This is an exceptional oven. Although I was initially skeptical when it was first announced, it really does deliver on all of Breville’s promises. The ability to hit 750°F allows you to make traditional Neapolitan pizzas in 90-120 seconds. You can’t get the same texture and color with unmalted Italian flours in a typical kitchen oven, even with a baking steel because 500-550°F is just not hot enough. It also re-heats in a couple of minutes, so you can really crank out pizzas one after another.Given it’s ease of use and flexibility I am no longer interested in buying an Ooni or Roccbox outdoor gas-fired pizza ovens, let alone a wood-fired oven.Of course, like anything, you do need to practice and optimize the settings for your dough recipe (the ability to vary the deck and dome temp settings in manual mode is a big plus, as well as the inside versus outer heating elements on top). If you need convincing, check out the almost 2000 post long Breville Pizzaiolo thread on pizzamaking.com, where you will see some pretty impressive pizzas. There are pros there who are using it to produce pizzas that rival their wood-fired oven pizzas. Mine are not at that level yet, but practice is delicious! The only negative is that you are limited to a <12 inch pizza (most of mine are 11").FYI, there were some issues with stones cracking on the original model '800, but Breville customer service seems to be very good. And the new updated '820 model with the circular stone appears greatly reduced the problem (this is the model I have), although I've still seen a couple of reports on cracked stones. Allegedly, Breville will replace it twice for free. You'll also see white and brown stones. The white ones (different color coating) are ex-US, but perform the same according a Breville engineer I asked.Yes, it is expensive, so wait for a sale (and sign up for the WS credit card to get 20% off, but do it in person since you may have to argue since Breville's are not usually discounted), but it really is worth it is you want to get serious about pizza making and don't want an outdoor oven (or want something inside for winter time).

I love this Pizziaolo. Seriously the best pizza I’ve eaten compared to any restaurant I’ve eaten pizza in San Francisco. I’ve had three dinner parties and we all agree. Amazing. Only downside is cleaning the oven. It is a little tedious but doable. Other than that, it’s Fantastico.

Bought this after reaching the limits of what can be done in a conventional oven. The price is a little high, but I’ve had good success with Breville appliances in the past and decided it was worth the gamble. What a pleasure to have something work exactly as advertised! The high heat produces restaurant-quality pizzas that simply can’t be achieved at the regular 550F, all in under 2 minutes. Don’t get discouraged if your first few don’t work out. It is necessary to use more flour than expected and work really quickly if you have a high-quality, well hydrated dough to avoid stickiness. It took about 3-5 attempts to get this right, and now we couldn’t be happier! Beautiful leopard spots and a crisp base is super easy to achieve. You can also par-bake your own bases (about 1 minute is enough) and freeze them for comparable results if you want to make ahead. Only down side is it would be helpful to have an oven light, the door can be a little sensitive and close on you if you’re not careful, and it is a little difficult to clean as some have noted. The lack of a light can be overcome with a flashlight though! 🙂

Bought this after having a great experience with the BOV 900 Airfryer. The lure of a countertop oven reaching real Neapolitan pizza oven temps (mine tops out at 875F on the stone surface) was seductive: finally a real pizza oven rather than cutting off the interlock and running the cleaning cycle on my electric kitchen oven (which I would NEVER advise even though it has worked brilliantly for me). I have yet to try any of the pan recipes–pizza and otherwise, butfor Neapolitan, Roman, and New york styles it has been absolutely marvelous. It’s. not the easiest thing to clean but by removing the stone and cleaning it with dry brillo, then taping a short piece of 1/2″ plastic tube to the vacuum cleaner makes keeping clean a bit easier. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION

After three uses the pizza stone cracked in two. Unit caught fire twice.Contacted breville, they said the fire is “normal” and sent a replacement pizza stone.Extremely expensive for something that obviously does not work properly.

It’s a really nice oven but they don’t describe well anywhere how big of a pizza it makes. We make 12 inch pizzas and this is too small for them. It’s really better suited for 10 inch pizzas. We have the round Breville oven and it works great. I was hoping this would be an improvement. Quality of the product is good, they just need to better describe it.

Very happy with this purchase. Breville is a great company, great engineering and great QA over their factory in China. I own one of their espresso machines, a smart over, a milk frother, and a grinder from them. All terrific. Their customer service is also stellar.

