This robot vac is amazing. Compared to others. I have the roomba s9 and Dyson v15. And this machine intelligence is incredible. I am very happy with my purchase. I hope it last

I just replaced my Roomba i7 and my roomba mop with this yesterday and I’m already in love. My wood floors haven’t felt this clean in years and this robot doesn’t mindlessly bash into every wall and object. That may not be a selling point for anyone who is already using a smart robovac but wow – it was like the roomba knew which room I was in and would purposely come clean that room so it could jam my bloody feet. This robovac has a setting so that it doesn’t hit walls or furniture if you don’t want it to, it’ll use lidar and get right up to the edge and clean it that way. It doesn’t suck up cables or clothes and it’s much quieter than the roomba despite having better suction power.I will never go back.

UPDATED REVIEW (7/3/24): Dreame reached back out with a solution that was very fair! They have redeemed themselves.UPDATED REVIEW (6/21/24): This started off great, but within two months, a magnetic piece somehow broke off of the base station and it’s been sitting in their repair shop for three weeks, despite being told it will only take 7-10 days. Then, they say their repair shop was relocated so it would be another two weeks. It feels like I’m being given the runaround, and because their customer service is international, the responses can take days. The robot itself is decent, if I was able to still use it, but the customer service experience is terrible! For that reason alone, I will never purchase another Dreame product.————So far, so good! This little sucker is quite amazing. I upgraded from a Roomba j9+, and this is quite the switch. First off, it mapped by 2,200 sqft downstairs in about 15 mins and was very accurate. I did its first cleaning run (vac only), and it completed the job on a single charge (35% charge remaining; my Roomba would have to recharge once prior to finishing the job) and didn’t miss anything. Then, I ran a deep cleaning cycle, and it was still able to complete the job on one charge. Amazing.I also ran it on “deep clean” mode, which took substantially longer and could not complete on one full charge, but holy cow, the results were unexpectedly good.I will return in a month to update my review.

I have severe OCD when it comes to trying to technology, especially when we are talking about robot vacuums. This is the the fourth robot vacuum that I’ve purchased. I started with the eufy X9 Pro, settled in on the Roborock S8 Pro ultra and also tried the Dreame L20 ultra. This one tops them all.Let’s start with the good. I love the new dock and how compact it is. The robot was super easy to set up. It mapped my house in less than ten minutes. After I let it charge fully, I set it to do a deep cleaning of the house. Mind you, I’d sent the S8 pro ultra out just the day before. The x30 took a little over five hours to clean my house, but I was extremely impressed by how well it cleaned. Tomorrow I’ll set it to a normal run, just to see how it fares.Love the hot mop washing and self emptying capabilities, which the x9 pro didn’t have. I very much like the spinning mops compared to the vibration style that the Roborock uses. That said, I think the x9 pro put more pressure on the floor. I couldn’t compare cleaning prowess, though. The app can be a bit convoluted. I turned on features that slowed the robot down significantly but that were supposed to yield better cleaning. I’m not sure the additional time spent trying to clean around my chairs was worth it.Well done Dreame. Now if you could just do better when people order from your website, we’d be in business. The bad: if the robot should fail, don’t expect any help from Dreame. Nothing you do will escalate your issues. I know this because of my previous experience with the company. Robot great… customer service, not so much.

I love my robotic vacuum cleaner. It cleans the entire first floor on its own, which makes life so much easier. Especially when the house is empty, I can schedule it to clean by itself. It even mops and dries with warm air after! It doesn’t get any better than this.!!!!

My precious robot was the Roomba I3+ Evo. It’s a mop only with auto empty trash with only a bump sensor. My biggest complaint was its obstacle avoidance, which it had none. This became my primary criteria for a new robot. After doing research I realized I wanted a mopping one with auto fill water. After doing more researching, I realized I wanted a robot with a camera, and lidar as they are the most efficient. Then I stumbled on the dreamebot x30 ultra. I heard rave reviews about the L20 and figured well I might as well spend the extra money on hopefully quality and features. Thankfully after almost a week that’s what this x30 ultra delivers! Five days in and I love this thing. It meets all my check in the boxes and is feature rich. One thing I didn’t even realize I wanted that this thing does is how quiet it is compared to my previous Roomba. I could never have the Roomba clean at night but with this I’ve done it with no problems and the wife didn’t mind either! The one thing I will say is the app is feature rich but it’s hard to navigate sometimes. There are so many features I really had to take some time to read through them to fully understand the differences.

I have owned several robot vacuums, starting with the original Roomba and most recently a Samsung Powerbot. The Dreamebot X30 Ultra puts these to shame. The mapping using Lidar and cameras was quick, taking about 15 minutes to make a lap around the house. Using the app I was able to customize the names of the rooms, modify the cleaning routine and monitor its progress. In a 2000SF house that is about 20% carpet, the rest laminate and tile, it takes around 2.5 hours to vacuum and mop the entire house. I love how it makes frequent trips back to the base station without getting lost, to clean the mops, refill and go back on its merry way.The object detection is top of the line, and it even takes a picture of the obstruction so you can check it out in the map.The floors look great after the cleaning process is done. And the base station prompts you to empty the dirty water tank, after it cleans the mop heads for the final time. There is also a dryer that will dry the mops so they don’t stink. After a week of trying it out, I’m sold. Now just need to find a good home for the Samsung.

I bought the deebot x2 a few weeks ago on discount & returned it due to poor performance. It couldn’t generate an accurate map & couldn’t avoid obstacles or go over my threshold without getting stuck. The x30 made a very precise map and has not ran into any obstacles. It even logs them on the map & in some cases identifies them.It had some difficulty going over the threshold, but never gets stuck. It just backs up, approaches it at angle and speeds over it. The navigation is very fluid making smooth curves and avoiding obstacles. The x2 was very jerky and could only seem to go in a straight line.I’m super happy I made the swap. I have yet to see the mop extend in action but am not too worried about that.I am not sure I need the x30, but am impressed with it and would get the dreame brand over any other based off my experience with this item so far.I wish it had a longer warranty for the price, but other than that I’m happy.

Bought this because it seemed like everything I wanted/needed. Some of my biggest issues are The vacuum does has a lot of issues with hair wrapping and it tearing into the roller brush. I shed a lot and have to constantly untangle it. Then the piece on the top makes this machine too tall to get under dressers and beds (which let’s be honest, is where I need it most because a standard vacuum doesn’t fit there), there was an issue of the early bird special code showing on check out, then was billed full price, instead of the -$450 for the coupon code. (Customer service returned the $ to my bank promply).

