This hammock stand is really easy to set up and is really comfortable. I can’t wait to take it on the beach.When I received the stand, there was a part that was damaged in transit. Their customer service was amazing. I had the replacement part within a week and was able to replace it on my own. Highly recommend this company!

Quality looks good and sturdy but two bolts came broken. There was a scratch probably related to the broken parts. I can’t see how they could have been broken and on both sides seems a little worrisome.Just read other review and contacting support. Support has been awesome! Moving this up to 5 stars. They are shipping out replacement parts with tools and a video on how to fix the problem. They quickly return emails and has been an overall positive experience.

The item arrived with one of the supports facing down versus up. Thankfully I was able to take the supports off and reverse direction. To take the supports off you need two 3.0 mm hex sets. Once the error was corrected the item worked as described.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for this one. I got the full pack through their kickstarter and would still recommend everything at current price. The stand collapses easily and fits back into the travel bag without much effort. My patio provides shade so I have never had to open the tarp but I’m glad to have the option if I ever took this on a trip. I wasn’t a fan of the hammock cloth material but it’s pretty tough and is still comfier than the handwoven hammock (Sunnydaze Handwoven XXL) I ordered. The sunny daze one is just 1ft or 2ft too long. I ended up tying the ends to reduce the length to help make it work.

Ordered ours through them directly and supported them through kickstarter. We absolutely LOVE ours. We take it camping almost every weekend, we have taken ot to the beach multiple times, and set it up in the backyard all the time. The setup and tear down are so simple and fast there is no reason not to use it. So far for us it’s been worth every penny.

The portability and setup is amazing. Gone on the days where I need to find 2 trees in the woods to tie my hammock to. Then afterward readjusting to get the right tension. This stand allows me to completely setup in less than 2 mins.

What a great concept!!! We do a lot of camping and, while our vintage trailer and truck bed tenting trips are wonderful, it is hammock camping that is our passion. Well, when we camp where hammocks are not the norm, we have been taking a hammock stand and ALWAYS have a hammock along with us. Problem is, our stand takes 10 to 15 minutes to set up and take down each, with the hassle of fitting all of the many pieces back in the bag being a real problem. That fitting into the bag is the real pain.Well, not any more!! This new stand goes in and out of the bag in a flash with no hassles at all. But, better yet is… it only take a few seconds to set up and take down. Really!This is one well thought out stand. Made of aircraft quality aluminum, the many adjusting points all slide perfectly with absolutely no binding in any way. You set this up in one of two modes. CHAIR or LOUNGE. Both achieved by sliding a collar up or down the support poles. The hammock tautness is also adjustable by sliding 2 more adjusters.This is a full set an includes the stand, the hammock (A very nice double wide) , a cup holder and the awning assembly. Each item is well thought out and are all good fits. The awning is a little on the fiddly side but after a few times setting it up it all becomes easy. All of this comes inside one of the best designed and made cases. This case has two handles that are well made. There is a shoulder strap an two cinch straps. On the side of the case is a nice pocket for additional items. EVERYTHING is top notch and will easily last for a very long time. And it ALL fits in the case without a problem.This sure beats my old stand, which I really like, even though it was tough to deal with at times. But this one is perfect and is now my “Go To stand.

This hammock stand is a game changer. We went camping and we had a little incident where we were not allowed 🚫 to put our hammock because of the straps and we had to stay inside the circle ⭕️ of the campsite. You would be surprised how many places they don’t allow hammock because of the straps, it can hurt the trees 🌲. So we had to start looking for a stand hammock and so glad we got this one. This hammock stand is super easy to set up ( 3 seconds) great quality, great fabric, super comfortable, and big enough for a tall person. I’m 6’2” and 225Lb and still lots of room. Easy to put it back together in the bag. An other advantage that I see with this stand , is that sometimes you set up your hammocks on the tree and as the time pass , the sunlight moves and you end up with the sunlight in your face and is nothing you can do, other than move your hammock to a different tree 🌲, with this hammock stand, all you have to do is to move it and will take you (3 seconds) . Definitely you get your money worth.

(-) it’s expensive, I can slightly rub the frame when in hammock mode if I don’t hang diagonally, it’s cumbersome to carry, it won’t work with any of my ENO hammocks; only the Anymaka hummock, nobody’s camping with it. (+) it is still more comfortable than most chairs, it can be thrown in the car for park, hotel, etc., it looks pretty cool, decent quality, comfortable to sit in and watch TV poolside. I’ll keep it.

The hardest part about using a hammock is finding two perfectly spaced trees to tie it to. This hammock stand solves that issue. It’s really easy to set up, adjustable, and compatible with basically any hammock. It comes in it’s own portable bag that that it fits in once collapsed. It comes with it’s own hammock, cup holder, and sun cover which is really nice. Feels very sturdy and excellent quality too. Anymaka keeps releasing high quality products.

I like the concept of this hammock but it ends there. There is a design flaw. The hammock rubs against the Frame and cause the fabric to fail after ~1 month. Anymaka replaced the 1st hammock and 2nd failed in the same time. Also, I was laying in the hammock with my 3 month old and it collapsed cause us both to crash into the ground. The Frame did not break. I think the locking pin did not seat all the way. Past 30 days so they will not do a refund and I do not want a replacement hammock l. I am literally throwing the Frame to the curb on trash day.

