This cat litter box does it all, really a great idea for homes with multiple cats. It does all it says it will just like it says it will. Quality materials and workmanship, easy to assemble and set up, app is easy to work with, sit back and be amazed! This unit was larger than I expected but not too large to do the job. You’ll enjoy it a lot.

This thing is extremely expensive, that is clear. However, I don¡¯t think there is anything better out there. It doesn¡¯t smell AT ALL, the livestream features work wonderfully to check in when we can¡¯t be home, and the trash bag sealing is my absolute favorite thing.At no point do I ever need to see, smell or otherwise know about what goes on in this thing. It simply dispenses a sealed black bag I throw away. Absolutely incredible.Although this thing is insanely expensive, I¡¯d buy it again.

The coolest litterbox ever! And we had no problem to get our cats to use it.Some of our favorite features on it.?Auto packing. It¡¯s amazing to say goodbye to tying up litter bags and awkwardly finagling the replacement bags on. See the video to see this feature in action. I don’t know of any other litterbox with a feature like this.?Amazing odor control. Our apartment has never smelt better…since getting cats. This does a much better job than any other litterbox we’ve had at covering up the odor.?Video monitoring. It¡¯s reassuring to check in on our cats’ litter usage¡Âalso kind of funny to watch.If you can afford it, definitely try it out. Life has so many chores, so being able to purchase something to replace chores is always worth it to us.

After setting this new box up for my kitties, they immediately took interest to it. However, it wasn’t until a week later, did they finally actually use the box. I have the PuraMax and they were used to it, but because this one has a front attachment for the camera, they were unsure of it at first.First thing, this box is huge. It’s way bigger than the PuraMax, so make sure you measure and make space for it. I love the new AI camera monitoring feature as I have 3 cats and this gives me a peace of mind knowing I can monitor them more closely. The app is also really good at differentiating each cat’s usage. There are so many different settings on the app to really customize your experience.The Purobot is definitely a huge upgrade from the previous models. The one thing that concerned me before was the way the drum rotates. This one rotates sideways so there are no closing doors or anything that can potential harm my cats. There’s also a “kitten” mode in the app settings in case you have kittens to protect their safety.The new odor control is an added bonus. I clean their boxes frequently so this was never an issue to begin with. The completely sealed door where the waste goes is totally sealed when not in use so it really does eliminate any odors. Another added bonus is the heat sealed waste bag when you need to dump the waste.There’s two different attachments that come with this unit depending on what type of litter you use. I use Dr Elsey’s litter and didn’t have to switch litters which made this transition easier. This also has the option to use tofu litter, you’ll just use a different sifter for the drum.There is an optional monthly service to save video content and additional features, but it can be used without it. Really happy with this new box.

I’ve been using this litter box for about 3 weeks for my two cats (each of them weigh about 6-7 pounds so not large cats) and its been amaizing. While not completely hands off its about as close as you can get. So far all I’ve done is about once a week open the top, grab the full already sealed bag to throw away and close the top. I also replaced the litter at the two week mark, which was also easy as the machine automatically empties the litter, couldn’t be easier. It also does an amazing job at contiaining litter box smells. As long as you remember to replace the litter itself when it needs it this thing won’t smell. As for leaking, no leaks yet and the inside has also stayed remarkably clean. I’ll deep clean it once its been in use for a month but it doesn’t look to hard to even do that. The app is very well thought out and warns you when the bag is full or if there’s any other issues. Overall I’m very satisfied with this machine and its way better than having to manually clean out a litter box every day.

The first box I received was defective, which did not remove waste from the litter. Shout out to NiceShine customer service for making the return process as simple as possible. UPS picked up the defective box from my home at no charge to me (fortunately I’d hung onto the original packaging), and I received credit for the full amount. Petkit customer service on the other hand was not at all helpful. It took a week and three videos of the defective box to get escalated to the next support team, which never responded to me and closed out my ticket after another week (this is the reason for the loss of a star).The new box is working great. Compared to the older Pura X box I have, I appreciate the large waste bin capacity, zero odor, and that the waste bin full notification works correctly – no overflow unlike the Pura X if you wait for the notification before emptying. Operating cost will be higher due to the need to purchase waste bag refill rings, but it’s worth it given the improvements. Also, my cats prefer the new box over the old one as I have both setup near each other and the new one gets more use.

This kitty litter box scoops, videos, bags waste and even empties itself from an easy menu app on my cell phone. Pricey but has every bell and whistle my two kitties could want. I bought this because my dog thought everything in the litter box was a treat. Well, this works like a charm and no issues any more. Still in the process of choosing a litter both kitties like but think we can resolve this too.

