I didn’t get the filter cleaner and the package shows it was included :( had to purchase individually…

This is not a very good condition. This is not even acceptable!

Whoever complains about the Airwrap has no idea how to use it. Took me less than 5 min to achieve perfect curls on dry hair, about 20 from wet to almost dry, then curls. Both ways hair looked great.
