The media could not be loaded. I'm very happy with the quality and functionality of this hair dryer. The build quality appears very good and it works very well. It heats up instantaneously on any of the 3 heat levels offered. The spin up and spin down of the fan is extremely quick! The button for unlocking the swivel head was very stiff and hard to press at first but has thankfully loosened up a bit with use and is now not difficult to press any longer. The air inlet at the bottom has a cover that is held tightly by magnets but is easy to slide down to clean any lint/dust that gets caught by the mesh screen under it - a very elegant design. Everyone in the house loves it and the girls love the attachments.

I was really excited about how many attachments come included in this set. In addition to the 8 styling attachments, it also came with a storage bag, glove, and clips. Everything seems well made. It has multiple temperature settings and air speeds. My biggest complaint is that there are basically no instructions. I wish there was a little booklet that had detailed instructions for each attachment and how to use it. Everything I have done has been essentially trial and error and I would use it more if I had instructions.

Although my wife was impressed by the idea of having all the attachments but most she did not like. The two wands left and right) were difficult for her to use. They do get hot and you should use the heat glove. It was difficult to hold the hair around the barrel. Most of the attachments she just did not think were easy to use. Her biggest complaint was that it is only 1400 watts and dries her hair slower than her 1900 watt hair dryer.