So this was a bit expensive and my first bot, but you do sometimes get what you pay for. Dreame was communicative over email and did honor the sale price. Setup was relatively easy and the unit performed as described. Both my Wife and I are amazed at the features and just how well this works on both laminate and wall to wall carpet.Deciding factors: Moping features and the ability to leave the mops in the stationThe individual tanks, including one for soapThe automation in cleaning and general maintenance. Is it perfect, no, but darn close. You will need to spend time on the map and setting pet zones, no go zones and floor coverings, but a little work is well worth the reward.

The X30 is by far the best robot vac/mop out there. I was a loyal iRobot Roomba customer for years until they fell way behind in technology. They never reached for the future. Dreame stepped in and knocked this out of the park. I did a lot of research and tried a bunch of other robot vacs before settling on the X30. The price is high but it’s well worth it. You won’t be disappointed.

Not only that, pulled it away from the base and hit the return to charge button in the app. It just wanders around aimlessly and can’t find the base. REALLY???

The dispenser needs to be turned on manually and the support team has told me that. They are responsive but the design that by default it’s off is wired and it’s very hard to discover if not being told

This may be my 14th floor cleaning robot. I’ve owned some from every other brand except RoboRock. The X30 trounces all that have come before it in terms of navigational prowess and cleaning chops, and I’m glad to keep it, but it has some rather striking imperfections that deny its claim to a 5th star in a review. I won’t bore you with repetitions of its features – all too many other reviewers have stated those plainly. It’s just that a buyer expects darn-near perfection for a $1700 ‘bot. Its main flaws that I’ve found so far are that (1) it barely swings out/uses that capable swinging mop pad on its right side, even when the user has set that feature to be used as much as possible in the App’s Settings. While it does go after very vertically shallow openings reasonably well – the open spots underneath the edges of my speakers being an example – it almost completely ignores its chance to do the same swinging treatment of the floor underneath the front edge of the entertainment center (which has a considerably taller opening, but not tall enough for the whole ‘bot to enter). That was baffling to me, since it demonstrated the ability to swing and back up in other locations, so it should be able to cover those areas perfectly with a firmware update. (2) It can miss cleaning large areas of open/unobstructed floor, such as in our fitness room, which has a large black rubber mat on the floor, and several full-length mirrors on the wall – a set of circumstances that made it lose its mind, spinning in circles in one spot for nearly two minutes, over and over again, although it was not striking any objects. (I imagine that has something to do with the laser being reflected back at it as it shined into the mirrors.) Then, apparently dazed, it left an approximate 2′ x 3’ area uncleaned there.Again, this is still the best I’ve ever owned, so thank you Dreame, and please keep on improving the firmware and releasing better and better models!

The Dreame X30 has exceeded our expectations so far. It does everything it’s company claims it can do. Highly customizable cleaning features, a camera option to view from anywhere or you can send it to scout out your house and snap photos (cool but not important). The on board AI and navigation are next level. It swept and mopped around my dining room table and in between its 8 chairs without bumping anything. Use its swing out sweep and mop arms to get up against chair and table legs. The most impressive part it how well it cleans. I love coming home to a house that swept daily and mopped twice a week (my settings). To be fair, we are in the perfect house for it. One story, 2000 Sq ft home with hard floors and one area rug. Did I mention, I love coming home to a house with perfectly cleaned floors!

Yes it’s expensive. It does some times catch a shoe lace or a small cord. Long hair is an issue. It cleans and cleans and gets smarter and smarter. It has found a way to move around open and close the doors when possible. I gave it a name and kids tend to keep the items off the floor. No down side yet. I do suspect the hair will everything require a new part. You will notice when you buy one.

Had a iRobot Roomba i7. Can’t say I was unhappy with it, it picked up a lot of dirt and dust from my combination of hardwood, travertine, granite and rugs. Since most of my house is hard floors, I wanted to upgrade to a mopping robot vac. Did some research and decide to go with Dreame X30. I decided prior to it being released and most of the online reviews were not from people who paid for the product. Regardless, the X30 checked all the boxes and the previous Dreame products seemed to be well regarded. Only issues I read about were related to tech support. But I usually discount those reviews as only unhappy customers write those.Back to the actual product. Received the X30 via UPS. Much bigger box than I expected and the whole unit is larger than I expected. Setting it up was a breeze. I mean, seriously, could not have been easier. The app is fairly straightforward but does have A LOT more options than my Roomba did. After getting it plugged in a set up, I had it run a mapping cycle. Very fast map of the house created. I used to app to edit the room names, made some adjustments (very minor where it mapped outside of a glass sliding door). During the process, I noticed two things: 1) It didn’t bump into walls. Roomba seemed to navigate based on bumping into everything and adjusting its path. The X30 got right up to the edge and didn’t bump. Huge win for the X30. 2) The unit is so much quieter than the Roomba. With Roomba it seemed I couldn’t run it if anyone was home. You can’t talk on the phone or watch tv at a normal volume when the Roomba was close by. With the X30, it could be working right next to you and wouldn’t bother you. Maybe it will, with time, as the contrast with the Roomba is a distant memory, it might seem loud. 3) It is able to clean the whole house in one charge. That was impossible with the Roomba. Roomba would recharge over and over again. Cleaning the house turned into a 5 hour process. Just when you think it is done, it starts up again. So all in all, the X30 probably cost twice as much than my Roomba when I originally bought it, but it is way more than twice the machine. One tip is to buy the extended warranty. Just for the piece of mind, if nothing else. I’ve read that if the unit fails, it is a long process to get a replacement. Easier to just spend a couple extra $$ and rest easy.Easy to recommend this product. I’ve also purchased the optional brush that takes care of hair tangles. I didn’t mention that above as it is an extra purchase. But dog and daughter hair really clogged the Roomba and have no issues with that problem with the X30.

I was skeptical when we purchased this because every robot vacuum I have seen has been sub par this one is very thorough cleans my floor so well it can tell when it’s on carpet versus floor so it picks up mop pad so as not to get the carpets wet it recharges and is self cleaning which is great. No robot you buy is going to be 100% but this one comes close I was impressed with the mapping and how great a job it is doing. Highly recommend this product.

Works great. Just wish it mapped more thoroughly. Some wool rugs that really hold on to fur and other dirt, need a regular vacuum because, even at the highest suction, this robot still can’t grab it. It works great on hard floors, tho.

