5 stars are not nearly enough. I researched the living daylights out of robotic vacuum & mop combo units and just vacuum alone.First off I am going to say this is a review of the T5 not the 950.As for none existent tech support I disagree. I CALLED AND ASKED WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE T5 & the 950.Guess what folks they were extremely honest and did not know and promised to email me the answer. They did within 4 hours, more like 3 hours.Again pure honesty, they told me it is the same as the 950 but was released in April of 2020 at a lower price point with a new name and a little different look. The price difference is $100.00 less I bought the T5 for $599.00This blew the Roborock 6 with weaker suction, less battery capacity and smaller mop tank at a higher price right out of the water!Robot arrived well packaged and easy to set up.Could not wait and it was over half way charged so I let it build its map.I have a small home 1,150 square feet under air, that also means a less open more challenging floor plan to navigate. It also equates to less to clean but much more work as well. When researching I knew the sensors had to be top notch. See today¡¯s picture from the app.The T5 navigated everything perfectly and got under things vacuuming and mopping even I can not, like our king size bed! Move that around? No thanks! The T5 cleaned under the couch and other furniture like a champ and never once got hung up and has always returned to the charging base without issues. The charging base is between a rocking chair and an entertainment center it has 6 inches to spare on either side and always makes it back.Suction is incredible and it picks up long human and cat hair perfectly as well as litter and litter dust really well.No tangles, beater brush is easy to clean.Since the unit comes with a suction plate and my house is mostly tile I removed the beater brush and it picks up all the same stuff the same.My house is all tile with one large throw rug in the living room, the do not mop function works perfectly it auto detects the carpet and avoids it.The do not mop zone which I manually set in the software helps The T5 work faster and avoid carpets easier.Avoidance zones work perfectly like the mat in front of the litter box. Pick up an errant cat log and I can only imagine the hellscape to follow. We have two cats and they love watching the robot work until it comes right at them then the backs go up and a cat moving in reverse follows Lol. Then the T5 turns and the cats relax and follow him.I named ours Chopper after the Star Wars droid. It mops the Kitchen pads we use to stand on but will not mop a small rug in the kitchen. It will climb a thick door mat with deep raised dirt catching pockets and It will suck it clean. The unit is powerful but it¡¯s drop sensors gave up while it was trying to eat a flip flop it perched on top of it cockeyed and declared it needed its drop sensor cleaned Lol.Keep iPhone type cords away from it or anything smaller than a network cable it tries to swallow them like a shark. The mop works great in it¡¯s intended role which is a wet dust type mop sorry gonna take old fashioned elbow grease to get up dried staines but who in their right mind would expect more from the design anyway????All in all very satisfied, left the house today to pick up supplies for the first time in 3 weeks, set the robot to clean the house and then watched it work from across town on the app and set the do not clean avoidance rectangle around the litter box just to be safe as I was unsure what may or may not be present like a cat log on the floor. I did this via the app and a cellular connection.See today¡¯s partial cleaning had to close both bathrooms and my home office to keep the cats out of mischief.Pretty darn cool!Wish we could change the voice and phrases. When it starts it says ¡°STARTING THE CLEAN¡±I like the way this T5 informs you of what it is doing and the intended action it is preparing to take. This can be turned off and volume can be controlled via the app.Hope this helps someone in their decision making. Today is Sunday May 31st 2020 I will update this review as time goes on but 3 days into this unit testing all the features and I am beyond satisfied. It¡¯s vacuuming and touch up mopping has freed me up allot already, I used my spare time today to cut and weed eater both mine and my neighbors lawn!Hey ECOVACSHOME how about putting this tech into a lawn mower? From what I see out there now you can crush the current players with this tech of yours!

