The robot really helped me a lot! It saved a lot of time. The difference between this robot and the one I used before is that it has a roller mop. It can sweep and mop at the same time, and if you don’t need to mop, you can just sweep. It took 38 minutes to finish the work of a 400-foot area. It will automatically return to clean the mop during mopping. There are 2 water tanks, one for clean water and cleaning agent, and the other for mist water storage. It can be operated by mobile phone. It can also be operated by voice dialogue. The mop will automatically clean and dry after the work is finished. Very smart. I really like it.

Excellent upgrade in robot vacuuming/mopping.With every new generation of robot cleaners, I’m consistently impressed with how much better they get. I now have owned 5 and this is the best one yet. It automatically maps out your house, sets rooms, and even guesses (pretty accurately) what kind of rooms the rooms are. But the features that really stand out for me with this one are the power of the suction and the quality of the mopping. It’s very powerful in vacuum mode and I like the fact that the little rotating arm extends in and out to get all the corners. However, I am most impressed with mopping. I have used previous robot mops that clean themselves but basically use the same uncleaned mop surface for ten minutes at a time. In a house with messy pets, messy adults, and messy children, that’s not usually enough. This mop is always clean, and the difference shows on my floors. I also think it’s really cool to see the mop part extending in and out. This achieves almost perfect edge to edge wall to wall mopping. The AI also has a neat feature where if it sees a place that needs more work, it will automatically do that. In the world of robot vacuum/mops comboes, my floor has never before been so clean,. An added bonus is that I can also add a cleaning solution to the robot station, which makes this even more hands-off. One more feature I didn’t expect to have or like as much is the fact that I can use the robot as a wireless remote control camera, so I can actually check on my cats with it when out of town.

Updated to five stars on April 8, 2025.Ecovacs sent me another unit and this one is amazing. It seems the units I had to return may have been a part of a bad batch. The new unit has triggered zero error messages for the past few weeks, cleans and mops amazingly well after quickly scanning and mapping my rather large house in less than 30 min.The AI is responsive and well implemented.The best part, and the ultimate reason I stuck with Ecovacs, is the level of support I received, and the commitment to resolve my issues, which is super rare these days.A bit of constructive feedback on the Ecovacs app:- The cleaning log currently only reports each session as “Rooms Cleaning”, along with duration of sq footage of each job. It would be substantially more useful if the log included which room(s) were cleaned in each job and what type of cleaning was done (i.e. Vac, Vac and Mop or Mop after Vac).- The bugs I reported in my original review are still yet to be fixed.Overall, I am impressed with the X8 Pro Omni and would highly recommended.Original review:I really wanted the Ecovacs Deebot X8 Pro Omni to work. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment and I would not recommend it.I saw the Deebot X8 Pro Omni at CES in January and bought it as soon as it became available on NiceShine in February. Out of the box, the unpacking and setup experience was seamless and I was very impressed. The bot very quickly scanned and mapped my rather large house with little corrections. The app is pretty intuitive and I very quickly figured it out.The problems started on Day 2 of using the Deebot. It started throwing a “Bumper Stuck” error for no reason. It would do that 8 or 9 times per run regardless of whether it was vacuuming or mopping. Each time the bot was not actually stuck under furniture in any way, just sitting there waiting to be reset. To get it to continue, I would need to bump the bumper as instructed in the app, and then push the button on the bot to continue. For a modern top-of-the-line Ai-enabled bot that is supposed to vacuum and clean the house without intervention, this was a terrible experience. It is virtually impossible to leave this machine to finish the job on its own without having to bump it and reset it every few minutes.In fairness, Ecovacs email support was pretty responsive. I contacted them and they asked me to reset the bot to factory settings, then start over. That didn’t help, unfortunately, as the bot kept throwing the same “Bumper Stuck” error every few minutes after reset.At some point, a piece of plastic fell out of the machine. I sent a picture to Ecovacs support and they determined that the broken piece could be causing the “Bumper Stuck” problem. Ecovacs offered to send me a replacement unit, but would not specify timeline and I decided to return it to NiceShine instead as it was faster and more convenient.I immediately purchased another Deebot X8 Pro Omni as I thought the first one was just bad luck getting a defective unit. On Day 2 of running the new unit, the same exact issue started happening. “Bumper Stuck” error every few minutes without the bot actually being stuck in any way.I contacted support again and they offered to send me another replacement, without committing to a timeline again.I decided I’d had enough of unpacking, packing and repacking Deebots, so I returned it through NiceShine again and have since purchased a different brand, which should be delivered in the next few days.I do like Ecovacs as a brand, but it seems they may have released the X8 Pro Omni a bit prematurely. The product needs a lot more testing to deliver to expectations. In addition to the issues described above, I discovered a few more bugs while going through the process of troubleshooting.- The app has a couple of areas that reach a dead-end blank screen, forcing you to completely kill and restart the app to get out.- When the station’s dirty water tank is full, instead of showing a message to empty it, the app throws a “Robot dirty water box error” with instructions to pull the box from the bot and “clean it”. Well, the dirty water box on the bot is full simply because the station’s dirty water tank is full, not because it has malfunctioned, and you need to find that out by trial and error.Bottom line, not ready for prime time. I’d wait for this product to mature a bit before purchasing.

I recently purchased the ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 pro OMNI Robotic Vacuum and Mop Combo, and it has met all my expectations!The vacuum function is great. The suction power is strong enough to pick up everything from hair to dust small debris, even in corners. It easily transitions between hardwood floors and carpets. The mapping feature is very powerful as well. I wasn’t expecting much from a robotic mop, but it delivers a surprisingly thorough clean. The mop pads are reusable, and the machine automatically washes and dries the mop pad which is super convenient. The water tank is quite big and doesn’t need frequent refill. It leaves my floor very clean, and I am very happy with it.The app is easy to use as well. Plus, the voice command integration with Alexa makes it even easier to start a cleaning.

