Great product, just be careful what pots you buy. Make sure they’re stainless steel. If you *cannot* attach a magnet to the bottom of your pot or pan, it will not work.The locking feature is kind of annoying, and especially since it says “Lo”. That’s kind of a dumb indicator on a stove top where heat is its main job. Making it say “Lo” intuitively suggests low heat. “LK” would be a better abbreviation on the readout.Overall I would buy it again. I was worried it wouldn’t have enough power, but it’s great! Very happy with it.

Received in a couple days after ordering and installed it few days later. I installed this cooktop in my 28 year old Jennair cooktop for which I could no longer find any plug in modules. Had to make a few modifications but it looks and works great. I already had experience with convection cooking by purchasing a small one burner portable unit. Convection is the way to go. My only complaint was the lack of tech after several attempts to contact them.

The shipping incredibly fast; however, the instruction is not so clear. The unit came with only two wires labelled one as leg 1 other one as neutral. Very confusing since both wires need to be hot legs in order to conncect to US 240v.

So far so good. It boils water pretty quick.It would be great if the cord came with a molded 220v plug on the end. You could always cut it off.I like to disconnect electronic devices that don’t have a real physical switch when I go on vacation. I did wire it to a switch though.

I bought this for a studio that I am renting and my tenant never got to use it I turned it on 3 times to make sure it worked and my tenant informed me she couldn’t turn it on when I went to check it out with my electrican friend he said it doesn’t work. I wish I could return this but the “return window” is closed. You’re better off buying something at a home improvement store and save yourself the headache I’m going through.

It seems to do most things well. It is nice having two burners that will work on high at the same time. The back burner is picky about which cookware will continue cooking without shutting off. The front burner works fine with a variety of sizes though.

The UNIX work great for a little while then stop working all of a sudden. The only way to get them going again is to reset the breaker. This is the second cooktop that displayed such behavior. If I could give them zero stars I would. And appliance is supposed to work like an appliance 🙂

I bought this cooktop because it claims to be ETL certified for use in Canada. Once the cooktop arrived there was no certification whatsoever. I called the company Garland Chef and was initially told they would email the certificate. When nothing arrived, I was then told that only the individual components were certified, not the entire unit…as if anyone in their right mind would buy only individual components. After weeks of calling daily and trying to speak to someone in charge I finally did manage to talk to a supervisor who also provided no support. Any emails or voicemails I left were unreturned. Garland Chef is not to be trusted and provides absolutely no support to clients. I returned the product to NiceShine 3 months after I purchased it and lost almost half my money in the process due to re-stocking and courier charges.

The induction cooker looks very nice. I bought number of cookwares, which mentioned working with induction cooktops. Only one was working with this cooktop. Also I asked my friend to borrow the cookwares which work on her induction cooktops. It wasn’t working on this cooktop. I don’t know how other buyers feel it. But I’m suffering. I already hired contractor cut the countertop. I need to change it because I can’t use only one cooking pan for all times.

It was great while it was functional. Last evening (12/16/19} while using two burners, it quit. “No power” The brkr had tripped. I reset it & touched the on/off control to restart. There was a loud pop & the brkr tripped again. There was nothing wrong with the wiring connections. I’ve owned the unit less than 100 days & it gets very little use. I talked with an NiceShine rep. She tried to connect me with Gasland Chef & after 5 min. advised me to call them (warranty 1 yr.) don’t know what that means. After 3hrs of trying to talk with a rep I succeeded. He told me to take pictures of the wiring in my power panel & stove connections & send him the photos. I don’t know how to send pictures on the internet & don’t intend to learn. I told him I was a retired Navy chief petty officer & merchant mariner first engineer with 40 yrs experience in electrical problems & there was nothing wrong with the elec connections. I was telling him I’d send the stove top to him & he hung up on me. I need a stove now not in the future. I won’t be using Gasland Chef products anymore.

We were looking for to burner electric cook top. Lots of plug in 120V options out there, but are relatively low wattage. Found this one in same price range, lots of power, installs easy, works perfect. As long as you can run a 240V circuit to where you want the cook top, this is a great option. I had a question regarding the grounding of the unit, as the manual gave conflicting instructions. Called customer support, they answered the phone right away and were able to clear any confusion. I am highly recommending this cooktop.

