A deeper, more effective massage than the competition.

First off, I was expecting the theragun pro to be really heavy. I thought my arm and hand would be sore after holding it for a while. However, while the construction is strong, it’s also very light. My wife can hold it in one hand easily.Secondly, after years of chronic pain from some kind of muscular imbalance that makes my trap and shoulder blade hurt, I’m getting some quick relief from the theragun. I already have another massager but it’s not strong like the Theragun.I felt a bit guilty investing this much in the theragun, but now that I have it, I feel the investment was worth it. It will save me from needing many deep tissue massage sessions in the future, so just from that it’s well worth it. The packaging and unboxing experience is very high quality as well. After a long time feeling curious about theragun, I can finally say “I get it now.”

I’m a middle aged guy who plays pickup soccer once a week because it’s so much more fun than proper exercising. After the game I am normally stiff for a couple of days – at least – with niggles and injuries that always left me wondering if I can make it the next week, or if I should take a rest week to get properly injury-free?I was super-excited to finally have my new Theragun PRO this week. Before and after the game I used it all over my legs, on my muscles and joints. I felt loose and warm way quicker than usual. That in itself was great. I played better than usual, and right after the game I used the Theragun again on all the usual places (hamstrings, IT band, calves, ankles). Today I can’t believe how loose and good I feel! I basically have no stiffness at all and it’s amazing. I’m thinking ‘what next?’ Wow. I’m excited by the possibility that I can back to my old normal, and maybe even treat some old nagging injuries that I had previously given up on repairing. This is a huge deal. I am already in love with my Theragun!

As an automotive Technician that’s on my feet all day, leaning into engine bays and climbing under or below vehicles, I needed something to help my shoulder and back muscles. With the inability to get to massage appointments because of the Covid lockdown, I started doing some research on these massage guns. I quickly learned that “Theragun” was one of the “name brands”. I made the decision to pull the trigger on the PRO because I truly wanted a replacement for a massage appointment. The PRO gave me that with it’s well designed shape that can reach the back and shoulders very well. Trying out the different attachments has made this Theragun an absolute joy to have. I can use it right after work or right after a shower following a long day. My muscles for more relaxed and my movements are just easier, much like shortly after a massage. I have just recently started trying it on the feet and calves and I will tell you, i’m 100% sold on the effectiveness of this Theragun. Unit seems real solid and I am confident it will last a very long time !

I loved the travel bag that came with the Theragun. Also, this is the best massage gun I have ever tried!I used to play cricket professionally (yes cricket), and after games and the next day my body would be super tight and sore. It would be uncomfortable for me to move freely, so I usually needed to get a massage or some kind of therapy. Using the Theragun the last few days, it has really helped my muscle loosen up from tightness, and also helped me relax tremendously. I used it on my legs, my upper and lower back, shoulders, and the soles of my feet. Boy does it feel good to use on the soles of my feet, it relaxes me but also seems to give me so much energy, I feel ready to go out on a run right after! I have been using this now everyday since I got it in the mail! The Theragun was easy to put together and use, and the removable battery makes it really easy to charge. I also appreciated getting the extra battery pack so I never run out of charge on the Theragun.I appreciated the attachments for the different areas of the body. The shape of the Theragun is also easy to use on my back, it really helps me loosen up my back muscles after I wake up in the morning, and in the evenings after a full day of working. I really appreciate this machine! Best purchase I have made when it comes to massage therapy!

I decided to buy a massager like the chiro office had- This thing is magical. When it is on you you can’t even see it hit your skin as it’s rate is so high and it spends more time contracting than on the skin and your eyes perceive it floating. I think the fact that it does not stay too long on a spot may be the reason it’s not causing any itchiness. Our previous instrument was a thumper and there is absolutely no comparison here- theragun is an improvement in every way (no itchiness, balanced in hand, easy to massage oneself, powerful in the right way… therapeutic).Used so far to:-Alleviate stress in the shoulders-Address post workout soreness-Help clear eustachian tubes-For funThey really thought of everything with the quality attachment set, the quality case, the extra battery (they have long life, too!) I was nervous buying through NiceShine, worried we might receive someone’s return. Well, box comes fully sealed and clearly brand new.Don’t hesitate- save money on something else and buy the best on this one,

So I wasn’t really into any percussive massage tools because I didn’t believe they worked.Originally I had a lower end used G3 version but I was converted to investing in these because of one simple thing – I had a horrible knot in my brachioradialis for over a month and a half from heavy lifting. The older gun got it out in literally two minutes. Two minutes after spending hours and hours of myself, my girlfriend and massage therapists trying to get it out, gone. CBD rubs, scraping, you name it. Nothing. This thing? Gone. My tight teres major and minor from doing extremely heavy lat pulls and rows, boom relaxed in seconds. Tight triceps and chest from heavy bench? Gone. The old one I had wasn’t cared for, so the battery died and it was loud. This one is quieter and much more powerful. I thought the pressure sensor was gimmicky at first but now I use it religiously to ensure I have consistent pressure in massaging out tight muscle groups like my quads, adductors/abductors etc. This machine will get out any knot you may have in practically no time. Don’t get me wrong, you will be sore, but the relief of just relaxing and letting it do it’s thing is something you have to experience yourself. Thus far I’ve had 4 other people purchase them based on me using it on them.I will also state, you can hurt yourself with this. I use the 2nd smallest tip and apply max bars to my larger muscle groups but I am a pretty bulky individual. If you’re going to do this on your tiny girlfriend’s back be GENTLE and DO NOT HIT BONES. It will hurt. I highly advise you study anatomy charts if you don’t know your muscle groups. Do not jam it into places and expect it to work. Also don’t be a weenie and not press in enough to let it get to work. The only negative I can think of is that there needs to be a metal heatsink on the motor. I can get this sucker hot because I really do jam it into tight muscles and it works hard.In summary: Quit being a weenie and buy one. No the knockoffs aren’t as good. The weird shape of this thing works really well and you can use the weight of the machine to get spots that are hard to reach. I thought $600 was too much but I asked myself this: If I’ll spend money on stupid things, what’s $600 to feel better?