I’ve been impressed with this robot vacuum since the first time I used it. It was quick to map my house and using the app was an intuitive experience. I was able to see that it had mapped areas where it could traverse, but we’re shaded in a way that it had recognized objects in those spots such as the food bowls for my 2 cats. I easily able to set virtual boundaries so that the robot vacuum would know to avoid those areas in the future.The suction power is impressive and even on max suction, I can clean the entire main floor of my house without the vacuum running out of battery. Thanks to the side brush being able to extend outward a bit, I finally have clean floors from edge to edge. The object recognition seems to be quite accurate and sounds like it will improve even further over time through firmware updates.The mopping capabilities are what truly impressed me. I’ve used other robot vacuums with all sorts of different mopping systems and haven’t been impressed by any of them. This robot’s roller mop which cleans itself as it goes finally provided a level of cleanliness that I didn’t think was possible. The fact that the roller also extends out to clean edges is a huge plus. My floors feel cleaner than ever, which is evident by the water in the dirty water tank.I highly recommend this robot vacuum, especially for hard surfaces where mopping is just as important as vacuuming.

Very nice product.I bought this cleaning robot for my bigger room since I have an old robot of another brand in my smaller room, it is extremely powerful than my previous one. The suction power is incredible, effortlessly picking up dirt, hair, and debris from hard floors. The mopping pads are also easy to use, remove long-lasting stains quick and quite. Regarding to navigation, it navigates my home with precision, avoiding furniture and stairs, creating efficient cleaning paths. Voice control is another bonus, making it even more convenient to start or stop cleaning. Emptying the dustbin and refilling the water tank is also hassle-free, but it do a little bit pricey but worth it if it can be used for very long time.

Vacuum itself was heavier compare to my other robot vacuum, that could be a good thing, bigger battery and hold more water and cleaning solution.We strictly have hardwood floor and it works great with the vacuum and mop feature.This model can definitely go around the wires and loose item on the floor, haven’t got stuck yet.Vacuum is not too noisy if the suction settings are on low.The best feature is thr tangle free brush, hair doesn’t get stuck to thr brush.

It is a very good product. I use it daily since it arrived. I love to use it. It saves a lot of my time. It is good looking and very good quality. The black color actually looks very clean. My favorite part is it is cleaning very well and smart. It can mop and vaccum, which is good for hard wood floor and both carpet. It also has the AI function to identify which floor it is and change its cleaning style based on the floor. On my hard wood floor, it does not leave excess water on the floor which protect the floor very well. I always worried about too much water on wood floor which will break the wood, the good thing is it does not happen by this machine. After using it, my kid’s feet are finally clean when they running around of the house. It saves me time and energy to spend more time with my family. Also it vaccum my cat litter and hair on the floor, which is also make my house nice and clean. The only thing it suprise me is i need to purchase the clearning solution. It did not come with the package. If it does, I would be very happy. Also I realize there are some water stuck on the plastics part after clearning the mop. I wash it after couple time of using it, it is not necessary but I still think it is useful.

Last year, we gifted the ECOVACS T30S to my mother-in-law, and she absolutely loved it. It did an excellent job keeping her home spotless. This time, we upgraded to the latest model for ourselves, replacing our Roborock, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. The new version features even stronger suction and an extendable self-cleaning roller mop that effortlessly reaches edges for a thorough clean. We were also impressed by how quiet it is, even when vacuuming carpets. Setting it up and mapping the house was easy. The Deebot X8 does its job and it’s even beyond my expectations.I have two long hair cats, they are shedding all year round. I used to vacuum my house once a week, so most of the time, the fur nests are everywhere. Now I let the X8 clean the floor everyday. When I am off work, it’s always clean. It feels so nice.Since X8 deals with a lot of hairs, it still needs me to remove the hair in brush manually. I am not complaining too much, because the design makes it pretty easy.When it’s vacuuming, it does not make too much noises. My cats look okay. I know they don’t like my old vacuum which is pretty loud.When I explore the app, I find a bonus feature for me, I can watching my cats using the camera mode when I am not at home.I am a lazy happy cat parent now.

Have this machine for a little over a week now. It is definitely a recommend buy.Pros: This picks up everything: hairs, dog food, debris, baby food etc! Self cleaning feature works great, no leaks and the water tanks are large so you don’t need to empty it so often. Floor is very clean / not wet after a run. The phone app is users friendly, responsive and no glitches! The corner cleaning is on spot, does pick up the debris from corners very well!Cons: so far, only thing I don’t like is that the machine gets stuck in my dining chair due to the chair’s design (see photo), it will eventually get itself out but takes extra effort. This can also be resolved by putting up a boundary wall along my dining table, but that means it won’t clean that area under the dinning table.Another concern I have is how often do we need to replace machine parts like dust bag, rollers etc. will return to update once I have some more data.

X8 PRO OMNI was such a a great addition to our household. Ever since we got it, we have used it nightly to vaccum and mop our kitchen floor and the kids play areas. The vaccum function picks up even tinny residuals that you can typically don’t notice much. Corners are the areas that we usually have a difficulty with getting them very clean but X8 makes turns so well that it catches all those tricky corners. The mopping function follows immediately after the vaccum is done. It does not leave excessive water residual after mopping. Hence, the floor dries up very fast shortly after. What we like the most about X8 is its overall coverage and flexibility. We are able to map out exactly which part of the house and when we would like the cleaning to begin and to finish. Based on the coverage maps, we can further modify and refine the routes for X8 to take. X8 is very easy to operate. Our house is definitely more clean than before. Such a great buy for us!