Works great! Pizzas are delicious. Crusts come out beautiful. I found the oven very easy to use. I’ve owned it for four months and have made over 30 pizzas (typically two per week). I’ve had no problems with the oven. Very happy with this pizza oven!

The manual did not issue any warning that the extreme heat that emits when opening the door can cause serious damage. It actually caused my quartz countertops to crack. Otherwise it is a fabulous oven. Just be sure to purchase some heat proof silicon mats to put under and around it, lest you end up a cracked countertop as well.

Like everything about this product except it’s a little difficult to clean and a little tricky to get the pizza off the pizza peel when you’re putting it in the oven.Other than that it gives you excellent pizza. Very close to some of the best pizza restaurants and hands down better than most of them.

All Breville appliances work great. I have their waffle iron and an espresso machine and I can’t recommend them enough. As someone who makes a lot of pizza I say just buy a pizza steel. You can get an 18” steel for under $200 and it is easier to get your pizza out of the oven, clean the steel, etc.

So, I have the original model and have it a couple of years now. The machine works exactly as promised. You can turn out a pizza as good as any pizzaria IF you use the right specialized flour. It does take some experimenting. It is a lot of money for something that is dedicated to pizza so you either have to be a real pizza fanatic or someone with a heavy wallet. If you like a frozen pie don’t waste your money on this.Just some things I’ve seen. 1-it’s hard to clean. Yes it’s near impossible to clean the inside and I don’t think it’s designed to be cleaned on the inside outside of the platform where you get some carbonized crud. The outside is all stainless so that’s a snap to clean.2-It’s gets hot. yea, on the inside but it must have some crazy insulation cause even set for wood fired which is 700F you can touch the outside with it being just warm not hot. 3-The stone can crack. I have the black one and it has cracks in it but it has never come apart. It’s a natural stone so cracks are expected. You need to be careful to wait for the stone to be warm to the touch before any cleaning. Sudden temperature changes will seriously crack the thing into pieces.4-I’ve found the best practice is take the peel that comes with the oven and put plenty of cornmeal or coarse semolina (not the reground stuff) on the peel and then work fast to prevent the pie sticking. I find having a large spatula and sometimes giving the pie a nudge of the peel and into the oven works fine. I learned the hard way not to be a slowpoke making the pie. A couple minutes and no more.Like all Breville appliances they are on the premium side and work well so I expect this to last a good amount of time.

Decided to add this to my collection of other excellent Breville products. Extremely happy with the decision. Makes incredible incredible pizzas at home. Cooks a pretty much perfect Neapolitan pizza in a 2 mins. For how hot the inside gets, the outside remains almost cool to touch. Couldn’t ask for a finer indoor pizza oven.

I am blown away by the quality of the pizzas that come out of my Breville Pizzaiolo. It gets hot enough in just about 15 minutes to bake a true Neapolitan-style pie in about three minutes–four on a cool day when the room temperature is lower. I haven’t turned on my outside oven since acquiring this one. About the only thing I’d change is adding an interior light, but it’s still pretty easy to look through the glass while shining the light from my cell phone on it. If you’re after a nice cornicione and leopard spots, this is perfect for you.

I moved from a big city to a small town several years ago, and what I missed most was restaurant quality pizza. True artisan pizza. Well this gives you the that same flavor. The caramelization of crust, leopard spotting, whatever you desire this oven will produce. I have used it 5-6 days a week since I received it. There is a learning curve with anything capable of this extreme heat. Surprisingly it hasn’t harmed my counters, and the cabinets above don’t get too hot. So far I have only identified 2 cons. The first is the stone, which is the weak link. Replacement stones are never in stock, and seemingly only available thru warranty requests. My stone has already chipped, and I can tell it will not last as long as the rest of the appliance. However, there are several companies who make appropriate sized steels, and I will go that route eventually. The second is the oven is on the small size for pizza. It’s tight to maneuver and clean. But neither of those things would make me regret my decision.

I like that the Breville Smart Oven Pizzaiolo Pizza Oven is so versatile. It cooks pizzas evenly and quickly, giving me that wood-fired taste I love. Plus, the included pizza pan and pizza peel make it even easier to use. The leopard-spotted crust is a fun touch too! While the size is on the smaller side, the pizza oven is perfect for my needs. I do wish it were quieter and easier to clean, but those are minor inconveniences for such a great product. Highly recommend for any pizza lover!