I’ve rarely been a first adaptor of technology. I usually want manufacturers to work out the kinks before I invest my money. This is the first robot vacuum that I’ve ever purchased, as of 2021.I got this for myself, my wife, and our baby. With a dog and 2 cats, since having a child, our home has needed much more vacuuming and I was over it. So after much research, I landed on purchasing this robot vacuum from ECOVACS.All-in-all, this thing is awesome! We absolutely have mostly stopped manually vacuuming since this companion entered our home. We only use a manual vacuum to occasionally touch up our floors, such as around the edges of the floor, in hard to reach areas that the robot vacuum can’t reach/fit into or if we break something, like a glass, that needs immediate attention. Still, we rarely manually vacuum despite this. However, it’s important that you appropriately set your expectations for what you receive when purchasing this vacuum.First off, this vacuum is NOT a ticket to get out of jail from all vacuuming responsibilities. You do not set it and forget it, regardless of which robot vacuum you buy.Like all vacuums, this vacuum requires maintenance and the sooner that you get in check with this, the sooner you won’t get disappointed. You will need to empty its dust tray/bin (where all the stuff it vacuums up goes) after each and every use. Transalation: it’s not a bottomless pit where everything it vacuums up goes to be stored.Yes. The success of this vacuum is entirely dependent on your ability to empty what it vacuums up.Secondly, you need to regularly clean its brustles and brush. Hair (of all kinds) wraps up around the vacuum’s brush and can prevent it from spinning. You need to remove that hair regularly to maintain the vacuum’s ability to clean your floors. Fortunately, ECOVACS provides a tool to help you in this pursuit that you shouldn’t ever lose because it attaches to the vacuum itself, underneath the flip-up lid on top of it.Thirdly, while this vacuum also mops, it doesn’t sanitize your floors. Instead, it uses water and an absorbent pad to pickup any fine dust that the vacuuming left behind. It doesn’t heat up the water. It’s not steam. It’s water. You can’t add any cleaning detergent to it to enable it to kill bacteria, such as alcohol, vinegar, soap, bleach or any mopping detergent, like Pinesol. You should not expect it to mop your floors in the traditional sense. This is not the purpose of the mopping capabilities of this vacuum.HOWEVER, while this is different, it shouldn’t deter you from purchasing this robot vacuum. Instead, interpret the vacuum’s mopping capabilities as an enhancement to its vacuuming function. It definitely complements its vacuuming ability to pickup fine dust/dirt and “present” clean floors. Bottom line: it does a tremendous job of vacuuming floors. If maintained well and used appropriately, it will do an excellent job of vacuuming your floors. This vacuum is AWESOME on both tile and carpet. It’s dynamic power control is excellent. I plan to purchase from ECOVACS again to get a robot vacuum for our upstairs. I’m very pleased with this vacuum and would definitely purchase it again.Lastly, please note that I did not receive any compensation whatsoever for this review. I purchased this vacuum with my own money. In fact, I mostly only post negative reviews on NiceShine (check my profile), but I was so impressed by ECOVACS that I needed to post this review to let others know that it’s legit. I absolutely recommend this robot vacuum.(2021.09.14) UPDATE: One thing you need to do differently with this vacuum is, before you run the robot vacuum, you’ll need to clear your floors of anything it might get stuck on, such as usb chargers, loose clothes, blankets, etc. Also, you might find that the vacuum can get stuck on things you wouldn’t initially expect. For example, our coffee table has thin (3/4 inch square) chrome, metal legs that are connected horizontally along the floor by the same type of chrome metal bar. This is the one spot in our home that the vacuum gets stuck on. We solved this issue by placing thick, heavy books at each end of our coffee table by these metal bars. This way, when the vacuum approaches them, it senses the books and doesn’t attempt to go over the metal bars anymore.Tip: We set up our vacuum to clean our floors at 3am each night (you’ll be surprised how much dirt it sucks up everyday, but we do have a dog, 2 cats, and a baby). So, before we go to bed, we make it a point to pickup or move any loose items on the floor that might get in the way of the vacuum, as well as position the two heavy books to prevent the vacuum from getting stuck. Other than these things, the vacuum is able to go over or maneuver around most things. You’ll figure this out on your own as you use it.Lastly, I’m being picky on this one. My only annoyance with the vacuum – and admittedly, this is petty – is when the vacuum talks to you, it sometimes says things somewhat loud and other times softly. Again, not a big deal. I just wish the vacuum’s voice had a consistent volume level. This doesn’t interfere with the robot vacuum’s primary purpose – vacuuming.