I was excited to receive it but never installed it. Wiring instructions were confusing. Most of the well known consumer brands provide wire gauge, breaker requirements, and detailed wiring instructions, this product does not. Their website was not much help either. It’s unfortunate that I was unable to install this product because it was a good price. I received an email from them asking why I returned it. I replied to the email and explained my reasons, I did not receive any further response which leads me to assume they have poor customer service. Unlikely I will purchase from them again or recommend them.

The minus control does not function with two of the burners, and only partially with the other two burners. No one answers their customer service number, and in order to speak to someone, I had to hit the “want to purchase” phone extension. I have sent them the requested video, but now no answer on any of their extensions. Pretty expensive for an appliance that does not work.

This was very easy to install. The four burners are spaced well, able to fit 10″ skillet and large stock pot next to each other without crowding. Boils water fast! The controls are simple to use and adjust. The locking feature is convenient and I like that there is a timer feature to allow for shut off when needed if unattended. We installed this into our Class A motor home replacing the existing 2 burner electric stove top. This unis doe not put off much heat while cooking, compared to the electric stove top that would radiate heat. Would highly recommend.

The induction cooktop works really well. However, the cooling fan on underside of unit is pretty loud. I’ll recommend to the manufacturer a more quiet fan in any subsequent redesigns/ improvements. Other than that I’m very happy with the unit 🙂

This product began to make a horrible high pitched whistle on one of the burners after 3 months. When we pursued channels through NiceShine to get it fixed/replaced it took weeks to get final responses after we provided written explanations, attempted fix-it options and sent a video. By the time we finally heard back their response was that too much time had transpired and we were expired on our request. We responded to each/any inquiries within 24 hrs. Perhaps my complaint is more with NiceShine Prime rather than the Gasland stove company

Unfortunately Gasland and NiceShine failed on this product. I made sure I followed the directions and used a licensed electrician for installation. One of the two burners stopped working and the display flashed a red ‘E”.The worst part is that Gasland would not respond to repeated text, email, or phone calls. There is no Customer Service. No customer service. Warranty is worthless. It states that this product is fulfilled by NiceShine. It looks like that only refers to shipping. NiceShine also recommends this product, which is a huge mistake.I do not recommend this product because it doesn’t work as advertised and there is no customer support.I feel like I just threw $200 bucks out the window and nobody cares.

La estufa la compre debido a que tengo buena produccion de energia solar…. tengo instalados 7.5 KWp en 26 paneles y en casa nada mas estamos mi esposa y yo…. seleccione esta estufa basado en precio, calidad y comentarios de otros usuarios.. La estufa de induccion me dio lo que esperaba…. Es de buena calidad, tiene buen diseño y es facil de operar…. tuve que instalar cableado y su interruptor unicamente para la estufa de 220v… La instale en la misma isla donde estaba la parrilla de gas ….. tuve que ranurar la placa de corian asi como una ranura para la ventilacion….. tuve que comprar sartenes y comal especiales para el sistema de induccion ….. Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra…. se los recomiendo

DO NOT BUY THIS. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN AND TROUBLE IT HAS CAUSED ME. I bought it in September 2020, but it did not get installed until early February 2021. The stove was great when it worked for about 3 months, but when it suddenly quit, and I called for assistance, the Gasland Chef service and follow up was TERRIBLE, and NON-EXISTENT. I had a difficult time reaching anyone to troubleshoot. When I finally did, I was advised to send in a video clip of its malfunction, (flashing red lights, and no heat), and the receipt. I did this but NO RESPONSE for 2 weeks. I asked my licensed electrician, who had done the completely new wiring to begin with, and to re-check everything. He did, and concurred, the stove failed, while ALL wiring and the breaker remained intact. He contacted the company, was told the same thing, and that the “website was down” and to try it again. He tried, the website worked fine. It is now another two or three weeks later. We re-sent the video and the receipt a third time. I DOUBT THEY WILL RESPOND THIS TIME. IT IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT FROM ANY COMPANY. I will complain some more in two weeks.