I’m a 230lb, 6.2 weightlifter, I tried it, and never used more then 3 bars (roughly 30% of 60lb) on my quads or glutes, and these are the muscle groups that I can press real hard on. To get it anywhere near the stall by actually using it (not with your hand like they show in YouTube ad. videos) – it is nearly impossible and hurts like hell. WIth 16 mm amplitude, 60 lb motor – it is great for horses, not for human beings. Maybe they need to re-brand it for animal care in the future? The swinging arm is useless – to change the grip on the handle is all I needed to reach far up my back. That’s why I will still stick with Theragun, not other brands. For self-massage it is the best design on the market, and no other gun offer 16 mm amplitude that does not change with frequency. I will exchange mine for the elite or even Prime. The Pro is also a bit too loud for my taste, as I frequently use it before bed late at night, but it’s not a big issue for the gym.I tried the extra head (the soft one) that comes with the Pro version and not the other models – not very useful. The classic flat one used over the sweatshirt feels the same. The case was not practical for me either – way to bulky and unnecessary, takes half of my bag space. The gun itself is very sturdy and will not break in my bag.Overall, the Pro is not for my cup of tea. I think Prime or Elite will be my next step.

Most massagers are too weak for me, or work over too large an area (so feel weak). Most are hard to use on oneself. This unit is very strong and focused, and the unusual handle design makes it so I can comfortably apply it to most areas of my own body.Although it comes with several massage heads, the unit itself is so powerful that I find myself only using the two softest heads (so far). You might respond differently, but I like massaging to be quite intense and I find this thing super-powerful, so if you are looking for something gentle and soothing, I’d advise against this unit. If you are looking for something intense, you’ve found more than you expected here, so begin using it carefully.I caution anyone about using this on the neck, the base of skull, or the head in general. They say you can, and I do, but very carefully, and only with the softest massage head and reduced pressure. Necks can be fragile, and I feel sure this can shake your brain more than anyone’s should be, so I am very careful about how I apply it above the shoulders. For me, the pros vastly outweigh the cautions given above. I can use this anywhere on my feet, legs, butt, and even much of own back (!). It is easy to apply it to all areas on the front of the body, and with a little effort you can get to your sides. It’s easy to use on hands, arms, shoulders, and chest. I don’t know of any other product that lets me self-massage any significant portion my own back, and with this one I can reach much of it.After just two minutes of using this unit I actually feel my muscles are more relaxed, and I may afterward get spinal adjustments from ordinary movement (which is proof that muscles have relaxed).Best massager by far of many I have used over the years. I love it. Now I just have to work out a bit of trading with my wife for those hard to reach places.

So, I must confess, this isn’t the first theragun I’ve purchased. Last year I got my boyfriend the Theragun Elite. After him raving about it since I got him it (and him sharing it with his family and friends and THEM raving about it), I caved and bought myself one.All I can say is #noregrets. This is the pricier version than the one i got him for his birthday, but it is SO worth it.My background is in “power building” (a little bit of powerlifting, a little bit of bodybuilding, and wayyyy too little mobility and flexibility work) and as you can imagine, I have quite a few muscle imbalances to show for it. The most nagging pains being in my left hip and lower back. The theragun fixes those aches and pains right up- especially in my hips. It gets really deep into the fascia and really loosens those spots up.Long story short: grab yourself one of these babies. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for and you’ll feel great! What more can you ask for

This Theragun Pro is a beast! I love deep tissue massage, and I haven’t ventured past the lowest speed. There is enough power here to thourally work an entire musle group in 2 to 5 minutes. I can do an excellent job on my piriformis, bilateril, in 3 minutes flat! It really helps alleviate sciatica. IT band and hip flexors take maybe another 3 minutes of work, and the relief is lasting. Using the Theragun Pro G4 is so much easier than working with a firm foam pilates roller on the floor. The attachments are semi pliable. Some are softer than others. Though I have tried all the attachments, the standard ball seems to be my favorite. The thumb and wedge attachments give new meaning to “intense.” The ergonomic design of the device allows for a myriad of variation in holding the gun allowing me to reach most areas I want to work.My only complaint would be that battery life does not offer the combined 300 minutes of use, even at the lowest power level. I’d say maybe 250 minutes combined. Still, I can deal with re-charging a battery if it means I get the kind of deep tissue work this fabulous percussion massager offers.Buying the Theragun Pro G4 was money well spent! I highly recommended this product!

I have been looking at buying a Theragun for a while but was initially hesitant due to the price. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic I was going once a week to get a therapeutic message to help with my post-concussion symptoms caused by a car accident. Realizing how much therapeutic messages helped alleviate my post-concussion symptoms I knew I had to purchase a Theragun… and I’m soooo beyond happy I did purchase one. The Theragun PRO is simply amazing. The message gun comes with a carrying case allowing me to take my therapy anywhere and use it anytime which has been really game changing in my road to recovery. The 6 attachments allow me to use the message gun on different problem spots of my body aiding in my whole body feeling better… which is something therapeutic message could not do due to time constraints of an appointment. Overall if you have been hesitant to purchase the Theragun PRO use this as your sign you should!! Seriously!Side note: the packaging was something I really appreciated as well. The box had a note inside from the founder Jason briefly talking about what made him want to create a product like this. This was a nice touch and shows how much the company cares, believes in their product and wants to convey that to their customers.

My significant other is an ICU nurse. She deals with COVID patients, in what must be one of the most stressful jobs on the planet. And she also gets extremely sore from moving intubated patients around. At first I was skeptical about the Thergun PRO. $599 for a massage gun seemed unreasonable, especially since we already have a sub $100 generic brand massage gun that we *thought* worked fine. But we were wrong. The moment I started using this on her shoulders she reported immediate relief. I don’t know what the engineering looks like, but they must have figured out the right mechanism and amount of power for this to really be effective. It’s also quiet, the battery lasts way longer than I’d even hoped for, it can be changed which I’m sure will increase its life span, and the whole thing looks good.If you’re on the fence and can afford one of these, I’d recommend buying one.It works.

Overall, this thing is fantastic!!! It definitely helped my back pain and the settings are so intense I’ve never been able to penetrate some of those muscles before. I would say if you suffer from back pain and/or are an athlete, this is a must. The money I’ve saved on massages pretty much paid for this theragun already! The only real downside is that personally, the spots that need attention I have trouble reaching on my own. Meaning I would need someone else to use the theragun on my back, which can be a hassle sometimes. However, I still highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from any levels of muscle pain/soreness!