I read reviews on Eufy, Shark, Roborock, and Roomba before finally committing to this model from Ecovac. I especially wanted a robot that could tackle the pet hair from 2 dogs and 4 cats (and myself!) without getting tangled every couple minutes. I looked into the “detangling” ability of various models and thought this one looked safe (my critters are dumb and I worry about their tails getting caught under) and yet still effective.Getting it set up and started was super easy. Was a little afraid after reading some reviews about the mapping but I had zero trouble getting the app on my phone and whole house mapped quickly. I was a tiny bit disappointed it didn’t have the live camera feature as more expensive machines, but I knew that beforehand.Another thing I was looking for was for it to be self-emptying, and I didn’t want to have to buy bags or filters of any sort. This machine has an easy to remove and dump canister very similar to my Dyson vacuum, so that was great. There’s a reservoir for water and a pad for mopping, but I only used it once and it got my entryway rug wet, so I’m guessing it’s not really smart enough to know the difference between tile and very low-profile rugs. I didn’t really care about mopping so I just took the pad off, and this didn’t affect my rating. What I took a star off for is because I was initially getting frequent “main brush tangled” messages, and had to pull out my phone to find the bot, then go over to it with a pair of scissors, flip it upside down, pull out all the hair (basically emptying it in the process) and cut the few hairs causing the issue. Also, I had actually initiated a return because I was getting persistant brush tangle errors after just having done this process (so it was perfectly clean) before Googling it and finding out there’s a cap on one end of the main brush that can pull off. Once I did that and removed some hair from in there, the bot started up again just fine and hasn’t thrown another error since (it’s been about 2 weeks running with no issues now). Kinda think maybe I should have deep cleaned the whole house before using it for the first time, and maybe I wouldn’t have had that problem.I run it every other day in a 1600sq ft area and it takes a little over an hour. It is a little bit loud, but I actually find it a kind of comforting white-noise.It would be amazing if they could improve the app to draw boundaries or “no-go” zones, but hopeful that’s an improvement that could be done later. As is it now, I just close the door when I don’t want it to go in any particular room.Overall, I’m very pleased with this machine and with the app, its ability to cross thresholds and rugs, and vacuuming strength and capacity. Not sure how it can tell the difference between my leg and the table leg, but the sensors on this thing seem to know; sensitivity seems to pretty good as it has only run into sleeping critters a couple times. I’m very happy with “Bobbert the Deebot.”

