Purchased this mainly for the frother and the narrow size. Both as promised. Ninja brand makes very good coffee pots.
Got this to replace my Keurig and its superior in every way. Having had multiple keurigs for over a decade, After having this ninja I wont be going back.
I have tried out a few (more expensive) coffee machines and this one surpasses all machines seriously. I did heavy research read all the reviews and this one was a game changer. We were gifted a more expensive machine for our wedding and thankfully NiceShine let us return it and I got this one and I can’t give this enough praise! I have never made an Iced coffee at home and I’ve tried so many times and this is the first time I made a coffee shop worthy iced coffee. Ninja did their big one with this machine seriously!
LOVE this coffee maker. We’ve had it for quite some time, used it daily and it works flawlessly. I use it for black coffee. My wife does iced coffee, all functions work well and produce coffee that tastes as good as a k cup is going to taste 🙂. Excellent value.
This coffee maker makes really good coffee. It took me a few tries to figure out how much coffee to use to get the strength I like. Now that I have it figured out, my morning cup is always perfect. I switch back and forth between using the k-cups and using ground coffee. Both come out perfect every time. I really like that there is a little drawer in the bottom of the unit to store the parts you aren’t using. They even provided a tool to clean out the little knife that pokes the hole in the top of your k-cup if it becomes clogged. That fits either inside the filter or the k-cup holder and inside the storage drawer. I haven’t had any clogs, so I don’t know how well that tool works. There is also a small amount of sediment in the bottom of the cup when you use grounds and the permanent filter. The instructions say not to use a paper filter. Now for the reason I only gave 4 stars. This coffee maker is designed for only right handed users. The storage drawer pulls out from the right side of the coffee maker. The handles to insert the filter and k-cup holder are on the right side. The milk frother has to be moved to get the water reservoir off, unless you do it right handed. The whole system is extremely awkward to use for a lefty like me. If you have the space in your kitchen, it could be put crosswise so all of the handles are facing out. But then the space saving design is lost. I don’t have that space, but I am keeping it anyway because it makes such good coffee. Everything else was so well thought out. It’s too bad that the people who designed this coffee maker didn’t make it a little more ambidextrous.
