Works pretty well, nice basic projector with plenty of disks to change up the view. Only issue I had was the rotation mechanism. Poor quality parts resulted in binding of the internal gears that rotated the disk. Disassembling of the housing and the motor was required to fix the poorly made gears. Tooth sizes were not uniform across the gear resulting in binding, warping and side shifting of the disk. Once fixed and reassembled, have not had any further issues, and now works as intended. I may have just recieved a rare defect, but this is my experience and did not reach out to customer service over the issue as I was capable of fixing it myself and being Christmas I wanted a working product as opposed to waiting for a replacement.

It is so pretty on the ceiling. My nephew absolutely loves it. It is made of good quality materials and looks like it will hold up for a while. The pictures are bright and have a high resolution. we love the way it can make the image fixed or it can be rotated. The ones we were looking at in the stores were way more expensive so this is a good value. It functions as it should and is easy to use. It has a lot more slides than we realize I think we counted 13 in total.

General speaking I am satisfied with this projector. I bought it for my son to help him sleep better and it was helpful. The images are beautiful and divers. But after a couple nights when I put in rotating mode, it rotates with a bothering sound. After 10 min the sound gets smoother and lower which seems it needed to warm up.

I love almost anything space related ever since I was a kid living near Kenmedy Space Center I have had my eye on a space projector for over a year and finally bought it. I absolutely love it. I’ve been using it each night as I go to sleep. It has helped with me having a more restful sleep. At the end of a long day, it relaxes me. My ceiling is stucco, and that give the projection a wavy movement to projected image as it eotates. It is really cool. I am impressed with the clarity of the images. The only thing I wish is that the sleep timer would have more than 1 and 2 hours for the selection.I definitely would recommend this for a space lover in your life. 🖖

I’m very impressed with this product. It makes the room look like you’re floating inside the solar system. There are other ways that you can enjoy this product but right now we are stuck on that because it is just so beautiful. I recommend this for a child’s room but also for an adult. I bought it for my 23 year-old son and he just loves it. I like it so much. I may just have to get one for myself.

It turns so slow you have to stare at it to make sure it is moving. The bigger the area the blurrier it gets. It works good teaching and playing with my great granddaughter, as long as you keep it about 6 feet from ceiling or wall.

It’s beautiful! We have the old school one where it mimics the milky way and a moon, so moving from that to this was a huge upgrade. I was worried about the slide switching being a hassle but the kids actually love to read the slides (They have descriptions of each planet). The rotation speed is very slow. You will read that in other reviews. It comes with 13 slides, some of them are cooler than others. Some of them I can’t really see using for relaxation purposes. But overall this is a pretty cool projector. I’ve read in other reviews that it doesn’t fill a room or even a wall. This fills up my living room so much that it goes into my kitchen. In fact it fills it up so much that I have to move the projector around to see the whole slide. The Moon is my favorite. When I adjust the focus, it is so vibrant and so crisp. Unfortunately, I have to use the focus adjuster with every slide. It’s not standard on every slide. But overall, I’m glad I bought this particular projector. I lay on the floor in my living room and just stare at the ceiling. Accompanied with meditation music, it takes you out of this world.

This exceeded my expectations. It’s a small unit, with quite a few disks. It completely fills the ceiling, and part of the walls with really pretty constellations. At first it was blurry, but then I adjusted the wheel and now they are crystal clear. It moves very slowly but that speed can be changed. I’m an adult woman and use it in my own bedroom. I find it to be very relaxing.

This unit needs to be close to a wall to make it look clear, the image after about 3 feet gets blurry. Wish the focusing ring would expand or contract the size of the projection without losing focus. Also, was not impressed by the “slides” as I felt the images were mostly low quality.

Bought this for my toddler. He’s been dealing with fear of the dark lately, so I thought a projector night light would help. He loves the night sky, especially the moon, so I figured he would love this. He’s obsessed! He keeps saying he’s a super hero zipping through the galaxy!We just got it today so I still need to get used to replacing the film discs, but it was super easy to set up and use, and the projections are beautiful and clear! There is a way to focus so the image becomes clearer.We tried it in our living room first, which has a vaulted ceiling and it was truly magical! This beautiful device is amazing. The color is pretty standard for something like this. I use this to calm down when I’m too overwhelmed. The calming effect is outstanding and the fact that I can put a timer on it means if I fall asleep I don’t have to worry about heat level or disc deterioration. Basic heat level isn’t too hot and doesn’t overheat. Overall I would say I got my money’s worth. Great value for my money.

