I had been debating for a while now which coffee machine to get and was afraid to invest in one. I have had many different ones over the year and was never really satisfied with them. But I am glad I chose this machine. I have had a Lavazza espresso machine and loved it but not as this much. I love the fact that I can make all types of coffee in one machine. I don’t have to buy different things to make different types of coffee. the milk frother is very useful, you don’t have to just use it for cappuccino or macchiato. You can use it to make hot chocolate or any other type of hot milk drinks for the kiddos. Personally, this makes the mornings easier for my wife because kids like to have a cup of hot chocolate in the morning and this machine makes it quite easy and fast. So far I love this machine and all the coffee that came with it. I had tried many of the flavors for Lavazza before but the variety box helped me explore more options quite well from flavor to strength. Overall, great buy with the 25% off coupon.

Absolutely the most fantastic expresso and coffee maker. It is sturdy and does not move on the counter. It makes the best expresso and milk based expresso drinks and even an 8 ounce coffee. The vessel that comes with it is actually a glass mug with a milk frother and steamer. So simple to use and so delicious. Lavazza has made a real Italian expresso machine for home use. And, Lavazza coffee is outstanding. Perfect in every way. Expresso is hot and milk is frothed perfectly. I love it!

I never write reviews, let alone pictures. But I found buying this so nerve wracking with not enough info because it’s not cheap. Ok, so …I love it! Beyond love this thing!! Right now I am fixated on making cappuccinos, it is so easy my kids want to make it for me. Pictures show the coffee samples that came with it (way too many decaf) which helps zone in on the one you like best. I like the lightest (yellow), even the middle one is too strong for me….but I’m a wimp. I’ll save the strongest for visitors who want to really wake up. Pictures also show the Keurig Dunkin pod vs the one that came with this machine. The Keurig pod is double the size – no way it’s cramming in the slot. The cappacino does stay hot to warm for awhile…no different than any other cup of coffee. The machine makes noise when in use but I don’t think it wakes anyone up, it hums. The cappacino is so good, you won’t care. I think for buyers it will come down to taste of pod choices, not performance. I’m searching for flavored regular coffee pods …. hazelnut, French vanilla, etc. I’m hoping there are a lot of choices for this machine.

I already have a Lavazza espresso machine but I wanted cappuchino as well since Keurig’s still hasn’t worked out the leaking milk bugs. This new Lavazza LB400 does the caps but, frankly, in a sort of bizarre way. It’s all done in their priority cup system witch is actually a very large mug. I think of cappuchino as a treat that comes in a dedicated smaller cup like they do in Italy, so this commuter mug just seems wrong. I found the cappuchino a bit weak using a 2x espresso and the reccommended cappuchino setting, but use less milk as per the macciato setting with the 2x and the results are good. Carefully decant this to a proper cup and spoon the froth and you’re done. All I’m saying is to experiment and find your own groove. I think you’l like this machine. The 8 ounce pods make a decent cuppa joe as well. The cappuchino is extremely hot! The 8ox coffeee is very hot.

Mmmm. Flavor.I like the look and ease of use. This is the first pod machine I’ve owned (but not the first I’ve used), and I love it. I prefer French press coffee and that’s what I’ve been doing for the last 10 years, but this was well worth it! Plus it fits perfectly in my tiny house, not taking up much space at all!I do wish there was a reusable pod option, but the coffee is almost as good as my normal (much more expensive) coffee, and I can make milk based at home without having the extra stuff or bulky machines! Now I just need to figure out which of the coffee options I like best so I can order more!

This machine is an awesome alternative for the traditional espresso machine, especially for the morning when you are in rush. We have breville which is awesome but in the morning, we are usually in rush and rarely have the time to make a good cup of latte. With this machine, simply add milk to the suggested line in the cups provided and insert the capsule and let it brew a nice frothy cup of latte for you.

I feel like an old person because of how much I am gushing over a kitchen appliance. I love it. I am not a morning person, but that is putting it very mildly. I typically wake up groggy and grumpy that I have to be awake. But being able to make a delicious Latte is making this daily miserable time so much better.I have never been a coffee aficionado. I am someone who was just adding packaged ground beans into my $20 Mr. Coffee. When researching latte makers, I quickly saw how involved it can be with the espresso, frothing, exc. I almost gave up. Then I saw this little beaut. It is as easy as a Keirug. Watch the video above, and that is exactly what my experience has been with using the machine. It is cool to watch it being made. Washing the latte maker lid is also very easy. I pretty much just rinse it right after I’m done using it.Again, I don’t know much about coffee, but I assume Lavazza is a pretty well respected brand? Anyway, I feel like the coffee is smooth and delicious. The latte temperature is warm, but you can drink it immediately. It does cool off quickly though.I feel that the price was very reasonable – especially since I got it on sale and with an NiceShine coupon. I did also factor in the price of the pods. Which it says on the machine itself you can use the Expert or Blue pods.It’s only been 3 days, but I am very proud of myself for making such a good purchase. I would easily tell Marie Kondo – this item gives me joy and it is well worth the counter space.