I have had (2) of Gasland’s cooktops (induction) fail well within the (1) year warrantee. Gasland customer service is a complete waste of time. Anyone interested in induction cooktops, would be better off looking otherwise. Please pay more attention to reviews than I did. Hope this saves some frustration and time for others. We have actually bought 2 of these! The first one when we started remodeling our kitchen. It heats water to a boil in 2 minutes or less. Easy to clean and easy to use. I just wish my husband didn’t stand on it when we were installing lights over the island, as soon as we heard it crack we purchased a second one. Didn’t even look at other brands.

Oh my, I’m cured. Never would want to get back to gas or electric. Induction is so much stronger and hotter then anything I had before, even the huge 21.000 tri-ring BTU burner – and it’s “just” 3kW for the main burner; do the math. (hint: conductive heat transfer equation)Yep, induction beats every other way cooking. A pot of hot water boils within a minute or two, incredible. Cleaning is so much easier, don’t forget.To this particular product is all about the user interface. Not as easy to use, but not too bad. You need to click first the power on button, then the side, then the power level. For my taste a bit too much clicking especially when you need to adjust a pot quickly.Otherwise the power boost really is something of POWER. I like (and also dislike) the way it limits the power boost for two simultaneous sides, even though it has two zones. But well, who can manage two power boots pans at once…. Also it is very light weight and super easy to install. Check your electric. It has not too crazy requirements in breaker size, but still, it’s significant.I can only give that 5 out of 5 stars with only little room of improvement.

Very pretty, love it when it worked well. Had less than one year product warranty and wouldn’t you know one burner won’t turn on. Burners heat quickly and cool as quick. Fifteen months after purchase, turning on power resulted in a loud arc and breaker had to be reset. Repeated several times with same disappointment. Cleaning was great but when you wipe over the touch controls, everything needs to be reset again. I am so disappointed as this is a great looking unit and when it worked, I loved it. Now I’m cooking with electric fry pan, microwave and oven while I wait for answers.

I had been buying everything for my house at NiceShine for years and never had a problem until now, I bought this cooktop last April because a friend of mine loves her induction cooktop so I decided to get one for myself, this brand cooktop got a large cracked after few months of light use. I follow NiceShine’s instructions and contacted the manufacturer, they requested pictures and description of how it happened. After few exchanged emails and phone calls they direct me to NiceShine for a replacement. NiceShine customer service wouldn’t replace this item even though I told them it’s a manufacturer issue. NiceShine only wants to refund the cost and deduct the shipping as it needed to be send back. I was not expecting this from NiceShine so I went back and contacted the manufacturer once again, I was told we will get back to you, we’ll today I received an email implying that NiceShine should refund me even though I explained to both parties that I don’t need a refund I need a replacement. I’m sharing my experience hoping that no one else has to go through this experience, be aware of 2 thingsNiceShine won’t replaced it if it gets damage and the manufacturer won’t help you at all even though it’s a manufacturer malfunction

I bought my induction cooker with this company in 2019, about a year ago the burners began to fail, currently only one out of five works, I have tried to contact me through NiceShine, through the Web and I do not receive an answer I do not even know what number to call because no number appears in customer service and I do not know how I am going to solve this problem they are a terrible company I do not recommend it

The cooktop looks elegant. It is really good for liquid based dishes. For solid or semi-solid dishes, setting the right power level can be challenging due to pulsed ON/OFF power control. Also, for some cooking a larger diameter ring would be nice. Overall, after 2 weeks of cooking on this induction cooktop, I like it and would buy it again.

If you want an electric cooktop that pretends it is not there until needed, then this one is for you. Talk about minimalistic! Easy to install, although the instructions don’t help much with the wiring diagram.

Our kitchen projecttook a while, so after a few months of using it, I can comment on it.The size of the ranges are not adequate, very difficult to use both of them at the same time.The way how they work is a bit strange, it seems it doesn’t have the analog temperature/power regulation, even on number 2, or 3, food can burn; it looks that it uses the max power to get to the preset temperature at #1, #2, etc.I think it should have a better temperature/power regulation…As well, what I found out is that some pots I use which in theory have no magnetic metal bottom can be used when I put them in the middle of the range…As well, they create a strog and anoyng noise when heating… As well the fan is strong and under the ranges the things in a drawer can get very hot…I expected better heat regulation,and more vomvinebt use if two ranges at the same time.

