Item sucks. Litterly pulled it out the box, filled it with water, plugged it in and nothing. No power or nothing tried several working outlets and nothing.
Product not suited for use in Singapore due to voltage difference. Item shorted and smoked. Discarded due to risk of electrical shock or fire. Was looking looking forward to using it but alas.

similar products with the feature of a suction and steam were FLOODING my SM.I do have several pieces that would benifit from steam vs iron.the suction w steam is a great concept. The absolute fail on this is that it doesn’t come with any form of rest plate. If it’s on, you have to use it. No resting, no waiting no real flat surface on the steamer to rest it.When you need to adjust your clothing…youre out of luck. But a very good concept.
Highest quality steamer I’ve ever used!!! Makes wrinkled linen nicely pressed in minutes. When you hold the steamer, you feel the quality construction. The backpacking even shows this company cares about the product.