Look Theragun is known as the top of the line solution in this space, and they price their products based on that reputation. The gun when it works does what it’s supposed to do. However, my theragun was the Pro version which came with two individual batteries. Neither battery was capable of being charged to 100% of capacity. I tried many many times to charge them. It never worked. Battery charging should not be something that requires a lot of effort from the user. Then when I tried to find help articles on the Theragun site that might address this issue i could find none. No phone support that I could easily find. So although this maybe a great product when it is sold in its most effective and functional condition, when things break or need Thergun’s support this company leaves the customer wanting. And that is reason enough not to pay a premium. Lastly, a week after the delivery the price of the Pro dropped like 40%. That stuff really leaves a bad taste in your mouth with incredible buyers remorse, and some anger at being duped.

We’ve had this product for several months now and are thoroughly impressed with nearly every aspect of it. The variety of attachments have accommodated every injury or soreness we’ve used them for. The battery life in one word is phenomenal. My knee replacement gets very tight in the winter and being able to use the massager for 40-60 mins means that every time I stop and stand up all muscles supporting my knee/leg are relaxed and ready to go.We have had other much less expensive units that have never hit the mark on functionality, long battery life or product durability but this one is 5 stars across all of these. The only slight con about the unit is that if you have smaller hands it isn’t the easiest to retain a full grip over time.

I wish I had not needed to return the Theragun Pro back to NiceShine. It is very much what customers gush about–unique and ideal ergonomics, reasonably-quiet operation, potent massage power. For those that want to fast forward to the key takeaway of this review, here it is. Be extremely wary of which vender is chosen to sell you a Therabody product on NiceShine. This has nothing to do with any issues with the vender itself, but everything to do with the policy of Therabody to selectively honor its warranty depending on the NiceShine vender selling it you. You may end up like me purchasing a new Theragun Pro on NiceShine only to discover it comes with no manufacturer warranty whatsoever. It didn’t matter that it was sold on NiceShine, fulfilled by NiceShine and Prime-shipped, all warranty support was rejected by the manufacturer of the product when I inquired about a problem with the Theragun Pro.The short story is that over the course of a month after purchase the massager began to show only a partial charge on each battery despite a full charging session on the external charger. No clear way to know whether the issue was with the batteries, the charger or the device readout. After confirming the repeated issue over the course of a week of using and charging, I reached out to the manufacturer via their website form. It took a follow-up direct email 3 days later to get a reply, but after that the communication was polite and responsive. However, after another week, I received an email stating that Therabody would not honor the warranty on their product. The reason given was this: “Our sales team has replied that your warranty would not be valid since your NiceShine purchased by [a 3rd-party seller which I won’t name here using NiceShine fulfillment/prime] unfortunately they are not partnered with us and we will be unable to proceed with your request.”My reply back was that this choice by Therabody “amounts to a nasty trap for customers since there is no way to know whether Therabody approves a vendor on NiceShine (unless that vendor happens to be Therabody itself, presumedly).”I asked that my message be passed on to the sales team, and I received a reply with an apology and a promise to do so. And that was it, other than an automated Therabody survey email form which I completed. Thankfully NiceShine’s extended holiday return period was in effect so I was able to return the product to NiceShine for a full refund.I’ll take this as a learning experience which could have cost me dearly. I hope sharing this is useful to other customers considering significant purchases. From here out, I will steer clear of 3rd-party sellers for purchases of expensive, sensitive or precision items that may require warranty support. Other than that, I’m not sure what else to do. I invite thoughtful comments or suggestions from others on this matter.I do not know if or when I will purchase another Therabody massager, but I am delaying any thought of that until my disappointment wanes. The product itself is very impressive but I presently cannot bring myself to support a company employing what I think are disingenuous practices.

My buddy was raving about this massager and said he owns a small on and a large model. I looked at the price and was kinda shocked. How could it be that much better than the half dozen cheep massagers that I already have. I picked one up on a Black Friday sale thinking I would send it back if it wasn’t worth it. Now I am a believer and would easily pay full price to replace it. I had some lower back pain for two years and icy hot was my go to, along with plenty of ibuprofen. At first it was pretty painful on my tender back even on the lowest setting with the softest tip. After two days of use, I was noticing a huge improvement in my pain. Kept it up and now I can use the firmer tips and really dig into those muscles. Both my wife and I use it daily. Hands down better than any massager I have ever owned. I’d spend more on doctors and painkillers in 6 months than this costs. Well worth it. Feels pretty darn good on sore tired feet too.

In general the device worked really well and I had no problems with it, but after 4 month of use I saw a crack. It was used only at home in one location and never fell down, so the crack appeared due too some construction problems, which you expect not to have with the most expensive and famous massage gun on the market. Moreover, it does not look like the cap can be replaced, so when it will fall apart completely duct tape will be the only solution.Updated: I was contacted by customer support and the gun was replaced. 4 stars only because it took some time to replace and I want to be sure that everything will work fine with the new one. So will change to 5 stars latter if nothing bad happens.

Overall it works pretty good however the arm does not adjust on the device that I received it almost feels like whatever the button to adjust it attaches to is broken inside I have contacted Therabody to see if it is covered under their warranty. As for how well the device works for pain: I have Rheumatoid arthritis and for the last 2 weeks I have been unable to walk due to pain, inflammation and tightness in my leg after treating the tight areas with the theragun a few times throughout the day I can now straighten my leg to walk with significantly less pain.UPDATE: I contacted Therabody on their website and let them know that the machine arrived defective since the rotating arm would not move after a week of emails they approved sending a replacement machine.UPDATE 2: they sent a new machine that I also can’t get the arm to rotate on so either there’s a trick to it that I’m just not getting or that particular function needs to be fixed

Massage guns help me when I experience sore muscles. This is my 3rd one in little over a year. The first one was kinda heavy, bulky and traditionally designed. The motor started to bogs down after a year to the point that I can stall the motor. The second one, same design, was lighter, quieter, but quit working within a week. Both of those were under $100.00.Then after thinking for while I decided to bite the bullet and buy a Theragun Pro. After using it. I find that the PROS are. 1. Very strong motor. I am unable to stall the motor, the heads are on the softer side which lessens the blow of the message which make it bearable. 2.The adjustable head help with behind the body locations. 3. Has 2 external batteries so you can use it for extended amount of time. The CONS are. 1. Its noisy. You would defiantly wake up someone in the same room. It’s heavy. Using it behind the body is fatiguing. 2. The case does not have cut outs for the different heads . The heads do have a carrying bag, but what the point if everything not confined to one carrying unit. 3. It’s expensive. 4. I wish the 3 sides of the gun that you hold were all the same. The side that houses the battery is larger and squarish making uncomfortable to hold it.