Buckle up, this is a long and detailed review. (If you want the summary, here it is: go buy this vacuum now. I had a Roborock S7 which works really well but I moved the S7 upstairs and needed another robot that vacuums and mops since I have carpet rugs, hardwood, and tile. I upgraded and bought the Deebot T30S. I have been using it for about 6 weeks now and it has been an absolute game changer! I have 3 dogs so I always joke that I am his pit crew – filling the water tank, emptying the dust bin, and swapping the mop pad 1-2x a day depending on how much my dogs are shedding. I absolutely recommend it if it¡¯s in your budget. The automatic pit crew station (automatically empties the dust bin, empties the dirty water, refills with clean water, washes AND dries the mop pads) is a an absolutely amazing upgrade that works so well.QUICK SUMMARYPROS:* Quiet even on boost suction* Extremely high suction* Large water tank for mopping* Auto emptying works extremely well* Picks up pet hair without brush tangling* Mapping works extremely well* Able to mark no-mop areas like rugs* Able to go weeks without having to refill the water or change the vacuum bag* Extra mop pads in the boxCONS:* Auto emptying and refill can be annoying, (although not very loud compared to previous models)* Must buy replacement dust bags* Mop pads sometimes get stuck on rugs and detachDETAILED REVIEWI have three dogs now dogs ( Siberian husky and a Heeler) two of which shed a ton of dog hair. I also have a doggy door which means mud gets tracked in occasionally depending on weather. Vacuuming and/or mopping everyday is required but not an option for me time-wise. Between that and normal dirt I have Deebot (who I have affectionately named ¡°Clean Elizabeth II¡± who replaced her successor ¡°Clean Elizabeth I¡±) vacuum scheduled to run twice a day. This robot vacuum does a great job in every important aspect, from the obvious vacuuming and mopping to ease of setup and a user friendly app.SETUPIt was incredibly easy. Out of the box the only thing I had to do (besides remove the plastic) was put on the side brush and mops, and attach the vacuum bag. (The cord and everything else was already out together.)The docking station already had a dirt bag installed so I just had to fill up the clean water tank.I already had the app installed so I quickly added the new vacuum and followed instructions to finish setting up.APPThe app is not only easy to use, it has some really neat features that set it a tier above other robot vacuum apps. The vacuum runs an initial mapping run, then actually identified separate rooms automatically (on roborock/roomba you have to manually split rooms by drawing) and allows you to easily name, merge, or split them. Scheduling allows you to set ¡°do not disturb¡± time to avoid running late at night, the order the rooms are cleaned in, continue cleaning after recharging if the battery is low, and even set the suction level and mopping level room by room. It has options for no-go zones, no-mop zones, etc. There¡¯s are automatic reminders (based on runtime) to fill/empty the water tanks, clean the sensors empty the bin, and replace filters, etc.One new feature I haven¡¯t used much but am testing out is the AI cleaning feature. It intelligently changes cleaning patterns based on things like how much dirt is cleaned up in a room, the type of room/floor (e.g. mops the kitchen floor twice vs 1x in a bedroom).Vacuum / MopThe vacuuming is absolutely perfect. I¡¯m not sure what else to say. It¡¯s about 2x quieter than my Roborock S5, never misses a spot, and cleans my entire house on one charge. I noticed a few rugs it got stuck on due to strong suction and simply set up a marker to avoid that area. The mopping is really good – significantly better than my roborock for two reasons:1. Duel spinning mop pads do a much better job of cleaning dirt off of tile than a simple mop pad that drags across the floor.2. There is a setting to heat up the water so it uses hot water to do a better job of cleaning the floor. It detects when the mop is attached and adjust the cleaning accordingly (avoiding no mop zones.). I¡¯ve found it¡¯s especially great for rainy days when my pups track in water or dirt through the doggy door.Docking Station (AKA the Pit Crew)There are so many things I love about this vacuum. The docking station is a one stop shop for everything. It empties dirty water, refills clean water, empties the dust bin, washes the mop pads, dries the mop pads, and can even self clean the docking station!Voice AssistantI haven¡¯t used the voice assistant much, but no doubt I¡¯ll be yelling for ¡°Yiko¡± to clean up a mess in no time just like I yell for Alexa to turn off the lights. You can tell it specific commands like a certain area to clean (e.g. under the bed, between the sofa and table, clean around the dog bowls, etc.) you can even tell her to clean in ¡°housekeeping mode¡± which is basically telling the AI to figure out what¡¯s dirty and clean it if you¡¯re too lazy to learn other commands.I keep discovering new little settings and features that add to how much I like this vacuum. I¡¯m more impressed with it the more I use it. I love not having to constantly grab the vacuum and empty the dust bin or fill the water.Go buy this vacuum and I promise it will be the best purchase you make this year.

Battery life is exceptional ¡ª after 40 minutes on max vacuum and medium water output for mopping, it still has over 70% charge left. It¡¯s excellent as a dry vacuum, solid as a mop, and quiet enough to run overnight without disturbing sleep. What really sets it apart is its ability to clean under most furniture and beds, plus unexpected tight spaces. It handles nearly everything on its own: it washes the mop, refills clean water, drains dirty water, empties the dust bin, and dries the mopping pads ¡ª all at a fraction of the price of competitors. At lunch, each unit cleans its zone with hypochlorous acid to disinfect. At 5:30 PM, they start their nightly cleaning ¡ª three full passes per area ¡ª washing mops and refilling solution every ~20 minutes. The floors have never looked or smelled this clean in over a decade, even with daily manual cleaning and a bi-weekly service. We still have a cleaning crew that handles corners and tight spots, but now they can focus on deep cleaning tasks like cleaning windows and dusting since the floors are spotless. One unit once got tangled in a cord left out ¡ª our only hiccup so far. And while I don¡¯t know if hypochlorous acid will affect the units long-term, six weeks in, they¡¯re flawless. I even tested swab samples in an incubator ¡ª zero bacterial growth. Technically not sterile, but definitely high-level disinfection.I can¡¯t recommend enough.

