Are there any usage tips before using it for the first time?
1. Please have to full charging before clean when first use and long time unused.
2. Connect the OKP APP with robot vacuum cleaner only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is supported.
Can the K5 Pro vacuum and mop at the same time? What do I need to do to use mopping mode?
Yes, K5 Pro can vacuum and mop at the same time. Use mopping mode you need to follow the steps to install wet wipes, and K5 Pro will mop the floor while vacuuming.
If you are using K5 Pro to clean carpet, it is recommended that do not install wipes.
Can I use 2 or more phones and pad to connect to my OKP robot vacuum?
Yes, you can invite other phones to join the “Family”. Steps: Click “Mine”→click “1 person” under “My Family”→click “Invite Members”→enter the tel/email of the other phone registered APP account→send invitation→the other phone accept the invitation.
How can I change the cleaning modes or suction power modes? I feel the suction power is not strong enough.
You can through OKP APP or remote control to change cleaning modes or suction power modes. When you need to clean pet hair, it is recommended that you switch the suction to Strong mode.

This robot vacuum is an efficient way to give your home the consistent deep clean it needs. The all-white look goes perfect in any home and it looks great without taking up much space. The suction power is very strong, especially compared to my corded vacuum cleaner, and it makes my carpet look clean and refreshed, which is great before having guests over. The vacuum is easily controlled by an app on your phone and you can even connect it to Alexa for a truly hands-off experience. I have both wood and carpet in my apartment, and it navigates both with ease. The vacuum is also relatively quiet so you can continue your day-to-day without being disturbed.

This little vacuum was a steal. It is easy to program. We set it for 2 am everyday, and every morning we wake up to a clean, vacuumed floor. We have hardwood and carpet, and the transition by this vacuum is seamless. Definitely would recommend this!

I was looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner to take one chore off my list. This actually does relatively well. The app was easy to set up (I am not sure what people who said it is difficult were having problems with). You can even give a fun name in the app. (a cute little feature) We were able to get it up and running right away, as well as set up a routine for it to vacuum regularly. Only one minor problem, when it goes in the bedroom, the first time it got “lost” under the bed. We were able to figure out what the cause is and have set up shoes under the bed in that area so that won’t happen again. Other than that, it is a great auto vacuum, and I highly recommend it.

I have rugs and concrete for my floors. It picks up well in concrete but no so much in the rugs. I set it to carpet boost but haven¡¯t seen much difference. I¡¯ve had it for a few weeks and run it twice a week. For $100 it works pretty good but it¡¯s not going to pick up everything. I made sure there was nothing it could get stuck on, ie chairs, tables etc so it will run its full course and be able to get back to charging station. Overall it works pretty good. You can setup the time and days you want it to run.

This worked well for the first few months however it took a very long time to charge. Now after a few months of using it does not charge anymore. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Buy at your own risk.

Great product! I got this on a lightening deal so could not pass it up. I’ve never owned the name brand robot so can not compare but this one works great. Love that it does not have a roller to try to clean and untangle hair from. You just open up the container and dump out. Only issue is that sometimes it just keeps repeating the same cleaning area over and over again. I have to turn it off and turn it back on again to reset it.

It connected to the app easily. Then it was all downhill from there. It will only power on when on the base. Then it will charge for about 20 seconds and then start beeping and the app says to push the power button to charge. So I push the power button and the message goes away for 20 seconds and gives me the message again.I also cannot update it. Update times out.
