Este cuaderno es exactamente igual que el Moleskine estándar que existe desde hace años. Sus materiales, tamaño, espesor, color.., todo igual. Así que si te gusta usar estos cuadernos, como a mí, no lo dudes. Solo tiene 2 pequeños matices que lo diferencian: por un lado un pequeño número 1 en la esquina inferior izquierda, destinado a que se puedan diferenciar unos cuadernos de otros, entiendo (como las pelotas de tenis); por otro, tiene ese sutil corte curvado en la esquina superior derecha de la cubierta. Este detalle para mí es irrelevante, supongo que es un gesto de la marca para diferenciar los cuadernos Pen+ de los normales. Por encima de todo, este cuaderno me gusta mucho más que el principal de Pen+, el de tapa dura que va en los packs y que aparece en la publicidad. Es más cómodo y práctico, entre otras cosas no tiene ese ridículo corte curvo a lo largo de todo el canto, y además es más barato. Recomiendo este producto 100%.

Its complicated, works poorly and I wish they never ended their relationship with Evernote, which had a similar but fully-functional system that Moleskine made books for. Oh well.

Das Papier des Moleskine „Smart cahier journals“ steht dem teuren, großformatigeren A5 Block von Moleskine für den digitalen pen+ in nichts nach – der Stift arbeitet sauber darauf und die Übertragung in die App ist sehr gut. Was man beachten muss: die Bücher sind tatsächlich recht dünn und kompakt – aber zum Alltagsgebrauch super wie ich finde, da sie eben nicht viel auftragen und dadurch auch mal in der Hosentasche mitgeführt werden können.

This system is absolutely amazing! The app and pen setup was under 5 minutes. The only ‘drawback’ is that it backups only to Google Drive or OneNote. Not a big problem, but again, in under 5 minutes I had my unused google Drive linked to my Apple Files/iCloud so no issues accessing it easily and under one location.I also purchased the planner/diary option. A weekly planner on one side and notes on the right side. With my first pen stroke, it showed up n the Moleskine app and I could search the handwritten notes, export the page(s) in numerous formats (pdf, word, text, SVG, photo…so many!). With the planner, you can write an appointment and it instantly uploads to my iCal…what?!?!All in all, this system is seamless, effective and easy – just as technology should be.

I used Livescribe years ago and it was great for its time. I figured 2022 and my favorite notebook could do no wrong. This is nice for quick notes, but took a little bit to pair and the text didn’t work a lot of the time. I’d like to take work notes and copy and paste from text, but will not be able to rely on this. I’m known for writing neat too. I say this is worth half the price 🤷🏻♀️

I loved this for the two months I could use it. Then I took a business trip and left my charger somewhere. Reached out directly to Moleskine to purchase a replacement charger and they do not offer one! They told me to sign up for their newsletter so I can become aware of if/when they start selling replacement parts. This is unacceptable for a $250 product! So disappointed and wish I went with another smart pen.

Did a terrible job importing notes into Word no matter how clear I wrote. Tried to buy smart moleskine notebooks that were larger than the one that came with the pen which none of them would work. Emailed tech-support and they respond after three or four days with unhelpful suggestions. After three weeks of going round and round with crappy tech support I gave up. Now I can’t return it. Very disappointing. Would not recommend buying.

Der Stift und das Book funktionieren wunderbar und ist eine der besten Unterstützungen die es für das Office gibt.Wichtig ist zu wissen; das Akku ladet etwas langsam und es kann auch 15-20min Dauern bis der Ladevorgang startet. Der Stift ist nicht defekt man braucht nur Geduld beim Laden.

When it works, it’s great. I like writing on paper, then having digital copies later. However, often, there is something wrong with the transfer from the pen to the phone. I write in notebooks, then upload later. This upload can take 20-60 minutes to upload a few pages of a notebook. That wouldn’t be the worst thing. What’s really bad is that even after 60 minutes, it hasn’t finished, and then I lose all the data that was in the pen. I know it’s not the phone b/c I tried with 2 different high end phones. Would be great if the transfer was more reliable.