The product is great and looks cool. I have a granite counter top that had a very old stove top and its drop in size was super small. This product worked awesome. Also my old top required a 20Amp and this one requests a 30Amp but I have yet to trip the breaker!

I just want people to be well informed. I. Was so very pleased with this product for the first 2 years of ownership. And I even referred it to others. Then the left front element stopped working. I contacted their service center and after discussions with them. They concluded that it wasn’t an electrical problem. And they no longer have those parts available for repairs. Their solution was for me to purchase another one and they would give me a discount on that purchase, I declined. Because if the longevity of their product is only a few years doesn’t seem like a good investment to me. You may want to weigh the same information. Thank you for your time.

Great product, just be careful what pots you buy. Make sure they’re stainless steel. If you *cannot* attach a magnet to the bottom of your pot or pan, it will not work.The locking feature is kind of annoying, and especially since it says “Lo”. That’s kind of a dumb indicator on a stove top where heat is its main job. Making it say “Lo” intuitively suggests low heat. “LK” would be a better abbreviation on the readout.Overall I would buy it again. I was worried it wouldn’t have enough power, but it’s great! Very happy with it.

Received in a couple days after ordering and installed it few days later. I installed this cooktop in my 28 year old Jennair cooktop for which I could no longer find any plug in modules. Had to make a few modifications but it looks and works great. I already had experience with convection cooking by purchasing a small one burner portable unit. Convection is the way to go. My only complaint was the lack of tech after several attempts to contact them.

The shipping incredibly fast; however, the instruction is not so clear. The unit came with only two wires labelled one as leg 1 other one as neutral. Very confusing since both wires need to be hot legs in order to conncect to US 240v.

I was surprised how slim of a design this is, it takes up minimal space under the counter and provides extra counter space on top due to the minimal width design. This thing works terrific, I’d recommend it.

So far so good. It boils water pretty quick.It would be great if the cord came with a molded 220v plug on the end. You could always cut it off.I like to disconnect electronic devices that don’t have a real physical switch when I go on vacation. I did wire it to a switch though.

I bought this for a studio that I am renting and my tenant never got to use it I turned it on 3 times to make sure it worked and my tenant informed me she couldn’t turn it on when I went to check it out with my electrican friend he said it doesn’t work. I wish I could return this but the “return window” is closed. You’re better off buying something at a home improvement store and save yourself the headache I’m going through.

It seems to do most things well. It is nice having two burners that will work on high at the same time. The back burner is picky about which cookware will continue cooking without shutting off. The front burner works fine with a variety of sizes though.

The UNIX work great for a little while then stop working all of a sudden. The only way to get them going again is to reset the breaker. This is the second cooktop that displayed such behavior. If I could give them zero stars I would. And appliance is supposed to work like an appliance 🙂

I bought this cooktop because it claims to be ETL certified for use in Canada. Once the cooktop arrived there was no certification whatsoever. I called the company Garland Chef and was initially told they would email the certificate. When nothing arrived, I was then told that only the individual components were certified, not the entire unit…as if anyone in their right mind would buy only individual components. After weeks of calling daily and trying to speak to someone in charge I finally did manage to talk to a supervisor who also provided no support. Any emails or voicemails I left were unreturned. Garland Chef is not to be trusted and provides absolutely no support to clients. I returned the product to NiceShine 3 months after I purchased it and lost almost half my money in the process due to re-stocking and courier charges.

Also I asked my friend to borrow the cookwares which work on her induction cooktops. It wasn’t working on this cooktop. I don’t know how other buyers feel it. But I’m suffering. I already hired contractor cut the countertop. I need to change it because I can’t use only one cooking pan for all times.