Absolutely blown away by the DEEBOT N20 PRO! This robot vacuum has been a game-changer for our home. With one shedding puppy, we were constantly battling dust bunnies and hair, but the 8000Pa suction on this machine is no joke ¨C it picks up everything, and I mean everything. The ZeroTangle technology is a lifesaver; no more spending precious time untangling hair from the brush roll. It just works! The OZMO Pro 2.0 vibrating mop is fantastic for daily cleanups, leaving our hard floors noticeably cleaner. While it might not replace a deep scrub for stubborn, dried-on messes, it’s perfect for keeping things tidy between manual cleans.Mapping was incredibly fast and accurate with the TrueMapping system, and the app is intuitive and easy to use for setting up schedules and no-go zones. The battery life is more than sufficient to clean our entire downstairs on a single charge.Compared to older robot vacuums we’ve used, the navigation is much more efficient and it rarely gets stuck. It’s a powerful, smart, and relatively low-maintenance cleaning solution that I highly recommend, especially for pet owners. Worth every penny!

My house is all tile and wood flooring with some carpets in the bathroom and living room. I also have a Germany Sheppard that has a lot of hair. I bought this because I have to sweep at least twice a week to keep up with the dirt and hair. Didn’t think this thing would work but I was wrong. Setup was easy, just plug it in, get the app, move your furniture where it is normally located and hit the auto clean button. The Deebot will start to clean and build a map of your house. Once the first cleaning is done you can look at the map and divide it up into rooms and set separate cleaning schedules for different part of the house or you can manually pick whatever areas need to be cleaned and tell Deebot to clean those areas. It has setting for vacuum speed and suction. it also makes adjustment for carpet verses tile automatically. You can pick between one or two cleanings, which it will perform in different directions. I thought the mopping function would be a waste, but wrong again. If you want to mop just add fluid to the mop attachment slide it in the back of the unit and pick the areas you want mopped from the map. It will sweep and mop all at once. Mopping works really good on the wood floors. Its crazy.. To save some time with setup, get your furniture in place but put all your dog beds, garbage cans and boxes up off the floor for the first cleaning. If not it will avoid those areas permanently if you don’t move them for the mapping. You can add those after the map is made and it will bounce off those items later with no problem. But if you want to clean under your dog beed for example, you can move it and it will hit that area if it wasn’t there when it first mapped the house. If you didn’t move it for the mapping it will never clean there even if the bed is picked up. This thing sweep my living room 3 times a week at 9am while Im at work and does the bedroom twice a week. It also goes under the beds. The unit I purchased was the cheaper unit so I have to clean the dirt collector twice a week, but it looks like the high end units do that automatically as well.

It cleans windows ! Placing on window is brain dead easy and just watching it clean is entertaining. Faster than I expected. uses less cleaner that I expected. Noise level is reasonable (though our cockatoo really hates the noise). Announcements on status are clear and easy to interpret. The set up of an account and use of the app are a bit painful and the apparent need to give full access to bluetooth without control of pairing is a security hazard – I am actually a little surprised it didn’t want to access all of my contacts as well – typical security nightmare stuff. All in all – it works as advertised and the plug-in power as opposed to battery operation was a key factor in selecting this model.

It’s a great smart vacuum. The smartest one I’ve had. I see plenty good on the vacuum part, so I won’t go into too much detail on that. My main point of disappointed though is the mopper. If you follow the instructions exactly, your entire floor will smell like a wet mildew towel after just two days of use. This is because the instruction manual says to only putting water into the mopper tank and to swap the mop pad out every 1 to 2 months. Gross! That’s just not enough to clean any floor and prevent that mildew smell. You can’t put regular soap in it because the suds will destroy it, so I’m currently trying to find recommendations for mopping additives. People have recommended Pine Sol or vinegar, but I haven’t tried those myself yet. I may change my review if I can find a decent solution for the mop.

I just love this idea of not having to wash my windows as I have a three-story house,it works amazingly. I am happy with this purchase, but I do wish that they had included more solution because I¡¯m going to go through it very quickly. This is why I only gave it four stars ,I did purchase a larger bottle, but it won¡¯t be here for two weeks . Definitely once you get used to this device, it will save time. Also it is definitely safer than climbing up ladders. So you just stick the device on the window on the outside. Make sure you attach the lanyard to something just in case. It¡¯s small enough for even the smallest window in my house except for a couple of them. seems to be well made.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered the ECOVACS WINBOT Mini, but it has truly exceeded my expectations. This little robot is a lifesaver when it comes to cleaning windows, especially ones that are hard to reach. The setup was super easy¡ªjust a quick read of the instructions, and it was ready to go. What impressed me most is how quiet and efficient it is. The ultrasonic spray feature really helps lift dirt without leaving streaks, and it covers almost the entire surface, even close to the edges.Safety was a concern at first, but it holds on very securely. It even has backup features in case of power loss, which gave me peace of mind.If you have a lot of windows and want to save time (and your arms), I highly recommend this. It¡¯s compact, quiet, and incredibly effective. My windows have never looked better!

