I have to say purchasing this cordless vacuum was a all around good purchase from the vacuum itself to dealing with customer service. First lemme just say that the vacuum performed great for what I used it for. Hard wood floors to some thin carpet runners. I had 1 problem with 1 part I emailed customer service got an answer within 24 hr and with in 5 days I had a new part. Definitely a pleasure to deal with

The media could not be loaded. I bought this vacuum after my 4th Shark vacuum cleaner broke. It wasn’t yet 2 years old. I have long since grown tired of the quality deteriorating steadily with each consecutive model, coming with less and less onboard tools, all while the pricing has grown out of my budget. I decided to do some research and found this vacuum cleaner. I read the comments and trusted those that said this Afnop vacuum model was a good one. I’m so glad I did! Not only was this cordless vacuum reasonably priced, it came with all the onboard tools that the previous company used to provide with their vac. This vacuum is so lightweight and maneuvers easily under and around all my furniture. It picks up all the dog and cat hair without becoming entangled in the brush bar. I love the lighted head. I like to vacuum without the overhead lights, because it does such a great job disclosing the dirt, hair, and debris in it’s path. I have a large house and the battery doesn’t quite make it through the whole house, but it does last close to an hour. The suction is really good and the motor is unbelievably quiet. The included wall mounted charging station is so convenient for both recharging and storing the unit in our laundry room. The company reached out to me after my purchase and offered to send an extra battery so that I could use it to finish vacuuming without having to wait for a recharge. I’ve never experienced customer service like that! I am very pleased so far with this purchase. Go ahead and give this vac a try. I think you’ll be happy you did!Update: 11/16/24I have only hade this vacuum a few weeks and I have already received an extra rechargeable battery AND an extra 2 HEPA filters and 2 sponge filters. Who does that? I’ve been able to do a thorough cleaning of the original filters and they are drying in the sun. I won’t miss a beat if the furries make a mess before they are dry. Unheard of customer service so far! My skeptical husband followed me around as I was vacuuming this morning and commented, “Wow! That thing really does pick up the dirt and hair!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
