I ordered a NEW one but received a used one. It was already programmed & responses were NOT IN ENGLISH. When I tried to have it read the bar code so it’s connected to your mobile phone, IT DOESNT WORK. I already submitted a return order & will not be getting another one I am so disappointed because I really really wanted to have it for my cats. The photo I shared where you see it packed, I PACKED IT NEATLY, nothing was bagged or covered or protected.

This little robot camera is pretty cool! First off, the unit itself feels well made and doesn't feel cheap. I really like the overall design and it is a nice size, too. It doesn't take up that much room and can fit into tighter spaces fairly easy. The camera is pretty easy to setup and use - the app guides you through everything. During setup, you connect the camera to your existing Wi-Fi which makes this accessible from the app anywhere you have a mobile connection. Through the app, you are able to control all aspects of the device and it works pretty well with minimal lag. With it's belt system for "wheels" it is able to climb over most transitions and maneuver between carpet and hard surfaces pretty easily. I found that on higher areas if you go at an angle VS straight on that it climbs better and easier. It is pretty easy to move the robot throughout your home with the on screen controls and you can even do the one touch return to home. I found you do need to get it at least close to its charging base before hitting that button for best results. It appears to use inferred to do this. During my use, it was successfully able to turn and back in to the charging base. The video quality isn't the best I've ever seen but it's not terrible. The night vision works pretty well and it is able to switch to night vision automatically when low light is detected. All things considered, this is a neat gadget that does work and is a great way to keep an eye on things in your home, office, or anywhere that has Wi-Fi when you are away.

  1. Problemas con el Micrófono y el sistema de carga

  2. I used it for a few months when I first got it, put it in storage for about a year, and now it won’t let me connect the device to the app anymore. It says it needs a factory reset but pushing the button doesn’t seem to do anything. Can’t connect to it. Sad because it’s expensive and I want to use it but the app won’t let me.

  4. The video lags and takes forever to load and downs respond when I try to move it, it lags and takes way to long and then it goes the wrong way! It freezes too often and the connectivity isn’t that good and the battery dies too fast! It’s barely out for 2 hours and it’s drained…disappointing
