How Can I Return My Entire Order or Part of It?

• You may return your product within 30 days of receiving it.
• Returns are not accepted after this 30-day period.
• If eligible, we will refund your order within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Please note that the cost of returning the product is non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

Return Conditions

Due to the intimate nature of some of our products:

• We cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened or if the product shows signs of use.
• Only unused, unopened, and original-condition products are eligible for return.

Defective or Faulty Products

If your product is defective or does not function as expected:

• Please contact us with photo or video evidence of the issue.
• Once verified, we will offer either:
  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement, based on your preference.

Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process (All Products)

1. Email us at [email protected] to request a return (entire order or part of it).
2. Our customer service team will confirm whether the return is eligible. The return address will be provided by our team (note: it is not the same as the order address).
3. If the return is accepted:
   • Ensure the product is brand new, undamaged, with tags and accessories, and securely packaged in its original packaging.
4. Send the package to the return address provided by customer service.
5. Email the tracking number to our customer service team.
6. Once we receive and inspect the package (within 3 business days of receipt), we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Damaged Product on Arrival

Can I Return a Product Without Contacting You?

No.
It is mandatory to contact us before returning any product.
The return address may differ from the order address, and unauthorized returns will not be processed.