So far I have pretty much enjoyed using the Breville Smart Oven Pizzaiolo! The preset pizza functions are definitely a game changer. However, I did find that the oven tends to cook pizzas unevenly, which can be frustrating. That being said, it’s a good item to have in the kitchen for quick and authentic pizza without too much of a mess. But here’s a tip – keep a close eye on your pizza to prevent a fire hazard in your kitchen! Overall, it’s a solid purchase if you’re a pizza lover like me.

I love this oven. I’ve spent years trying to achieve the crust that this oven produces. Having tried several other pizza “ovens”, such as a stovetop oven, the Weber grill oven, a baking steel and numerous pizza stones, I did not think it was possible to get anything close to a VPN type pizza in my kitchen. I live in an apartment so the Ooni and other wood pellet or gas ovens were not an option. I know it is expensive but this is one purchase that I feel was worth the money. There is a tiny bit of smoke when you first put the pizza in because of the flour/semolina mix that you use on the pizza peel but it didn’t set off my super sensitive smoke detector. I used the recipe for the Neapolitan pizza dough and the Wood Fired setting and it worked great.I had been looking at this oven for more than a year and finally decided to buy it. My only regret is I didn’t buy it sooner.

This is an incredible product because it brings the authentic taste of brick oven pizza right into your own kitchen. With the Breville Smart Oven Pizzaiolo Pizza Oven, you can enjoy the perfect pizza every time. The preset pizza functions ensure that your crust is crispy and toppings are perfectly melted, just like a real brick oven. And let’s not forget about the incredible taste! The pizza that comes out of this oven is absolutely delicious, with that smoky flavor that you can only get from a brick oven. It’s like having a pizzeria in your own home. Plus, the sleek brushed stainless steel design adds a touch of elegance to your countertop. The only downside? The price. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but if you’re a pizza lover, it’s definitely worth the investment. Treat yourself to the ultimate pizza experience with the Breville Smart Oven Pizzaiolo Pizza Oven!

Makes exceptional italian style pizzas.Pizzas in the oven just do not compare, they are slower and lower heat.I like the wood fired pizza mode best at 750F. Once it gets up to temperature, it makes pizzas pretty quickly. I am not super stingy with dough, sauce and toppings, so the default time need to be increased to cook well.Only downside is the carbs you want to add to your life.

How did I ever live without a pizza oven? This thing is awesome. Accurate, consistent temperature control. Good window with a view to keep an eye on the pizza in few minutes it takes to cook. Nice metal tray with a handle to slide the pizza in, and to get it out. (Make sure you put a lot of flour on that thing, so that the pizza actually slides!) And the pizzas! To die for. It’s like straight out of a wood-fired brick oven in Naples. My only complaint is that it is hard to get in there for cleaning. I would have liked it better if it opened up more, maybe with a big lid on the top somehow, to be able reach all the innards. Though that would have compromised the heat insulation, which is key for the consistent temperature across the inside of the oven. Maybe that was a good engineering trade, but it’s difficult to clean. I suppose I could just live with some carbonized food remants in there, since it doesn’t really affect the function.Yes, this thing is pricey. But for me, if it lasts for ten years or more, and I can’t see why it wouldn’t, it was totally worth it. It will go on sale for $800 from time to time, so I put it on camelcamelcamel, waited for the deal, and got it for $799.95.

This was the Best money I’ve spent on my pizza hobby. I’ve tried different outdoor ovens in the sun $700 range In both wood and gas , and this puts them both to shame. Pizzas are effortless with this oven. The first pies that came out were better than anything I’d pulled out of my other oven. Cooks perfectly with preset settings. Easy easy easy. Wish I’d bought this oven first.

After doing research, I decided to buy this pizza oven and I’m thrilled with my decision. The manual mode gives me full control, creating a sense of authenticity. The charred base it achieves is delightful and the heat retention is top-notch, keeping every slice as warm as the first. What’s more? The preset pizza functions make cooking a breeze and the toppings are always baked to perfection. I’m no longer just a pizza lover, I’ve become a Pizzaiolo!

I owned a popular European designed outdoor pizza oven prior to buying the Pizzaiolo. It was a fussy machine and It was not much fun to use. Maintaining a proper deck temperature when cooking multiple pies in the Oo…. was a PITA. I am no expert on the art of making pizza, but I was paid to work an Italian wood oven for a year. So I have some experience. The Breville Oven is a pleasure to use. Being able to adjust both the deck temp and the dome temp separately is exactly what I was looking for in a pizza oven.

