Wow, assembly is really hard. They seem to go out of there way to make it harder. There’s a barcode to scan to get to directions but it’s just a digital version of the original bad drawings. Parts are not as show. The bolts and tools don’t match up. Ugh. I miss buying things instead of all day projects. For the price you’d think they could make a video or something that actually showed the parts. Or attached a few more of the hard to bolt parts. But gotta save on shipping I guess. Ugh. I give up. Maybe I’ll figure it out.Oh and it’s way heavier that I imagined. So far a regret, but hopeful that it will be great once assembled.

We use it on a rocky beach in the PNW, and it is perfect there. Not sure how great it would be weighted down in the sand, but that is what it was designed for. The umbrella is awesome and comes in very useful and it is easy to mount and adjust. Putting it together isn’t bad, just follow the directions, the thing that makes it more difficult than most is that the wagon is weighted off center to counter it being used as a seat. If it was perfectly centered then it wouldn’t be as sturdy to safely sit on. But we love it and will probably be ordering another to use as a gift.

First off this product shouldn’t cost no more than $150. During the unboxing I noticed the grate that was tack welded to the frame was warping on a couple of spots and the welds themselves were of amateur level at best. The wheels on this wagon will get you nowhere with a heavy load, I’m already looking into upgrading the wheels from WHEELEEZ. The assembly is straight forward and should only take 15/20min. Comfortability is 4/10, maneuverability 9/10 when empty, loaded 2/10 in loose sand. If it were up to me I’d return this product due to the low end feel of a Chinese made product,however the wife seems to like it and the kiddo enjoys riding in it. So I’m stuck with this wannabe aloha made product.

The wagon is extremely well-made and comfortable to sit upon. Putting the wheels and handle on was super easy and didn’t take more than 15 minutes after reading the explanatory instructions. I can see this item lasting many years with proper care and am excited to take it out and show it off.

Very well engineered and made. Rolls easily, handles nicely over rocks, grass, indoor turf. Most importantly this really is a wagon that can haul have things. So far I’m very impressed, it is not the cheap junk type of wagon you have to replace every year. We use for dog sport events and put a lot of heavy stuff in it, and it will get used, I can see this will last. It’s a bit on the heavy side, but I’m a 62 year old woman and can still handle it, so it’s not that bad. You definitely must have space for it in the vehicle, Last in and first out and set it on its side fits pretty well between the door and the kennels.

Very sturdy wagon with tires that never need filled with air. Can handle 500 lbs with ease and pulls easy on hard surfaces. Tires too small for off-road use and pull very hard on sand. Disappointed there’s no options to upgrade tires to sand tires. The included umbrella is fairly basic. It doesn’t stay open very well and it’s shape is kinda weird. There’s no way for the two included tie downs to hold it open all the way. Not sure why they couldn’t make a mount to hold the umbrella on the wagon: it still has to be screwed into the sand.Construction is steel which is sturdy but kinda odd choice for a product intended for use in salt water. For $350 they could be using lighter, corrosion proof aluminum. It has the feel and appearance of a premium product though.The biggest single disappointment to me is that the back is a right angle to the bottom. It is really more of a “bench wagon” than a lounge wagon. You can’t really lounge sitting straight upright.Regular beach chairs have backs you can lay back. Not sure why this doesn’t. Would have been a simple addition that made this so much more comfortable.I think it’s still a useful product and it makes a great wagon that you can sit on when you get where you’re going. There are lots of thoughtful and useful upgrades over a regular wagon. I just think for the price, it could be a little better suited for its advertised purpose.

I would return it if I could simply because it won’t pull on powderly sand like in Destin. It would be great for pulling to the beach, but once we got to the actual sand, my husband was having a very hard time with it. It just dug in. Maybe if it had different tires

Cart is awesome. Comfy as a chair, holds the wife and I without issue. Awesome to load up with gear for the beach but not great if you actually get onto some real soft sands like they have in OBX. Medium and hard sand and other terrains it’s been great so far.Just be careful loading it for the softer sanded beaches as you may end up dragging it a bit.