This 600$ item (the series 5 theragun pro)comes with only one battery; not two. I bought a 2nd pro battery from a 3rd party vendor but it does NOT fit in the series 5 device. The battery may fit in a series 4 or lower. So i reached out to Theragun and was told by its service rep that series 5 batteries are not available for sale at this time. So if you are thinking of buying this very expensive device with the expectation that you can switch out an expended battery with a freshly charged one, think again.

I am impressed by the Theragun Pro! I used it on my shoulders and my muscle pain melted away! I have more mobility than I have had in a long time after using my Theragun! I’m thrilled! It’s easy to hold and easy to reach most places on my body. The preprogrammed routines are really cool too! It shows on the screen which areas of your body to use it on and for how long. I love using it after working out, it really relaxes my muscles. I’m also used it if I slept a bit wrong and it just makes my aches instantly disappear! I love using it in conjunction with my pilates and stretching routine. I can’t recommend the Theragun Pro enough!

Bought the Gen4 TheraGun Pro on the NiceShine 2022 pre-Black Friday sale.I’ve had a generic ~$90 percussive massager for 2-3 years and decided to get the 4x more expensive Theragun Pro when it went on sale. The 3 things that drew me to it were:1) the 60lb stall force vs the 30lb stall of my generic unit (the 16mm vs 10mm massage depth was also a consideration)2) the Theragun’s proprietary triangular shaped handle3) the 2 swappable batteries, that allowed for longer sessions (and allow for charging one battery, while the other is in use)After using this 4th Gen Theragun Pro several times already, here are my key points:- that triangular shaped handle (and the ability to change the angle of the arm) are THE biggest improvements, to me, ESPECIALLY for using the unit on myself. The triangular grip, and the adjustable angle of the ‘arm’, make it much easier to find a comfortable, secure grip to use this on myself (especially on my shoulders and back, but even on my arms, thighs, pecs, calf muscles etc.), compared to the ‘T’ shape of my generic unit (and every other unit on the market).- the 60lb stall force (and 16mm depth vs 10mm) allows me to get an even deeper massage, especially on my back. I use it while sitting in a chair/recliner and lean back into it, so the (padded) back of the recliner allows me to brace the unit to push harder and apply more pressure (and as expected, the generic unit with its 30lbs of force will stall out, where this Pro unit with its 60lbs of force keeps going).- ***IMPORTANT NOTE TO FOLKS WONDERING***The 4th Gen TheraGun Pro that I purchased on NiceShine during the sale that began the week before Black Friday 2022, did indeed ship with 2x 4th Gen marked batteries. I’ll update when I’ve had the chance to actually time how long each battery lasts on a full charge, but unlike some reviews/comments, mine didn’t come with 3rd Gen batteries, and thus far, one battery has lasted over 45 minutes of use, and the battery indicator is still at about 2/3rds.- the Bluetooth connectability and app that can be downloaded are interesting, and allow you to load 2 more settings on the unit (as it ships, the 4th Gen units have 4 available modes, but only 2 are pre-loaded/pre-programmed; a constant speed mode (that can manually be adjusted faster or slower), and a varying speed mode (that slowly varies back and forth from the slowest to fastest speed). You need to download the app to load/program the other 2 available mode settings, otherwise, selecting those does nothing (the modes show up on the display as ‘T’, ‘I’, ‘II’, and ‘III’. Modes ‘II’ and ‘III’ aren’t pre-programmed).Interesting to play with the app, and the various modes/sessions on the app not only have countdown timers for each bodypart/muscle group, but the app even shows you where to apply the Theragun, and gives you a recommended range of how much force/pressure to apply (and the unit itself has a sensor that indicates how hard you’re pressing/how much force you’re applying). Interesting and it may be of value to some.- some folks complain that the unit is loud. It’s not a consideration to me. My primary concern is how well a massager works as a massager. As far as how loud, I can still have a conversation while using the massager, without having to yell, or constantly say, “WHAT?!! I didn’t catch that”. I wouldn’t use it next to someone who’s asleep, but having used various massagers over the decades, I don’t really find this one exceptionally loud. There may be units that are quieter than this one, but as mentioned my priority for a massager, is how well it works as a massager. Is this 4th Gen Theragun Pro worth 3x to 4x the cost of cheaper options? That’s going to be an individual choice. For me, the triangular handle and adjustable ‘arm’ angle allowing me to find a secure, comfortable grip to effectively use it on myself, coupled with the higher stall force alone, make it worth it. YMMV.

I bought this percussion tool to help with soreness and yes it works great. I know it is very good quality but I don’t think that is it worth the 600 dollars compared to a 100 dollar off-brand model. It probably will last much longer but I think a 100-dollar model would do the job. The theragun does have a larger assortment of attachments to choose from.

Bought this for long days on the job. This model is top of the line but other models are comparable. It’s heavy for a reason but the shape is awkward to work with. Battery life is annoyingly short so a backup battery is a must. Keep in mind it gets hot after a few minutes of continuous use. Got it on sale. I suggest you do the same.

Stall force and percussion speed / amplitude are great. If I compare to my Hypervolt, the Theragun Pro is more powerful and offers better ergonomics. The noise level is significantly higher. If you ultimately care for force and noise is not a concern, I suggest you make yourself a massage gun with a jigsaw – it will have all the amplitude and stall force you can handle and then some… Of course, get yourself and others around you some earplugs. But the Theragun seems to offer the perfect balance. What is a dealbreaker is the falsely advertised battery life. Instead of 150 minutes, each battery lasts 45 minutes at best, mixed usage in terms of ppm and stall force. The attached picture shows that the battery serial number reads G2. Does this mean this is a second generation battery? I do not know as so far Therabody has not answered this question (clearly must be a hard one). But it certainly does not come even close to the advertised run time. One of the batteries rattles and does not fit well inside the charging cradle.I have purchased two 4th Gen Theragun Pros (blue and red) and just opened/tested one of them (blue). If the other one has the same battery issues and Therabody does not offer a solution, I will have to return both. Perhaps whether you get the right battery with your 4th Gen device is a random process.I hate to think Therabody is intentionally including inappropriate batteries on the chance customers will either not pay attention or when they do, it will be outside the 90 day battery warranty window…I have alerted NiceShine regarding the issue. Seems quite common if you read reviews. So, one star given the least common denominator. If Therabody comes through with the appropriate battery replacement, will test and revise accordingly.Update: Revising the rating to 4 stars since Therabody came through and send me two brand new replacement batteries. It took almost a month but they delivered. Still taking 1 star off due to the fact the batteries are still far from achieving the advertised run time, so if you are a professional who needs to rely on continuous run time, plan accordingly.