Wood fired style pizzas right in your own kitchen? Yes, please! Leopard spotted crust had me feeling like a professional pizzaiolo in no time. The included accessories and manual mode were a bonus. And the heat retention? Incredible. Now every night feels like a Friday night at our favorite pizzeria. Highly recommend!

I’ve been trying to make pizza at home for 15 years and they were always just ok. This oven has made a HUGE difference in the quality of my home pizza. In a home oven the temperature does not get hot enough to cook the pizza in a timely manner. Even at 550 by the time the cheese is melted the crust cooks to an undesirable density. The 750 setting cooks it perfectly and in only a few minutes. Definitely a five star product in my opinion.

As an Italian who grew up eating pizzas in store and at home and now making them for family, charring pizza is a mistake. Charred dough tastes bitter, and the only reason to tolerate it is to churn out more pizzas per minute from one oven. At 550, achievable in most conventional ovens, you cook a pizza in 5 minutes. At 750, for which you need specialized ovens like this one, it takes only 2. That’s the only reason to use that temperature. Don’t subject yourself to eating burned pizza and don’t spend your hard earned money on a tool that allows you to do so.

So far, so good. I have previously used pizza stones in my oven and have tried using my gas grill which I can get hotter than oven. Those pizzas were ok but nothing compared to the Neapolitan pizza I can get from this oven. I am looking forward to trying some more of the pizza options, but based on experience so far, I am giving this high marks for the Breville quality and performance I expect in a high-end appliance.

The stone is barely 11 inches. I’ve been making oven pizzas on a 13 inch stone and roll out a 12 inch dough and wish it would be bigger. So when I got this expensive pizza oven; because it says it bakes 12 inch pizzas; I was LIVID to find this barely 11 inch stone!!! How is 12 inch pizza possible on a 11 inch stone? HOW? So I had to return it. I just cannot shell out this much money for SMALLER pizzas! Also, I didnt realize how restrictive the stone is. Its tiny and round so you can only bake things that are circular in it; if desiring to use it for other baking needs. I am going to give the Ooni 12 Volt Electric Pizza Oven a try. The stone is square and a whooping 13 inches! This way, I can use standard square pans and even bake square pizzas if I wish.

Had oven for 3 years and like so many other users – 3 blinking lights (no longer heats up). For 1000 I would hoped this appliance would hold up longer. Sent back to Breville to be told it’s not fixable and they can only give me 30% off for a new oven which would mean I would have spent $1700 total and would get the same pizza oven that has quality issues (google 3 blinking lights Breville pizza oven). If you don’t mind spending 1000 on an appliance that may soon break – get it. Otherwise I would suggest another brand.

I love this oven, It turns out delicious Neapolitan style pizza. Keep in mind pizza is all about the dough so getting the dough right is kee. The pizza’s pictured were done in about 2.5 minutes. I keep and use it in the garage which will smell like a pizzeria for hours after using it. I have two outdoor wood fired pizza ovens and this blows them out of the water for ease of use. No turning, just put the pizza in and 2.5-3 minutes later it’s done perfect top and bottom.

After williams-sonoma rudely snubbed me in store while inquiring about this item, I decided to buy it on NiceShine. I saved 200 dollars, got the same product and am loving this oven.It makes the best pizza. I go to publix and buy pre-made dough so I can have an entire pizza prepared in just a few minutes. The only downside is cleaning the pizza stone. It will get ash on it and it will smoke and if you get flour on it the flour might catch fire. Definitely supervise usage of this oven. Don’t let kids touch it.a taller oven would be great too since dough sometimes rises, I would recommend buying a roller that pokes holes into the dough to prevent rising. This oven is great at what it does and the process is experimental to figure out how to perfect your technique. Don’t be discouraged this is the tastiest experiment ever

I’m loving this oven. I was hesitant because of the cost, but it has really upped my pizza game. I’ve used it to make Neapolitan and pan pizzas and the results have been stellar. It’s easy to use and clean, and it comes with really good starting recipes. The internal fans and internal design do an excellent job keeping the heat inside, so the oven itself isn’t super hot while it runs, which really surprised me. If you’re serious about pizza, this is a great purchase.