I have 7 cats & only 1 doesn¡¯t like using it so he uses his old litter box and not this automatic one. I will say it is very functional & easy to setup. I love the app, very straight forward. I love the quality of this litter robot. WiFi setup was a breeze. Having kitten mode is very satisfying. Overall very happy, my cats are all Persians so they are on the smaller side so I don¡¯t mind the smaller drum compared to other litter robots, they even have extra room. I could not recommend this one enough.

After a few weeks of usage I can at least say for now that this unit is amazing. I have owned many auto litter bots and this is far superior in every way. There is NO work involved here. The dirty litter bin is very large. Great for multiple cats. The way it closes after every cleaning keeps the smell down and I love how I never have to change the bagging system. It seals the litter bag when dirty and you remove the old one and it auto sets the new one. Amazing. The camera works great. Records everything very well. I got this bc I have a cat in kidney failure and I need to know his habits. Has been very useful for that. The unit itself is actually very compact considering the large size of the toileting area. I¡¯ve had full service units before and usually they are just bulky awful sized units. Not so with this one. And I love that the litter capture is in the back of the unit. I feel like this unit sets the new standard for what auto litter boxes should be. This was actually worth every dime. I¡¯m actually considering buying another one.

The litter box works great! I don’t have to touch any of the litter and the auto cleaning is fantastic. I do however think it needs a way to block your pet as my cats a bit dumb and climbs into the litter box repeatedly as it cleans to investigate.

5 months in and on my second one of these. The first had a packing issue that didn¡¯t seem to have a cause within the first few weeksMy replacement from December has lasted until April and the bars that clamp the bag and seal it with heat are malfunctioning.I understand needing to investigate and troubleshoot, but it¡¯s frustrating to go through so many steps with support for such a premium product.If the product didn¡¯t break it would be great, but $900 for TWO machines to break within 5 months is insane.3 stars because support has helped me with a full replacement the 1st time and a replacement part this time, but this is wild.

I really wanted to love this litter box. The self-cleaning feature is slick, the design is clean, and my cat took to it right away. Unfortunately, there¡¯s a serious flaw: the waste bin is way too small, and the entry lip doesn¡¯t account for cats that, shall we say.. are Garfield worthy.My cat walks in and barley fits to the point his butt is right at the edge, and every time he goes number two, his rear is just outside the entrance. The result? A surprise deposit just outside the machine¡ªand not the kind you want to find with your bare foot in the morning. I have had to clean up so much cat shit with this litter box it¡¯s awful. The smell, and the fecal matter gets pushed into the sphere resulting in a massive mess becoming an even worse one.If the waste chamber was larger and the design helped guide the cat deeper into the unit, this would be a win. But as it stands, I¡¯m spending more time cleaning around the litter box than I did with a manual one. Great idea, poor execution.I¡¯d share images but honestly it¡¯s so graphic with the camera system recordings that I¡¯d likely see this review rejected or worse my NiceShine account banned.

I’ve had the PETKIT UltraBot for over six months now. Out of my three cats, only one uses it regularly¡ªbut even that has made a big difference in reducing my daily scooping routine.The unit works perfectly for the one who does use it. It keeps things clean and odor-free, and the self-cleaning function has been reliable. However, the entry hole and interior space are on the smaller side. My larger cats don¡¯t seem comfortable climbing in, and even the one who does use it has occasionally chosen to poop just outside the box, likely due to the tight fit.Overall, I¡¯m still happy with the purchase¡ªit¡¯s sleek, quiet, and does the job. But next time, I¡¯d probably go for a model with a larger entry and more interior space to accommodate all my cats comfortably.

A bit mixed. The device technology is impressive and performs as designed. Absolutely no complaints. There is a bit of an issue with cat acceptance and peculiarities, however.One is a bit timid with this change. She is very unsure about it. I believe that the sent/deodorizer is part of the issue. I had it in place initially, but after removing I go more acceptance- although with a lot of skittishness. It seems to be improving but it¡¯s been a couple of weeks now, so slow going. I¡¯d recommend not starting with that deployed. I also had it set to auto-scoop initially, and that may have been a mistake, too. Checking on it often and manually scooping when they aren¡¯t around / near / within earshot of it seems to help, too.The other seems accepting of it, but has a tendency to just go in head first and then let fly with her back end sticking out the front. Fortunately it is being contained by the step (highly recommended, by the way). I see that the older max model has an optional barrier that I¡¯d think was intended for this problem. Hopefully this is coming for the ultra model.So, in short, it is operating flawlessly, but the cats need some time and it needs some additional enhancement to make it fully effective.