Chronic pain sufferer here – this thing really works out those strings of pearls that build up under your skin and are tender. I mean it just pounds them right out and it doesn’t even hurt. Husband and I take turns with it. It could become addictive. The batteries last a very long time. And this particular model comes with two batteries so you should always be prepared! Get one. You won’t regret it. This has a plunger depth of 16mm which is deeper than the cheaper ones that only have usually 10-12mm.

So far worst experience I’ve had with anything I’ve ordered on NiceShine. Batteries don’t charge. Contacted support. They said the device needed a firmware update and should be good. Nope. No reply from support after letting them know that the firmware is up to date. Was suspect to begin with that this was a firmware issue. Edit: eventually got a reply from support and new batteries were sent. Working well now.

Bought the Theragun Pro Gen 5 in November and it’s now January 2023. I have yet to use the item. Shipped defective, battery showed up with 0% charge which was a red flag. It’s took a minor miracle to get Therabody to send me a return label. But they questioned the crap out of me to make absolutely sure it really was a defective product. I sent pictures, videos, explained that the product could not charge to 100%, no matter which receptacle I plugged into (tried charging at work and at home in numerous outlets). It wouldn’t charge to full. Most times it would get to around 43% and not get any further. Then when I took it off the charger, it would discharge itself to 0% on its own. No problem right? They’ll replace it right? Well, I got the return label, shipped it back. And nothing. I called their customer support number, same number I had been dealing with them all this time. Number is not in service. WTF. The product seems good. But company is brutal in terms of product support. I’ll wait to hear back but to this point, extremely frustrated with this whole process.; 7/12/2023: so the company sent the product a couple months ago and I’ve been using it with adequate normal use. Only problem now is I cannot get it to do custom routines. Cannot connect to the app and specify routines which is what this product was advertised to do. Afraid now to engage with the company cause the product is working but wish I could’ve get the higher end features to work. May need to have it replaced again; will update again with what I decide.

Funny story. Wanted one of these for a while. It haven’t wanted to pay for it. Like you, read many reviews of cheaper ones with plenty of five stars. Just because someone rates a Kia 5 stars, doesn’t mean it’s as bad ass as the 5 star Ferrari. After a couple years the time had come I decided to purchase the latest and greatest for Christmas for the wifey. (No thought of myself at all) To my surprise on Christmas morning I was gifted the Kia version. The Kia gets me to the store fine, but I’m here to tell you about wifeys Ferrari! The hot rod of massage guns. Ergonomically friendly, horsepower, battery life seems fine thus far. Enjoy the adjustable arm. Did I mention horsepower? This baby’s packing some ponies. Hopefully I don’t have to deal with a human on the other end of the phone in regards to this thing. That was one of the biggest turnoffs for me. If paying such a price I expect some customer service. Supposedly they no bueno. Again, haven’t had to use them, hope I don’t… like my Lasik surgery; wish I had pulled the trigger sooner. Hell of a tool for recovery or just a nice massage.

I was really excited when I purchased my Theragun Pro. I’m an avid runner and a high level massager like this helps keep my body fresh as I train for a marathon. I’ve had the product for a little over a month. After about three weeks, the ejection mechanism for the battery began sticking, making it difficult to release the battery from the product. When I push the release button, the battery barely releases and I have to stick my fingernail in the slight opening to get the battery out. NiceShine provided a phone number to call under customer support. This was a fiasco!!! When I called the number, I was told to press “1” to receive a $100 gift card to Walmart. However, there was no way to access someone from Therabody. What a frustrating waste of time this was.Next I went to the website and used the chat feature. You ready for this? There were 38….Yes, 38 people ahead of me, so I had to wait for an hour before I received an online presence. When I explained what was going on, there were 4 or 5 minute lags in between responses until I was suddenly disconnected and reconnected with someone else. I have the names of the two people I worked with as well, but out of mercy, I’ll leave their names out of this review. The second person I worked with asked me to send a video of the issue, which I did immediately. The person acknowledged my issue and told me they would send me an email to fill out the warranty and I would get a new product. All is well that ends well, right? WRONG! When I checked my email later, the person did a complete about face and told me THEY decided the sticking issue I was having with the product is actually normal and that they wouldn’t do anything about it. In and of itself, that’s not necessarily the end of the world, but I had literally left off a chat with this same person with the very explicit understanding that I could utilize the warranty and get a new product that didn’t have this sticking defect. What happened between when the chat ended and the email was sent?? Bad customer service is what happened. There was no allusion to the promise of using my warranty, and not even an apology for leading me on. Honestly, I am disgusted.I paid $500 for this product, so I think it’s a reasonable expectation that it should work and function correctly, especially given that I have had the product for less than 2 months. The funny thing is, I’m not a difficult customer. I’m not rude, and I have great respect for people in the Customer Support Industry. To boot, if I like a product, I will definitely write a great review! But the combination of being difficult to reach, incredibly long wait times, and then reneging on an offer without so much as an apology, really soured me to Therabody’s Customer Support. It’s too bad, really. Truly great product. If you buy this product, just hope you don’t have to deal with customer support. You will be THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Everything is fine as advertised. Stall force is satisfactory and the ergo grip comes pretty handy for all spots massage. I used to have around two days’ significant muscle soreness after heavy leg workout. But since I started using this theragun, soreness and pain became milder and faded away quicker. The batteries do not meet the advertised 150 min range, not even close. I use 2000rpm on average and each battery lasts at most 40~50 min. It’s fine practically cuz you don’t want to use it over 15 min per day and there are two batteries for rotation. But it just sucks that it doesn’t match the price tag anymore. But overall if you care more about stall force, amplitude, reliability and brand, this one is a go-to option.

I bought this on a whim as a nice little splurge item. Maybe it would help when my back is bothering me, etc – couldn’t hurt. OMG. I am totally shocked and amazed at how much this thing helps me recover after various workouts! For instance, on leg days, I honestly worry I can’t make it upstairs & normal activities with my kids and home are SO hard – now that I use this afterwards, I am fully functional and pain-free (definitely can tell I worked hard, but I’m once again fully functional!). My hamstrings and quads no longer kill me after runs. Fantastic. So happy I bought it!

I came back to change and update my review. While the first person I spoke with earned a one star, the second person and theraguns’ response was 5 star. I had a couple of issues, while the battery is only under a 90 day warranty the machine is two years. The guns impact rod was rough and should not have been moving up and down. They replaced the entire unit which also solved the bad battery issue. I believe there is still a probably buying a battery if yours dies, but hopefully they can get that resolved. It’s so nice to have a smooth impact machine again. It helps me tremendously with arthritis pain.