The pros: vacuuming is great compared to a roomba I owned previously and gets all over great without sucking up cords or cables and avoids them perfectly. No issues picking up dog hair and no clogs in the brush. Moping has been great and haven’t had any issues, mops the correct areas and the moisture level works as intended. The cons: some corner do not get vacuumed all the way in and have to manually vacuum by hand to pick up.Mopping indicator doesn’t give an accurate level water indicator. Have to constantly throw the dirty water out and fill up the clean water tank.

Dreame is by far the most innovative vacuum company on the market. The tech in the X30 is insane and it does a really good job keeping our home clean. The app has a TON of options so you can tailer it to your house perfectly. Obstacle avoidance is top notch and way better than the other flagship robots like Roborock in my opinion. I love that I can just schedule the robot to clean everyday and don’t have to worry about it getting stuck or missing spots. Customer service has been very quick to answer any questions I have had. This is the 7th robot vacuum I have owned over the years and this is by far my favorite.

Update: Not long after I submitted this review (about a month later) the vacuum started to fail. It started going in circles and going nowhere. Several times it stops saying it is blocked with nothing around it. It also gets lost ALOT. I am so SAD. I contacted the company and after over a month of back and forth it took forever for someone to believe me there was an issue. Finally, they sent me a label, but I had to find a box and packaging to ship it as they would not cover it and I had already got rid of the original packaging as I did not think I would be using it again. They had me send it ENTIRE thing back, kept it for over a month, and when got it back, it SMELLS LIKE TRASH, was scratched up, the lights no longer work, and it is doing the same thing. That was a complete waste of my time and MORE money. I have tried and tried to use it but get more mad each time and it still STINKS! I am so sorry that I ever wrote this review. DO NOT BUY THIS THING – YOU WILL REGRET IT!I have been using this vac/mop for almost a month now and I find it a time saver – which is exactly why I purchased it. I have a dog and was having to vacuum and mop all of the time. This now takes care of that and I have my time back. It does a great job. I did take some time to go thru the app, and set it up as I wanted (there are tons of options) – and some you will want on (IE: Carpet Boost, Auto -Add detergent, and Mop-Extend) and use the clean genius – this thing gets smarter and after a short amount of time, does a better and better job. It mapped out my home in 5 minutes and was very accurate. It is expensive – but I have so much time back it was well worth it!

Value good with the $459 preorder discount manufacturer ran in February for $59 payment. (net $400 savings)Very versatile app. Takes some learning. Quickly mapped home. Can easily set shortcuts to set up separate vacuum mopping combinations by room. I also mapped three separate floors. I move robot to different floor without moving base station. Just manually move robot to new floor and robot will return to same spot when finished for you to return to base station. Battery life is excellent so it has been able to mop vac entire floor without needing to recharge. Convenient that base station empties dust and dirty water into its own reservoirs from the robot. Self cleaning of mop heads also works well.

I am writing this review after the robot has cleaned 12,500 sq feet over 2123 minutes and 88 cycles. This is my first robot vacuum and mop. Setup is quick and easy. It does well on carpet upstairs and even better on hard floors. It is almost set and forget for us. Even with a lot of kids who leave stuff out constantly, it has only become stuck or sucked up something it shouldn’t on 3 cycles. It was an easy fix and in every situation, if I had properly prepped the floor none of the 3 issues would have occurred. It is expensive, but I feel like I am getting what I paid for.

I have had mine less than two weeks. I’ve already had two errors. First it wouldn’t empty debris into the vacuum bag. Finally got that working better with support. Second, dirty water wasn’t pumping out of the base station. When it’s working it is a dream but 2 errors in 2 weeks is too much.

I purchased a similar product from this manufacturer a month ago and used it for a day. In that time, the vacuum performed well in cleaning, mapping, obstacle avoidance, etc. Mopping, however, was unavailable to me as there was a defect in the attachment of the mop pads that caused them to be dropped whenever the vacuum would start with the mop pads attached. I’ve seen this issue reported by other users.I contacted their support, received some troubleshooting steps, and attempted to resolve the issue. As this is likely some sort of problem that isn’t user correctable (the pads are connected fine when not operating, I can turn the thing upside down and hold it by the pads), none of the troubleshooting steps resolved the issue. They informed me that they would have to process a replacement. Fine. I understand that complex products sometimes have issues.I boxed up the robot and returned them item, as instructed, the next day. After being delivered 3 days later to their warehouse I received no follow up information for multiple days. Through several requests for an update I was greeted only with “we’ll follow up with you soon” replies by the same person who I can only assume is their lone US support agent. I requested escalation of the issue. Same response. There appears to be no communication, escalation, or much of anything process. After waiting until the last possible day that I am eligible for a return through NiceShine I reached out to NiceShine’s support for a refund. They were able to do this for me, thankfully.I will for sure not be buying any of their products again, and would not recommend them to anyone else due to the complete lack of support and proper customer service. While this product may in fact be great, if the time comes where I need to use the warranty or have any service done by the manufacturer, I do not expect that to be available.

I am an early adopter of new technology and have been a customer of Neeto, iRobot, and now, Dreame; interacting with the respective support staff as needed. By far, I am most disappointed with Dreame’s customer service. I purchased the L20 and X30 and both experienced a similar issue (Failure to dock – See video). To be clear, I do not mind the occasional glitch if customer service is responsive, after all, emerging technology is far from perfect. In addition, I viewed Dreame’s products as most forward-thinking of the competition. In this case, the product is letdown be dismal customer service, unfortunately. The following timeline: March 5, 2024 – Preordered and received the X30. March 9 – Contacted NiceShine and was warm transferred to Dreame support. March 17 – Sent shipping labels after a few exchanges over email, including video clips of the robot in action. April 2 – Dreame acknowledged receipt of the returned robot. April 9, with no updates, I contacted Dreame and received an apology as no order for a replacement had been initialized. April 20 – With still no update, called and informed that no scheduled date for my return. April 27 – No email, update, or acknowledgement of a pending return from support. Dreame Customer Service support staff appears equipped to answer calls using real individuals but little else. No more Dreame customer support staff. I am contacting NiceShine today for a resolution.Edit: Saturday-Sent this review and contacted NiceShine. A representative contacted the seller with me on the line and questioned the seller. Result: Monday@9am-Received replacement vacuum.