However, compare to roborock(I saw some users report Ecovacs app delayed responses or occasional map errors. I already had roborock Qrevo pro), roborock have a better app experience and smoother than Ecovas. Also, the price roborock a litter cheaper than Ecovacs. But!!! Ecovacs is still my best vacuum&mop robot I ever owned!!! friendly to pet owner and baby family!!! life saver!!! Save me lots of time Because ALL I need to do is refill the clean water and pour out the dirty water.

I purchased a vacuum robot from the same brand a few years ago, and it worked well for years, so I decided to upgrade to a newer model. My previous robot could only vacuum, but the newer model offers both mopping and vacuuming capabilities.The base is slightly larger than the older version, but that’s understandable since it includes a water tank for the mopping function. The vacuum power is significantly stronger than the older model, and the robot is much smarter in its navigation. It now cleans closer to the edges, which was an issue with the older version that left a gap along the walls and required me to do extra touch-ups. Another benefit is its ability to automatically avoid obstacles like shelf legs, trash bins, and other furniture. The old model sometimes got stuck and needed manual intervention, but the new model works well.A small thing to note is that the height of the vacuum is a bit higher than the older model. While this isn’t a problem for me, it could be an issue if you have low furniture, as the robot may not be able to fit under these areas.

I’ve been using the DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI for about a month now, and overall, I’m very impressed.What I love: • Excellent cleaning performance: The suction power is no joke. It picks up dust, crumbs, and even pet hair without any issues. The mopping feature is also surprisingly good — not just a damp wipe, but it actually scrubs a bit. • Hands-free maintenance: The self-emptying dustbin and auto mop cleaning make it super low-maintenance. I barely have to do anything. • Smart navigation: It maps my house accurately and rarely bumps into anything. It even avoids socks and cables pretty well. • Decent app & voice control: The ECOVACS app is easy to use, and I’ve had no issues controlling it with Alexa or using the built-in voice assistant.A few things to note: • It’s big: The dock is quite bulky, so make sure you have enough floor space for it. • Not great with thick rugs: It struggles a bit with high-pile rugs. It’ll go over them but doesn’t clean as deeply as I’d like. • Pricey: It’s definitely an investment. This works very well, I mainly use it to my mop since my floors arent very dirty, mainly kitchen area sometimes gets some stains but this cleans it up very nicely. I love the fact that it auto cleans itself and it has enough water to where I dont have to worry about switch it out every day. Gives me a little leeway when I feel tired coming back from work. Surprisingly not loud at all either which is a plus. Mainly bought it because I have roommates moving in so don’t need to split cleaning chores.

This is an add on to my 1st floor equipment material . I had rockrobot for years now, however I m actually more happy with the Ecovacs Deebot right now. Mainly on its performance and advancing feature . The smart edge-cleaning system that handles corners and edges surprisingly well, which is missing from my other iRobot . The edge cleaning really sets my hands free. I also appreciate the anti-tangle brush, which has been great for managing pet hair without constant cleaning. The navigation system allows it to detect and avoid obstacles in real time ( smarter than my previous iRobot ) so it rarely gets stuck or bumps into things, and will avoid my pets and her discharges if there is any. ( super important to me ). The only con was, for some reason it took me awhile to set up the device, and the water tank wasn’t large enough which caused often change of the water. All is all, it won’t impact me giving a 5 star. Now I’m thinking putting it upstairs and exchange for my other one

This vacuum is amazing. I have been looking for a robot vacuum/ combo for a while and decided to try this one due to it having a more affordable price than most robot vacuums out there. Let me just say, it did not disappoint. It was able to pick up just about all dirt and crumbs the first time around. The mopping feature also worked really well. I will say, it won’t be able to cleanup super dirty and hard stains or old food off the floor but it is great for routine maintenance of a generally clean floor. (Note: I haven’t purchased the ecovac cleaner so maybe that will help.) What I really love about this vacuum is it’s docking station. The vacuum will go back to the docking station, when it’s dustbag is full or the water is empty, and automatically empty out the dust and refill the water. All I have to do is refill the clean water tank every so often and empty out the dirty water tank and the dustbag when full. The mapping feature also worked perfectly. I’m in love with this product.

The main reason I opted for the Ecovacs T50 Pro is its comprehensive performance, along with the washable base station. So, I went ahead and purchased the new T50 Pro, and after using it, I feel it was a wise decision.Mapping: It takes around ten minutes, which is relatively quick overall. It also allows me to set specific areas for cleaning. For example, after meals, I can have the robot only clean the kitchen and dining area. I can customize the intensity of sweeping and mopping, as well as choose where to start.Disadvantage: There is some noise—not very loud, but it runs for a long time, which could be bothersome for people who prefer quiet. I usually let it work when no one is at home.

As you can see, I already have an IRobot, but he goes on strike sometimes, and I understand that he’s not happy about this huge workload. Now it’s different!I’m really happy with this robot vacuum. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do—cleans the floors efficiently, handles obstacles well, and gets into the corners better than I expected. It also mops the floors very well, which was a big deal for me. Unlike my old iRobot Roomba, this one can actually detect carpets and avoid them while mopping, so I don’t have to worry about soggy rugs. I’ve had the ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni for about a week and overall, I’m super impressed. With two kids our floors are constantly a mess, and this thing honestly makes life easier. The suction is crazy strong—it picks up everything from crumbs to long hair without any trouble. It also fits under our furniture, which is great because I used to have to manually sweep under the couch all the time.The mopping feature is where it really shines. It scrubs pretty well, and the fact that it washes and dries the mop pads by itself? Total game-changer. The self-emptying dustbin is another win—I barely have to touch the thing outside of refilling the clean water and dumping the dirty tank every few days. It also does a good job navigating around furniture and most of the toys my kids leave around.Now for the cons. The base station is huge. It works well, but it takes up a good chunk of space. You need to find the right spot for it. Also, while the obstacle avoidance is pretty good, it still gets stuck on thin cords like phone chargers or small headphone wires. Which, it’s so expensive that, that makes zero sense.Since this robo mop has an actual mop pad, it actually cleans the floors pretty well. Along with the heated water which is nice. That kills more bacteria and the actual robot doesn’t end up looking disgusting.The ai on this one is also awesome. My qrevo was constantly getting tangled up in something and I would hear it yelling error at me across the house. However, on this one, I have yet to have an error message or it get tangled up in something. It also doesn’t sound like a space ship is taking off when it empties the bin which is nice. My only con so far is that it is slightly louder when vacuuming in comparison to the QRevo but for all the other pros, that’s a pretty small con.

