Best money I ever spent, I don’t dry my cloths at all. call me old school but I like an apartment building and no longer have access to a cloths line outside. I needed something I can hide away in my closet. This is so easy to open and fold away, and I love that it is white with wood because it matches the aesthetic of my apartment.

I always have had the rolling bar rack but could never hang my large comforters…… this has endless conforming possibilities depending what you are hanging…… just pull out 3 slats from each side & you can put a king size comforter…… this is so amazing ❣️

Was much better than expected! Once I figured out how to close the tripod bottom properly it was easy and takes up no space!
Ho S. Lau –
Amazing product, is portable, doesn’t take up any space when it is put awayIt have enough racks so no need to buy multiple, it is tall enough so you can hang dresses as well
NiceShine Customer –
Holds many items for drying. Folds down nicely for space-saving storage. It is sturdy. Only issue is it’s a little cumbersome to hold the legs in while pressing the top down to collapse. Other than that, it is perfect.

Just incredible. Everything you will think and more. The wooden pieces feel looks but they actually aren’t just acceable without being annoying. Very sturdy. Don’t have to put them all out at once. You can leave it low or high. It doesn’t fall over easily. It’s a bit heavy but unbeatable. The handle is so durable so lifting it’s noting and super easy s I would buy again and as a gift and again

Great design…solid construction and extremely functional!

I love this rack. It’s beautiful and practical.

I love it. This is my first time using something like this compared to the backs of my dining chairs to air dry my sweaters, hoodies and sweat pants. I have limited space to air dry clothes and this product solves a lot of my problems. Worth every penny. My only complaint is that I thought it would be taller but I’m actually happy with this height.
Jen E. –
Love how small this is and yet when expanded how much can be hung on it. Perfect for what I needed

I have a folding wooden rack that I use to dry clothes on indoors after washing and it’s a bit cumbersome to fold up and put away and a bit wobbly when set up…the clothes on it actually stabilize it.When I saw this drying rack I was intrigued. First impression is wow, this is a lot bigger and stronger than I expected. The tripod legs deploy very easily…not as easy to fold in, but I think it will be with practice. The rods that come out of the top are easy to take out and put away and I like that you can just take a few out if you don’t need them all, but with all of them out you can hang a lot of laundry.Am impressed with the quality of the construction. This is not a light weight item and the legs hold it in place without wobbling. The arms seem to be well made, but not to the level of the casing and the legs, but they still work well and seem strong enough for anything I’ve put on them.If you are in an apartment this is a neat handy way to air dry items you don’t want to put through a dryer and when done it all folds back into a smallish cylinder that is easy to store in cabinets, closets or on a shelf.I like it. I wish it weren’t quite so expensive, but it works well, is made well and should last a long time.
Customer Review –
My wife is the type of person that is constantly taking clothes from the washer that can’t be dried and hanging them all around the house. She usually hangs the stuff on the backs of our kitchen chairs which is not ideal if you want to sit in them. This is the perfect solution for her. Folded up, it fits right between our washer and dryer. And it’s super easy to set up and take down. A bit pricey, but totally worth it for the great design and the convenience it offers.

Can’t even tell you how much I love this collapsible -hang over drying rack! It has great design, so easy to operate, truly compact and fits in small space. I store in laundry room but lightweight, easy to move and can be stored in closet, storage, pantry, etc. It’s really easy to assemble, use and put away.Certain things I prefer line drying but alas no clothesline anymore and this can be used inside or outside if you want that fresh air scent. I hung dress on hangar as well as handwashed tops that can’t go in the dryer. What a gift this gadget is. Is spins 360egrees so you can check dryness by just spinning rack. Use it against any wall depending on how many hooks you bring out. I just love the design/engineering of this product.

Not sure if it was just the product that was sent to me, but it had such a chemical smell similar to WD-40… it filled the room and made me feel a bit sick. So I wiped it down with some Clorox wipes, which helped a lot. Then I aired my room out.Now for the product, it’s excellent. Works as intended, and I love that you can fold it back up in a compact position and put it away. It’s a very clever design. If it wasn’t for the smell, I would’ve given five stars. Can hold quite a few shirts if you use along side hangers.