It was great while it was functional. Last evening (12/16/19} while using two burners, it quit. “No power” The brkr had tripped. I reset it & touched the on/off control to restart. There was a loud pop & the brkr tripped again. There was nothing wrong with the wiring connections. I’ve owned the unit less than 100 days & it gets very little use. I talked with an NiceShine rep. She tried to connect me with Gasland Chef & after 5 min. advised me to call them (warranty 1 yr.) don’t know what that means. After 3hrs of trying to talk with a rep I succeeded. He told me to take pictures of the wiring in my power panel & stove connections & send him the photos. I don’t know how to send pictures on the internet & don’t intend to learn. I told him I was a retired Navy chief petty officer & merchant mariner first engineer with 40 yrs experience in electrical problems & there was nothing wrong with the elec connections. I was telling him I’d send the stove top to him & he hung up on me. I need a stove now not in the future. I won’t be using Gasland Chef products anymore.

We were looking for to burner electric cook top. Lots of plug in 120V options out there, but are relatively low wattage. Found this one in same price range, lots of power, installs easy, works perfect. As long as you can run a 240V circuit to where you want the cook top, this is a great option. I had a question regarding the grounding of the unit, as the manual gave conflicting instructions. Called customer support, they answered the phone right away and were able to clear any confusion. I am highly recommending this cooktop.

I was excited to receive it but never installed it. Wiring instructions were confusing. Most of the well known consumer brands provide wire gauge, breaker requirements, and detailed wiring instructions, this product does not. Their website was not much help either. It’s unfortunate that I was unable to install this product because it was a good price. I received an email from them asking why I returned it. I replied to the email and explained my reasons, I did not receive any further response which leads me to assume they have poor customer service. Unlikely I will purchase from them again or recommend them.

No one answers their customer service number, and in order to speak to someone, I had to hit the “want to purchase” phone extension. This was very easy to install. The four burners are spaced well, able to fit 10″ skillet and large stock pot next to each other without crowding. Boils water fast! The controls are simple to use and adjust. The locking feature is convenient and I like that there is a timer feature to allow for shut off when needed if unattended. We installed this into our Class A motor home replacing the existing 2 burner electric stove top. This unis doe not put off much heat while cooking, compared to the electric stove top that would radiate heat. Would highly recommend.

The induction cooktop works really well. However, the cooling fan on underside of unit is pretty loud. I’ll recommend to the manufacturer a more quiet fan in any subsequent redesigns/ improvements. Other than that I’m very happy with the unit 🙂

This product began to make a horrible high pitched whistle on one of the burners after 3 months. When we pursued channels through NiceShine to get it fixed/replaced it took weeks to get final responses after we provided written explanations, attempted fix-it options and sent a video. By the time we finally heard back their response was that too much time had transpired and we were expired on our request. We responded to each/any inquiries within 24 hrs. Perhaps my complaint is more with NiceShine Prime rather than the Gasland stove company

Unfortunately Gasland and NiceShine failed on this product. I made sure I followed the directions and used a licensed electrician for installation. One of the two burners stopped working and the display flashed a red ‘E”.The worst part is that Gasland would not respond to repeated text, email, or phone calls. There is no Customer Service. No customer service. Warranty is worthless. It states that this product is fulfilled by NiceShine. It looks like that only refers to shipping. NiceShine also recommends this product, which is a huge mistake.I do not recommend this product because it doesn’t work as advertised and there is no customer support.I feel like I just threw $200 bucks out the window and nobody cares.

La estufa la compre debido a que tengo buena produccion de energia solar…. tengo instalados 7.5 KWp en 26 paneles y en casa nada mas estamos mi esposa y yo…. seleccione esta estufa basado en precio, calidad y comentarios de otros usuarios.. La estufa de induccion me dio lo que esperaba…. Es de buena calidad, tiene buen diseño y es facil de operar…. tuve que instalar cableado y su interruptor unicamente para la estufa de 220v… La instale en la misma isla donde estaba la parrilla de gas ….. tuve que ranurar la placa de corian asi como una ranura para la ventilacion….. tuve que comprar sartenes y comal especiales para el sistema de induccion ….. Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra…. se los recomiendo