I’ve wanted one of these forever. I’m an adult nerd who loves space. This is quite awesome!! I thought it would have generic space images but the 12 extra slides it comes with are all real specific images of space and give an info blurb about it! Easy to use. Really fun. My image I posted is on a slanted ceiling, so I think it would look even more clear on a flat ceiling. You can adjust the spin speed of the image, or turn it off. Plugs in so no battery drain. Small and simple functionality. Bright and relaxing to watch. You can focus images and it claims they are 4k. Awesome!

This little gizmo is a heavy weight. The projections are clear and fill the whole ceiling in my little 9×9 theater and my 15×15 bedroom. There are 13 slides. Not sure of all of the settings, but on my setting, it takes 10 minutes to rotate 360 degrees. My only minor criticism is that there is no protective cover for the moon slide, which comes “preinstalled” in the machine. Probably not for you if you have popcorn ceilings.

Most of the slides are really good, there’s just a few where the color doesn’t look realistic, and the image is blurry even after using the focus on the projector. That’s the only reason why this didn’t get a five-star review. I think it was worth every cent.

Pretty cool . I get the bed spins if I have on spin. In my picture you can plainly see it can be light out for it to work. I’m knocking off a star because the film disc are consumable meaning that they wear out. Nice though

Ok…this thing is amazing. The only downside is the film is consumable and replacements are expensive and you need to search for them. So I don’t recommend leaving it going all night, every night on the same slide. But oh how nice the moon one is.

It’s quiet, has two boxes of visuals, limited and labeled buttons for options (rotate, timer) and an adjustable focus. Bright and big sky.Now extra case for the beautiful moon and sky but just use whatever you change to and it’s case.I’d love a consolation with a zodiac dot to dot but not one out there. It’s not built like a tank so careful not to drop it – I hope to never find out how kid friendly it is but solid enough for sure. 5 stars.

This Planet and Stars Projector has made my room the coolest room in the house! Upon receiving it, the setup was done in under a minute… I plugged in the USB power cord and used the film disk that was already inside, and turned on the power! I was immediately aware of the ceiling being covered with a clear image of the Milky Way and the surrounding stars! The projector was set to rotate so that as I looked at the image on my ceiling, it was rotating in a relaxing pace around the area. The projector has varying speeds at which it can rotate from staying still to going faster, and it comes with an assortment of film disks that project different images of objects in space. I was really impressed with the clarity of the projected images and the ease with which I set it up… a great way to make your room the envy of the house!

We bought this for a fun bedtime light for our kids. They love it! They love finding fun shapes and stars and planets. It really lights up the room just enough for a fun bedtime, but not enough to keep them wired. The view turns slowly, so it mixes up the room and the view. It’s nice that there’s 12 different scenes so each day we can have a different view. It’s easy to switch the slides out, our 4 year old does it no problem. Definitely a fun and educational part of our nightly routine.

Looks good. I think it works best on a high table in the center of the room but as long as its close to the ceiling the quality of the slides are good. At least 6 of the slides I liked, the moon, the sun vortex thing and the spore galaxy being my favorite. Kids would probably enjoy it a lot. Unfortunately, the cord broke 2 minutes after I took it out the box when I was trying to unplug it from the projector.

We have only used the slide that came in the machine so far and already we are super impressed. The image quality is very high def. I thought this would be kind of cheesy but bought it anyways. It was worth it just for the first slide. The pics are of the installed slide on a texture stippled ceiling. I thought the texture ceiling would make this pretty unusable but it looked great. Really cool.

I got this for my space unit for my Pre-K class. They LOVE it. We get it out at least once a week and look at all the different slides. It really helped keep the kids engaged when we learned about space. The cord it comes with it is a little small but it’s a USB-C so it wasn’t difficult to find a longer cord.
