The media could not be loaded. I was really surprise and how well this little gadget works. The instructions are pretty good. The suction and sealing are as quality as my big machine. I did try it on a zip lock bag and it didn’t work. But it worked very well on a chip bag that I opened and resealed. No flaws, dimensions are as stated. I would order this product again.