It handles dog hair like a champ, leaving my floors noticeably cleaner after each run.One of the best upgrades is how water-efficient it is. I can now get two full cleans of my 2,500 sq ft space from a single tank, which is a noticeable improvement. It also runs much quieter than the older model, making it less disruptive during the day.Another great feature is the dedicated compartment for the cleaning solution. I no longer have to guess how much to mix into the water tank — just fill the solution section and go. Plus, the dirty water tank seems to trap odor better, as I’ve noticed it’s less smelly than before.The unit is also more compact, which I really appreciate. Despite the smaller size, it hasn’t sacrificed any power. And I love that I can now see how much clean water is left without having to remove the tank.Only downside so far: It does seem to get tripped up more easily on small objects like toys and books compared to the previous model.Used it for a out 2 weeks. At this price point, this vacuum and mop combo is an excellent value. I was genuinely impressed by its performance, especially considering how it stacks up against my Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which cost significantly more. One of the standout differences is in the mopping system. This model uses a brush for mopping, whereas the Roborock uses a roller. Surprisingly, the brush mechanism actually seems to do a better job in certain scenarios—especially when dealing with more textured surfaces or uneven floors.I have this unit set up for use on my second floor, where the bathroom tiles are slightly uneven and not perfectly leveled. Despite that, it manages to handle the surface with no major issues, maintaining solid contact with the floor and doing a decent job cleaning up. That said, the initial scanning and mapping process did give me some trouble. It failed to map the area correctly on the first try, and I had to delete the original map and let it scan again. Fortunately, it worked as expected after that.One downside is the routing algorithm. It needs some refinement. For instance, if it encounters an obstacle once, it continues to avoid that area even after the obstacle has been removed, which leads to missed spots during cleaning. Still, overall, it’s a solid purchase.

This is great as it can reach places like under bed/under shelf shown in the picture. It is the biggest reason I bought this.2. auto add cleaning solution to mop the floor. With roborock, I usually had to spray on the floor before mopping3. hot water mop washing, less odor and mop is cleaner. it does make a difference especially cleaning things like juicy spill or soy sauce.4. stronger sucktion power. If u have carpet this will definitely help, but I have wood floor throughout the house, so this doesnt make too much difference for me5. voice control. Your kid can now ask the robot to clean the dinning area.6. live camera view. Wonder how it’s doing under the bed? U can see through its camera for urself.cons:1. because it is low profile, the wheels are smaller, It had trouble going over obstacles like gym pads( 20mm thick) see the picture.2. slightly smaller water tank. You will have to refill more often.3. less freedom to program your cleaning routine. with Roborock I usually choose to vacumn twice before I mop one area, then move on to another area. t50 does not allow me to do that. I can only choose to vacumn then mop, or vacumn and mop at the same time.4. it does cleans in one direction either horizontal or vertical to the floor. Roborock can be programed to do both in one job.Overall this is a great robot and if you have a lot of places like under bed, shelf, cabinates, this is definitely the one to get. Also Love the ability to automatically add cleaning solution and hot water cleaning. These are the 3 biggest feature for me.

ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni Robot Vacuum and Mop – Overall a Great Experience.After using it for a month, here are my thoughts. Appearance is so cool. Installation is simple and the APP is user-friendly. Zoning for cleaning is very convenient—you can assign specific areas to be cleaned. All of this, requires spending a bit of time marking furniture, carpets, and other areas the robot needs to pay attention to in the app. The robot isn’t exactly quiet while cleaning (standard mode), the noise level is acceptable. Other than that, it’s an excellent product.I typically run it every 2–3 days, and it keeps the house very clean. Life changing product!

Overall happy with the purchase with minor complaints which I believe they can solve through software updates.Brought this robot to as an upgrade to Narwal T10 and it is totally worth it. What I like about it:1. Powerful suction: picks up hair and debris easily from the floor. Used it for 1 week, and haven’t seen tangled hair on the roller yet vs. old robot needs to be cleaned daily.2. Obstacle detection: this one avoids socks and wires on the floor like magic. The old one always stumbled on socks which is a pain because I always schedule the planned cleaning in the morning. Once it’s stuck, it stays there until power off. It’s great that this new Deebot is able to recognize socks and wires on the floor and go around them. Now I can really schedule the cleaning when no one is at home. The only thing that can stumble the robot is a piece of paper that’s bigger than 1/2 of a letter size.3. The mopping is effective and efficient: it is quite cute that the revolving mop extends to under-cabinet areas. It returns to the station to wash when it is dirty.What can be better:1. Mapping is tricky: you have to make sure that the house is free of obstacles to ensure the entirety, esp. those rubber floor mats. Once stumbled on something, the robot will think it has finished mapping and return to station. I literally had to map my house 3 times to get the map right. Once it’s set up, there is no issue for cleaning tasks.2. The robot is too talkative: it reports when it starts to clean, and it also speaks when it is traveling back to station for mop cleaning. I wish you can turn off the sounds because sometimes it’s disturbing.Overall, great robo vacuum. It is definitely a keep.