UPDATE: although I do love the machine, it started to malfunction about 9 months in, would not get hit enough, descaler function stopped working. I contacted customer service and they “seemed” great, sent me a new machine under warranty. Only they sent me the wrong machine and now they won’t respond. I’m stuck with a machine I won’t use and my current machine is still not working properly so I can’t give the super positive review anymore as I spent a lot for a machine that doesn’t work.I am absolutely loving this machine. I did an obsessive amount of research and almost bought a Nespresso until I found this baby!It is so much smaller and sleek than I was expecting which is a nice surprise. It is also much quieter than other espresso machines.I was really happy with the temperature and the froth. So so easy to do and tastes like Starbucks quality. I even tried one of my flavored creamers mixed with almond milk and the froth was amazing! This machine is a keeper! I hope it can stand the rest of time!

The machine is easy to use and works perfect. It makes awesome drinks and all the varieties taste good. Everyone that comes over and tries it is impressed. You can pour from the glass mixer when making a milk based drink into another cup and still get the Crema. You can make great hot cocoa as well without espresso. I like how you don’t have to froth the milk separately like with the nespresso machines and the pods are generally a lot cheaper especially if you buy the 100 pack of blue.

What a great automated espresso machine. I purchased this Lavazza model to replace my previous Lavazza/Keurig Rivo machine which works in much the same manner. This is certainly an upgrade though, as it’s faster, quieter, more compact and has a better and more affordable range of pod options. I particularly love that the frother is now sturdy tempered glass, which doubles as a coffee mug.Is it the same quality of coffee as you would get with a manual machine? Maybe not, but considering it’s making you an espresso, cappuccino, etc., automatically, without the need to prime a machine and frother, measure coffee or froth your milk, it’s pretty darn good.As for the people having trouble with the frother overflowing, I had this same issue with the Rivo, but eventually discovered that it was user error. If you under-fill the milk for the setting you have it on, it will over-froth it and overflow the cup. Just make sure to fill it to the line and you shouldn’t have any issues.

Makes fantastic espresso, lungo and American style coffee. I’m really enjoying the milk drinks as well. The machine has the feel and heft of quality. I read a review that said mild drinks were not hot enough. Not my experience. In fact, I found them hot enough that I had to be careful drinking them. Not an inexpensive investment, but, assuming it lasts, I will be enjoying it. Contrary to NiceShine’s blurb, the machine clearly says right on the top of it where you put the pods, that you can either use Expert or Blue pods. I also read a review that said you can’t find the pods. Well, they are available right here on NiceShine, as well as a couple of other sites on the internet. Has that reviewer tried to find Nespresso pods at their local Piggly Wiggly? I don’t think you can find those there either. Another reviewer complained that the pods didn’t drop automatically. That is true, I have to push them down. Takes a half a second, and is not a problem in my view. One reviewer mentions overflows. I have made only about 30 or so drinks, but not a problem, yet. It does take a time or two to get used to emptying the pod receptacle. There is water in the bottom of the receptacle, and you have to take care to dump the pod portion separately from the container under the perforated pod collector to avoid a mess.I have to say, I did not see NiceShine’s ‘This item is non-returnable’ way down by the gift options. If I had seen it, I might not have purchased. In fairness, it does say that if it is defective, it can be returned.—– October 27, 2021—–Now in use for a while. Still love it. Suggestions: buy a bag of citric acid here on NiceShine for your decalcification. Also, I have found that the Blue capsules contain more coffee than Nespresso. I have been using the espresso capsules to make an 8oz cup when I want one. I think the coffee actually tastes better than the 8oz Lavazza pods for that purpose. Also, now I only have to buy one pod type.On a separate note, I’m really disappointed that NiceShine has eliminated comments on other reviews. This ability was quite nice, as you could explain the solution to another reviewer’s problem. Also, the manufacturer could respond. If flame wars were a problem, you could warn offenders and/or ban them if they were impolite.November 6, 2022Now a year out. Still madly in love. Use it every day. Most difficult thing about it is to figure out how often to get pods delivered on auto ship.November 29, 2023Still in love. Working great. Favorite coffee grind. So easy to make a cappuccino! One machine Does it all! It’s quick and relatively quiet. Easy to clean. Only minor issue I have had is that most times the used capsule does not fall into the basket and if you make another coffee without it falling it uses the used capsule even though a new one was put in. So now I check first to see if the old capsule has fallen- if not I push it down- then I add the new one.

