I was very impressed with the design of this dryer as it looks very sleek and stylish. It’s small and portable, which makes it very suitable for a small space or as a second dryer in your house. We bought it because we just had a newborn and we want to separate her clothing from ours and this is exactly what we need! The noise level is bearable and it is very stable if you put it on a level surface. Another feature is that you don’t need to pipe it. Just plug it and it’s ready to go. The downside is that it can’t hold a lot of items at once, as we only use it for baby clothes so it doesn’t really bother us much. Overall, good design and we love the purchase!

I don’t do reviews very often, so, just here to share some of my own experiences. Hope this can be helpful to those who want to learn more about the product.I’d been using my old dryer for many years before I found this product. It was purchased from NiceShine, which was also called a “portable dryer”. But in several moves over the past few years it was never really portable. I have needed every time to dismantle and reinstall the pipes and vent. Not to mention it was never an easy job to carry the 60.6 pounds weight.With the lightweight and compact design, Morus dryer really did a great job. It’s under 30 lbs so I can effortlessly carry this adorable fella around and put it anywhere I like in my apartment. Although the capacity is not as much as before, it’s more than enough for me to use as long as I’m not drying two weeks of loads at a time. There are also some more functions I like that subtly improve efficiencies like the smart mode and the quick mode.

I have this dryer in my apartment, it’s small, quiet, and so fast. I must say this is simply the best dryer in the market it’s small but does a huge job on getting a load done. All the cycles are simply the best even to dry your sneakers. I am truly amazed by this little dryer.

I was able to dry 1 twin flat sheet and 2 extra large nightgowns in 60 minutes. I am happy it was easy to set up and not too heavy to move. I will add updates as I continue to use it.

I love this dryer. It’s small but powerful! I live in a small apartment, and this is perfect. It does not require an exhaust pipe. It has different drying modes (low heat, medium heat, high heat, etc). Now I can dry my clothes in the comfort of my home.

I was really interested in this. Then I discovered youtube videos which eloquently describe why this is not a vacum sealed dryer, as claimed. It also demostrated that the humidity produced from this escapes directly into your home/ rv. The moisture never collects in the recepticle. A device in a separate video was used to measure the supposed ultraviolet light, and it’s readings suggest it was a normal white led light. The heating technology is no more fancy than the same technology used in a hair dryer. The claims made, according to these youtube video, are all false. Even the auto moisture sensing setting is false, as it keeps running indefinately. This is not a device worth five or six hundred dollars. This device as it is if honest about what it does, might be an alternative option, but not at this price, and not supporting these false claims.

This dryer is heavier and more akward then I expected. It also puts all the humidty in your room since it is not vented.It also would not dry 2 towels at once.The commercial is very misleading.

Came with some malfunctions, the dryer stayed on ”close door” closed the door several times, nothing was blocking it, turned it on turned off and nothing. Called NiceShine trouble shooting and they couldn’t even help me out. Definitely returning this piece of crap.

I ordered this machine from their official site and since I got this, I was unsatisfied, because it really does not dry the material and wanted to return but they do not answer my emails. This machine is expensive for what you got and I would not recommend it to anyone. I would not buy if I have a chance to try how it dries before buying it.

Edit to say after much back and forth I finally got my refund. — I bought this direct from Morus. Big mistake. This machine is a mirage. It is NOT ventless. It blows a lot of steam. It also sucks more than 1000 watts of power. When I tried to return it under the “30 day for any reason” claim, customer service has been horrible and is only through email. They take a full day to respond to every message. They stall you, give you wrong information, try to deny the return, then make you pay shipping to return it. All communication reads like translated AI. This company is awful.

I have purchased this machine and it is incredibly convenient for me. It is light weight and I can just put it in my car and carry it to hotel. Besides, the quality is pretty good. Thus, I would strongly recommend it.

I don’t have in unit dryer in my apt, so I just bought this for drying my clothes. It works very well and easy to assemble. It’s light too, you can move it to your place by your own. Highly recommented!