It also does a surprisingly good job with corners and edges.Pros: • Accurate map navigation. You can mark carpeted areas, so the robot vacuums them without mopping. • Supports multiple maps and multiple floors. I take it upstairs, set it to the second-floor map (which has no base station), and it cleans the area then returns to the starting point. I just bring it back downstairs to charge. • Overall, it cleans very thoroughly. Even edge cleaning is impressive. • Noise level is quite reasonable – not silent, but not disruptive either.Cons: • It’s slow. Each floor of my home is about 1500 sqft, and it takes about 2-2.5 hours per floor to clean. • The robot gets easily stuck on clutter. Once it gets stuck, it can get confused. One time it got caught on a rug upstairs, and after I freed it, it wandered around aimlessly trying to find the base station — which wasn’t on that floor — until it ran out of battery. • It cannot operate on saved maps without Wi-Fi. During a service outage, the robot couldn’t function at all.Overall:This robot has significantly improved the cleanliness of my home. As long as you’re not in a rush, it’s perfectly fine to let it slowly and steadily do its job. Definitely worth the investment!

This is my first time to try a machine which can help us mop the floor. We just move to a new home with full floor. This machine really help a lot to cleaning. We have 3 pets and one baby at home, accident happen all the time. I don’t need to clean over and over again by myself but just click start cleaning on the app. I also do n’t need to cleaning the dust in the machine. It will do itself and I only need to change the filter in a period. Easy for my family, help us to reduce a lot of extra work! I am considering to get another one on the second floor. Overall I love it.

We used our old robot vacuum for years. It still worked, but we wanted one that could also mop. After reading lots of reviews, we chose this one. It looked much bigger than I expected. I had to ask the delivery guy to help carry it upstairs.We have three cats, there’s fur is everywhere. One of them is messy, he gets crumbs and litter all over the place. My husband is allergic to fur and dust, and most of our floors are carpeted. Cleaning is a constant problem, but we’re both too busy to do it often.This robot has strong suction and picks up cat hair really well. That already helps a lot. The water tank is large, and the battery life is good too. It even cleans itself, which saves a lot of time. It’s our first time using a mapping robot, so I’m not sure if it’s above average. So far, the obstacle avoidance works fine.My husband likes the smart features. I don’t really care about that part. Connecting it to Wi-Fi took a bit of time, but now everything runs smoothly. It’s a bit expensive though.

UPDATE – my hubby was so impressed with this thing he decided to get one for down stairs, he didn’t want to spend the money on another one of these so he went with the one shark makes because it’s alot cheaper and let me tell you that thing is completely garbage compared to this horrible mapping and misses a lot .he is returning and we are getting another one of these instead.Nice addition to have with 6 humans and 3 dogs in the home ! While it doesn’t do as good of a job as humans do it does cut back on having to do it every single day and that’s a win for me. Plus you get to name your robot I’m a child at heart .🤣 it was extremely easy to set up and it maps your home on its own and everything is easy to navigate on your own no unclear instructions at all which was super nice. I have a 4000 sqft home so it does have to charge in-between but that’s expected. The charging base is a decent size but it needs to be so account for where you would put it.

I was really impressed with how simple it was to set this vacuum up. I spotted a little bit of weird grammar here and there in the Ecovacs app, but it wasn’t enough to make the instructions difficult to understand. I can confirm this model can connect to hybrid 2.4g and 5g wifi, but not standalone 5g wifi, and it emits its own wireless hotspot during setup which makes it way easier to put your network’s user and pass in.I’ve sent it on a few cleaning jobs already, and one thing I noticed was that its little scrubber being on an extendable “arm” really helps. Since it comes out at an angle, it does a better job of directing dust and other things into the vacuum’s suction, rather than send it flying around to other parts of the room.

I’ve been using the T50 Pro for about a week and so far, it has met my expectations. The automatic cleaning features are very convenient—there’s no need to manually empty the dust bin or clean the mop cloth, which saves some effort.The T50 Pro handles corners quite well and has much less trouble with getting tangled in wires, which I appreciate. One thing to note is that the cleaning process takes longer than I expected, as the robot returns to the dock periodically to clean the mop pad before continuing. While this does extend the total cleaning time, the mop does stay cleaner as a result.I initially had a minor issue with the map not detecting one of my rooms. After remapping, the issue was resolved and it’s been working as intended since.Overall, my experience with the T50 Pro has been positive. If you’re looking for a set-it-and-forget-it cleaning option, it’s definitely worth considering.

I recently got the ECOVACS DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI, and it’s honestly like having a cleaning buddy around. It’s incredibly easy to use – I just set it on a schedule with the app and it handles the rest. The suction is really powerful (it picks up everything from crumbs to pet hair), and I was surprised at how well the roller mop works on my hardwood floors. I especially love that the base station automatically washes and dries the mop and even empties itself, so I hardly ever have to think about maintenance. I’ve been debating for a while whether or not to get a robotic vacuum. I have steps in my house and my floor has tile, wood & rugs, not sure if a robotic vacuum can be smart enough to work well. I am glad I bought the ECOVACS DEEBOT T50. I had it for more than a week now and it works very well. My floor is clean all the time now.It was such an easy set up. Just open the package, scan the bar code to download the app. The ECOVACS T50 map my house correctly and avoid the steps. The app is very user-friendly. So many functions you can do. You can schedule the cleaning time, set the cleaning mode, clean only certain rooms… what I like the most is that the vacuum is low enough to get under my couch and my bed so no more dust underneath.