Very happy with this machine. Stopped using our typical coffee maker as soon as we tried cappuccino and latte settings. A bit confusing on types/flavor/strength when searching which pods to get. The sampler pack is not going to last long, but gives a good idea which expert pods are good.The machine itself is very easy to maintain. If the pod gets stuck, just push down with your finger or next pod. The pod disposal area cleanup; just pull out, dump pods in trash, and rinse with water.Pretty amazing to see this thing in action when using milk. The only thing missing is a wand arm that lifts up and draws a custom logo in the frothe. The extra mug and wand is nice to have on hand. Well worth the cost and the coffee tastes great.

Wow! I’ve been in the market for a well rounded espresso machine for a couple months and found the search overwhelming. What caught my eye on this one was the built in milk aerator and quality craftsmanship. For the price, it’s a steal. You can really feel and see the quality of the machine. Very easy to use. The milk frothing is divine and perfect each time. Clean up is a breeze. It does not take a large footprint so if you have a small kitchen this would be great (no bigger than a standard coffee maker). I would highly recommend taking a good close look at this machine if you’re wanting an espresso machine that can do more than just espresso. The pods to me are the biggest downfall as I wish you could use one that you could fill with your own coffee and brew. But it’s a minor setback as the quality of the coffee is superb and smoothe and the cost of the pods is more than reasonable. Excellent machine!!

I like that it is simple to use, with all the different choices of a cup of coffee. And the cup of coffee is HOT. Most machines are not this hot. I hate just warm coffee. With the results of this machine, the coffee and cappuccino comes out HOT. Coffees with added milk happens in the cup that is supplied. The supplied cup has a steamer and a milk froth beater in the lid. And it works well, it makes a thick froth for cappuccinos.After it froths the milk the coffee gets added automatically, all in one cup. Nice and easy. The only issue I have is drinking the cappuccino from this cup.. it like a Pyrex measuring cup. Sometimes after it is made, I transfer it to a pretty mug cup… The machine is narrow, and fits almost anywhere except, you need to pull it out, if it is under a cabinet, because the pod pressing handle swings up high then down. I find fault, with that design. I wish it was a slider opening. Then you would NOT need to pull the machine out from under the cabinets. I liked that it came with different choices of coffee blends so you can sample and choose the one you like the best. Some of them are bitter.I tried them all, straight, then chose my favorite to order. I choose (Pink) Caffe Gusto Intenso Dark Roast.It is good a good blend.. All in all I am very satisfied with this machine. It makes a varity of cups of coffee. Also there seems to be diffent pods that did not come in the varity pack, but too expensive to just sample.Before buying this machine I always used Lavazza ORO coffee in a Moka pot. And a frother. I don’t know if there is a pod with their ORO coffee in it for this machine. I have emailed Italy but have not received a reply. I did find that they make ORO pods for a different machine. I hope soon they will make it for this machine. I have also tried the caffee crema pods and they are very good also. I highly recommend this coffee machine. I just tried the caffee crema lungo pods and now that is my FAVORITE. It is listed under Lavazza Blue Pods.. It is very close to ORO coffee. Its 100% Arabica coffee like Oro is so it is very good. I am so happy with this machine. I would like to buy another cup but they are not available.. ??

I wanted a replacement for my Lavazza/Keurig Rivo machine. While the concept here is great, this imachine is not it. The aroma top coffee capsules are half filled with instant coffee. This is not made explicit in product info. I don’t appreciate paying $300 to make instant coffee. Forget this machine.

We really love the lavazza machine, and we were so happy to get it in. It is the first machine we’ve found that actually, truly steams the milk and froths it. The lavazza pods are easy to find on NiceShine; however, finding them anywhere else has been a challenge. The biggest downfall to the machine is the compartment that holds used pods fills up with coffee from those being released and over time causes the holder to smell horrible. We now have to change out the receptacle after each use and make sure it is scrubbed down to not smell. We found out it does come apart into two pieces to clean it that way as well. When we contacted lavazza, they said this was the normal operation.