So I purchased the L20 Ultra robot a few months before purchasing this one. If you look at the review I wrote for the L20, I was super happy with her, but she started having issues, so I ended up sending her in for repairs. I thought my L20 was irreparable, so I ended up getting on the wait list for the X30. Once I got the notification that the X30 was available for purchase, I jumped on it, but completely forgot to use my “early bird” coupon! Anyway, long story short, customer service is AMAZING! They honored my “early bird” coupon for the X30, repaired my L20 robot, and now I have two amazing little ladies vacuuming and mopping my house for me while I focus on more important things! These are quality products that I’m beyond happy with, and their customer service has won me over for life!

Amazing. The app is incredible. I can tell it to start cleaning while I’m out. I can look through the camera and literally control it. I can do a full house deep clean with the water containers because they’re so large. The mop things are simply amazing. They clean themselves. This has made my wife VERY happy. Less physical work for her. This is clearly next level technology and feels like the most luxurious robot on the market right now. I purchased from their website and had to reach out to customer service to get my coupon working, and they were amazing. Nothing comes close to this. Period.

I’ve had this so far for 9 months and I’ve barely had any trouble with it. It cleans amazingly barely leaves any hair and dirt behind. I really like how it has a self cleaning base that cleans the mop, empty’s the dust bin, and adds its own solution to it and much more! The app is very useful and easy to operate. So far it’s been a great vacuum and I highly recommend this to anyone.

I purchased the L30. It is advertised to clean up pet messes. Six months after purchasing the unit it rolled over a small poop from my 5lb yorkie I cleaned everything but apparently got a little of water in the housing. I opened it all up and let it dry out for three days. Has not worked since and have tried SEVERAL times to contact costumer service. It has been at least two weeks and I have not hear anything from DREAME. I FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE! AFTER SEVERAL EXCHANGES THRY SENT ME A NEW ROBOT AND LABEL TO SEND BACK THE DAMAGED ONE.

I’ve had this robot for a few days and I’ve extensively tested it around my house with as many different scenarios as I could think of, and this robot came through every scenario with flying colors. The best feature without a doubt is the extended-mop functionality, which extends the mop outwards to reach edges or underneath cabinets. When comparing against other robots (I tested this against the Narwal Freo X Ultra), no other robot ever got all the way up to the base boards of a wall or all the way underneath Kitchen cabinets, but the X30 ultra got all the way every time. The noise level of this robot while mopping and vacuuming (in quiet mode) are also impressive. Especially during mopping, you can hardly hear it at all. Obviously with vacuuming since there’s some suction it’s a little louder than mopping but still very quiet compared to other robots. The noise level while emptying the garbage disposal on the robot is also quieter than what you would get from a Roomba, which I also like since the Roomba sounds like a jet engine when emptying. My other favorite feature is the detachable mop pads when vacuuming. For other robots, they will simply lift the mop pads and keep them on the robot when vacuuming. With the X30 Ultra, there’s an option where for vacuuming tasks/sections, it will actually leave the mop pads at the base, go vacuum, then come back and pick them up and perform the mopping tasks (if there are any). I love this as it ensures your mop pads don’t get dragged over carpet or pick up any dust/debris/hair when they don’t have to!Lastly, I have to give praise to their customer service. They have been tremendous and have answered all of my questions and helped navigate a very tricky situation and bent over backwards to help resolve it.

Bought the X30 to replace an iRobot. Definite improvement in terms of mapping, speed of cleaning, and battery charging. The app has a ton of options, but some are not intuitive to me. The robot works great on bare floors, and I’m impressed with the mopping function. HOWEVER, the vacuum is pathetic on rugs even on its highest setting. Rather than sucking up dog hair, it rolls the hair into cigar-shaped balls, then leaves them at the edge of a rug or at a door jamb (see pics). Another huge problem is lack of availability of accessories (bags, side brushes, etc). I bought my X30 two months ago when it first came out. They already have a newer model available, yet I can’t get bags or brushes for my X30. That is not cool. I’m trying to make it work after what I paid for this thing, but I wouldn’t buy it again.Update: It turned out the vacuum was unable to suck dog hair into the bin; just pushed it around while the bin remained empty. I contacted customer support, and they had me return the whole thing. Unfortunately, they were not able to ensure it would be able to pick up dog hair.

We bought the top of the line DreameBot. So far we love it. At the time we purchased it, they did not offer an extended warranty. Now they do! For $1800.00 I want to now purchase the plan but am not sure how to do it at this point. Will call customer service tomorrow about that. So far, it’s a great investment! It mops, vacumns, cleans its own little pads, is programmable to your specific floor plan too. Couldn’t be happier!

We’ve had roombas for years and had been through their scooba, which was an ok floor mop bot, and also through many models of Roomba vacuums. We got the shine bot mopping robot from ilife when the scooba was discontinued, and it worked ok. I like to have bots for both vacuuming and mopping. I was always on the lookout for better ones. This dreame X30 Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo is truly my dream bot. It vacuums and mops incredibly well and can do both in one pass, or you can program the functions separately. Our place is 1500SF, and we have finished concrete floors. This bot gets them so clean. I usually do the vacuum/mop combo every other day with just vacuuming on the days in between. (We have three dogs, one of whom sheds seasonally.) The ability to tailor the amount of suction and the degree of dampness used for the mopping is amazing. This bot needs such little maintenance, always getting around fine with no help and never getting stuck. The app is super easy to use. The robot vacuums and mops our whole place in couple of hours on one charge, going back to clean mopping pads and empty the vacuum bag. We’ve had the Dreamebot for a few months now, and I just fill up the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank. I’ve changed the vacuum bag once, and that was also easy. Truly my dream bot.

I ordered an X30 and unfortunately the unit was defective and would not charge. I returned the unit through NiceShine and ordered another which is working great and so far I am very satisfied with it. It was able to map the house well, go over thresholds, and I thought the app was easier to use than others have given it credit for. I’m happy I ordered off NiceShine so I could return the first unit without fuss.

Great peace of equipment and smart too, except for my office chair. It has a raised lip that is leather and it ran up on it scrapping a corner on it several times. Had to set a no go zone to keep it off but this unit appears to see everything and moves around it. Haven’t tested it on cables yet as mine are tucked away. Just wish they had more items to select around the map such as chairs, lamps, trash cans, weight scales or different assortments of rugs, etc. After 3 months the detergent dispenser is constantly leaking and dripping on the unit while charging from the back plug.Update: Customer service was excellent and sent me a new unit within a week.

Wish I had waited and gotten a model that I hook into my water supply and drain lines. Otherwise, this vacuum solves many problems and saves me so much time. Make sure to check the empty areas bc mine was clogged and it stopped emptying and then wasn’t picking up dirt anymore. But it was capable of picking up a 2” metal hinge it found somewhere in my house , so it says a lot about how strong this vacuum is!!!! It has not leaked!!

