The media could not be loaded. its a lil hard to get off but i think its the design. not my first time buying a case like this, my revious broke the screen. they are god value of the price and do pretect the phone even if the cover is beoke . great protection. installation not hard, just like a puzzle piece you put the too and the bottom around the phone and lock it in so its safe. the touch of the screen works without problems and reads finger touch like without screen. waterproof? no.. they do have holes at the bottom for charging and sound so not waterproof... but iphone 11 are already lol

Loved the color. The case is gorgeous, the idea is there. The durability isn’t even close to others on the market. The front case cracked on the first drop, not even 2 feet from the ground. It protected my phone but was definitely a let down to see the case break as quickly as it did.