I really love this robot. It is easy to be assembled. It mapped one floor quickly only several minutes. I have an old one , it took much longer when mapping one floor. It has a bust bag, and clean dustbin automatically, so you do not need clean dustbin each time after cleaning. It can vacuum carpet and also mop hard floor. It has 3 clean modes, vac only, vac and mopping, mopping after vac. So it fits both carpet and hard floor. When I got it, the battery is 60%, it is enough to finishing a 430ft2 area cleaning. It took 1 min to clean 1 ft2. I tried vac only function, it worked pretty well.

We recently purchased the ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 Pro and it has been a game changer for our household! It met all my expectations and more. We have 2 cats and hardwood floors and anyone who has cats knows how much you constantly have to vacuum and sweep pet hair. The suction on the vacuum is very strong and has no problems sucking up pet hair and my wife’s long hair. It is able to map and navigate the first floor with no problem. The robot was able to clean corners easily and underneath low areas like my dining room chairs and couch. The vacuum had no issues moving from floors to carpet and sensed the edge of the kitchen floor that drops to the landing. The mopping feature works just as great. The convenience of the robot self cleaning the mop pads was just as wonderful. The app was very user friendly and recharging itself did not take long. My wife enjoys the fact we are able to connect it to the Alexa device as well.Overall happy with our purchase and appreciate how it gives us one less chore to worry about with our busy schedules!

Working amazingly ! I came from the old one but very reliable Deebot N79. I was mainly trust and use for vaccum floor and carpet only as these truly vaccum and mop robots were so expsensive but thought I would try at this price range. It turns out to be so amazing that it can totally replace my man power of sweep, and spin mop, etc … With this one, I can have it clean more routinely instead of once or twice a week. I wish I would have bought something like this earlier since my kids giving mess all time and vacuum is not enough. Anyways, it’s very easy setup with QR code, mapping is super quick, and it cleans flawlessly as good my mannual spin off or maybe better with custom setting of how routinely robot go back to change out dirty/clean water in the station. Overall, I will highly recommend for any family with quite flat floor thru out the house, especially with kids as they need the floor cleaned all the time to reduce fever, infection.

Okay, so I gotta say, this DEEBOT T50 PRO is pretty awesome. Setting it up was seriously a piece of cake – platform down, water in, app connect… done in like, maybe 10-15 mins tops. No complicated stuff at all, which I totally appreciate.One thing that really surprised me is how quiet it is when it’s doing its thing. My old vacuum sounded like a jet engine, but this one? Barely noticeable.But the coolest part for me is the dirt detection. Seriously smart! It just knows when a spot is extra dirty and keeps going until it’s totally clean. That’s been a lifesaver.And honestly, my white tile floors? They look amazing now. Like, actually shiny every day. I didn’t even realize they could look this good! For real, if you want something that’s easy to use and keeps your floors spotless, you should totally check this robot out. I’m super happy with it.

I now own two different Deebot’s. A T30 and a T50. The top item my review is based on is their customer service. I had an issue with the bumper on T50 that was delivered. Support was easy to reach, quick to respond and went above my expectations on resolving the issue. Outside of the bumper issue the T50 is a step up from the T30. It’s much quieter, faster, slimer and with more options. The base station is more compact and has more features. Love the fact that it has the auto dispenser for the cleaning solution.

This ECOVAS vacuum is an extremely sleek and well-functioning product. Especially as pet owners, it is able to pick up on small debris and fur easily. We no longer run into issues that came with our old robot vacuum. This includes functionality and smart/appropriate mapping of rooms so as to not get stuck. The sound level is decent and connection is easy to navigate. The price was a but on the hefty side, but not too much of a deal breaker now that we are seeing how well it works.

First of all this vacuum is beautiful. I know that’s odd to say but if a vacuum is gonna be visible it should look good. The tower is taller than our previous vac tower but thinner so it fits nicely in a corner. We purchased this vac based on reviews and it hasn’t disappointed. Yes we use it on carpet but it it’s strength is any hard floors with it’s mopping feature. It cleans right along the edge of our cabinets. Dog hair has not been a problem. We will never go back to a regular vacuum. The time saving day after day adds up to the convenience of not pushing an old vac around. We run it at night and can barely hear it so sound is not an issue. So far very impressed with its built in features and app navigation. Highly recommend!

I have it for more than a week now and I am very happy with its performance. The floor always looks shiny and clean after cleaning. It uses very little amount of the ecovac liquid cleaner for mopping which is a good thing.However, it does not pick-up dog’s fur very well (we only have 1 lab-ret) from the carpet especially on the edges. It also scratched our laminated floor, a portion that is close to the slope base and it leaves mop markings to the tiles after mopping.

Analysis:- The mapping feature is great, the app shows 3D models as well allowing to select and deselect cleaning areas- There is a camera mounted on the vacuum which can be used to view the location while cleaning on the app- The vacuum and mopping can be done together or separated. Which allows great functionality and time saving as well- It comes in two color options which is white and black, though black suits all the decors- The reservoir allows to hold water for upto 45 days of mopping which is good, it simulates real mopping by going back to the station to clean between a few intervals regularly- For what it is worth, it has way more functionality than I would have expected which is pleasantly surprising- Very durable and the in app experience is good as well- There is child-lock feature which is great in terms of safety and usability

I’ll preface this by saying my house is 100% hardwood and tile with some low-pile area rugs. I have a german shepherd that sheds like crazy, and this vacuum was a game-changer. The hair on the rugs and floor was gone, the dog prints mopped up, it was great.Not so great, every time I have the vacuum run, it gets stuck somewhere and I have to intervene. Either sucks up a towel or cord (which admittedly I should be sure is off the floor) or one of the sensors gets dusty and it shuts down. The obstacle avoidance definitely needs work, and the robot should probably have a headlight to help out the camera in dark places.Now the app. It’s not terrible, but it is a bit difficult to navigate, and you can tell it was not originally designed in English. Some of the functions are ambiguous as to what they do, and trying to get it to do some things, like remap an area, are only possible if you delete the entire map.