I bought the moleskin smart writing system for full price. I must say it’s absolutely awful.The Moleskine notebook itself is as you’d expect. Very good quality, and the pages are nice and thick. The pen is very nice to the touch with a very soft and smooth feel, although the plastic does feel a bit cheap, given the price and does rattle.The pen uses standard D1 refills, which one can buy off of NiceShine.The pen also charges with a magnetic cable which is a very nice touch, especially compared to the Neo Pen N2 which I also own.Where the entire system falls apart is in the software implementation.My pen does not auto sync, and I need to have the app open in order to have any of what I’ve written digitised. As a consequence, it’s very hit and miss whether what I have written is transferred or not. The notebooks also do not sync across devices.Speaking to Moleskine, the standard answer to any problems is “please ensure the pen’s firmware is updated”. Unfortunately the pen’s firmware does not update even when the app and the pen remains side-by-side for more than half an hour.As a consequence, buying this system was a very expensive mistake.I CANNOT recommend it as given Moleskine’s past history with their previous smart pen iterations, I cannot hope for these issues to be resolved in the near future.

Vengo del anterior modelo, el cual he usado TODOS los días desde hace 3 años. Nunca tuve ni medio problema con el anterior modelo. Como este porque la batería del anterior ya no me dura más que 2 horas al día. Llevo usando este 3 días y fenomenal tambien. De momento no hay gran diferencia en lo que respecta al uso. Es más lijero (tampoco es que el anterior fuese pesado). Y más pequeñito. Sincroniza exáctamente igual que el anterior. Y puedes incluso escribir en la misma libreta, por si tienes alguna a medias. El sistema de carga es mucho mejor. No es por puerto micro USB como el anterior. Lleva un sistema parecido a los que tenían los ordenadores apple antes. Con un Iman. Si hay tiron del cable, se desconecta y queda mucho más elegante. Puntos negativos en comparación con el anterior, han perdido en el diseño. El anterior modelo es con acabado metalico y clip de camisa. Detalles plateados de aluminio y con forma ovalada que era muy comoda a la hora de escribir. Este parece todo más plástico acabado en goma. Sin clip y redondito. Ha perdido en diseño. Personalmente pienso que es una pasada de bolígrafo, tanto si tomas todo en apuntes como yo y necesitas digitalizarlos o se me ocurre gente que dinune con proyectos o cosas así que necesite digitalizar. Mi experiencia fenomenal.

Die Idee, schriftliche Notizen in digitalen Inhalt umzusetzen, ist gut, denn das Schreiben auf dem iPad ist nicht vergleichbar mit Papier.Die erlebte Umsetzung bei diesem Set ist leider eine Katastrophe:Verbindung zum iPad funktioniert tadellos, auch die Erkennung des gewählten Notizbuches in der App ist fehlerfrei.Die Übernahme in die App ist sehr unterschiedlich, manchmal sehr gut, ein andermal werden ganze Buchstaben oder Wörter weggelassen. Eine Logik in der unterschiedlichen Übertragungsqualität ist nicht erkennbar.Die anschließende Übersetzung (Transskription) funktioniert manchmal gut, manchmal ist das Ergebnis unterirdisch schlecht. In beinahe Blockschrift eingetragene Überschriften werden zu wilden Hieroglyphenansammlungen gemacht. Klar, wenn die Übertragung schon mangelhaft ist, kann die Transskription nicht funktionieren. Aber auch bei exakter Schrift sind die Ergebnisse teilweise unbrauchbar.Notizen, die offline (also ohne daneben eingeschaltetes iPad) notiert wurden, sind nach Verbindung mit der App teilweise übernommen, ein andermal werden sie – vor allem nach Versuch der Texterkennung – plötzlich gelöscht und sind durch keine Aktion wiederherzustellen. Sie sind im physischen Notizbuch geschrieben, aber in der App als leeres Feld verschwunden.Suchfunktion (funktioniert natürlich erst nach Transskription) ist ordentlich, freilich nur nach Wörtern, die auch korrekt erkannt wurden. Nachträgliche Korrektur von Wörtern im Notizbuch gelingt meistens nicht, manchmal habe ich das Wort wiederholt zusätzlich hingeschrieben, um eine korrekte Übersetzung für die Suchfunktion zu erhalten.Ich habe mich relativ intensiv mit dem System auseinander gesetzt (wenn ich von der Idee nicht grundsätzlich überzeugt gewesen wäre, hätte ich das Set nach einer Stunde zurückgeschickt!).Weitere Probleme:Backup in die beiden angebotenen Clouds funktioniert nicht – trotz verhandener Accounts beispielsweise bei Microsoft.Firmware-Upgrade wird zwar als geladen angezeigt, aber nicht durchgeführt.Ein Handbuch existiert nicht. Lediglich die Informationen der Website, die eher als Reklameangaben zu betrachten sind, stehen zur Verfügung – das wars!Der Service reagiert so gut wie gar nicht. Die einzige Antwort, die kam, besagte, dass ich in den FAQ nachsehen sollte. Diese sind ein Witz, keine einzige meiner konkreten Fragen wird darin beantwortet.Fazit: wer ein nettes Spielzeug für über 200€ sucht, um etwas zu schreiben, zu zeichnen, und sich hin und wieder freut, dass es manchmal auch richtig übertragen und in digitalen Inhalt umgewandelt wird, der wird hiermit bestens bedient.Wer ernsthaft Notizen machen will, die zuverlässig gespeichert, digitalisiert und gesichert werden, um Datenverlust zu vermeiden, und wer ein zuverlässiges System sucht, in dem ihm bei reichlich auftretenden Problemen ein Support angeboten wird, ist bei diesem Moleskine Smart Writing Set verloren.Auf gut Deutsch: FINGER WEG!!!