This works well and is easy to use and store. I took a star off because the base is a little tricky to collapse and insert back in. You could break it fairly easily if you aren’t careful.
Peggy S. Lisenbee –
This is an ingenious design. The foot extends to a tripod when the cylinder is raised vertically. It locks into position and then you can open as few or as many wooden hanging arms as you need to hang up clothes. The wooden arms allow you to hang clothes with hangers by including three grooves in the wood to keep the hanger in one spot and allow you to drape clothes over the wooden arms, whatever works best for the type of clothes or your needs. This product is so helpful and takes up so little space when closed and even when it is opened but it has the capacity to hold so many clothes to dry all at once. I am impressed and feel this was a great value.

Product to short and misleading for ability to hang anything long

This is a portable clothes rack that provides up to 16 arms for hang drying delicates and other items that you don’t want to toss in the dryer. You can also just lay a big item like a blanket across the arms which extend 44″ across the top when opposite arms are folded out. There really is no assembly to this device, it comes as one piece. The unit has a cannister body and it’s so easy to put your foot on the footrest at the bottom and just pull up on the top handle to extend the tripod legs. Then on the top you pull up on the arms that you slide out. It’s also very easy to fold everything back up and put it away in a closet or shelf. You can pull out just the number of arms you need and there are notches on the arms that are handy for keeping hangers from sliding. I found that you do want to balance the weight of the items on the arms if you have something wet and heavy hanging on one side. Other than that, it’s pretty stable.I don’t have a way to put a clothesline up outside and I am using this rack in the garage. It’s always comparatively warm in there, even in the winter, and there is no wind to blow things off or get my clean clothes dust covered. This device is a great investment as it provides a convenient way to make sure you don’t shrink beautiful, dainty, expensive clothes in the dryer and can get all your laundry chores done in less time.

I just love this drying rack. It was super easy to unfold it. It is a pleasure to use it. The rack is stylish, sturdy, convenient and adjustable to my need. 5* from me!
Kim ponzurick –
I love this clothes hanger. It easily opens and closes. It has plenty of arms to hold a lot of items or to drape over larger items. Only downside is it’s not steady on the grass, so it has to go on concrete .
James –
The foldable design is perfect for my limited space, and setting it up is a breeze. I’ve used it both indoors and outdoors, and it holds up well in different environments. The octopus style provides ample space with 16 poles and a 315-inch capacity, allowing me to dry a substantial amount of clothing at once. It’s incredibly lightweight and collapsible, making storage and transportation easy.
Rebecca abbott –
I use the almost daily and love it. It will be a nice camping rack also. The legs aren’t very tall so hanging clothes will hang low, I suggest putting it up on a table. It’s a pretty cool concept and I use it and so far it’s holding up.
Nick B –
This thing is rad. It takes up as much space as our traditional accordion/folding drying rack, and it somehow it hangs twice as many garments to dry. There’s a saying about the fitting a square peg in a round hole, so don’t discount the round peg. I like how you can deploy as few or as many of the wooden hanging rods as needed. It’s easy to set up and take down when done, too. When there’s not a bunch of delicates to hang dry, it breaks down small for easy storage.
Customer X –
We have really limited space for drying, and on laundry day, everything I didn’t want to put in the drying could be found hanging on chair backs, towel racks, the shower curtain rod–basically anywhere I could think of. So this hanger is a huge improvement. When not in use, it sits quietly in the corner taking up minimal space. Opening it up is extremely easy, and it stands sturdily on the tripod base.It holds quite a lot, and you can choose to lay things across multiple rods, a single rod, or hang things from hangers by using the notches in each post. One of my shirts needed to be dried flat, and draping it across two rods did the trick.Folding the bars in is as easy as lifting them up and letting them drop. Getting the tripod base tucked back in is slightly more effortful, but by no means difficult. This drying rack is well designed and well crafted. It looks and feels like thoughtful Scandinavian design.