I did A LOT of research before deciding on which machine to buy and I’m so happy I picked this one. I absolutely love it! It is the simplest all-in-one espresso machine you can find on the market! Once you get the hang of it, which only takes 2 or 3 times, it’s so easy and wonderful! And it’s actually really cool and satisfying to watch as well. I originally bought this for the espresso function but my favorite is actually the cappuccino and macchiato. I love picking out different creamers, milks, sugars at the store so I can try different concoctions at home.One thing I was worried about before buying this, which is probably one of your concerns as well, is that it requires its own pods. That was a turn off to me BUT I’m so glad I didn’t let that stop me from purchasing this. The required pods, the coffee itself tastes DELICIOUS! It’s so smooth and rich. I’m a big coffee lover and love trying different coffees all over the world and I can honestly say that I would still choose this delicious Italian coffee even if I didn’t have to use it with the machine. I love it and I love the different intensities of the coffee as well. My favorite go-tos are the dark intenso (the dark pink color pods) and the medium intenso (the orange color pods) and the yellow ones are even good too if you prefer a lighter coffee taste. And the best part? You can actually buy them right here on NiceShine, you don’t have to order them from the manufacturer directly and NiceShine has the same price but offers 2 day shipping where the manufacturer does not.After reading what I just wrote, it kind of sounds like I’m some kind of advocate for this machine but I was not paid by anyone to write this.. I really just want to help people add one of the best morning routines to their life like I did and save money in your Starbucks bills lol… and I’m serious, I’ve spent at least 80% less on Starbucks since ordering this thing. Just wish there was a review like mine when I was reading through reviews trying to find the right machine so I hope this helps you!!

I had to give it a one star because after having the machine (which makes the best coffee ever) for 9 days, it stopped working. The add water light will not go off nor does the machine work when I press the brew selection. I paid $300 for a machine that I apparently can’t return and I’m not even sure why. It just says it’s not returnable. I have troubleshooted from online blogs and contacted the help desk through the Lavazza website. No response yet.I’m disappointed in the no return policy from the company and NiceShine. $300 is a lot to pay for a machine that only worked for 9 days!

I used this regularly for about a year and a half, and the lattes it makes are probably about a 3 for quality/taste. It’s not great, but it’s easier than going out to a coffee shop each day.Unfortunately, the machine has now broken and Lavazza’s customer service is a joke. They sent me requests for pictures, photos, explanations for weeks only to finally suggest that I “take it to a repair shop, maybe?” and offer zero suggestions on how to fix it, no offer to send me a replacement part, etc.I’d say take your money elsewhere if you want a better cup of coffee and don’t want to have to buy a new machine every year.

I’ve had this machine just under a month, and I’ve tried to be patient but it just isn’t great.I have several ounces of liquid/coffee in the capsule basket every time I empty the pods/capsules. When I make an espresso, it’s a small amount that goes in my cup.I reached out to lavazza and they were initially helpful in trying to schedule a video call. But I worked from home to have the call and they missed the scheduled call. They apologized and asked me to send pics/video. I did… And they didn’t provide a good answer.Also, the espresso isn’t as hot as Nespresso. I prefer a hot espresso/lungo but these are just warm.Also, cappuccino/latte mug is LARGE. Almost the same size and weight as a large measuring cup, so it’s uncomfortable to drink from (see pics)

I was extremely pleased at the quality of this machine. It replaced my old plastic Keurig Rivo. I have used my new machine about 3 months now. This machine makes wonderful cappuccinos, lattes, any coffee. The cup container is heavy glass, like pyrex, not plastic. One reviewer said he needs more cups? I guess because in the company videos people drink from the machine cup. Not sure why, seems the same as drinking from a Pyrex, or Anchor Hocking measuring cup. I pour my cappuccino into a mug… the thick, heavy foam all goes back to the top, and the drink appears and taste the same as when in the machine cup. I received a sample pack of LavAzza Expert pods with my machine and that was helpful in deciding what pods I liked. The LavAzza Blue capsules DO ALSO WORK in this machine. I like the LavAzza Blue Espresso Dolce, it has a smooth taste, comparable to LavAzza Classico for the Keurig Rivo machine. I looked at many coffee makers, I feel this was a great choice, and well worth the price!

my biggest negative is that for the milk frother you almost have to use they cup instead of putting it into a nice cup, pouring a cappuccino after it is made just doesn’t work a shorter stirrer and frother with a variable diameter connection would be much better . a 1/3 measuring cup as a spacer and a tall coffee cup work ok

I LOVE this coffee machine! The espresso actually tastes like an espresso and it brews at the perfect drinking temperature! Definitely worth the money, and refill pods aren’t too expensive. About $0.50 a piece when you do the math. Machine is pretty quiet, the milk frother is less quiet but still not bad! I just wish that reusable pods were more accessible so that I’m not wasting/using plastic. Or it would be nice if the pods were compostable plastic.