Extremely difficult to set up. The smart writing set here doesn’t come with clear instructions. I had to hunt around online and try a million things for a week and a half. Finally it is working. I’m the meantime I misplaced the charger. I’m sure I’ll find it but I thought I would provide a second charger for this event issue. Come to find out they DON’T SELL CHARGERS SEPARATELY?!? What kind of ridiculous complaint sells a $260 writing set with a chargeable pen but doesn’t sell replacement chargers?!?So to recap….- expertly difficult to set up- zero customer support- zero instructions- no ability to repurchase a pen charger.So if I don’t find my charger I just wasted $260!?! I am steaming mad!

I’ve tried 3 or 4 different writing sets including Moleskin’s older, cheaper version and this new one is really top notch in Quality, Technology and Effectiveness. The price is so high! But don’t do like me and buy the cheaper set first, use for 8 months, then still end up buying this more expensive one. I say it’s worth the cost if you use everyday like me to handwrite your todo lists and take daily work meeting notes. A+!

I received this as a gift and although it took me a while to set it up, once I did, I was in love.I used this non stop for almost 6 weeks when the pen suddenly stopped charging.I was in panic mode – how would I survive without my Moleskine pen for a few days while I hoped for an answer from customer support?Well, as it turns out, Moleskine does not stand behind their products and would not even help me troubleshoot without proof of purchase. Again, this was a gift so the only poof that I had was the fact that I was in possession of the pen and notebook.As a 20-year customer of Moleskine I am heartbroken that a brand would treat a loyal customer this way.Time for me to find another smart notes system and notebook company.

So I am going back to school… again. This will be my 3rd Bachelor’s and no, none are in basket weaving or women’s studies. Any who, I only have 43 credits to take after all my transfer credits etc.so just the core classes for the new course of study which by the way is homeland security and emergency management. I work for FEMA in IT and since my other degree’s are CJ and creative writing I figured I would get something that actually relates to my career choice. So the books. I wanted something sturdy. What I really wanted was moleskins smart books but for large people… those little 7×5’s make my eyes cross. So I searched for 8.5” x 11” or large in hardcover moleskins and I found nothing. I did find one larger than 7X5 but it’s soft cover and 9×6 maybe. I bought them but after receiving them not quite what I wanted. So I searched again and found this. That I have purchased. They are beautiful. The size of a regular notebook, hard covers, I don’t remember how many sheets but it’s over 100 and the paper quality is heavier weight as I wanted. Now that I have received them I am awed by their beauty and functionality. It actually makes me think of the movie, “7” where kevin spacey’s psychotic killer fills hundreds of notebooks with tiny print just talking about inocuous stuff. I planned to use it for school, but feeling inspired I think I shall create my own manifesto, or maybe a tome of knowledge. Well done NiceShine. But no matter what you do I’m not selling it on kindle… I heard about how them writers are treated. By hones 🙂

The integration with the app is amazing. It uploads easily and automatically. It turns on when I start writing so I don’t even have to remember to turn it on. It feels like a regular pen and regular paper but I know I won’t lose it or not have it on me. It’s everything I wanted a tablet to do. It can’t read my handwriting very well so the translations aren’t quite there yet. But I appreciate that it tries.