DO NOT BUY THIS. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN AND TROUBLE IT HAS CAUSED ME. I bought it in September 2020, but it did not get installed until early February 2021. The stove was great when it worked for about 3 months, but when it suddenly quit, and I called for assistance, the Gasland Chef service and follow up was TERRIBLE, and NON-EXISTENT. I had a difficult time reaching anyone to troubleshoot. When I finally did, I was advised to send in a video clip of its malfunction, (flashing red lights, and no heat), and the receipt. I did this but NO RESPONSE for 2 weeks. I asked my licensed electrician, who had done the completely new wiring to begin with, and to re-check everything. He did, and concurred, the stove failed, while ALL wiring and the breaker remained intact. He contacted the company, was told the same thing, and that the “website was down” and to try it again. He tried, the website worked fine. It is now another two or three weeks later. We re-sent the video and the receipt a third time. I DOUBT THEY WILL RESPOND THIS TIME. IT IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT FROM ANY COMPANY. I will complain some more in two weeks.

I have had (2) of Gasland’s cooktops (induction) fail well within the (1) year warrantee. Gasland customer service is a complete waste of time. Anyone interested in induction cooktops, would be better off looking otherwise. Please pay more attention to reviews than I did. Hope this saves some frustration and time for others. The cook top worked great for about a year, then it just stopped. When 𝙸 notified them they only offered a $20 coupon for a new unit. I would expect a cooktop to last longer than a year. I will nevef knowingly buy any product from them again

We have actually bought 2 of these! The first one when we started remodeling our kitchen. It heats water to a boil in 2 minutes or less. Easy to clean and easy to use. I just wish my husband didn’t stand on it when we were installing lights over the island, as soon as we heard it crack we purchased a second one. Didn’t even look at other brands.

We love our induction stove top! I was hesitant at first but I’m so glad we got it. It works perfectly and we have been able to use most of our old pots and pans (maybe 75%). I love how easy it is to clean. I hated my electric cook top because everything that burned on it was so hard to clean.

Oh my, I’m cured. Never would want to get back to gas or electric. Induction is so much stronger and hotter then anything I had before, even the huge 21.000 tri-ring BTU burner – and it’s “just” 3kW for the main burner; do the math. (hint: conductive heat transfer equation)Yep, induction beats every other way cooking. A pot of hot water boils within a minute or two, incredible. Cleaning is so much easier, don’t forget.To this particular product is all about the user interface. Not as easy to use, but not too bad. You need to click first the power on button, then the side, then the power level. For my taste a bit too much clicking especially when you need to adjust a pot quickly.Otherwise the power boost really is something of POWER. I like (and also dislike) the way it limits the power boost for two simultaneous sides, even though it has two zones. But well, who can manage two power boots pans at once…. Also it is very light weight and super easy to install. Check your electric. It has not too crazy requirements in breaker size, but still, it’s significant.I can only give that 5 out of 5 stars with only little room of improvement.

Very pretty, love it when it worked well. Had less than one year product warranty and wouldn’t you know one burner won’t turn on. Burners heat quickly and cool as quick. Fifteen months after purchase, turning on power resulted in a loud arc and breaker had to be reset. Repeated several times with same disappointment. Cleaning was great but when you wipe over the touch controls, everything needs to be reset again. I am so disappointed as this is a great looking unit and when it worked, I loved it. Now I’m cooking with electric fry pan, microwave and oven while I wait for answers.

I had been buying everything for my house at NiceShine for years and never had a problem until now, I bought this cooktop last April because a friend of mine loves her induction cooktop so I decided to get one for myself, this brand cooktop got a large cracked after few months of light use. I follow NiceShine’s instructions and contacted the manufacturer, they requested pictures and description of how it happened. After few exchanged emails and phone calls they direct me to NiceShine for a replacement. NiceShine customer service wouldn’t replace this item even though I told them it’s a manufacturer issue. NiceShine only wants to refund the cost and deduct the shipping as it needed to be send back. I was not expecting this from NiceShine so I went back and contacted the manufacturer once again, I was told we will get back to you, we’ll today I received an email implying that NiceShine should refund me even though I explained to both parties that I don’t need a refund I need a replacement. I’m sharing my experience hoping that no one else has to go through this experience, be aware of 2 thingsNiceShine won’t replaced it if it gets damage and the manufacturer won’t help you at all even though it’s a manufacturer malfunction