3 total uses thus far. Initial review. Have to remind myself this is a 110v system.Bearings are noisy when rotating.Lint trap doesn’t collect all debris, you have to vacuum your living space, behind the unit and the intake filter after every use.Basically needs a vacuum hooked up or filter on the exhaust to stop flying debris in small enclosures. If it’s at full level, good luck getting things dry in a reasonable time. One shower towel max two is too many. Not worth the money vs a ducted unit to vent through a window.Awkward size and shape makes it challenging to store out of the way.May return or ask for refund. Time will tell.

Don’t recommend please don’t waste your money this garbage don’t last and only can wash just few little things. Doesn’t hold a regular size load of laundry. Plus it breaks easily. Don’t buying try other dryers like it for a sample I got a rv dryer and it works better and hold up to 10 pounds. But this garbage don’t hold not even few pounds. The worst piece garbage anymore can buy it. Just do yourself a favor save yourself some money and buy it other brands. Stay away from this garbage

While it works okay, this unit requires that you remove several filters and clean them every day.I was not aware of this when I bought it, and so I ruined one dryer. There’s no lint filter – only a mesh at the back of the drum that is removable, but not easily cleanable.I wouldn’t but this again simply because of all the daily maintenance that you maintain it.

Start button is poorly designed. Sticks. Machine does not work. Company has no contact number. Despite their promise of 24 hour support, you can only contact them via email. Their robot reply: We are busy. Will reply in a few days. Do not buy this crap expensive dryer.

I’m going to give it 5 stars, because I really needed a small dryer. I can’t fault the product for my space limitations. it’ll do a half a small load no problem, and the other half once it’s done. But I will say, when it’s done…it’s really done…at least for the type of clothes I’ve put in it so far***UPDATE*** This thing went from a 5 star product to a 1-star in less than a year. The customer service for this company is non-existent – I’ve sent in 3 requests for service and all I’ve gotten so far is an automated reply.Horrible experience. Do not buy unless you like throwing money away after 10 months. Find a better company that actually stands behind their warranty…not even the product. Simply honor the waste of printed paper warranty shipped with the product.

This product broke two days after amazons 30 day policy. Which is understood for electronics. However MORUS 1 Year warranty is a complete scam, there’s no follow up and it takes forever to hear back from someone just to be told it’s not covered without any type of diagnostic. Terrible product needs to be removed from NiceShine because Morus sucks. I got screwed out of $500 dollars I wish I can rate a 0

It is so easy and simple. This is just what I wanted. My main dryer is broken( for some reason takes forever to fix it by Home Insurance company:) and I always wanted to have an extra dryer for socks,small towels e.t.c… So,it worked out for me perfectly!It works very good and dry clothes on settings I did (“Auto”). Loads are not to big. For example…3 t-shirts size M in man, 4 pair of socks, and 2 very small towels.As I said – Small loads.It doesn’t make loud noises while it is on and drying clothes. I set it up right in the basment on top of my washing machine.

Disappointed with DurabilityI was initially thrilled with the Morus Portable Dryer. Its compact size and sleek design seemed perfect for my apartment, and the promise of “fast drying without installation” was incredibly appealing. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment.After just 8 months of moderate use (no more than 2–3 loads a week), the dryer stopped working altogether. For a product at this price point, I expected much better durability. The child lock and 8 automatic modes were nice features, but they mean little if the machine can’t hold up over time.The manufacturer’s customer support was also unhelpful—repair options were limited, and the warranty terms were disappointing. I wanted to love this dryer, but it simply didn’t last. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a more reliable appliance.

I bought one for my son and dil for Christmas. It arrived broken. I have messaged them in their website, YouTube , sent the requested video and they will not respond at all. They do not have a number to call for customer service so if it breaks your out of luck.They are quit a few videos on YouTube regarding this. They are not an American company so you can’t file a complaint with the BBB.I waisted $400 on this piece of garbage with absolutely zero recourse.