I purchased this product one year ago….it stopped working while I was using it. I contacted the manufacturer about the warranty as they said I bought from a third party so they couldn’t do anything. I came back and asked the seller…and it took more than one week and no one has replied to me about the product. Now I have to throw it away. DO NOT BUY IT BECAUSE IT HAS NO WARRANTY. BUY FROM THE COMPANY OR AUTHORIZED RESELLER. Even product was good for one year, now I have to throw it away

Very disappointed to learn that for such a high price, Gen5 only comes with 1 battery. And that one battery that is included doesn’t provide a lasting charge. I wanted to purchase additional batteries, but they are of course sold out. My Gen4 batteries are not compatible with Gen 5. Otherwise the performance is good.

When compared to similar percussion guns the difference is incredible. Precise muscle targeting when using the right attachment, does the job in just a few minutes in some areas, and seconds in others. Love the sponge head attachment for fragile or bony areas. A must have for athletes and those of us with muscle pain and nerve pain issues. A bit in the heavy side, works best with assistance

I purchased a massage gun that was on sale a few years ago. It was under $100 and I figured it would be good enough. Well, it came with no instructions, no programming, and the heads were all so hard it was always uncomfortable to the point of pain. Then last year I got my husband the Theragun mini as he gets a sore neck when he flies. It was so much better even without interchangeable heads, that I decided at some point I’d get an actual Theragun. When the one with heat came out I figured that it was time. 1000% better than other models. The heads are the appropriate firmness and it offers heat, vibration, and with a separate head, cold. They have an app with programs to help you learn how and when to use it. Now it will be part of my regular routine.

I received this for Christmas. When I charged the first battery for 24 hours and put it in the gun, it read one bar. I then retried charging and still reads one bar, which gives 30-60 seconds of use at best. I then tried second battery. Having the same problem with it. The lights come on on the charger components suggesting it is charging but either the charger is not working, the batteries are not holding charge or the machine is crap. Whatever it is, I have to now do some effort despite spending $350 to get a working item for something that was supposed to be better than other brands. So much for that.**Update** When i tried to return, NiceShine sent me to the Therabody site. They were a disaster. After email and chat, I was told send a video, so I did immediately, during which they ended the chat! I had to re-initiate through email, where they asked me for my mailing address and phone number, and that I “qualified for warranty” and they would send a label (of note, I was speaking to a center NOT in US). After I sent my info, I never heard anything again. I then investigated a return through NiceShine, which is WHY I ordered through NiceShine – I have NO IDEA why NiceShine directed me to a sham/scam customer service site who now will give out my personal information when I pressed “Initiate return”. But when I pressed the defective/damaged option NiceShine gave in my orders, I immediately was given the opportunity to print out a return label. NiceShine did send me a follow up email asking if my contacting the Therabody Company was successful, and I gave that an absolute NO on every question. I would love to have a working device as when I get the 30 seconds of charge, it’s great, but I am so scared by this experience that I cannot trust that I would receive another defective product and have to take a break from this emotional trauma.

I wanted the best Massage Gun I could get and I found one in the Pro Plus. I love the design and the professional look. It comes with a carrying case and 7 attachments for whatever needs you have – plus a USB-C charging cable. It is powerful, yet not very noisy. It has settings to make adjustments to your liking. It looked a tad bulky but after a few uses I have gotten used to it to the point where l like to have it with me at most times. I am 69 years young and I work out everyday resulting in aches and needed revovery. This has been a God send and would recommend this for active seniors. My shoulder pain is lessened and recovery helped. It also comes with a cold attachment, which is sold separately, and it works to effectively alleviate muscle pain. I use the Pro Plus along with the app for multiple guided sessions that help get the most out of the device. My wife contributed to this as my “expensive” Christmas gift and now I have to “fight” her to get a turn. Yes, it is pricey but it is completely worth it.

I feel like the TheraGun brand and reputation speak for itself, but I wanted to include some information that I at least had a hard time finding (at least back when I made my purchase).First, the USB-C battery charges VERY FAST, but also can pop out and be replaced by spare batteries. I almost didn’t purchase this model because I though the battery was built-in.Next, while kind of gimmicky, the Bluetooth connectivity is actually kind of helpful. Most of it is common sense, but the ability to pick a guided massage routine for a specific malady or muscle group is pretty cool.Last, stall force. If you are debating a higher priced TheraGun versus a $30 knockoff, pick the TheraGun. You can dig in to tense muscles without the gun stalling out. The knockoffs just vibrate, but stall out if you apply any pressure.

Best purchase ever! Absolutely 💯 % amazing! Great for massage after workout, accidents or pulled muscle or just sleeping wrong and getting a kink. I’ve had back and knee surgery (fusion, fake disc and no meniscus in rightknee cysts in left) as well as hyper-lowrdosis. All contributing factors of PERMANENT hip deterioration (both), busted bursa in shoulders, moving knot in right side of back, chronic nerve pain, chronic pain and large patches of permanent numbness which somehow also causes permanent pain. THERAGUN gets and keeps me on my feet daily. So just imagine how amazing it is without chronic pain!

I ordered this massage gun through NiceShine & it came from Big Bob’s Electronics. The massage gun did not work. The battery wouldn’t charge even after leaving it on for 12 plus hours. I started the return within 2 days of receiving it & returned the item immediately but was not given my full refund. The seller charged me $120 for restocking fee. This was not disclosed on any of the ads or receipt. I only had the massage gun for 2 days. I’ve contacted NiceShine & it’s been a nightmare resolving this issue. Save yourself the headache & go get it locally or try another brand. They do not stand behind their products. According to other reviews on here, this seems to be a common occurrence where the gun does not hold charge. The seller is deceptive. They are knowingly selling these products & holding back your full refund just so they can get something out of it. The reason for this fee according to Big Bob’s is because it had finger prints on it. Wow I guess I was supposed to telepathically put it on the charger not physically touched it or “try” to use it.