Lets face it, this is a fairly expensive appliance if you are just buying it to make pizzas. To be fair, the pizzas come out hot, fast, and delicious so most people will be eating pizza more often after buying this. When I saw it in action, I realized it is very similar to a tandoori oven and since then, my wife has been using the pizza oven to make fresh naan bread when we have Indian food. So this oven is not a “one trick pony” but can be used for other types of food as well. Highly recommended.

I am a huge Breville fan. We own their deep fryer, stand mixer, smart oven toaster oven, 4 slice toaster (still can’t believe we spent over $200 on it, but it’s amazing!), etc. We also make pizza in our oven on a baking steel at least once a week with homemade sourdough dough. We thought this would be a match made in heaven, like the other things we’ve purchased. However, we hated it. We made multiple pizzas at various times with this thing, and each time our pizzas did not turn out as well as the baking steel. We tried many different settings but no matter what, they just weren’t good. I was very sad when we had to return it, as this was the first time we were ever disappointed with Breville.

It works as advertised and makes amazing pizza. I have years of experience making pizzas in a home oven with perfectly enjoyable results, but the difference in moving to this dedicated machine is night and day. The crust in particular is fabulous. It isn’t huge, but it can generate a pizza that will feed two people every two minutes and you would have to be feeding an army for that not to be sufficient.

This $1,000 oven does not last long and there is no way to repair it should something malfunction. Mine has stopped heating up and shuts off. I am furious at Breville because the only option they offer is a 35% discount on PURCHASING ANOTHER PIZZZIOLI! Imagine that! If I choose to stay with this product it will cost me $1,650 + tax to continue making homemade pizzas!Consider the Cuisinart Pizza oven, it’s $299 or any of the propane ovens now on the market. They all heat up to the same 750 degrees or higher.Do yourself a favor and stay away from Breville products because they only care about making money and could care less about supporting their customers.By the way, Breville deletes all negative reviews from their website. They have deleted my honest evaluation 3 times, which is why I am posting this review here on NiceShine.

I bought this from Breville directly, and I have read every review for this oven on NiceShine. The few people who complained clearly did not follow the instructions. There is exactly zero possibility that you can get the kind of Neapolitan pizza from a pizza steel that you can from this oven – not possible. You can’t make Neapolitan pizza on a steel! This is a more serious oven, so novices who don’t like to read instructions might not get great results. That being said, this is a killer oven! The first time I used it I had photo-worthy leopard spotted Neapolitan pizza. I have tried numerous ovens and this one undoubtedly makes the best pizza, by far. Not cheap, but well worth the investment if you want pizza at home that is every bit as good as what you will eat in Italy – trust me.

I really like this oven! It’s a pizzaiolo’s dream come true. The fast cooking time is a lifesaver, especially when your stomach is grumbling for some cheesy goodness. The included pizza pan is like the cherry on top, no need to hunt down the right size. And the even cooking? My oh my, it gives a nice, crisp crust with a soft center. My pizza fetishes have found a new love!

Wow! This is a home run! Have been cranking out pizzas on the wood fired setting and they have all been outstanding. Also did a New York style and a deep dish pizza. Home made dough is easy and so much better than store bought, especially if you follow the Breville dough recipes. They really did a great job on this oven – this is so easy and intuitive to use, even when trying the manual settings.A couple of minor misses with it: 1) the peel provide sucks. I was never able to get a clean successful launch using it. I ended up buying a GI Metal that is perfect size for this oven and launches pizzas flawlessly. I think Ooni has one similar to it. Take a look at the available options out there that may suit your needs and just plan on a different peel. 2) I followed the instructions to season the deep dish pizza pan that came along with it and had no issues with it. However it rusted something fierce after first use, and have not really been able to get it back to new condition since then. I should have re-seasoned it after I cleaned it but thought it was still sufficiently seasoned. Just plan on seasoning it again after every use.Despite those two concerns, this does such a great and has so much potential, those are not showstoppers. I like pizza and really enjoy what I am creating in my home better than the national chain or local pizza joints.I think you’ll be happy!

This item works great, and has preprogrammed pizza style options to help the newbies or high heat to let the seasoned pizza maker create a delicious pie at home.