Il sistema è favoloso e l’agenda funziona perfettamente.Se scrivi sull’agenda, è in grado di riconoscere la pagina ed ogni volta in cui scrivi continuerà il tuo testo sulla giusta posizione.Vi sono solo due piccoli difetti e delle mancanze.DIFETTI: La penna ha un tasto accensione/spegnimento che si urta facilmente quindi trovo sempre la penna accesa. Questa inoltre non possiede un modo per agganciarla all’agenda risultando scomoda da trasportare (si perde facilmente).MANCANZE: visto che questo sistema è fatto veramente bene e riconosce le icone dell’agenda (quella delle mail per esempio), perché non metterne di più come il cambio colore di scrittura oppure l’aggiunta di tag? Sarebbe stato ancora più bello e pratico.Non posso dare 5 stelle per il prezzo.

This pen could be an excellent smart device, except for getting a replacement charging cable and the limited ability to transfer data. I have tried for nearly a year to find a replacement charging cable for my pen. I looked for a replacement on the Moleskine website and they show they stock them. However, they have been listed as out-of-stock since last fall. It does give you the option to submit your email address to be notified when the cables become available, which I completed. I received one email stating that the item I had requested information on was in stock. Within five minutes of receiving the email, I went to the Moleskine website to make a purchase, only to see that it was still out of stock.While the pen has excellent potential for note-keeping, the day planner notebook is only compatible with the iOS calendar and does not transfer to Outlook.

une belle invention pour mettre un peu d’ordre dans mes notes .J’ai décidé d’optimiser mes notes , de les garder dans mon ordi pour éviter le tas de feuilles, de notes dispersées et de cours emmêlés et entassés sur mon bureau .Et en même temps je garde le plaisir d’écrire , la rapidité de ma prise de notes à la main , je peux ajouter mes croquis , mes dessins, c’est vraiment aussi facile que sur la vidéo .pour ma part j’ai acheté plusieurs carnets identifiés selon leur utilité .Il faut bien les noter dès le départ en effaçant “carnet XL etc …” et en lui donnant son titre + une couleur par ex. (On peut tout à fait changer le nom du carnet + tard si besoin) .Bien penser à allumer le stylo sur le petit point bleu pour écrire sinon ..rien ne sera gardé dans le carnet ! Mais s’il est allumé , il peut écrire et l’on peut visualiser en direct ce que l’on a écrit sur l appli notes de moleskine, soit le transférer plus tard le soir .J’ai assisté à une conférence et bloqué mon tel sur “avion” et n’ai utilisé que ma prise de notes sans le téléphone et magie ..le soir , j’ai tout transféré sur l’appli très facilement et j’ai envoyé mes notes manuscrites à une personne absente de la réunion par mail en 2 sec .Donc oui ça marche et c’est facile .Pour transférer sur “one drive ” , il y a soit disant un chemin direct de l’appli notes , pour ma part ça ne marche pas .Par contre il me suffit d’appuyer sur la petite enveloppe de la page du carnet et là ça marche très bien , je peux envoyer mes notes par mail , l’envoyer sur onedrive ( ou autre ), donc mon conseil passez plutôt par l’enveloppe en haut à droite des pages du carnet , là c’est facile .Ce que je n’arrive pas à faire c’est envoyer plusieurs pages d’un coup à partir de l’appli notes , ni en images, ni en PDF, ni en texte ça donne un signal erreur .Dommage .Et ce que je ne trouve pas bon du tout c’est la reconnaissance d’écriture manuelle avec transcription en “texte imprimé” , il faudrait reprendre trop de mots pour que cela soit “propre”.Pour effacer un mot écrit manuellement , il n’y a pas de fonction “gomme ” sur le stylo , ça c’est une fonction qu’il faudrait créer car ça manque vraiment. c’est à dire que si vous effacez manuellement sur la page (avec un blanco par ex) ça reste inscrit sur le carnet ,il faut alors aller dans l’appli notes sélectionner le mot écrit par erreur et l’effacer ( ce n’est pas du tout intuitif). Un truc à savoir , si vous utiliser votre stylo pour prendre des notes avec votre tél à coté de vous , il vous faut changer de couleur sur le réglage du stylo de l’application AVANT d’écrire pour que cela ressorte avec la couleur ou l’épaisseur du trait voulu .C’est un coup à prendre quand on travaille à tête reposée car un peu plus long qu’en prise de notes rapides, mais ça rend très bien une fois fini , un peu comme si on avait un stylo bic 4 couleurs en main : on change la couleur avant d’écrire (sauf qu’on le fait sur le tel) .L’avantage de pouvoir faire des croquis , ça j’aime aussi , c’est un + par rapport à l’écriture que l’on tape sur l’ordi .Moi j’aime bien , ça me permet de fixer mes idées .Sur l’ordi , en dictée vocale c’est vrai que l’on peut taper un texte assez rapidement et proprement mais l’inclusion de schéma n’est pas simple du coup, je repasse volontiers à la prise de notes manuscrite , avec mon écriture certes (faut se réhabituer ) , mes annotations, mes croquis .Je n’ai pas encore essayer l’enregistrement , je pense que ça marche comme un enregistreur sur le téléphone tout simplement , ce qui permet de reprendre des notes à distance .en conclusion : c’est le début encore de la reconnaissance de l’écriture manuelle et un certain nombre de fonctions vont évoluer j’imagine , c’est un coup à prendre , il faut faire qq essais pour se l’approprier mais pouvoir “ranger ses notes “directement dans son ordi ,éviter les notes dispersées à droite à gauche, les envoyer sous “x” formes différentes mail, textos, whatsapp etc c’est génial pour les notes écrites manuellement ( à condition d’écrire lisiblement), pour ceux qui aiment écrire , dessiner, faire des schémas et ne craignent pas de relire leurs notes manuscrites mais pour la transformation en notes imprimées , faut pas que ce soit du texte long , c’est encore imprécis ..Pour ma part bilan positif ..