This robot vacuum does not work well for long-haired pets. Despite buying the upgrade of a cutting brush, it still made the machine clog every week when sweeping up my pet’s hair.It took me a while to figure out the issue but the source of the clog was in the tubing in the tower that went from the vacuum to the dust bag. You’ll need some long pliable fishing tool to pull or push the clog out. Once I removed it and had the vacuum run daily, I’ve not experienced another clog. I guess it’s a testament to how well it cleaned the first few times.I only noticed that it wasn’t sweeping up well when I saw clumps of hair on the floor when I woke up in the morning (since I have this running at night).Support reached out when I had the initial 1 star review and offered to replace the machine after running diagnostics. But since I figured out the issue and fixed it, I declined the replacement and agreed to change my rating to 4 stars.

I never thought I’d say this about a home vacuum/mop, but this Dreame x30 is an excellent machine! Exspensive yes, but worth every penny. I live near the beach and have a golden retriever who sheds constantly. Not only does it pick up sand and dog fur, but mops like a champ. I was using a Dyson animal almost daily and now only vacuum once a week! The x30 works flawlessly and has never not returned to the base. It is a bit loud when it empties and washes the pads. It navigates around the dog and all obstacles like a dream! I highly recommend it!

I’ve long been an iRobot fan. When it was time to upgrade my i7+, I wanted something that was quieter and had mop capabilities. I read about the Dreame x30 and x40, and decided to go with the x30 to save a bit of money. I was worried, but it did not disappoint! This robot is super quiet, has superior mapping abilities, and the mop function is awesome! Only complaint is that I’m having to refill the clean water and empty the dirty water more often than I thought (once every 2-3 mop sessions of 1,400SF of vinyl flooring). All good though, this thing is awesome!

I recently purchased the Dreame X30 Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, and I’m absolutely thrilled with its performance. From suction power to intelligent cleaning, this robot does it all and more.Suction Power: The 8300Pa suction is beyond impressive. It easily picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair even in hard-to-reach corners. My carpets have never looked so clean, and it handles hard floors just as well.Mop Feature: The mop function is a standout feature. The removable and liftable mop makes it versatile for both vacuuming and mopping without missing a beat. The self-cleaning and drying system is a lifesaver, ensuring the mop is hygienic after each use, and the 140°F water feature really boosts cleaning efficiency. I love that it also self-refills, meaning less hassle for me.Smart Carpet Cleaning: It’s smart enough to detect carpets and adjust accordingly, lifting the mop and boosting suction when needed. This is a perfect solution for homes with mixed flooring.Convenience: With mop extend and self-cleaning, I don’t have to worry about constantly emptying water tanks or scrubbing the mop. It makes daily cleaning virtually hands-free.Overall, the Dreame X30 Ultra has simplified my cleaning routine dramatically. It’s an investment, but worth every penny for the time and effort it saves. Highly recommend!

I’m beyond impressed with this vacuum robot! It tackles all my dog’s hair effortlessly, leaving the floors spotless. The suction is incredibly powerful and picks up every last bit of fur, dust, and dirt, even in carpets and hard-to-reach areas. The obstacle-avoidance feature is top-notch—no more worries about it getting stuck on random items or bumping into furniture. It moves smoothly around obstacles with no hassle. The mobile app is a game-changer too! It’s super intuitive and makes controlling the vacuum easy from anywhere. Scheduling cleanings, adjusting settings, or even checking cleaning history is straightforward and user-friendly. If you’re a pet owner who needs thorough cleaning with minimal oversight, this robot vacuum is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

This robot is really good, cleans well and mops decently. The intelligent features and everything are just awesome. The only problem is that it isn’t built to last and customer service is slow. I purchased this in February 2024 and it worked flawlessly until one day i noticed that it couldn’t move. Turns out that the center wheel got a crack and it was falling out. This was 4 months of daily use. I contact Dreame and it seemed to be easy enough, but DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX as their instructions state it has to be shipped to them for repair in original box. Luckily i kept it, but i know some people will throw theirs out. Anyways, after they received my robot, contact went silent and i never got any updates on what was going on, after sending them daily emails they answered me and they do not know what is going on either. after a lot of complaining and time (2 months) they just decided to send me a brand new robot. Again worked flawlessly, but now the water will not drain and the sensor isn’t working so there is a puddle of water after each use around the base station. Contacted customer service and is being sent to them again. This happened after 3 months of daily use. I fear that this is the expectation of the robot.

I stayed with Roborock out of habit. But I am so happy I decided to give the X30 a chance. For the price you cannot get much better than this. The X30 shares a lot with the X40. You don’t get all the bells and whistles of the X40 but you get a sold robot vacuum that I don’t think you can beat at this price. It has auto mop washing with dirt detach. It can raise the mop pads or leave them behind a you don’t have to worry even a little that your carpet will get wet. If you are on the fence but are not sure. I can co from that you will bet getting the best. Dreame has solid built vacuums and great customer service.

