I can’t really rate the pad, because I never got a chance to use them. The steam mop they go with arrived defective and it was an unusually complicated return process, as they wanted you to go through their troubleshooting guide and service through the company before being able to return it. By the time I finally got through the process to return it, the mop had jumped in price by $50, so I decided to just try a different brand, and the return window for these pads had passed, so now I’m stuck with them.