So I purchased both the cold attachment and the Theragun Pro. I have different ratings for both of them.Cold Attachment ⭐️⭐️I bought the cold attachment because I wanted to do more cold therapy to help reduce inflammation on myself and my clients (I am a massage therapist). The attachment doesn’t get as cold as I would expect it to, so I don’t see how it could penetrate deep enough into the muscles for proper cold therapy. The cold attachment also does not work with the vibrating massage feature. I ended up returning the attachment because I thought for the price, it just didn’t perform well enough to be very effective. An ice pack it more effective than this device. It is cool that it can get cold, I just think it’s lacking in temperature and the other functions of the massage gun.Theragun Pro⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This is the most powerful massage gun I’ve ever used. It has so many great features. I love the heat attachment! It’s my most used attachment. One thing I really like is that it shows you how much pressure you’re using on the screen…this stands out to me because sometimes if I use tools on clients, I can’t tell how much pressure I’m using, so this feature it really helpful when gauging force. I can’t attest for the infrared red light therapy because I don’t have a control to test it out. But I like that it has the feature. Of course using the heat attachment or the red light therapy drains the battery quicker, but the battery life is still pretty good. And I like that it shows the percentage of battery left. Another feature that I like is that it has a timer on the screen so you know how long you’ve been using it. I personally think this was worth the $599+tax price tag. I use this for working on my massage clients, as well as my own personal recovery from weight lifting and cycling. I think this will last a long time with the proper maintenance, which they included a little bit of lubricating oil for the motor. I would t have thought of that maintenance, so I’m glad they included it. Very satisfied with the theragun pro, but the cold therapy attachment was lacking majorly for me.

This machine really packs a punch. In fact most of the heads are too much for me causing pain instead of relief from it. My son likes it though and swears it is great. I really have not been using it that much and for me, a cheaper knock off is just as good.

I bought this product about a year ago and was very happy with it as it is a very powerful massager. However, just passed the six month mark one of my paired batteries failed. It was keeping charge, but it would not power the device. I looked around for a replacement battery and there’s not one available for sale by the company. You could buy one on eBay used.I reached out to the company and requested information on how to buy a replacement. Total radio silence. How disappointing that for my $399 investment I can’t even buy a simple replacement battery. Now I am left wondering when my remaining battery will fail and my device completely bricked.I learned that when charging the batteries you aren’t supposed to leave them for greater than two hours. WHO DOES THAT?!?!?!! So you are supposed to set a timer and an alarm to remind you to remove the battery from its base? What a $!$&@ design! Now I’m left, fearful of forgetting that my remaining charger is left on his base and therefore don’t ever charge it.Save yourself the heartache and don’t buy from this company. Find one that actually cares about you.

Product under warranty when a plastic sleeve on the piston Broke And was floating And rattling On the machine. Follow their instructions video I’m under warranty return the product I did and they had it a month and all I hear is it’ll ship in 3 days but it never shipped no 1 can get me a tracking number and now they stop replying. I paid nearly $600 for this I would expect that they have a sinking for the warranty work and can get things handled At this point I believe I’m out the $600 and the whole machine. I use it for some therapy nearly everyday, but I use it for some therapy nearly everyday, been without it for a month Needed to be on a trip And I kept delaying expecting It was shipping in 3 days Several times.Probably consider buying a much less expensive 1 and expect throwing it away every 6 months to a year.Update:Customer service and support I Believe are a black hole. Followed their directions and all info requewts. Received their RMA. Set my unit in over a month ago They received it. Shipping and replacement in 2 days. Never set me tracking, Shipping and nor replacement never sent Anything. And now they stop responding to emails $600. Now I’m out the $600 and I don’t have the massager No end in sight. I become more more leery of anybody that offers A product or service And doesn’t have a track record and, And doesn’t have a track record and, and a phone number. I first experienced the Theragun Pro on a visit to my physical therapist and felt the relief it provides to tight and tense muscles. I had to have it! Now after every spin class, swim, cardio class and even yoga, I use it to relax my muscles. I did not realize that my muscles needed the Theragun until after I used it. Wow! It feels so good after a session with the Theragun Pro. It syncs with my iPhone and gives me directions on where to place it on my body for a particular recovery session and guides me through it. Nice! The battery lasts me for several days and since I have a second battery pack in the set, there is no concern about running out of charge. The only thing that I need to warn about is that it is rather on the heavy side, perhaps 2 lbs or so. Some people may find this heavy. Another thing is that the noise level is low but not so low that I could listen to a TV show while using it. Overall, I am VERY happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it.

Over all, the gun was everything I wanted it to be… until 11 Months later, neither of the two batteries holds a charge. I’d hoped it’s quality would last longer than, less than a year.

I haven’t had this long, but I’m already seeing great benefits, especially with muscles in my back after a long day working in the yard. But I’ve also found it very useful in easing pain from old injuries on my left foot. I cup my hand over the top of my foot to push against (otherwise it bounces) and then run the Theragun with the micro point along the bottom. I do the same with my hands, and in my right where I have pretty severe trigger finger, it has done wonders to ease pain and stiffness, as well as help to loosen the tendon (I run it all the way from the middle bones of my fingers to my shoulder). My ring finger is still catching somewhat, but my middle finger is almost back to normal after less than a week. And I’m not positive yet, but I think it might be helping with overall hand stiffness caused by my carpal tunnel. (Note that I place my hand palm-up on something like the mattress or a pillow to provide some support while using.) I also find it very relaxing as a quick all-over massage before climbing into bed.One thing that I’ve seen others mention that I agree with is that it would be really helpful to have a lower setting than what is currently the lowest. I can tell that over time I will be able to tolerate the strength in certain areas. But there are some spots I’m not sure I’ll be able to tolerate full contact even on the lowest setting – I’m able to use it now by barely allowing it to contact my skin, and it does still help immensely. However, I can certainly see there may be older people who could not use this at all simply because the lowest percussion setting is too much.In terms of quality, it seems very well-made, but time will tell. It is hefty in hand…I think that could also be an issue for some when positioning for use on the back, but I actually find that the weight helps me with control when I’m using it around bony areas (spine, knees, etc…). It seems to help it from bouncing around. The handle shape is excellent for reaching anywhere it is needed. Changing attachments is simple. I don’t find the app particularly helpful for my needs, but maybe that will change over time. (I use it for the Airboots, which I love, love, love!) I do wish the battery lasted longer (I charge every other day), but charging is simple, so it isn’t a huge issue.Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase! I haven’t sprung for the cold attachment yet. I’m going to wait on that as I think it would only be useful if I can tolerate the percussion more fully. It’s on my list for the future.