Overall: I love my Dreame X30 Ultra: It keeps my floors spotless and requires almost no work from me, just filling the large clean water tank every couple days, and emptying the dirty water tank. The app has some issues, which I note below. But this robo vac/mop is excellent and if you can find it for under $1000 (like I did during Prime Days Oct 2024) then it is a deal. Key features that you should absolutely demand no matter what brand you buy: spinning or vibrating mop heads, self cleaning mop heads. Background:I am an iRobot person, who has bought 3 Roomba moppers, and at least 3 (I think 4) Roomba vacuum cleaners. I never thought I would go outside the Roomba line, both out of brand loyalty and also because Roomba is an American company, while Dreame and Roborock are Chinese. Nothing against the Chinese, but I want to keep my money at home. But this year, it is clear that iRobot is so far behind the state of the art, that it is just wasting money to buy a Roomba if you want a vacuum/mopping combo.Setup: Mostly easy, but I did get confused. I thought I had the the robovac charging, but it wasn’t. It needed to be much further back on the pad. And it was difficult to tell which direction to put it in there. The instructions just said that some LED light would blink, but the main LED light on the big tank never blinked. They mean that the LED “on/off” switch on the vac itself will blink, and that is the side that faces out (unlike a Roomba).Mapping: It does this in about 15 minutes! Unlike the Roomba, it doesn’t need to physically touch every single bit of your floor. It can enter a room and in a couple minutes its gadgets know the dimensions of the room, and it goes to the next one.Cleaning: It does a great job! On hard surfaces, it uses both vacuum and spinning mop heads. For my house, it went back to clean the mop heads 5-10 times (don’t judge me). This is the big game-changer for me. It reinforces how important it is to get a vac/mop that self-cleans the mop heads, and also shows how far behind the Roomba/iRobots are. This has two spinning mop heads that do a great job, while the Roomba travels around with one cloth (that you have to put in yourself) and that thing gets dirty and needs to be changed and washed (by you). I would often get grossed out when I had to clean my Roomba mop cloths, because I knew that this was basically the same as me touching my dirty floors myself. I didn’t want to throw them in the washer directly because they had pet hair and would make my washing machine filthy.Vacuuming: It is fine, with decent suction. I don’t think I need any more suction on my carpets, even though I have pets with hair. The main (only?) difference between the X30 and X40 is that the X40 apparently has a separate brush that reaches out for corners and edges. I am satisfied with my X30 though, because it can extend one of the mop heads an extra inch or so to get edges so I think it is still darn good. The weakest part of the Dreame is the app. It has some good points: A nice, clear map of your house, where you can customize the names of the rooms. You can tell it to clean everywhere, or just in certain rooms or zones. But after a long day of cleaning yesterday, it was 10 pm and I saw that my Dreame was starting out again, with the app saying something about a second cleaning. What? I needed to get to bed. But there is no way to end the job! There is a “paused” button, which I thought meant that the vac was paused (past tense) but I soon learned means a command to “pause”. But how could I get it to go back to its Home and stay there, charging? I tried to hit the on/off button but got an error that this was not allowed while the robovac was on its charging pad (?). I ended up taking it out of its charging pad and putting it back on, and hoping that I didn’t get a robovac wake-up at 1am. (I didn’t.). But in a later attempt, when I put it on the charging pad, it wouldn’t charge because it wasn’t done with its job. I hit the Pause button (“cleanup paused” is the pause button) but then it gives me only two options: To go back to its base and clean the mop pads and continue, or to charge and continue. [Update a week later: The app option of “Return to Base Station” then “Complete the cleaning and recharge” does stop the robot wherever it is, and send it home. It does not complete its current task or continue after charging.]Another app problem is that there is no way of telling it what order you want to go in. I tried to give it 3 rooms to clean, but instead of starting with the first one I tapped, it started on the third one. No idea why. But if I am pressed for time, I often want to be able to stop it (like when everyone comes home for dinner) so it would be nice if I could control the order. There are other little issues, which arise from the makers clearly not speaking English. (I am sure their English is better than my Chinese, so I can’t blame them much.). The Dreame talks to you to tell you what is going on. So it instructs you to “Empty the water tank timely”. A button on the app says “Cleanup Paused”, so I wondered if I had accidentally paused the cleanup before I realized that this was the “Pause” button that I should push if I wanted to pause cleanup, not that it had already been done.It will not run if the water tank needs more water. But I needed it to just vacuum while I was away, because the water tank ran out quickly. Just to pick up the dust and dog hair. And of course the carpets don’t need any water from the tank because they just need to be vacuumed. But the Dreame wouldn’t run because it had a low water error. Admittedly, there may be a way to fix this in the app, which clearly has a lot of features that I may not be using efficiently.I don’t want to list bad things, because overall this is my favorite cleaning robot ever, and I would definitely buy it again, esp now that there are even bigger sales for it. Remember: Whatever you choose, be sure to get a robot that self cleans the mop pads like this one!

This is the first of 5 different robovacs that I really like. It’s mopping of hardwood floors is good. I use this between major floor cleaning. For vacuuming it removes the mopping pads itself which is a nice feature. It may be a bit pricey but it’s worth it to me.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made off of NiceShine. The vacuum itself, the technology and app are very good quality. I previously had a neato vacuum and it would scrape the baseboards and leave marks. This vacuum is very good quality and does not damage the walls. In dark areas the light will come on to light up the area it’s cleaning. I’m pretty impressed with this product.

I bought this robot a few weeks ago. I am amazed by how smart this robot is. I’ve had vacuum robots few years back. The experience with those robots were so so, not super impressed. However, this Vacuum & Mop combo robot really surprised me with its smartness. The setup was super easy and intuitive. Mapping was very quick and precise. The robot cleans floor and carpet very well. I think it is better than my manual cleaning. I especially like the multi floor mapping and the option to leave the mopping pads at the base when vacuum carpet. I am even considering buying one for each floor. The app offers many cleaning options, and the accessories are easy to get on amazon. Good job in creating this great machine!

Update: I did a test with my regular upright vac right after the robot cleaned one of the rooms. My upright filled up as if I hadn’t vacuumed for a whole week. I have returned this robot vacuum. I don’t think it’s that this particular robot is bad, I just don’t believe the technology to actually have a robot effectively CLEAN a floor exists quite yet. The company made it right in the end.

The Dreame 30 is amazing. I previously owed a Roomba and this far exceeds the features on that. Very easy to set up, mapping feature works great, hardly ever gets stuck and does an amazing job of vacuuming up pet hair and cleaning the floors. The time saved on doing this everyday is immeasurable. Highly recommend getting this even with the higher price point over Roomba or other robot vacuums and mops.

So having had 2 other robot vacs in the past I like this one. It has fast mapping feature whick competed mapping the hose 3,000. sq foot in about 35 minutes. The I robot I had before took almost 6 houirs. I really appreciate the combo of vac first and then mop as an option. It as all the other common features like label areas, obstacle avoidance and no go zones. What I was surprised you could not do was schedule a routine. Also, although it cleans the mop pads as described you can not do auto tank refill or empty as described in website. You have to buy a separate kit only available in some locations. Of course you would need to plumb for that feature but if you are setting up in laundry room should not be that difficult. I unfortunately do not live in the geographic area where the kits can be purchased, hence the 4 star review

Update #2, a real person an Dreame is now trying to help. They say that they have not see this issue previously reported. I should have taken a screen shot of the wrong region error, but I didn’t, my bad.I will update this post as they try to find a solution.Update, Dreame’s robo support reached out to me. After clearly stating that the unit was returned to NiceShine in my review, robo support wanted pictures of the issue. If you buy Dreame, you are on your own, don’t expect any help from them.Purchase an X30 as a Christmas gift for my 80 year old mother. Got it setup and recognized by the app on her phone. When we tried to run it a message would appear saying it was not authorized to work in our region. We purchased it from the Dreame Store on NiceShine and it should have worked. Had to send it back and it took 3 weeks to get a refund.I have an older Dreame unit that works great, but after this experience I am not sure I can give them another chance.

