This really gets your arms and shoulders burning and quickly! It “looks” easy and wow is it effective.I cannot wait to see where I will be in a few months with practice! I know overtime the endurance will increase! I can do about 30-45 seconds before my arms are screaming, I pause, then repeat doing 3-5 reps. This is a great quick workout that can be used throughout the day or even between other workouts. This will your heart rate up!Now let’s talk about the device. Overall this is heavy, the weight is deceiving indeed, however holding this up and moving through reps is going to help tone up the arms and shoulders. 12 lbs is perfect in my opinion! It looks to be made well, does not appear cheap. It has very smooth movement, no grinding. I love the ability to tune the level of resistance! The grip tape is also a nice bonus. I personally use this with my weight gloves. I wouldn’t recommend doing this bare handed, but to each there own!Overall, do not hesitate! Get it! You’ll enjoy the challenge and workout!!!

I bought this for my guy. He had one not as well made. Found on NiceShine, he liked. To his surprise it is a powerful well made machine. In just a week his muscles have increased and more defined. He works out everyday and pushes himself and really enjoys using it. It has weight like a well made steel piece of equipment. Resistant functions work great, stays in place. Many ways to use it in your workout. Any way your arms move there is a way to improve the muscle groups with this. If you are serious about building arm muscles, this is worth the price and will help you. I’m thinking of buying a backup for future use as it is so well made and powerful! Arrives in a nice box. You won’t be disappointed.??

I have small hands, and it kind of hits my knuckles just below doing speed big motion. Make sure you take off your smart watch or you’re going to hit it. Some say this is for lazy people that doesn’t do much and sit in the office because they don’t feel anything. HOWEVER, if you’re lacking front shoulder head muscle, want to hit more of your chest after workout (or just a good workout if you’re not big on chest just yet), and work on your forearm where you twist your wrist in motion. This will make them burn. Bottom Line, if you’re naturally strong, not lacking in certain muscle group, or in great shape. This probably not for you, but for good extra mile for burning after the intense workout (superset for example). Of course, I’m not naturally strong, just intermediate. That being said, I didn’t use its maximum sittings. OH, btw, you can keep turning the knob over the symbols. Reason why i said it, because there are 5 bars and those aren’t its limit. Hope it helps

One of my favorite workout items! Don’t underestimate the 12 pound weight (I did). The rotating action is smooth as silk, and the adjustable feature will give me essentially unlimited growth potential. I fondly call it “The Brute”. This thing will be enough for even enthusiastic martial artists, boxers, or serious athletes. I can still only do fast spin sets on very low resistance for about 30 seconds each set. If you want a challenge, this is it.

I have had the spinning burn tool for some time and used it regularly. It did get set aside for a while and when I went back to use the tool, I was missing a part. Likely due to small fingers not any issue with the equipment.I reached out to seller thru NiceShine. I had a note back within a few hours and a call letting know how to rac out to them directly. I sent an e-mail with pictures and within the hour had a reply that hopefully resolves my concerns. This is by far the best and fastest response I have had from any NiceShine 3rd party supplier.Great tool and phenominal customer response time

I was hopeful but not expecting this level of functionality and quality. This thing is heavy, very well thought out, and smooth as soft jazz.I have already found 6 or 7 exercises that this will be excellent for. I am excited to have this in the office for days that we can’t get to the gym.I’m using it to PT tennis elbow and so far this tool has helped out tremendously. If you are serious about staying in to shape, this tool will get the job done. If you are out of shape and want to start off easy and in the privacy of your home, this tool will get the job done.In short, this is an awesome piece of human engineering and it feels like it will last a very long time. Excellent job!

I was looking for a different type of forearm and shoulder workout. A friend turned me on to the concept of this machine. It definitely gives a good burn. I didn’t think it would at first, but once you get into it you really feel the burn.I like the fact I can alter the resistance based on my preference for workout that day. I have read other reviews which say it would have been nice to get a manual of different workouts. I agree with that. You definitely have to play around with it. I have found many different motions, all of which I feel hit some good muscle groups.Definitely feels like a sturdy piece of equipment. It is a little heavy if you are traveling. It does pack away easily though.

So overall, this unit is a specific exercise that would be equivalent of doing rotating punches for a small punching bag above the head if you’ve ever seen clips or movies doing that. If you’re really strong and you’re looking for a specific tool to be able to work specifically on upper body strength, specifically for your forearms, back, shoulder, then this is the tool that can get the job done.I bought this more specifically because I needed a way to be able to workout my back and shoulder muscles as I’ve been experiencing pain as a side effect of losing weight while neglecting my upper body as I’ve mainly been doing rowing up to this point with very little resistance training. Weights still intimidate me a bit to build a routine off of it, along with resistance bands I get annoyed with setting up even though it’s simple to do so, and I’m not the best at free body exercises to tackle the specific area. I first thought I had actually a serious issue as I had this pain for months on end that was getting worse so I went to the doctor about it and did an xray on my back. Didn’t find anything. When it started to get worse, I noticed that it only felt better when I was doing my exercises, so I started to look more into getting some stretching material / massage guns for my back. They helped immensely, but the pain would still come back afterword. After being recommended physical therapy for a problem I knew for a fact I could solve with simply adding some resistance training, I opted for this instead. So I bought this along with an arm extender, since it’s really simple and targeted the specific area that I’ve had pain with. Since the tool is really light, I can use it along with doing cardio from walking or add it into a routine seemlessly which is what I’ve been doing for the past few weeks along with the other tool I use and a simple kettlebell routine.Pain goes completely away, but comes back when I neglect to do the exercise for a while, so for my specific use case it worked out really well. However retrospectively, theres other products that are half the price of this one that would’ve served the same purpose, and I don’t think with the limited use case this product has that it should be sold for $120 dollars when I can buy an adjustable kettlebell for $150.