Our back of the house is pretty much all glass, and getting a service to clean them is always expensive and a scheduling nightmare. This WINBOT MINI has been an absolute rescue! Honestly, I was super skeptical at first, mostly worried it would fall off while working. But it does the job very well and feels surprisingly secure up there. It actually gets all my windows, even the smaller, tricky ones and those with handles, super clean. The ultrasonic spray thing is awesome ¨C no streaks, just clear glass, and it doesn’t use a ton of water. I’m seriously impressed with how well it cleans right up to the edges, and it navigates like a champ, avoiding obstacles. Setup was surprisingly easy.My only small recommendation would be for the power cord to be a bit longer and more flexible, just so it puts less weight/drag on the robot while it’s working. But honestly, that’s a minor thing. If you dread window cleaning or just have a ton of glass like we do, this little bot is a lifesaver. The package packed very well and ship on time. Totally recommend!

This has truly been a game changer for our household. We have 2 dogs and a cat that shed and hard wood floors. Nothing grosses me out more than using hair all over the floor when I get home from work for the day so we gave this a try. It has amazing technology that allows it to learn our floor plan and clean it at a scheduled time each day. We are able to keep it away from our cords to prevent it from sucking them up which is really nice. We have it clean each day while we are working so it’s not running into us while we are walking around however you can use your phone to have it clean at additional times if needed. I can also say the brush does a great job at not getting tangled up with hair. My daughter and I both have long hair so that can often be a challenge for vacuums due to our shedding! Our main floor is about 1400 square feet and it cleans it without any battery issues so long lasting as well!

I bought this to clean some large outdoor windows on the side of my house and am surprised at how well it cleans. This does not work for sectioned/paned windows, only windows without individual small window panes. I wish there was a way to clean windows with panes, but I know that is not what it is intended for, so I’ll be looking to upgrade when a new version comes out!SETUPSimple setup with minimal effort – plug it in, fill it up with cleaning solution, and add the mopping pad and it’s good to go!CLEANINGI still don’t understand how this suctions to the window, but it hangs on tight and doesn’t let go! It has normal, deep cleaning, and edge cleaning modes. I typically use the deep cleaning for outdoor windows which uses more solution and requires filling up more often, but not too bad and worth the clean. It cleans relatively quickly and doesn’t take long at all to clean. One thing to note is that when finished cleaning it will continue running to hold on to the window. So you need to generally pay attention and end the cleaning. You have to hold down the button to remove it from the window and the robot will announce it is about to detach to warn you. It should stay plugged in but there is a small backup battery just in case it comes unplugged while moving along and cleaning. That definitely gave me some peace of mind knowing it wouldn’t immediately fall if the cord got caught.APPUnlike other Ecovacs products it requires a Bluetooth connection to use the app, which kind of makes sense since it doesn’t have a dock like a vacuum. The functionality is more limited but it does everything it needs to – primarily picking between normal, deep cleaning, and edge cleaning modes.Overall it does a great job for what is meant for, is easy to use, and easy to set up.

I’ve been using this robot for a couple weeks now and want to share my findings so far.1. It’s much bigger than i expected. It will not wash your small or rounded windows because of its size and shape.2. Suction is amazingly strong! It will not go anywhere off of the windows as long as you leave it plugged in all the time.3. It’s pretty loud. In comparison, much louder than my loud shark robot vacuum. I can hear it in any corner of my house when it’s working.4. It does a pretty good job, for a robot. Not perfectly crystal clean. Some smears remain here and there. Also, the place where it stops always has a spot left from the mops.Is it worth it? I think so, if you have many windows like me and want them to look decently clean all the time without actually washing them.