I don’t normally write reviews. We had our first robot vac probably 12 years ago. It did not work well at all. This Dreame Bot X30 Ultra is the best purchase we have made in a long time. Technology can be overwhelming to me sometimes but this truly was easy to set up and start using. Follow the Before Use instructions, download the app, connect device with wifi, allow it to fully charge and then hit the Mapping button on the phone app and let it map out your house!! My wood floors shine every morning after it runs while we sleep. I typically run it every other night and I let it vacuum first and then come back and mop. The mop does an amazing job. Most mop vacs have a large pad on the entire bottom that just goes over your floors. The Dreame has 2 spinning mop heads and I feel it does an amazing job. The first time it cleaned my floors, it returned to the base station, cleaned the mop heads, dumped the dirty water and reloaded with hot, fresh water, a total of 5 times to get my floors clean. The dirty water was about 7″ high in the brown dirty water container. Now, the dirty water is only about 1-2″ every time since it mops every other night. We have an Australian Shepherd puppy. She is about 9 months old and has long hair. She does not shed alot, but she does shed. I have shoulder length hair and it ends up everywhere on the floors. The Dreame gets up everything and has had no issues with dog or human hair getting wrapped around the roller head. I bought the roller that is made to work better for not clogging from hair. I should return it, as the standard roller has had zero problems with hairs staying on the brush roller.A side bonus is that it helps me keep the house picked up and things off the floor. I reviewed many vacs before purchasing the DreameBot. I love it and am so glad I bought it!!

Our floors haven’t been this clean since they were new.Caveat – There is so much this machine can do, so many settings, that it will take some time to get everything set up the way you want it.If you are willing to let it do it’s thing, it’s own way, you should not have any problems.Love the mopping feature. It figures out where the bare floors and carpets are by itself. We had one before that would mop, but it was so messy to set up and clean afterwards, it was not worth the trouble. The X30 is Amazing. All we have to do is fill the clean water, empty, rinse and replace the dirty water tank. cleaning solution lasts a long time for us. It will depend on how often you mop, though.Vacuum is not as loud as my previous one. Works much better.Be aware that every time it returns to the dock, it says “Charging”. It may just be emptying, refilling, dropping or picking up mop pads, though. It is not truly charging all those times. It does empty fairly often. I take that as a sign it is doing a good job cleaning.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Only gave 5 stars hoping this makes it to the top of the list. Had the device less than a year. It quit working, so I filed a claim with customer service. After 2 weeks I finally received authorization to send it back for repair, not replacemenent even though I was within the one year warranty period. So I sent it back for repair anyways and received a completely different vacuum back that was scratched and scuff marks everywhere (not my vaccum). The ‘replacement’ wouldn’t even connect to my WiFi so I file another claim…one week later I get offered another replacement with a 10% refund option. I said no, I just want my vacuum back in working order, not someone else’s. Two days later I receive a call from Dreame saying that I would receive a new device and will be contacted once it has shipped. A week later after no updates I call Dreame and was told there is no timeline for resolution. This has been reported to NiceShine and I highly recommend not purchasing any of Dreame’s products. Never again!

I gave this product a two star only because the mopping system could be better. I currently have a Roborock. And it does an amazing job mopping and vacuuming. This particular product only wets the mop pad and drags them around the house. The vacuuming function is amazing, but I feel like the mopping function could be a lot better.

I’ve had it for over a week and have to say great machine. You do have to go through the settings to personalize the settings to how you like them. Great vacuum, leaves the carpet nicely vacuum, excellent mopping. I do like that it can remove the mop heads and go vacuum. (you need to make that default in the app. Overall great experience. The base is slim and straight forward to set up. I’m coming from a 5yr old irobot Roomba, big difference. Get familiar with the app, look up YouTube videos on it. Just to note, the review that has a video shows the vaccum trying to dock, without the dock fully extended. FYI

I purchased a Dream X30 Ultra right before Christmas in 2024. It never docked correctly and looked like a missing part of the ramp. When I called for support the first time, the dream support rep told me to send a video and my invoice, and they would send me a new washboard. So, a week went by, and I hadn’t heard anything, so I called and started getting a different story, and I asked the guy if he had watched the video I sent in. He didn’t want to, but I insisted t.When he saw the video, he said, “You have a defective unit. We’re going to send you a replacement. I need to escalate this and get approved. You’ll hear you will hear from me.” A few more days passed, and I hadn’t heard anything. When I called back, they said they had just sent me an email and that I bought it from NiceShine, an unauthorized seller, and wouldn’t honor the warranty any other way. That’s not cool because if you’re the product manufacturer, you still have to support it. The price you pay for these things should not have to go through this. All the hoops dreams made me jump through; I just wasted my time hoping I wouldn’t follow through. So please do not buy any of these products. They don’t stand behind their products, and they’re all a bunch of liars at the Dream Dream support department. It was more like a nightmare, so I packed it up and returned it to NiceShine. What’s the deal, NiceShine? Are you selling unauthorized products for dreams? I doubt it. It’s just another lie from the nightmare dream company. Luckily, I sent my back just in time, and I went and got myself a shark one. Those things work great with a 3-year warranty; they have fantastic support.

I have had several other brands. This is hands down the most thorough cleaner I’ve had. Three dogs, multi surface floors. Scrubs snow, salt, picks up dog hair. It’s much quieter as well. Goes back over stubborn spots. Only thing I need to figure out is how to get it to go under two chairs I have that feature a fabric skirt style bottom. It pushes against them and turns around. My other robots went right under them to clean. Suggestions welcome. Don’t delay pick this pro up!

This is my third Dreame product and I am just struggling with the performance of this brand.I don’t know if it’s the cleaner or the actual machine itselfIt leave a hazy film on the floor. I’ve only had this one for a few days now and I’m thinking it is going to be returnedMy first one had a problem Dreame replaced it with a refurbished model and my after market warranty ended up refunding me because after 4 months it was broken beyond repair. I really do like this brand the customer service is typically very reliable. That’s why I bought a third unit. I am fanatical about my floors. I only got this unit for 1 of 3 floors in the home. And it’s all wood, the other two floors I am looking for similar units that are great on carpet

This is a feature filled robot mop that will keep your floors gleaming and rugs spotless. Using it on my 1K sq ft main floor with combination of wood and carpet flooring. 3 dogs and plenty of foot traffic. Its a amazing machine. App is flawless and allows you to adjust all cleaning parameters. Very well built, easy to use and easy to maintain. Does and outstanding job at cleaning your floors and runs so quietly. Obstacle avoidance is top notch. Feature laden. For instance, has an auto cleaning solution dispenser and mop detach and stow when vacuuming. Sure, you could spend more on the X40 and X50, but frankly I don’t see how my floors could be any cleaner. Save your hard earned money and go with the X30. You won’t be disappointed.