Fairly easy to set up and then I was writing away and watching my scribbles appear on my smartphone! The conversion to text was really accurate. Now I just need more time getting the notebooks on my phone set up logically. Still early days, but the tech is amazing!

Soy aficionado a la escritura. colecciono estilográficas, y esta es una buena forma de mezclar la escritura de siempre con el respaldo digital. Utilizo en mi iPad una aplicación para escribir desde hace mucho tiempo que también me gusta mucho.Lo que no me gusta nada es el bolígrafo.En primer lugar no esta, ni mucho menos, a la altura de lo que puedas esperar de Moleskine. Ni por diseño, calidad o precio. Parece un bolígrafo de los que puedes comprar por centimos en cualquier ” chino”Cuando compras una libreta y llevas un bolígrafo es porque pretendes, como he dicho al principio, mezclar la escritura de siempre con la tecnología actual. El bolígrafo, ademas de no gustarme el diseño y la calidad, no tiene clip. Por lo que llevarlo es muy incomodo. No tiene sentido.

Teurer Kalender für die naheliegende Idee, sowohl per Hand als auch digital Termine und Notizen zu verwalten.Die Synchronisierung dauert aber vergleichsweise lange (manchmal mehrere Minuten) und ist im Ergebnis nicht immer korrekt, d.h. mit der Schrifterkennung gibt es regelmäßig Probleme.Bei dem Stift wackelt nach nur 2 Monaten die Kappe, was bei dem Preis (das Teure ist ja der Stift!) eigentlich nicht vorkommen dürfte.Ich bin noch nicht sicher, ob ich bei diesem System bleibe, und bereue jetzt schon, so viel Geld für einen Kalender ausgegeben zu haben. Das System ist nach meiner Meinung auf den Markt gekommen, bevor es ganz ausgereift war. Riskant, mit den Kunden so herumzutesten…Mir gefällt das nicht so gut.

Das Notizbuch ist qualitativ hochwertig und viel besser als das Papier von Neolab. Ich habe einen Lamy Safari Ncode Stift und mit dem geht es wunderbar. Es wird auch in der Neolab Software als Notizbuch angelegt.

Pen won’t charge after second time using it. Had it just over a month so can’t return it. Now have to go through the warranty process. At this moment, would have rather bought a Montblanc for the same price.Review:It is pretty cool to see the pen paired to the app and rewatching the pen strokes in real time. Other than that, the pen itself is a thin roller ball. Nothing fancy. Would be nice if you could swap out for wider nibs or even a fountain pen. My biggest gripe on design would be there is no clip to hang on a shirt pocket, notebook cover, or notebook strap. Also, would be nice to come with a case or the option of buying a branded case, because it’s weird to have such an expensive piece of hardware without any sort of travel protection. I planned on buying something nice so to actually use it daily. I’m not sure if they sell compatible yearly calendars, but would purchase if they do.