After a lot of research, I purchased this ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni instead of the Max version, since I don’t have carpeting. It weighs about 35 pounds and looks solid. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. You’ll want to keep the packaging in case you need to ship the deebot to ECOVACS under their limited warranty. Additionally, you’ll want to purchase the Asurion Protection Plan for this complex appliance. I purchased the 3-Year Plan.When unboxing it, the bottom mopping pad plates can be removed to peel off the packing tape wrapped around it. There’s a rubber tube holding it in place so I was concerned that I would damage it but it’s flexible. Be sure to get the tube back into place when reinserting the pad plates.This robot is not excessively noisy when running and is much quieter than my Dyson V15. It verbalizes when it’s returning to the station, emptying the dust bin or washing and drying the mop pads. It’s consistently been able to dock without problems.The app needs work and I’ve struggled to navigate it. It’s taken a lot of experimentation to become somewhat familiar with it. Mapping has also been problematic. My impression, from other reviews, was that it would be easy but that wasn’t the case for my house. The portion of my house that I wanted to map is on one level. I have ceiling to floor mirrors on one wall and dark throw rugs and furniture. During initial mapping, the deebot failed to map my hallway, master bedroom and entire living room. It also got hung up on the black star base for my living room chairs that have low slung legs which radiate outward. I have metal thresholds where my floor transitions from ceramic tile to vinyl flooring and the deebot struggled to cross those as well.Fortunately, after many attempts, I’ve finally gotten an accurate, functional map. To accomplish this, I taped 12 inch wide paper to the bottom of the mirrors, picked up all of the dark throw rugs and used an extremely bright flood light to illuminate the area while following the deebot throughout the house. When it turned in my direction, I turned the light away from it. The bright light kept the deebot from hanging up on the radiating chair legs. Instead, it navigated around them resulting in a fully mapped living room. The extra lighting made all the difference when mapping. I’ve used the new map and it operated as expected, producing excellent cleaning results. I was very frustrated initially with the app but I’m currently optimistic that I have a viable map. If things change and new problems arise, I’ll update this review. I deducted a star due to the app.

Expensive so had high expectations. It did not fail to impress. Was leery of the set up, so easy. Robot trains himself to learn and clean efficiently. Have had a month and floors have never been cleaner. We love our robot, named Dusty. Recommend if in the market.

I am very impressed with the performance of this vacuum. I have a pet and have been using this for more than a week now and i must say this out performed my expectations from a Robo cleaner.Setting up in the app was seamless, mapping was quickly and accurately performed. It’s truly cleaning edge to edge, the front brush is fetching all the debris from all corners and mop is expending the arm to reach in corners. This is truly the upper echelon of robot vacuums. Ecovacs has done an immaculate job of improving on the T30 version of the vacuum. There are so many small things changes and configurations that set this vacuum apart from others. I have three dogs, hardwood floors, tile, and carpet rugs so I run this vacuum every single day. I’ll break down my thoughts below.SETUPSetup is extremely easy – only needing to attach the base piece to the station and plug it in. For the vacuum just snap the small brush on. The app setup is really easy as well – scan the QR code on the vacuum and follow the steps in the Ecovacs app.VACUUMThe most important question for any robot vacuum is does it do what it should, and how well. The vacuum delivers on all levels. This is one of the few vacuums that I feel does a great job on standard suction and you don’t have to use turbo suction (which saves battery). I primarily have tile and hardwood floors with a few small rugs, so I can’t speak to carpet too much.This vacuum has a small extender for the corner brush that does a great job of getting hard to reach areas.MOPThis is another area where they have done a lot of improvement. There is a roller brush that does a great job of mopping hardwood floors. The mop extends out to get all the way to the end of walls really well.PITCREW (Station)The docking station makes everything a breeze. The dust bag is larger, the water tanks are bigger, and they have added a cleaning solution tank to automatically add floor cleaner to the water. I haven’t had any issues at all and love everything about it! The water tank lasts about 2 weeks using it frequently. The dust bag lasts about a month for me. I have 2 dogs that shed so that is pretty good.APP / MAPPINGNot to be repetitive, but this is another area where they have made a lot of improvements. The app does everything you expect, but I’ll highlight a few things:If the robot ever gets stuck the robot will mark the map and recommend where to add barriers to prevent getting stuck again. After a few runs it no longer gets stuck. The app has some great settings like the option to force the robot to go vacuum if the water tank is empty (when it is supposed to mop and vac).There is an option in the app to vacuum carpet/rugs first, then vac and mop everything else. This is nice since sometimes the mop will get rugs damp.You can also set rug suction boost OR reduce sensitivity so it doesn’t suck up thin rugs and drag them due to strong suction.There are also nice option to reduce noise like have the vacuum sit lower to the floor, and even reduce dust collection power at the station so it isn’t too loud.FINAL THOUGHTSThis review is already really long so I’ll end it there, but I am so impressed by so many small things about this vacuum that I can’t list everything. It really goes above and beyond in adding so many small customizations that are provide a solution to small complaints about other vacuums. Although expensive it is absolutely worth every penny.