BEWARE OF LOUNGE WAGONit does not pull through sand my daughter weighs 55lbs and is disabled which is why we purchased this…my husband is 33yo 6’8″ 260lbs and I had to help push as he pulled to get her down the sand hill to the beach…the way back up he carried her and I pulled the EMPTY wagon and it took me over 10 minutes to get up and multiple breaks. If you don’t use the cargo net inside the wagon before use you loose everything out of the sides (just extra unnecessary steps), and if you don’t lock the wheels straight with the velcro piece it will tip on you! And the lock for the wheel is a joke, it will not prevent it from moving it just stops one wheel from turning so it skids down the sand or road while the rest roll!!! WAAAAYYY TO EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH A CHEAP DESIGN AND NOT PRACTICLE FOR THE BEACH!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY BACKPACK BEACH CHAIRS (since that is their big selling point) AND A WAGON WITH BALLON WHEELS. When I wrote the company they were rude, told Mr all the things I was doing wrong, and that it can only be returned if unused so do not open unless you never plan to send it back as I’m sure you will!

I can see it ripping easily. Maybe canvas instead of thin material for the sides. I’m happy with it as it is a god seat to sit on after hauling all my gear in the wagon part. I’d like rubber wheels, not the plastic ones they give you. And I think a way to detach the top from the base would help a lot of people with small cars like me. I drive a Corolla hybrid and it barely fits in my backseat. I won’t fit in my truck. Happy with my purchase though as it does exactly what it says it does. The umbrella is clutch too if there’s no shade. I’m a hard judge and I’d give it a 8/10. The two points came from easily ripped material, cheap wheels, no front and back blocker side walls (small things could fall out on hills) and it’s performance over the 5 times I’ve used it. Would recommend if you can afford.

This wagon is great for almost all terrains EXCEPT SOFT SAND, which is what we specifically purchased it for…the beach. Once you put weight in it, you’re pretty much dragging it through the sand just like the other wagons. Another important factor is that even though it folds down, it’s still large, especially it you have a small or medium vehicle, it’s still large. If you have a small vehicle, you can forget about getting it in. If you do manage to get it into your medium-sized vehicle, there won’t be room for anything else. For the price of this wagon, the material is sort of chincy. Great concept, but needs some tweaks. Save your money and select a cheaper alternative. Save yourself time, money and aggravation by learning from our mistake and disappointments.

This wagon is amazing! In reading the reviews before purchasing, I noticed several people asking about changing the tires to tires that take air. I have no idea why. These tires are solid, and you do not have to worry about them going flat. And YES, they are a hard rubber. They are not like plastic or anything. This wagon is rated for holding 500 lbs. I would not want inflatable tires & have to worry about a flat. As stated in other reviews, the little cute pillows serve no purpose. They actually hit right b/t my shoulder blades, and I’m short! Just flip the pillows back, and it’ll be fine. Yes, it is expensive, but it is so worth it. There are a couple of issues, though. Neither of these issues would stop me from buying it again. The first is the umbrella. It’s fine for blocking the sun, but when it rains, good luck. But, keep in mind, my issues with that have all been on a turf field and not grass. When on grass, the sides that zip onto the umbrella can be anchored. So I learned, I just take our Sportbrella when it rains. The umbrella that comes with the wagon, even if you are in grass and can anchor the zip-on sides, your feet will still get wet. Feet do not get wet when you bring along the Sportbrella. The other issue is also about the umbrella, but this time it’s the pole. The pole goes through a nice little loop on the back of the wagon and screws into the GRASS. On the turf, of course, it just stands on it, which again, is fine as long as you only need the umbrella for shade. If you need it for rain, you need to bring the Sportbrella, and the pole on the Sportbrella is too big to go through the loop on the back of the wagon. So, I spent two full soccer games holding the pole. The next time we needed it, I took a bungee strap, which was a little better, but still not ideal. But all in all, it was a great purchase!!! I highly recommend!!! I would definitely buy it again!!!

This wagon is AMAZING! My daughter wanted a wagon, so I researched a ton of other wagons but they were expensive and didn’t have half the features this one does. I really didn’t want to spend this much, but it is well worth the money, because it is so versatile and very well made so it will last for YEARS. Its not just for kids, I use it for the beach, sporting events, camping, the park, bringing in groceries – I love it so much I look for ways to use it. If we are out, my 53 inch daughter can comfortably lay down and nap, and we are the envy of everyone that sees it. People stop in their tracks to look at it and ask us about it. Sometimes in life you just have to spend more to get quality, I’m so happy with my purchase, it really is a gift for BOTH of us. But definitely measure your trunk before buying, I have a Honda CRV and it just fits. My daughter feels like a queen when riding in her new Cadillac of wagons. A+++!

