The media could not be loaded. The flimsy handle assembly nut broke from the plastic that was preventing it from spinning as i was trying to loosen and tighten it. I sent a message to ryobi and never got a response. The rpm also should've been sped up a bit more. I'll search for va similar product in temu instead.

The media could not be loaded. The majority of reviews I read (3 Star to 1 Star) had 1 universal negative issue: “You need to continuously hold the power trigger down for it to operate.” Unless those individuals had a defective tool, this is completely incorrect. You need to hold the power trigger down for 3+ seconds then release it and it runs hands free. Now, in their defense, I will admit you need to hold it down with some additional force. It’s definitely not a hair-pin trigger device (I actually need to turn tool upside down—brush facing up when parallel with the ground—) and apply some “thumb power” to it. I’ve used it from cleaning my car to cleaning the outdoor paneling and house siding(s). There is another “heavier” brush you can buy (or get for free if you purchase the power scrubber…if that promotion is still available) that RYOBI suggest can be used for cleaning brick or contrete. That’s depends on your definition of “Cleaning” This tool is for light weight and “medium”—Medium weight jobs . If you’re looking to “clean” your driveway or any concrete of some heavy grease/grim, this is not the tool for the job. I did used the heavier brush for my garage floor (which had old paint stains and years of dirt trails) & it did a good job, but I also brought an excellent solution that helped also. Oh and it ran for approximately 2 and half hours with an occasional 5min break with a Ryobi 18V Lithium 1.5Ah battery. Lastly, other complaints I read were how difficult it is to actually handle. Personally, that comes with the territory. It is awkward at first but over time you’ll figure it out and find that sweet spot. And “No” I don’t work in maintenance nor do I use tools like this on a regular basis. I just try different ways @ different angles and eventually you’ll figure it out….Good Luck

  1. Not what I expected, unit lack power for hard scrubbing. It failed to deep clean a kitchen floor which was the primary reason for the purchase. I kept the scrubber, but not sure what it’s use will be.