The best kitchen appliance I’ve ever owned.Makes fantastic legitimate espresso shots and I love lattes so it being automatic is just heaven on earth.There is only one problem which is baffling to me. It doesn’t detect low water until it totally runs out (vs my Keurig which tells me when it’s below the minimum limit). So imagine you’ve started making a latte which is warming the milk and is about to produce the espresso shot/shots. It heats the milk to the appropriate level only to FINALLY tell you that you need to put water in the unit. At that point you don’t want to start the process over and heat the milk again, so you must remove the glass jar and run the espresso into a different container and then mix the two together, which obviously defeats the purpose of this unit.But aside from that, this is quite the machine.

We have a Breville Touch, which is much more substantial, but we needed something for RV travel. We’ve tried the K cup stuff, and that technology’s flavors range from Terrible to Okay. This machine is excellent for Latte’s Coffee and some other hot options on the road. The Cup and the frothing system are very clever and simple. I can’t wait to start traveling with it.

I’ve been using a Breville Barista Expresso for about 2 years and loved every minute of it. The only thing I hated was how much effort and attention it took to make an espresso or cappuccino. This machine takes all the effort and attention out of a good cup of coffee! All you have to do is full the cup up with milk to whatever you want – macchiato, cappuccino, latte – drop in a pod, and let the machine do all the work. It’s so easy and fast that I can go about my morning routine without disrupting it.

I been having problems with this machine since new . I contacted NiceShine couple times and I don’t get straight answer . Since new leaking water noisy , the milk don’t get hot . It shots off .Lavazza customer service didn’t answer my questions .Also contact another 3 th party service and they informed me that they don’t have any parts available to fix this machine here in America .

If you are looking at this, you probably already know how great Lavazza coffee is. If you don’t, you’re in for a second surprise when you get this and their coffee.I tend to not like pods for coffee, as we already have a machine that automatically makes espresso drinks from whole beans. I wanted something that would be for those times when we just wanted a quick cup of coffee and didn’t want to go with any of the other, well known, ones that we have tried. We already love their coffee so we thought there would be no harm in trying a maker that was made by folks that make actual coffee. I mean, that would make sense that they would make a machine that highlights their coffee. The hunch was right. It makes excellent coffee and surprisingly fast. Cold start to hot coffee is less than 2 minutes and is consistently great. If it’s already on, you can be ingesting the sweet nectar of life in less than a minute.There are different pods and, luckily, they send a sample pack so you can learn each ones and pick the ones you like. They’re all Lavazza so if you’re looking for a maker for some other brand, this won’t work for you. There are single and double shots for espresso and pods for 8oz coffee. That in itself makes this a great maker. The hidden surprise (for us) is that the milk based drinks are absolutely fantastic. Again, we have a machine for lattes and cappuccinos, so this wasn’t a feature that pushed us to make this one, but it surprised us from the first cup on. They’re so good, it has us not worried about what we would do if something happened to the bigger machine. Pods are nicely priced, too, where it doesn’t feel like you’re watching money combust every time you make a cup. On sale, I’ve gotten them at the price of near $0.50/cup, which isn’t too far from what it costs with whole beans and about half of what the other pods cost.All in all, this went from being a coffee machine we wanted for one-off cups of coffee into a complete coffee maker that is essential in our house. Definitely recommend to shoppers here, just as quickly as I have to every single person I have worked with.

Purchased this machine due to the good reviews I saw. I did read a handful who said their machine stopped working after a few days/weeks of use but I mean, I thought that wouldn’t be my case. But alas! Here we are.Love the coffee pods and mainly used the machine for Lattes. Fairly simple to use. One day it kept mixing the milk nonstop and spilled everywhere. We couldn’t understand what was happening. Turned if off and let it sit for a bit and tried again the next day.2 or so weeks after that incident, it just suddenly slowed down during mixture and eventually wouldn’t power on. Tried all working electrical sockets in the house and nada!Reached out to NiceShine and they forwarded me to email the seller. Seller kept giving me the go around and eventually told me to contact them via their website with more details. I did and till now, no reply nor help.I have unused pods and a broken machine that costs me so much and was only used a few times.Please avoid this purchase. Yes, you may not have any issues but what if you do, like the 10%?