Let me start by saying that I am VERY picky and particular. I am very pleasantly surprised by this vacuum/mop combo. The suction is excellent. It leaves nothing behind and I have two shedding doggos. The mopping is also great. The vibration makes sure it gets a good scrub. Also has never left and spots behind. The ONLY reason I¡¯m giving it 4 stars is because when it mops, it leaves a trail on the floor where it mopped. Not a big deal to me; I have travertine floors and it¡¯s barely noticeable. I would rather my floors be clean and sanitary with no effort. I¡¯ve noticed that the water flow (even when it¡¯s set on high) doesn¡¯t always get the mopping pad wet and there¡¯s dry spots on the floor right after it was supposed to have mopped that area. However, the quick fix is to wet the mopping pad with water and your cleaner before putting it on to mop. Other than those two things, worth every penny! Mapping is great and efficient. Battery cleans my 1,000sf apartment on one charge (unless doing 2 passes).

Our living room has so many large and tall windows that are hard to clean. I always need to get our tall ladder and move some furnitures around. We got this window robot cleaner to help with this task and so far we love it. The setup is easy, I just need attach the pad, and the safety tether, plug it in, and let it go. I am impressed how well it adheres to the window, the suction is very strong. The power cord is long enough to reach my taller windows. The robot removed dust, fingerprints, and smudges with ease, while it did a good job, it may not entirely replace the meticulous job of a professional window cleaner, but for maintenance cleaning this robot will do. The app control allows me to easily switch between cleaning modes and monitor its progress. The instructions were clear, and the device connected easily via the bluetooth. I like that it comes with extra pads and also that the pads are reusable. It¡¯s not quiet, but the sound is tolerable and similar to vacuuming. I have been cleaning my windows more often since I got this robot.

There¡¯s some pros and cons- one of the cons is that it won¡¯t run over the rugs, even if it¡¯s the thinnest rug, so it will not vacuum the rug. You have to pick the rugs up every time. But why vacuum when you can vacuum and mop at the same time. Love that! When you map out the floors, it will map out up to three floors. unfortunately it does forget the mapping pattern and you have to redo it. So far I¡¯ve done it three times. I¡¯m hoping this is the last time but I got a feeling I¡¯ll be doing it again. Seems to clean very well. Sometimes it does forget where it¡¯s charging station is and it¡¯ll just go around and around in circles. so I think that has something to do with the mapping, but I have to return it to the base and make it map of the floor over again. This only happens when I put it on the different floors, but like I said it does up to three floors. Up to three separate maps. It will forget them occasionally, butother than that it¡¯s a pretty good little machine. It does pick up all the dirt and mopped the floor pretty nice. It saves me a lot of energy so I love it.

I¡¯ve been using my ecovacs windot for a month now and i¡¯m very impressed. At first I was doubtful¡ÂHow well this little device can clean my windows? Will it leave streak marks? I was genuinely surprised how well it securely attaches to the glass and navigates really well which leaves my window clear and streak free. Setting it up was easy and simple, suction is great so it attaches to the window very well. There is also a safety cord that you can attach in case. It¡¯s handy for high or hard to reach windows, I also love that it saves time and effort. I just turn it on and come back to clean windows. Overall it does a great job and it¡¯s a great investment that saves time for our busy lifestyle. A must buy for every household. Highly recommended ??

This window robot is great! It is small, so it¡¯s footprint allows it to be used on normal windows that have a small area, or side- light windows, or even grided windows. It works very well, easy to use, and is amazing at leaving windows streak free. I¡¯m not sure how well it works if one uses some substitute window solution other than what is made by this company. It would be great if one could detach the safety cord as it is somewhat useless for ground level windows and gets in the way. It would also be nice if the power cord was longer or there was an adapter to make the cord longer. I was very pleasantly surprised by its performance, but you really have to stay there while it¡¯s cleaning the window unless you have very large windows because it gets done so fast.I was hoping it would work to clean the sunroof on my Tesla or the windows on my car, unfortunately it keeps saying it¡¯s at the edge of a window even when it¡¯s in the middle. Not sure how this is determined, but it could be the curvature of the glass because I noticed when I put it on the roof of the Tesla it does not lay flat against the glass and you get a low suction alarm. It might be possible to put a spacer pad in such that you can see a larger area, but this has to be confirmed from the manufacturer.. I have not used it on any heavy duty mode other than but the default mode works just fine. I have very dirty windows all the time on the west side of my house from the well water from my sprinkler and it cleans crystal clear.Cleaning fluid us expensive but there is enough supplied for two times on a 1800 sqft house. The refill should last well over a year and is cheapest ordered direct.