This review is in comparison to the Elite, which I have had for a couple years, and has been a good massager. The Pro Plus has a couple new features that are good, such as the vibration and heat attachments, and better connection of the attachments, but overall has missed the mark. The red LED is just a marketing feature. They claim a 120 minute battery life, but in reality the most I get is 60 minutes, which is much less than I got with the Elite. They even replaced my unit thinking the battery was not good, but I still get the same results. The Pro Plus also does not support any of the wireless charging options. It is MUCH easier to get pinched by the Pro Plus if you’re not careful about keeping the unit perpendicular to your skin. It also does not have the Supersoft foam attachment option that was available with the Elite, which is useful for boney/sensitive areas. On a minor level, they squared off the circular part on the sides that was more rounded off on the Elite, which makes it a bit more uncomfortable to hold that part of the unit when applying pressure.

I had to request another with warranty almost up for battery not charging. The 2nd one is loud & I think I may have same issue as before. I wouldn’t recommend it mostly for the price I paid for it.

Every one of these things is just cheap it seems. For $400 I expected this one to last…stick with the cheaper units. I have no idea why they feel like they can charge this much for a run of the mill unit.

I’ve had occasion to take a couple of Theragun Elite’s apart because their internal rechargable batteries had crapped out. What a challange as these devices were clearly not meant to be serviced, only replaced. This Theragun Pro intreguied me because the battery is removable. I also purchased an extended warranty on NiceShine for this product.

I bought this over a year ago after a massage therapist used a similar massage gun to help release tight muscles. I had high hopes that this would be a useful tool to use at home and indeed it was for about 10-12 times. I would only use the device about once a month and unfortunately, the last time I went to use it, I discovered that the button that controls the arm pivot was broken and it is now permanently locked in to the storage position, which is great for storing it, but not so great for actually using it. It is now very awkward to hold to effectively use it on the muscle groups that need massage. After contacting customer support about this problem, I learned that the warranty for defective parts is only valid for one year. So I am out of luck and out of pocket hundreds of dollars. If I had known ahead of time that this “medical” device would only work for 10-12 uses, I would have spent my money on more professional massages instead of this poorly constructed device. Internet research led me to multiple threads on this specific issue which is a common problem. The device was only used as intended and had never fallen or been dropped. The buttons are just cheap and faulty and once they break the device is pretty much useless. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it is HSA/FSA eligible. That doesn’t mean it is worth spending your tax free money on. Spend it on actual massages instead.

The battery dock no longer works, and they don’t sell the battery dock for the external batteries without having to buy a completely new set (at least not on NiceShine, on Therabody’s website, or anywhere else online). I regret buying this a few years ago, as I could have bought multiple of the less expensive massage guns for the price of this and whatever difference is not worth the greater expense and the fact that I now can’t use it at all.

I have used many tools and manual massage for 25 years, nothing has worked as well as the Theragun Pro Plus! Hyprice, Ashley Bkack tools, skin scrapers and gua sha tools and bi-monthly professional massages pale in comparison to regular use of the Pro Plus. I sincerely hope that all try it as all humans benefit from massage and this gun will alleviate anything and bring balance and peace of mind as well. It is remarkable!!

The Theragun is an absolute game changer! The deep tissue massage it provides helps relieve soreness, tension, and muscle fatigue like nothing else. The powerful motor and different speed settings make it easy to customize, and the ergonomic design makes it comfortable to use. Whether after workouts, muscle contractions or long days, this device is a lifesaver. Worth every penny!

The tool is great and the app is mostly great.-1 star because I have to do a Bluetooth connection dance every single time I start a massage session. Not sure if it’s just an android thing (I’m on pixel 9) but it seems to be a common issue across forums. Occasionally the tool will also disconnect mid session. I don’t have Bluetooth issues with any other device / app.

I can’t recommend this product. First, the device itself had a defect, because it was under warranty, they replaced it. However, 5 months later, the battery charger for the device failed. When I inquired about this, they told me that it was out of warranty and recommended either that I seek a third-party charger (good luck with that) or buy a refurbished Theragun. Given my previous Theragun elite stopped working just after its 1-yr warranty expired, I cannot in good faith buy any more Theragun products. There seems to be a quality control issue. I would add: Only after I informed them that I was not planning to buy any other Theragun products, they offered to replace the defective product a second time.

Wanted it to work so bad. So many great features but it didn’t function properly. After about 5-10 minutes of use the device said UNDER COOLING 1008 and no longer would work. On the 1st day of use the device can well, I fully charged it and was exploring things so I ran it straight for maybe 15 minutes. It’s supposed to run for 75 min on a full charge. The device then said “under cooling 1008.” It shut off. About 10 min later I tried running it again, battery had plenty of charge and it went back to that message again and shut off. I figured maybe it’s just overheating. Day 2 I ran it in the morning for about 10 min and the message came on again. But this time it never went away and I couldn’t run it again.

HORRIBLE NON RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE-BUYER BEWARE. The product overheated with regular use within two weeks after receiving it and shut itself off. I thought the overheating issue may have been a fluke and after it cooled down the next day worked but has continued to intermittently overheat and shut down. It was less than 90 days and despite sending emails with details and requested screenshots of serial numbers, purchase receipts, etc., to Therabody’s customer service department (which can only be submitted by email) NOTHING has been down. Instead Therabody responds by email (which comes from a first name only, suspicious ‘bot’ like response) and asks the same questions with slight variations over and over and does not acknowledge information already submitted. To date I have been unable to get any substantive customer service on a product that was nearly $600.

First and foremost, is it worth the money? The answer is subjective. But I have to say YES!! I have a less expensive massage gun and I will tell you this model is more percussive and goes deeper than the less expensive model. Coupled with the tri-handle, which really works well to position the gun where needed and the connected app which guides you through different routines, really makes this a worthwhile purchase. I’ve read other reviews that complained about poor battery life. I have not experienced that. Battery performance has been adequate. If you have the aches and pains, I highly recommend this product!

Great product design, is very effective, but battery life is less than expected. Horrible product support, you can not buy a replacement battery from Theragun. Good luck finding a replacement battery from a third party vendor, all out of stock. I’ve got a $500 paperweight, what a complete ripoff.

This is my 2nd Theragun purchase. I was happy with the old modeI and opted to splurge on this “upgraded” model since my last one burnt out after 2 years of almost daily use (the warranty is very limited). In my opinion, this model is definitely not worth the $600 price tag. It’s much heavier in weight which leads to hand/wrist fatigue which kind of defeats the purpose. It also became quite noisy after a few months of use and has, once again burnt out after 2 years. The charger stopped working after one year and the metal logo on the side fell off as well. Very disappointed