This collapsible portable clothes drying rack is more than I had hoped for. I was looking for a clothes rack to use on my wrap around porch. I prefer not to have a clothes line permanently affixed to my porch post railing. This tripod laundry stand is perfect. It collapses down into a nifty portable tube and is easily stored without taking up a tremendous amount of room. It is lightweight and compact enough to take on RV trips. I was somewhat concerned that the tripod base might not be able to withstand excessively breezy conditions. However, the winds are gusting from the NNW at 17 miles per hour and this tripod laundry stand has not wavered. The groves in the drying rods keep hangers in place allowing for enough space between garments to dry sufficiently. The only drawback is the height. It is too short for longer garments. Having mentioned that, I think that if it had been taller, it might topple over in a strong wind, making it less steady. I prefer steadiness over height so I will gladly forgo the inability to hang longer garments for the sturdiness of the base. Great product and would highly recommend!

I like that it can hold a lot of clothes and a lot of weight. I mostly use it indoors, but it’s lightweight and easy to carry, so I also use it to air dry my clothes on the patio. It definitely saves me space. When I finish drying my clothes, I collapse it and put it in a small closet. It takes up very little space in there. It’s nice being able to take out what I need, since I don’t always need all the hanging arms. It’s stable, but I still spread out my clothes evenly on it. It’s a lot better than what I was using to air dry my clothes before. It’s a good design and it’s portable. I like it a lot.
Customer Review –
This is a really strange drying rack, but it works well! It took a minute for us to realize that the knob on the top kind of adjusts the tension for the legs and holding arms, but once we figured that out the rest of setup is very intuitive. It held a good amount of clothes in a relatively small space. The only negative that we’ve noted are that a couple of the arms arrived chipped and one struggles to insert back into the body smoothly. Would probably be great for RV-ing or small apartments, etc.

OK, so the fact that this thing folds up into such a small package is definitely handy, especially since the room in the basement we turned into my daughter’s bedroom shares space with the laundry room. The laundry room isn’t big enough for a drying rack so usually we have to set it in her area, so it was a little bit nicer than having the big accordion style racks that don’t particularly hold much. There’s only two minor downsides that have encountered with it. The first is that it can be a little bit tricky to get the clothes in between the arms if you have them all out if you don’t need that much it’s actually easier to only pull out every other arm and have a little bit more space to maneuver. And the other thing is, and this is just a personal pet peeve. The whole thing has a little bit of wobble to it when the legs are out the body kind of rocks back-and-forth over top the legs a little bit. I wish it was just a little bit more secure Just feels unstable and like they could’ve made that a little bit more surefooted.

This drying rack has a tendency to displace every other one I had handy for quick use: it has a large capacity and provides for hanging blouses and shirts so they dry in a natural position, less need for ironing. So easy to deploy and then fold back to a small size. Also making good use of room corners where nothing else would fit: just by deploying only some of the arms it looks like it belongs to the restricted space. Brilliant design. On the downside, stability is not the best. This rack cannot be used outdoors in the breeze, and even indoors I have to make sure the load on it is balanced. Each arm has a limited bearing capacity, and for heavier stuff (like hanging a thick shirt while wet, for dripping) it is not easy to distribute the weight over several arms. The wood parts look nice, but the white plastic tube, large and flat-white, popped-out a question if I recently replaced the main water column (and put to good use a segment out of it…) Oh well, some people… Definitely not the most aesthetically pleasing thing in the house. I plan to wrap it in some veneer-looking wallpaper to make it more palatable to the eye.The one detracting thing for me was the terrible plastic smell this had out of the box. Instantly got banished to non-living quarters for two weeks before it became olfactory eligible to accompany us inside the house. I can still smell it from up close, hope the smell will really subside over time. Wrapping the tube in wallpaper as I said above may help – we’ll see.
Susie –
I love this product. I don’t out most of my clothes in the dryer since they are mainly silk and wool. This is a perfect solution to drying many things in a small space.
Customer –
First off, the strong chemical smell of this rack out of the box was unbearable. I had to put it outside for over a week before it became tolerable enough to put back in the house. It’s not very tall so if you have dresses or long skirts, it’s not good for those (the photo on the product page is misleading). Folding the rack was awkward but I did like the fact that it folded into a small package, making it easier to store. It holds a decent amount of clothing but honestly, I’m more inclined to just use my shower curtain rod like I always have but this is a good option for when the shower is in use. Frankly, I think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is ($98.90 at the time I ordered it) and it takes up a lot of space when set up.