At first I loved the machine. It made great coffee and the milk frother worked great. Unfortunately the next week the machine stopped working after three coffees. It was over heated and took so long to cool down that I couldn’t use it for the rest of the day. I contacted NiceShine with no response. Is it fair that I am stuck with a machine I paid over $400. dollars for that doesn’t function as it should!

About a year back, I picked up this Lavazza coffee machine, and it’s been a real game-changer for me. So simple to operate, it was a breath of fresh air, not having to grind coffee every day manually. However, a little hiccup occurred just shy of its first birthday, it just wouldn’t power up. I got in touch with Lavazza’s customer service team and filled out some questions last Monday. To my delight, the warranty came through without a hitch the following day, and before I knew it (within a week), I had a spanking new coffee machine at my doorstep, even complete with all the extra bundle items. If you’re someone who values convenience (okay, maybe a bit on the lazy side like me), I’d heartily recommend this coffee machine. And thumbs up to their customer service too!

I have actually purchased this same machine twice. One of the main problems is when you drop the pod in, It doesn’t always activate and you lose a lot. Or it just runs hot water to your mug. I’ve worked with it. But it’s not consistent and any way, which is frustrating

I use this thing every single day at this point. I will note it does not pull a better expresso that my lever action one, but for the convenience of it I have been using this one. I originally got it while I repaired the head on my lever action expresso machine, but I have just kept using it over the past couple of years. I also got a second one for while I am traveling or camping, as many places I go do not tend to have a local coffee shop that can make a decent expresso.This thing is easy so easy to use and gives you the option of not just expresso, but also latte’s lungo, a regular drip coffee, among others. I also think it does a better job that any other version of this type of expresso maker and definitely has a more thought out way of frothing the milk for an expresso that any other brand maker.

I bought this to replace my nespresso who decided to misbehave lately. Lavazza it’s ok. I’m saying that because I’m comparing the coffee it makes with the coffee from nespresso and it’s just that, OK. I gave it 4 stars because I can drink the coffee and it’s not as loud and obnoxious as some people made it sound it was. It came nicely packaged, great directions, and it’s small but pretty bulky at the same time. See the picture. Would i recommend it? If you get it on a great sale: yes, get it. However, I still think you should invest in a nespresso. I’m getting mine fixed. The coffee is much smoother and simply put: better. Yes it’s more expensive but I only have one life and I refuse to settle for mediocre or “just ok” coffee”!

My only reaction to this machine is … WOW! I had first purchased a very popular competitor’s product – the type that drips the steamed milk down a little spout. The Lavazza Classy Plus steams the milk right in the included (dedicated) cup, and produces tons more foam, with a much firmer quality. All I need to do for a milk-based drink is pour milk into the cup, put the steamer top on it, slip it into the cup holder, put in a coffee capsule, and press a button. I’m getting quality cappuccino comparable to what I’d have to pay over $5 for in a coffee shop, and for less effort than going to Starbucks.Cleanup is likewise easy; only the cup and the steamer top have to be washed, and that takes seconds. The only downside I see is that I’m drinking from a glass cup that looks somewhat like a measuring cup. If I want though, I can just pour it from there into another cup.It also brews an 8 oz cup of coffee, and you can use any cup/mug you like. It’s fast, and it’s an experience that’s absolutely elevating. The taste is something between good american coffee, and good espresso. The espresso coffee it brews comes out with a crema that I normally expect only to find in expensive restaurants.This machine sells for less than the competitor’s product I had previously bought, and the difference is night and day. I think I’m in love.

It sits in the waiting room at the office, bought it just a few months over a year ago now. As of a few months ago, all of the steaming features stopped working. They’ll run for a second or two, then it beeps and they shut off.It can at least still make coffee.Underwhelming, will not buy this brand again.

Sadly without warning the machine just stopped working. No power.. tried moving it to alternate outlet still nothing. Very disappointing considering the unit is over $300.. my $100 coffee maker outlasted it!Made great coffee however the amount in cup was never consistent.

The espresso’s we’re great but the machine lasted only 2 years until it started leaking everywhere. They’re not designed to last long hence just the 1 year warranty they offer.
