When I tried to have it read the bar code so it’s connected to your mobile phone, IT DOESNT WORK. I already submitted a return order & will not be getting another one I am so disappointed because I really really wanted to have it for my cats. I found that on higher areas if you go at an angle VS straight on that it climbs better and easier.