We love to hang a few things out to dry in the sun after washing. This is easy to use, sturdy for lightweight clothing, folds up easily, and stores out of the way. Just what we were looking for.
NiceShineer –
This drying rack is nicely folded and becomes compact when not in use. It is easy to open it up and looks very stylish compared to my old-fashioned rack. It had a strong odor when I opened the package, but it went away after 1 week. The photo on the listing shows the dress hanging on the rack, but not for adult dresses, probably only children’s. This rack is good for shirts and sweaters.

Amazing

I love the idea but it could use one really big change. It is really unstable when it is being stored. So easy to tip over and I worry that one of these times, something will break inside of it.When it is open however, as long as the clothes are spread out properly, it is really sturdy. It holds quite a bit as well. This has really come in handy seeing as our apartment’s dryers are always breaking down. Real life saver.I recommend this to anyone that has a small space or wishes to save money by air drying clothes. Great buy.
Brosiala –
Love the concept! It is wonderful that it is so compact, both when storing it and when using it. The two downsides are that it doesn’t want to collapse down very easily. The wooden arms and legs often stick. It is also pretty heavy. But overall it is so much better than the other folding drying racks I have tried over the decades. I love how you can just tuck it into a corner and it doesn’t get in the way or fall over.
Patty L Garreans –
I love this so much! Well made and can handle a lot of weight.

Box arrived damaged and product was had a broken drying rack arm. Wanted to use this for pool towels but rack arms were bending to the point i thought they’d break. This may be ok for clothes coming out of the washing machine that have been spun dried but not ideal for wet pool towels.
Larry M. –
It is a good and different design. The major problem is to pick it up and transport it to another room the legs drop to the floor againNo locking device to keep the legs in when carryingI am a little disappointed that it isn’t mobile as it says it is
Diana Loring –
It take less floor space than most and that is why I chose it. The four star minor ding is because there are ridges carved into each wood piece. I suppose these are for hangers. If one uses a hanger, it would hang just fine without the ridge and the problem is that clothing can catch and be damaged on the ridges so I have to take care that this does not happen. They should be smooth and all would be well. Think about it…there are no ridges on a closet bar that holds hangers right? They just stay put…that’s called gravity.
Jacob C –
Overall, a great drying rack. I love that it can hold multiple clothing items. I also like that I easily store it away, however it is difficult to put the legs in easily. I have to really hold them together to close it up.
Cory –
This is useful if you like to air dry ur cloths outside but not have something ugly hung up. Only thing is be careful it is heavy and I dropped it on my toe and brushed two of my toenails. But my own fault 😛

Great for hanging laundry!!! When not in use, it’s collapsible and stores easily into a closet, a corner of the bathroom or laundry room. It’s sturdy, functional and has a good weight. Sturdy weight, not a hard to move weight. It’s fully assembled! Ready to use right out of the box.I recommend this product. Whether you have limited space or you have a lot of square footage, this is a great product to use when doing laundry.

Started with one, quickly ordered another. I can hang out two full loads of laundry, mostly t-shirts, kitchen towels, underwear. Saving lots on energy costs with my new drying system! They work great in my garage in an unused bay.
Sandee –
It is fabulous perfect in every way. I am so happy I found it. Everyone who sees it loves it. You might have a run on it
Suzie Song-Oh –
Gorgeous and it functions well for hanging and drying. I need to drape my sweaters over several of the rods to protect the delicate fabric, but there are plenty of rods for storage. I’d like more space between the rods, personally. Otherwise I love how it folds up and it raises to take up less floor space. Built well, easy to use, and the bamboo rods are a nice touch, less slippery and helps dry clothes better.