Die Idee ist eigentlich sehr gut, nur die Umsetzung ist nicht gelungen. Die Moleskine App ist einfach schlecht, die Spracherkennung ist ebenfalls nicht angemessen. Also habe ich den Stift und das Notizbuch mit der App Neo Studio 2 genutzt. Das funktioniert zuverlässig und die Schrifterkennung ist in Ordnung.ABER: trotz Aufladung über die gesamte Nacht ist der Stift am nächsten Tag nur bei 80%. Wäre grundsätzlich auch nicht so schlimm, wenn es denn für ein paar Stunden reichen würde. Leider ist der Akku aber bereits nach 10 Minuten leer und der Stift schaltet sich aus. Ich kann zwar normal weiterschreiben, aber es wird nichts mehr gespeichert. Das ist in dem Augenblick ein Problem, wenn man den Akkustand nicht im Blick hat und sich darauf verlässt, dass alles gespeichert wird.Ich werde diesen Stift zurückschicken und hoffen, dass der nächste Stift besser funktioniert. Das Konzept ist eigentlich gut und funktioniert mit der anderen App grundsätzlich.Schade, dass Moleskine es nicht hinbekommt, eine vernünftige App zur Verfügung zu stellen.

The app that goes with the smart own set to transfer your images is pretty poor quality development. Difficult to log in to. Pen doesn’t easily connect. You can only use it on one device at a a time so you can’t have it on both your iPad and your iPhone or Mac. The app is poorly supported too…moleskin basically does not support the app. They respond to contact, but just to tell you they can’t help you.I’m backing up to OneDrive and Google Drive (you have to manually switch between the two) but it remains to be seen if those backups are recoverable. The back up is all in proprietary encryption to the Moleskine app so you can’t read it in other formats.

I was so disappointed with this product. I love Moleskine books and was really excited to try this writing set with their smartpen. However, the smartpen won’t hold a charge.I tried to contact customer service, but that was four days ago and all I got was an email saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. I even waited for their response before sending the writing set back, just in case they could help fix it. But after four days of waiting, it is clear they don’t care, so why give them my money? It is on its way back and I won’t try again.

Seems like a great product, unfortunately it appears I will never know. Received this as a gift, but it wouldn’t charge right out of the box. Contacted customer service who walked me through troubleshooting and confirmed the issue, but they won’t do anything without a receipt (which I don’t have because it was a gift). I am not comfortable asking the people who gave it to me for a receipt or to deal with customer service on my behalf, so I am left with an expensive paper weight. I would find an alternative product from a company who cares about their customers.

I love these smart notebooks. Only heard of them recently and feel like I missed on a lot! I love paper and taking notes, but was worried on how to organise and preserve the information in them. Incredibly Moleskine has found a perfect solution with these smart notebooks you can transfer into your phone or computer! Still amazed by this. The notebook is perfect for me and incredibly useful. Maybe I am not 100% sold on imitating a tablet with its look, maybe in the future they could just go back to normal looking notebooks. But other people may like this shape. Otherwise it’s great.

I’m delighted with it. Keeping notes easily. The problem is that the pen doesn’t have a way to attach to the book or your pocket. It can be confused with a regular pen.,It’s very easy to lose it. I wish the books had a compartment to store the pen.

Ho inviato una richiesta tramite il loro modulo di contatto e, a distanza di tre giorni, non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta. I really wanted to love this system, which allows you, in theory, to write your notes in a regular notebook, and see them replicated automatically on your tablet. However, it has many problems. First, the pencil takes a very long time to start charging, and then the battery doesn’t last as long as advertised. Then, the app has also many problems. Handwriting recognition is poor. The backup process is clunky. And most of all, cloud synchronization does not work (I was told by their support that they have no timeframe for fixing it). That makes the system totally useless in the kind of multi-device environment we all work in nowadays. I returned it to NiceShine, hoping for a refund.