It was difficult to discern how heavy the bag was from the ads as I was worried about the weight. Rest assured, my 5 yr old daughter can carry the bag with everything the Full Pack came with. Once you get the hang of it, the hammock stand can be set up in 1-2 secs, time challenges with the kids. We were hoping to set this up outdoors when the weather played nice, but the family was too excited and decided to just set it up in the living room. Instructions were sewn on the bags. It had room for Me, My 5 and 10 yo daughters, and even our 20lb dog. Only gripe was the cup holder since I gotta have my coffee and my large mug barely fits inside, but any standard mug should fit. The phone holder however should be large enough to fit most phones! For the first few days of owning it, I commend the quality, sturdiness and comfort. I’m hoping for the netting to be in stock soon to complete the setup. With this hammock on hand, Here’s to more enjoyable Family Camping, Picnic and Beach Days!

Very surprised by the quality of this! Super easy to setup and take down. After the first time, it took me about a minute in total. We camp a lot so using this instead of relying on tree placement for a hammock has been a big plus. My kids are obsessed and love to lay in it too. Plenty of room for two people. Happy to have added this to our camping gear and also to setup in the backyard to relax. Highly recommend!

I’m a hammock camping fanatic living near a large forest in North America, but I moved into a neighborhood with no trees. It’s been a struggle for me to find a solution to meet my key hammocking requirements, which are 1) Portable, 2) Easy to assemble, 3) Sturdy and freestanding. I’ve picked up a few hard-earned lessons during this process of finding a solution. First off, most foldable hammock stands are way smaller than they look, practically only useful as a chair. Second, those stands where you have to connect metal tubes are much trickier to set up than you’d think.ANYMAKA’s hammock stand, though not perfect, checks off those boxes. First of all, they advertise a 3 seconds setup time, but once you add in the time it takes to hang the hammock and pull everything out of the bag, it’s not. But it’s still way more convenient than most of the other stands out there. The storage size is also well thought out—about 40″ long, and it just fits in my sedan. When it’s fully set up in lounge mode, it’s around 100+” wide, which works for me(I’m 6’1”) and I can get a flat lay if lying diagonally. So far, I’m happy with this hammock stand that I can take everywhere.I will keep testing it to see if it’s durable enough in the long run. If you’re thinking about buying a hammock stand, and you’re mostly car camping or just want a spot to chill in your backyard every now and then, and you got some extra cash to spend, this is probably your best option on the market.

have one of those big, bulky hammock stands in my backyard, but it pretty much stayed in my backyard because it was such a pain to move. It was sturdy, but if I ever wanted to take it anywhere, forget about it. So, I decided to try my hand at DIYing something more portable and lightweight. I built a few stands with pipes, tubes, and even wood, but none of them really worked out. Either they weren’t sturdy enough to support my weight (I’m 6’3” and 215 lbs), or they were technically stable but still a hassle to set up, often requiring another person’s help.I first noticed the anymaka hammock stand on Kickstarter and just recently decided to add it to my collection. The whole ‘sets up in 3 seconds and folds down compactly’ thing is brilliant. I have tried anymaka in my backyard yesterday, and so far, it’s pretty good – very quick to set up the stand and hang the hammock. I’m not a big fan of their canopy, not as easy as other components. The packed bag fits my car, so I’ll be taking it camping next week.I usually prefer to hang with my feet in the air instead of fully wrapping myself, so the width is okay for me. When I pull my feet in, it can feel a little bit uncomfortable, but it’s still much better compared to other wobbling stands I’ve tried.

Pros: Very quick and easy to set up and to take down and repack. I am almost 70 and not a big guy, but to me it is still not overly difficult to pick up and move around even with my hammock already on it. The customer service department was very prompt about answering my emailed questions before I decided to buy it.Cons: You need a closed end hammock with a diagonal lay to avoid your bottom from bumping into the frame while you are lying in it. I was able to get a spread bar hammock to work, but it took a great deal of extra finagling to do so every time I wanted to use it. That took away from the overall fast setup and convenience factor that this stand offers.Suggestion to Anywaka: The stand’s ridge line distance is 105 inches. It really needs to be an extra six inches to a foot wider on each side to accommodate more types of hammocks.

What a useless piece of garbage. After spending 30 min. getting it out of the bag without cutting the shoulder strap which cannot be separated, I erected a hammock stand for a child. My adult sized hammock was literally on the ground when attached to this heavy piece of junk. Great camping gear for very strong dwarfs but not for me

I was one of the original Kickstarter buyers and cannot say enough positive things about this hammock! It’s easy to transport, simple to set up, not to heavy to carry, will support a lot of weight, is super relaxing and very well made. I read some of the earlier reviews on this product about needing to sleep diagonal or possibly lengthening the stand so you wouldn’t hit the bottom of the stand. No, that’s not true. The people making those comments have not correctly set up their hammock stand. If you have the hammock frame fully extended (not in swing position, but rather set up for someone to lie down in it so fully extended) and have the hammock itself properly installed with the two side hooks moving down the frame making the hammock itself more taunt, you will not touch the bottom of the stand or need to lie in it diagonally. This hammock stand is functional, looks super cool at the beach or campground, has held up well for the 18 months that I have owned it. Oh, and the bag is terrific as well and makes it super easy to take your hammock on trips and it has additional room for accessories and even a hammock pillow. I also think since once you use this hammock stand that you will start using everywhere because it is so easy to setup and then so relaxing and then realize what a really great value the anymaka Hammock and anymaka Hammock Stand is for the money. Now after 18 months, I am buying the sunscreen and mosquito netting which hopefully will arrive before my upcoming camping trip to the Outer Banks.

Super disappointed… I planned for this purchase for a while and it did not function well enough to keep. Feet way up in the air even at looser settings. Tightest setting very hard to get on and my body rested on the bar. Returning… It was easy to set up and take down.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves it as does everyone who sees it. This is so easy to set up and take down and light enough to carry. Holds both of us if we want to sit in it together. It is very comfortable. You can also order a cup/phone/keys holder that clips on.
