LOVE this coffee maker. We've had it for quite some time, used it daily and it works flawlessly. I use it for black coffee. My wife does iced coffee, all functions work well and produce coffee that tastes as good as a k cup is going to taste 🙂. Excellent value.

Makes great coffee -- classic, over ice, or "rich". Easy to use. No leaks, unlike a popular brand that starts with "K"! Easy to clean, too. You can use the filter basket for ground coffee or go the sleepyhead route with coffee pods. Color is gentle and pretty. We recommend!

Will never buy Keurig again. Hopefully this will last longer than my Keurigs did. It sure makes a better cup of coffee. It's quicker. It doesn't sound like a croaking animal. It's smaller so it doesn't take up so much counter space. I can still blend my own coffee and use my reusable cups or use the filter it comes with.

Love everything about this coffee maker. The reservoir fits a good amount of water. I just take the lid off and pour spring water in from gallon jugs. Easy to clean. All the components store easily. It’s makes coffee from the pods in about 30 seconds and it’s nice and hot. Ground coffee takes a little longer. Lots of choices for cup sizes and I even made ice tea in it once.

Replaced our Keurig with this Ninja. Love everything about it! It’s space saving yet holds plenty of water. Makes perfect steamed milk with an attachment that is easy to clean. Coffee quality is excellent with many options for brewing. And the versatility of using pods or grounds is a plus.

I love coffee and have been using keurig for years and wanted got try something different and saw the great reviews on here for this machine. First impression is it’s sleek thin look. I love the storage of everything from the pod holder pocket to folding in the frother. The only reason I am giving this a 4 is because my coffee tasted like plastic when I made my first brew. I made a couple 8oz ones after to see maybe it needed to be used a couple of times. But it still smelled and tasted like coffee. I decided to descale it as directed on the manual and decided to run the entire 56oz of regular water afterwards just to really cycle it through. And so far the coffee doesn’t taste like plastic. I’ve seen a couple of people that haven’t had this problem upon first brew so maybe mine has been just in the box with plastic around it and the new warm weather effected it I’m not sure.I love the fact that there is an ice coffee selection. It brews the coffee at more of a room temperature so make sure there is still a lot of ice in your cup. Other than that I have not had any grounds explode on me like the 1 star comments. Or have had anything break. So I am a happy customer (:

The media could not be loaded. This was purchased to replace a major brand that has failed three times in two years! It has all the bells and whistles we need and a small footprint so it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. I put it through the paces as soon as it arrived. It made a great deal of noise during the initial 24 ounce priming, I was concerned. I then made a 12 oz, rich, cup with a pod, followed by a 12 oz, rich cup with grounds (after which, I was buzzing). It takes a bit longer and makes a tad more noise when using grounds, because it pauses midway through - presumably to saturate the grounds. Also takes approximately 30 seconds for the "completed" beep with grounds, it's pretty much immediate with the pods. This machine makes a good cup of coffee. My daughter and I use pods, my hubby uses grounds. We were accustomed to using the "strong" button on the other brand. The "rich" is a touch richer than the strong. Everyone was happy with their cuppa on Sunday morning. The built-in frother is convenient and it works, but not as robust as my little frother. Also, I run my frother under running water to rinse it and I can't do that with the built-in. But it's nice not to have something else on the counter.Hopefully this machine lasts longer than the ****** did. I will update if it dies.Note - do not purchase the K**** K-Supreme Plus. They know there are consistent problems with this model, but continue to manufacture and sell them.Video is using grounds, 12 ounce, rich.

I am so happy that I purchased this Ninja coffee maker. I have owed several Keurig coffee makers in the past and I loved the convince of a fresh cup of coffee every time. When my electrical outlet blew out my Keurig, I started my search for a replacement machine. This little beauty ticked every box. First of all, blue is my favorite color and that is the color scheme in my kitchen. ✔️ Secondly, it brews pods or grounds.✔️ Thirdly, it has a milk frother (that I will admit, I never knew I needed).✔️ The price of this machine was a bargain.✔️ And last but not least, I brewed my favorite k-cup, that I’ve used for several years, and I do believe it tasted 100% better. I don’t know if the water was hotter than my Keurig or why the brew tasted better, but it sure did.✔️✔️The only “con” and to be honest it really isn’t even a con, is that this machine is longer than my Keurig because the water reservoir sits at the back. However, the cup holder tray is removable, so when not using, I set it on top the water tank. Plus, the tray has 4 connecting slots to attach at your preferred level. (Technically 5 levels since you can remove completely. SO Handy!)I also want to mention the storage drawer on the side. This machine comes with the k-cup basket and a filter basket for grounds. The unused basket can be stored on the machine so there is no need to search for what you need. There is also a coffee scoop that attaches to the side for convenience. Nice! 👍🏼 I would definitely recommend this product and to say I’m happy about my purchase…. well I gotta say that “happy” is understated! I think I love this little Ninja!

  1. Purchased this mainly for the frother and the narrow size. Both as promised. Ninja brand makes very good coffee pots.

  3. I have tried out a few (more expensive) coffee machines and this one surpasses all machines seriously. I did heavy research read all the reviews and this one was a game changer. We were gifted a more expensive machine for our wedding and thankfully NiceShine let us return it and I got this one and I can’t give this enough praise! I have never made an Iced coffee at home and I’ve tried so many times and this is the first time I made a coffee shop worthy iced coffee. Ninja did their big one with this machine seriously!

  5. This coffee maker makes really good coffee. It took me a few tries to figure out how much coffee to use to get the strength I like. Now that I have it figured out, my morning cup is always perfect. I switch back and forth between using the k-cups and using ground coffee. Both come out perfect every time. I really like that there is a little drawer in the bottom of the unit to store the parts you aren’t using. They even provided a tool to clean out the little knife that pokes the hole in the top of your k-cup if it becomes clogged. That fits either inside the filter or the k-cup holder and inside the storage drawer. I haven’t had any clogs, so I don’t know how well that tool works. There is also a small amount of sediment in the bottom of the cup when you use grounds and the permanent filter. The instructions say not to use a paper filter. Now for the reason I only gave 4 stars. This coffee maker is designed for only right handed users. The storage drawer pulls out from the right side of the coffee maker. The handles to insert the filter and k-cup holder are on the right side. The milk frother has to be moved to get the water reservoir off, unless you do it right handed. The whole system is extremely awkward to use for a lefty like me. If you have the space in your kitchen, it could be put crosswise so all of the handles are facing out. But then the space saving design is lost. I don’t have that space, but I am keeping it anyway because it makes such good coffee. Everything else was so well thought out. It’s too bad that the people who designed this coffee maker didn’t make it a little more ambidextrous.