I have been using the robot vacuum and mop for years now and I love all the improvements this one has. My old mop robot uses circular movement with spinning pads and would just drag a damp pad around spreading dirty water on my floor. Now with this new roller system combined with features like hot water, cleaning solution dispensing, and the most important to me the self-washing feature, the mop washes itself instantly, so I’m not just spreading dirty water around, and my floor actually gets cleaned. I just fill the water and cleaning solution reservoir and it takes care of the rest. Also, I love the hot air-drying feature because my old one, the pads would smell not so great if I left the damp mops attached to the robot.I have dogs and having a robot vacuum and mop makes my life so much easier. The 18000Pa suction is powerful, it tackles pet hair very well, it picks up everything from fine dust to larger crumbs my kids leave behind. The self-emptying base is another great feauture so I dont need to constantly empty the bag.The app is intuitive and allows me to make a cleaning schedule and pick the areas I would like to. This robot is very efficient, and simplifies my life with its performance and features.

Reviewing after 2 full cleanings, more coming. We have 1000 sqft on one level, mix of low carpet, hardwood, tile and even stone. Lots of challenges including low couch to get under, long coarse human hair, obstacles of all kinds, right spaces, long distances, and high thresholds.Coarse hair: nearly perfect. Could go 4+ cleanings without maintenance (spinning hair gets tangled) Old vacuum could barely go one.Throw carpets: struggles with some of them but doesn’t get stuck, it just goes around and tries another approach!Thresholds: takes a running start! and gets over. Yay!!!Running time: good enough! It needs to go back to clean pads and replace water, battery life isn’t the issue.Features and configurability: excellent!! Tons of great features, too many to list.App design: ok. A little awkward in places but not insurmountable. Initial connection was a little weird on my chest network but I figured it out.More coming as we get it more.

Love the robot vacuum mop combo. So easy to use and set up once it maps your house. Only thing I would suggest is manufacturer should supply a sample of the cleaning product with the unit for that price. Had to order cleaner separately. A little big but wellMade and does exactly as advertised.

We’ve been using this vacuum/mopping machine for over a month and are overall very happy with it. The first time we ran it was the day after our maid service we had it vacuum and mop the main areas (living room, kitchen, dining and hallway). When I emptied the dirty water it was a very dark brown with lots of dirt deposits. So much that I had to rinse it under running water a few times. We ran it again the next day and when I emptied it, the water was light gray with a small amount of dirt deposits. Clearly the machine is very effective.The app is also well thought out. You can control almost every thing you could think of. It will also let you know when maintenance/cleaning of the unit is coming up. We are very pleased!I removed a star because there is one maintenance reminder that is not accurate at all, the dust bag. No amount of cleaning the machine or changing/repositioning the dust bag will fix the error message dust bag full. So that is very unfortunate because we are constantly having to mess with it. Otherwise it’s a good purchase.

I have had a few different vacuum mops over the years but nothing comes close to the features of this Ecovacs! I deal with a lot of pet hair on my floor and this thing has lots of suction and has a zero tangle brush that I have not yet needed to detangle. I like when it gets to a thick area rug it lifts up the roller automatically for better suction. I also like that when it vacuums or mops, it hugs the wall very closley and gets in the corners which my previous mops never did! It does an amazing job at mopping and drying the floor. I was very surprised on how dirty the water was after I cleaned out the water tank. It has an app to use and I love the voice command to tell my vacuum to start mopping!

I had an older Ecovacs that dragged a pad as it mopped and vacuumed. It finally died and I looked at all the TOL robot floor mops and picked another Ecovacs product despite some problems I had with the old one. This is a game changer for me. The vacuum is so much stronger, the roller mop thoroughly cleans the floors and all I have to do is empty the dirty water. It didn’t come with a floor detergent sample (disappointing considering the price) but I used a bissell product for floor cleaners and it’s great. It mapped perfectly, it avoids things on the floors and isn’t too loud. Highly recommend.

Probably the best robot vaccum in 2025 for its price range. Outside of its typical features that is already published/marketed, here are some things that I noticed and mattered.1. Very slim – slim enough to pass under most furniture I got and even under ]refrigerator door and also my dishwasher.2. auto detection of carpet is great and you can adjust vacuum style/power in the app.3. many reviews will say that side brush is too fast and can scatter debris on hard floor, however you can enable the current beta feature for it slow down when it (AI) recognizes the small debris.4. The mapping feature is really smart. However it needs to run in ‘Auto’ – vacuum-only mode, it updates the map,so it always knows the layout of my place. I just set it to run on a schedule in the morning in vacuum only quiet mode.5. Also I had originally set it up in middle of the house for initial run and mapping….. and later i moved it to laundry room while it was doing the work… it came back to middle of the house, couldnt fnd the docking station, roamed the rest of the house until it found it in laundry room and docked itself and then updated map with its new place/position..6. water tanks in the Omni station are pretty big and don’t need constant refills, battery is fantastic at 6400mAh. Mop cleaning with heated water and hot air drying is a significant bonus.highly recommend ordering this along with ecovacs cleaning liquid since you gonna need that for cleaning/quick drying post mopping. Its also automatically added to the water as required and something you dont hvae to worry about truly plug and play.prior to the first run, make sure to update the firmware since that doesnt make a difference with mapping. I learnt a few things from Support who is very good with quick turn around on most questions and issues.All in all this is great Robot at this price point and totally worth it.

I’m surprised how well works. First I registered the map, divided all rooms in my house and then everything works magically from the comfort of your sofa or outside the house. Just use the app and give all the commands that you need like just vacuum or mapping or both. The robot after has done all the cleaning goes to the station for charging or cleaning itself. I love that when it does mapping it is on high heat. The sensor protects his self when is a object moving away or close by stars. The vacuum is very powerful and clean all the dust or hair. I went work all the day and when im returning home I see all sparkling and smell amazing clean. It’s a perfect time saving device that any household must have it. I have a golden doodle and we all know how much hair they loses so for me this vacuum-mapping machine is a life changing. It’s very easy to clean, very functional and practical to me.