The auto-add feature for this machine does not work and never has. Customer support is mostly useless and so far has suggested “adding detergent to the tank”, “making sure auto-add is turned on in settings”, and now “turning off the feature to avoid disruption” rather than actually doing something to fix the issue. This is extremely frustrating given the cost of the vacuum. I’m giving it 2 stars because otherwise, it does its job of vacuuming and mopping with water only pretty well. It’s a shame they can’t provide better customer service.

So far, one of the best items I’ve purchased. The machine does an excellent job at vacuuming and mopping, plus it cleans itself really well. I bought the $50 brush option (I forgot what it is called) and have no issues with hair getting wrapped around the brush, even with two women w lots of hair and a dog in the home. Everytime I run the machine it looks like a housekeeper visited. Sometimes there are some really good sales, so wait if it’s over $900.

I bought this vacuum cleaner a month ago. At first, I was happy with my choice, but now I regret it! I’m not satisfied with the cleaning quality—it often misses debris on the floor. After the first week of use, problems started with returning to the station; the robot can’t dock properly for charging.

The Vacuum worked fine the first day except the I got a water level error when cleaning the mop. The waste water would not drain out into the waste tank. I followed the troubleshooting steps and that fixed the problem. The next day, and I had the same problem. The steps I followed the day before did not work. The third day after attempting to reach Dreame customer service i returned the vacuum to NiceShine. All the other features of this vacuum worked amazingly well.I would have gotten a replacement if that was offered, but NiceShine only offered a return.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dreame Technology. I purchased a Dreame vacuum cleaner, which unfortunately broke down. I returned the unit to them for repair/replacement on March 27, 2025. It is now April 28th 2025, and I am still without a working vacuum or a refund.Despite repeated attempts to contact their customer service, I have received nothing but empty promises and delays. To add insult to injury, their latest response is completely inadequate. It’s been over a month, and Dreame Technology has failed to either repair/replace my vacuum or issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to consider other brands. Their customer service is abysmal, and they clearly do not stand behind their products. I am now forced to explore other options to resolve this issue, including filing complaints with consumer protection agencies.Save yourself the headache and avoid Dreame Technology!

Bought it directly from Dreame. It’s been 2 weeks and it’s been amazing! Quiet compared to others (I even achedule vac/mop runs at 4am), fast, complete, and consistent. Great features

E & C –
Jason –

Tkkinder –
I was skeptical when we purchased this because every robot vacuum I have seen has been sub par this one is very thorough cleans my floor so well it can tell when it’s on carpet versus floor so it picks up mop pad so as not to get the carpets wet it recharges and is self cleaning which is great. No robot you buy is going to be 100% but this one comes close I was impressed with the mapping and how great a job it is doing. Highly recommend this product.
AngE –
Works great. Just wish it mapped more thoroughly. Some wool rugs that really hold on to fur and other dirt, need a regular vacuum because, even at the highest suction, this robot still can’t grab it. It works great on hard floors, tho.
Felix –
The pros: vacuuming is great compared to a roomba I owned previously and gets all over great without sucking up cords or cables and avoids them perfectly. No issues picking up dog hair and no clogs in the brush. Moping has been great and haven’t had any issues, mops the correct areas and the moisture level works as intended. The cons: some corner do not get vacuumed all the way in and have to manually vacuum by hand to pick up.Mopping indicator doesn’t give an accurate level water indicator. Have to constantly throw the dirty water out and fill up the clean water tank.
Chase –

Schwalm –

AFTER SEVERAL EXCHANGES THRY SENT ME A NEW ROBOT AND LABEL TO SEND BACK THE DAMAGED ONE.

iRobot makes worthless e-waste. Dreamehome makes your home cleaner AND with a well thought-out experience. Worth every penny.

Alden –

This is the smartest, most reliable, most easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain robot vac/mop I’ve tried, with the best app. Absolutely worth the $. I’ve tried all the other brands and now use only DreameTech.

Bought this back in FebruaryThis has been working great did have one issue but service made it, i have seen reports of bad service i can say that they have improved for sure i have this set to mop and clean everyday while i am sleeping and its amazing

I’ve had several robot vacuums but this one is THE best by far! It keeps my floors beautifully clean. I have laminate and let me tell you it is the best by far!! It is exactly what I needed with an older dog that sheds like crazy!!

Sent me multiple defective units and finally upgraded it to a new unit that actually works. Only three stars because of the back-and-forth.

pat.99 –

I’ve got multiple dogs and cats and my floors were always covered In hair. I had chose the dreame because of the tri cut brush which you have to order separately but well worth the money 0 tangles. Easy to use functions perfectly and it’s so quiet!

The Dreame X30 feels like a lifesaver for the overwhelmed, the procrastinator, or the adult with ADHD. I come home from work, and the house is spotless. The floors? Gleaming. It’s like a little bit of magic that puts a smile on my face every time.

I’ve used many robot vacuums, but the Dreame X30 Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo is on a whole new level! With powerful suction and smart navigation, it effortlessly cleans every corner of my home, picking up pet hair, dust, and debris from both carpets and hard floors. The mopping feature leaves my floors sparkling without any effort from me.The app control is super easy, letting me schedule cleanings and adjust settings, while the long battery life ensures it cleans without interruptions. Plus, it returns to the dock to recharge automatically! If you’re looking for a game-changing cleaning solution, the Dreame X30 Ultra is a must-have. Highly recommended!

I have 2,000 sq ft of tile in my home. It has never been cleaner and with such ease. I think everyone should have one if it continues to do such a job I had iRobot Roomba before and there’s no comparison.

It’s been going on 2 months! Love it. Kind wish now I bought the x50 just to see what they improved on because this one is so awesome!

I love my robot! My house is clean all the time. You can go to work and set it up for cleaning your house. The best purchase ever! Get it!

System worked as promised for about 2-3 months before the unit stopped mopping. I’ve been communicating with Dreame without any resolution. They seem to be dragging it out to avoid fixing the problem. Had to send video, proof of purchase, etc. terrible customer service.

Not all happy, waste products, no good suction with vacuum no good mop, too much issue with obstacle avoidance
