Let me first say it started off really well. The first month of use was good. I didn’t really have any problems with the device. Issues with it started on the second month of use right when I was starting to use the translation feature. The right side ear hook started to randomly disconnect. After a few days of this it refuses to take a charge.
Two weeks and the charger box quit working
Have to download an app that makes me uncomfortable and would not stay connected
Great audio qualities, very loud, comfortable on the ears, I love it ❤️💯
