Even on the lowest setting, it is way too strong! I read and followed the instructions given. It broke blood vessels and I have several spots on my face that have marks from using the night before. I plan on returning. It should not be this strong of suction. It basically put little hickeys on my face. I don’t even know how effective it truly was in removing dirt from pores.

Very strong suction that can damage skin if not careful. I definitely recommend practicing the “glide” on a non sensitive area first. I did not notice different suction levels when changing between Oil, Neutral, or dry. I tried around my nose and it did remove oil. I did not notice blackhead removal. I tried on one blackhead that I could see without magnification. It did not remove it. I will steam my face and try again. Interesting, well built device and wanted to try it. Tools that came with it are nice with a case. I think I will probably just manually remove them and get back on my routine using retin A and acid peels.

Definitely took a little learning but it is so effective. It pulled a few things to the surface that I didn’t even know were there. Also made quick work with a stubborn blackhead area I have on my chin. Not sure this should be the first thing you do but that’s not for lack of functionality. Easy to use though so you just have to figure out what works for you. Super strong suction so be careful in sensitive areas. Obviously not on the same level but good for at home use.Some tips I’ve learned–Don’t use this before going out somewhere, you will have some redness afterwards. I use it at night-Don’t stay in one spot too long, you will get a bruise. One time I had a couple spots I was targeting and there was a very faint bruise the next day. So just keep it moving

I decided to purchase a different model and went with this one. So far it has worked just as effective and been holding strong so far. I started with the large rectangular one (the one that comes already attached) and played around with all three settings to see how much my skin could handle. My face did get a little red, but nothing crazy. Now when I changed the head to a smaller one and used the highest setting, my skin bruised really quickly, which makes sense, and I should have known better! I still recommend this product, I would just be careful with the smaller suction heads and only use a lower setting when using them. The bruising only lasted two days, so it’s nothing crazy and was easy to hide with makeup.It works well, really gets the gunk out of your pores even on the lowest setting. It’s also small enough that it doesn’t take up much space. The attachments are also easy to clean.

Stay away!!!! Caused severe bruising even after following proper ritual such as cleansing and steaming before using this product. The suction is way to strong even for the lowest setting and there is no way you can select a more lower setting as it only has 3 modes. Does more damage than good! I get Hydrafacials regularly and now I live pretty far from a spa so I thought this could be an alternative between trips to the spa. Oh my gosh I’m glad I’m a woman and have makeup to cover these bruises up! I followed the directions and tips from the manufacturer. I used the “gentle” tip and the lowest setting and 1 second passes. I prepped my skin with warm wet compresses for 3 minutes prior to use and applied between pass. Then I used cold water after and pore tightening products. I’m so lucky I have good makeup to cover these bruises for work tomorrow!! What a nightmare!!! And as you can see in the picture it did NOT even remove my blackheads!!