The good: I love that this is a very sturdy wagon. We only used it for Halloween so far but we have lots of parades coming up. We had three children ages 6 to 8 sitting on it and the wagon pulled very nicely. It was quiet, easy to maneuver, and had lots of storage. We also added D rings, reflexive tape, and purchased the neoprene mat that’s made for the wagon. We will add other accessories as we use it more!What needs improvement: The handle. It kind of drive me nuts because I was worried that as children ran in and out of the wagon that they would hit their heads, hence the reflective tape I added. There needs to be a way to store the handle in a more upright locked position.Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Out if the box the diamond mesh wasn’t welded on properly and slightly tore the cushion. Tried using it for the first time today after opening the umbrella it won’t close anymore. I expect more out of this wagon for the price I paid for it. When speaking to customer service I was told even though it came out of the box defective it still functions. That’s not the point though, I should get a solid product. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will be attaching more pictures of all the things wrong.

I have to admit I was incredibly skeptical about this wagon at the price $$. BUT! After my leap of financial faith 😆, I have to say THE BEST FREAKIN WAGON EVER!!. I’m 6’7″ 255lbs and play baseball. All my gear and cooler fits perfectly. And playing at multiple fields with some benches and dugout with splinters 😖. It’s a comfort to unload and have a comfortable spot all to my own to sit. So great to have for the kids! And goes great in the city, park, beach. My son is disabled and can’t walk long distances. He loves it and so does my daughter. We put a kindergarten sleeping mat down when we use it as a wagon for the kids to sit on and take it out when we need the bench. It’s perfect! It holds a lot of weight. And was easier for us to use our own tools to assemble and the directions were easy to follow.

We went through several wagons, mostly for carrying items to kids sporting events, and they never seem to last very long with torn fabric or bent cheap metal parts. But this wagon is great, fits our large cooler perfectly, and we can carry a lot of items like chairs. Plus, the kids love using it as an extra seat. I highly recommend this wagon, but probably not good for an elderly person having to load in their vehicle.

Beat summer purchase! It been great for baseball games, the beach and at the horse stables. We get asked about it all the time. Easy for my husband and I to sit on at the same time and it hauls all of our things. Only issue to be aware of is you need a large SUV to haul it. Won’t fit in most.

The Lounge Wagon is absolutely amazing! It’s the ultimate 3-in-1 beach wagon, and I love that it converts into a comfortable 2-person chair—perfect for relaxing at the beach or at sports events. The included cargo net is super handy for keeping everything secure, and it can handle all our gear with ease. I get tons of compliments on it everywhere I go! The only downside is that it’s a bit bulky to store, so having an SUV or truck is definitely helpful for transporting it. But overall, this wagon is a total game-changer.

A bit disappointed. Fornthenorice it should have…● better brakes – a small metal pin that doesn’t even lock in place is not appropriate. For an adult or kids.● buttons -NOT VELCRO. – the back holding the canvas for the reclining section is velcro, not safe, prone to get loose faster, tear quicker, become wor.ln down faster(+dirty). Not safe for an adult or child. The point of a seat wagon is to be able to recline worry free.● Sides/Rail do not lock in place. – there is no function, accessory, or way to prevent the walls of the wagon from falling down. They will come down with little to no force applied.● CAN NOT CARRY TODDLER SAFELY OR SECURLY● NO Beach chair settings. – cannot position back rest in any position but 1. A bit upright.● NOT bottom padding when on wagon mode – the cushion remains on the wall which folds to become the seat or wall.For the price, I feel they cheaped out on making it.It’s def one a kind for now. Hoping they might do a trade in if they ever upgrade these things or something.My almost 2 yr old rides in it, on the bench setting, on thebwagin setting too.I can easily push or pull both my kids (130lbs) together in it.Can carry a lot.On bench mode 2 adults and toddler have comfortably sat on it.