This product has terrific insulation and there is a tonne you can do with a 750F oven with some creativity. You have to be careful not to burn things and modify recipes. The size limitation is pretty serious. I had to buy a few new tiny pans that fit, at barely 12 inches. The curved edge inside makes square pizzas impossible to accommodate – unless its 10inch or less each side with no room for error. It doesn’t fit a quarter baking sheet for example. A 2 inch tall pan like shallow lasagna pie barely fits, but again no room for error. The door opening mechanism kills about 1 inch of interior vertical space that would have made this oven more versatile.Overall, I love the temperature range and the insulation. I have used the manual mode more than the pizza settings. I have cooked fish, potatoes, bagels, pizza, baguettes, cauliflower, baked beans, cookies, naan in it with great results. You have to cut the cooking time by at least 30% and be conservative with the top temperature. My kitchen is cool after cooking many dishes and I can cook a lot faster. Minute changes like removing circular edge and even 0.2 inches additional height would make this oven a tonne more versatile for different shaped bakeware. I hope there are good reasons for these design choices.

I’m an experienced home pizza maker with two outdoor pizza ovens. I only bought the Breville because I found a floor model that was nearly 50% off. I’m very happy I bought it. This thing makes fantastic pizza. The ability to control both the top and bottom heat separately is a game-changer.It’s a tough buy at $1,000. It’s a lot to spend, I get it. But if you’re serious about making great pizza, the Breville will enable you to make fantastic pizza, as good as or better than you can get at a local pizzeria. My only complaint is its size. You’re limited to 12″ round pizzas. I wish it were bigger. It comes with an 11″ cast iron pan that is high quality and works well, but square or rectangular pizza pans any bigger than 8 inches, will not fit in the oven.

This pizza oven really surprised me, the double bake method with a home oven at full temp can’t compare to this. It really makes is just like you get from a high end pizza restaurant. I make my pizzas with the Neapolitan double fermented dough and baked in this oven was a game changer. No need to go out anymore, 2 minutes with your topping of choice and it’s ready with crunchy crust and pillowy soft air pockets with amazing flavor. I will be experimenting with charring peppers for stuffing, steaks like the Keg makes and so many other things.I highly recommend this amazing oven.

Cooks pizza fast and delicious. Great settings for different styles of pizza. I hope it would be a bit bigger and heat up quicker, but overall great product. Highly recommend.

I’ve only used it on Wood Fired setting for neapolitan pizzas, but it’s been spectacular so far. I haven’t been fighting any of the battles that outdoor ovens seem to have requiring rotation partway through the bake. I haven’t had any issues yet, about 15 pizzas into owning it. I haven’t tried making naan or anything, but will down the road. I find the pizza from this to be better than anything I can buy near me, and it’s fun to try out topping combos. It was expensive, but camelcamelcamel alerted me to a price reduction and I don’t regret it.

I rated this oven 4 out of 5 due to the small pan size and the confusion around the inside pan dimensions. If you are planning to use pizza pans, be aware that the “standard” 12” pan will not fit in to the oven. So, I could not use my pizza pans. The maximum diameter pan is 11-3/4”. If you intend to use pizza pans, look for pans with a total diameter of 11.75” or less. 12” Sicilian square tray will not fit due to the rounded heat shield on the back of the tray. With all of the information provided, they never gave the dimension of the pizza stone or max pizza tray diameter. They claim the capacity is 12 cu-inches. This is a meaningless dimension. Cu-in would be length x width x height. Since this is round, the pan that was provided is 190 Cu-in.Likewise, the marketing “tool” used by NiceShine stating “other customers also purchased”, showing 12” pans, adds to the confusion.Aside from the dimensioning concerns described above, the oven looks great, very contemporary. Fits well on to a standard counter top. I have just received the oven a few days ago, so limited experience at this time. However, I did make a couple of pies with great results. The accompanying instruction manual with suggestions and tips is very refreshing. The instructions are well written in standard English, easy to understand and properly detailed. The exterior of the oven stays relatively “cool” to touch even at the higher temperatures. They did send along a pizza peel and pizza pan for deep dish pizza. This is a good thing since the standard 12” will not fit.So far, I am pleased with this purchase, but not happy that I had to retire all of my 12” pizza trays/pans.

I absolutely love this oven! It’s worth the higher price. There’s a bit of a learning curve to making the pizzas, but it’s worth the time to learn. I love the pizza peel that comes with it. I think I’ll purchase another peel to have a second assembled pizza ready to enter the oven.