Génial, même si au tout début, j’ai été déçue : les pages manuscrites présentaient parfois de gros trous et le passage en scripte était catastrophique. Cependant, en observant la page sur l’écran du téléphone pendant que j’écrivais, j’ai réalisé qu’en faisant attention à la pression exercée sur le stylo, le premier problème était facilement réglé, et en utilisant GooglDoc au lieu des logiciels de traitement de texte classiques, la correction des erreurs de typo étaient rapide et fluide. C’est donc maintenant un véritable plaisir d’avoir toujours un carnet avec moi pour pouvoir écrire quand je le désire, sans avoir à tout laborieusement recopier ensuite dans l’ordinateur -problème que j’avais réglé en promenant mon ordinateur portable, mais ce n’est franchement pas pareil, que ce soit en terme d’encombrement ou en terme d’écriture à proprement parle. J’ai ainsi pu retrouver le plaisir d’écrire “pour de vrai” et ça, c’est génial !

This product is marginally easier than taking pictures of each page in your notebook with your phone. The features sound great, but very few work as advertised.I was very interested in being tagging notes, transcribing, and searching old notes by tags or transcription. I used paper notebooks routinely, and hate flipping through multiple books to find old notes from past projects or conversations. Digitizing works very well, transcription is good enough considering my handwriting, and tagging is easy. But there is almost no point in doing these because the app search function doesn’t work. It looks like the app sort-of finds the right pages, but when I try to open any search results the app opens the first page. Or crashes. Never once has it opened a page with the tag or transcription I searched for. Makes the whole tagging, transcribing, correcting transcriptions a big waste of time.Other gripes: the charge cable is proprietary, other users users complain you cannot buy replacement charge cables from Moleskine if you lose or damage it, and the magnetic connector falls off easy. Pen does not have a clip or any way to attach to the notebook. Rubberized coating on pen is scarring and peeling off after 1 month. Moleskine online accounts dont seem to be creatable from Canada, back-up through other cloud service took repeated attempts to transfer contents to a new device. Synching to more than one device like a phone and tablet seems impossible. The lack of a manual explaining features and functions is a big contributor to these frustration, you are stuck fumbling through app menus and watching advertising videos to try and figure out what it can do and how. When contacting Moleskine they referred me to the very short FAQ page.Overpriced, terrible app, best features still a wish list. Do not buy.

I LOVE this! I treated myself looking for something distraction free to draw and write with and serves this purpose perfectly. You can’t beat the feel of real paper and Moleskine paper is top quality (I’m not a connoisseur but compared to my £1.99 (insert supermarket brand here) notepad this feels like real quality.What you’re paying for here is the Smart Pen and as a concept, it’s absolutely fabulous. Once paired with your chosen device you can simply write in the notepad – your don’t even need your device to be close by, the pen stores your notes in its memory until you open the app and then your notes are downloaded to your device. Sure, you can see your notes being written in real time if you have you’re device on and the app open but that’s not distraction- free but is a perfect demonstration of this magical little pen and notepad.At first I wondered if the pen would shift around in my hand causing problems with the IR sensor but found that the lid clips in place at two positions so the flat part of the lid rests comfortably against the index finger knuckle. The two positions seem to correspond to left and right handed use. There’s a definite click when rotating the lid into these positions.Your notes can be exported to various formats including SVG vectors which I have tried with Affinity Design and Concepts with limited success and the Moleskine Notes app needs more development but is quite capable. More so than I expected actually.It’s not as elegant as my fountain pen and seems to rattle a little but not during actual use.Sure, it’s expensive and before it arrived I already had buyers remorse but not any more. Its a niche product and you should do your own research as to whether its right for you but wow, it’s amazing.Update 20.4.25: I’ve come to realise that the Moleskine app is actually more capable than I first found. In particular, exporting. I wanted to export my writing and drawings to SVG and use it in Affinity Design and Concepts but had limited success. I have since found that exporting to PDF has an option to export to vector PDF which works perfectly with both of the above apps.

El bolígrafo tiene indicaciones de led confusas. La necesidad de un adaptador adicional USB-USB demuestra un pésimo diseño técnico y es un engorro. No entiendo por qué ha de ir al móvil y sólo al móvil. ¿No podrían hacer interfaz con PC?Al final he quedado muy descontento con el producto. Eso sí, la caja y el envoltorio preciosos. Ojalá hubieran puesto el esfuerzo de ese disño en lo que realmente importa.
