first time ever, I felt like there was absolutely nothing left on them. No dust, no dirt, no dog hair—just truly clean floors. One of the best things about the Shark 3-in-1 Steam Mop Vac is that it cuts my cleaning time in half. Before, I had to vacuum first, then mop with a bucket of water—constantly changing out dirty water after every room just to avoid spreading grime. This machine eliminates that whole process. It vacuums and mops at the same time with steam, so I’m not just pushing around dirty water—I’m actually sanitizing.Another big plus: all you need is water. It produces a lot of steam and effortlessly cuts through dirt, dust, and pet hair. The vacuum works well, and there’s no need for chemicals. That said, you do have to clean it after every use, which includes emptying the water and dirt reservoirs and cleaning the mop roller. But I don’t mind—some pricier models claim to be self-cleaning, but based on reviews, people still end up taking them apart manually to prevent odors. I’d rather just do a quick rinse myself. One limitation: it’s not designed to handle large amounts of liquid. I dropped a cup of coffee yesterday and tried mopping it up, but the liquid reservoir is pretty small. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me—I see this as a sanitizing and dirt-removal machine, not a spill soaker. If you wipe up most of a mess first, the steam mop finishes the job perfectly.I also want to mention something that’s always frustrated me—vacuuming first, then mopping, only to see leftover dirt get smeared around. No matter how well I vacuumed, I never felt like my floors were truly clean. But with this machine, they finally are. After using it yesterday, I immediately called my mom and multiple friends and told them they need this in their homes. It’s that good. I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. I left this video as a testament to just how well this unit cleans. My fiancé left fabuloso on the floor over three weeks ago and you can see it foaming up as I clean the floor. The upsides to this unit is that if you leave it in a space for roughly 20 seconds it will clean it completely. If things have been caked on for months and months this unit will clean it if you pass over in a small space. I found it to be better than the steam and scrub unit because it doesn’t redistribute your filth across the floor depending on whether you’ve changed the pads are not.The downsides are that the catch tray for the water is really tiny and you will change it many times on your first cleaning (I changed mine 35 - 40 times) . You will also want to order extra brush rolls as you cycle through your rollers as you clean.Overall I thought the product functioned really well for the price point. It is my suspicion that it is poorly constructed and will probably break and no less than three years but I hope that if it lasts 1 to 2 years that it will be worth the money. If you’re looking for some thing stellar that scratches every itch of your cleaning fetish this may not be the product for you because you’ll have to work a little harder to get your result, but if you’re budget conscious like myself, I found the best value in this machine and a little extra Work for the price point is well worth it as my floors are spotless, I get clear water in the tray now and my floors have never looked cleaner. It’s a good product, know that you’re getting something cheap and flimsy but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

First off I LOVE this steam scrubber. And that's what it is, a steam scrubber, NOT a vacuum mop. This is an amazing upgraded version of the steam mops with the pads.Cons- Let's start with what it does NOT do. If you are looking for something to lay down water, scrub your floor and then suck it all back up, this is not what you want. This is also NOT a vacuum. If you want a one stop do it all floor cleaner this is not for you. Also, if you are looking for a tool to remove years of built up dirt in your grout lines, this is not for you. This is more of a maintenance, keeping it clean, machine.Pros- What does it do? It lays down a LOT of steam while simultaneously scrubbing with a combination soft rag/stuff bristle roller. It DOES have suction and will pick up the extra water and debris , however, the dirty water and debris tanks are TINY. Once they are full, which is about 1/4 of the way through the clean water tank, the water will just stay on your floor. I assume this is because shark expects most of the water to evaporate on your floor, but if you spend a lot of time going over the same area, that will not happen. So you have two options, you can stop cleaning 1/4 of the way through the clean water tank and empty the dirty tanks and it will continue to pick up the water, OR you can just clean your floor and then go back over it with a dry towel to pick up the extra water, which is what I do.Conclusion - So why do I love it? I have a shark robot vac that vacuums my house daily so I do not need a mop that also vacuums. The corded feature allows me to clean my whole downstairs in one go. The amount of water in the clean tank lasts me through two small rooms or one big room. The scrubber/steam combo removes even the worst dried on, stuck on food and gummy goo from my tile floors. We are barefoot in my house, and my floors are left feeling so squeaky clean under our feet. It can not be used with a cleaning solution which I love because the floors are sanitized with no chemical residue left on them.I gave 4 stars because the only thing it needs improved is the size of the dirty water tanks. Everything else is perfect in my eyes.So If you are looking for a daily to weekly maintenance machine to remove stuck on dried up food from your floors and sanitize them this is definitely the machine for you!

I am not even willing to show the before image of my floor. It was so bad! We adopted a kitty who, unbeknownst to us, has terrible gastrointestinal problems. She leaks poop everywhere. We’ve tried kitty diapers but she becomes feral. 😹Either our floors were covered in dried kitty land mines that you had to tiptoe through, or I would have to spend about an hour every day on my hands and knees scrubbing. And my floor never looked as good as above. You get 4 pads. We have a “poop” set and a “clean set”. Poop set gets dirty fast and requires washing immediately after each use. Our clean set is more buffing up areas the cat doesn’t go or is still clean. We use the device daily and wash the clean set about once a week as our floors get dirty from wearing shoes too.The mop cleans dust and grime on a single pass through quite brilliantly. If you have tough stuck on messes from your pet or child, you might need to hover over and around the offending area for 20-30 seconds. I use my floor time to listen to my audiobook. My floors take me 15-30 minutes to do two passes; a 10-20 minute scrubbing pass to clean up cat poop or juice my kids have spilled and a pad switch to do a 5-10 minute whole floor final clean with the clean pads.My hardwood floor is about 1250sq ft of space with furniture…to help you gauge what I’m cleaning. On a good day it’s a 15 minute take and my floors are brilliant. If the cat has a bad night it takes a bit more time. But I am no longer embarrassed to have people come over anymore! It doesn’t require pressure to use, but you have to hold it and steer it similar to a cordless vacuum on a hardwood floor. It’s a volume that you could talk on the phone but it’s going to be heard by the person on the other end. My friends don’t mind-wouldn’t take a work call. The water reservoir is sometime adequate. Occasionally, I need to pause and refill. Not a complaint because it’s probably adequate for 95% of use. I also think it’d be too heavy if it were bigger.
