Will try taking it to the game console repair shop but don’t think that will help . Please don’t waste your money . Honest Customer

I was very excited to get this as I had a couple of trips in the future at the time. Once i received the unit everything was great, I played for a few hours and then charged the unit. After a couple hours charging i had an error on the screen. I reached out to customer service via messaging on NiceShine. They gave me a tip and i was able to get it up and running for a day or so. But then i got another error, even though the device was powered on the screen was black. So i requested a replacement. I returned the old device and received the new one. After on day the new device did the same thing. Powered on but no video output.I would avoid purchasing this device. Don't get your hopes up. Im now returning my second device. Bummer!!

The media could not be loaded. I just purchased this item. The console heats up a lot when charging. It is a big issue that the battery does not last longer. It drops 25% within seconds of unplugging from charger. They say its a 3800 mah but that is not true in my case. It is sad when the console ive been anticipating turned out to be a defective dud.Games/ game play: I instantly reviewed all the game systems and available games on them. The PlayStation and PlayStation portable have very limited games although they do play very well with minimum lag. I found 99% of the games from my childhood so the nostalgia factor was there big time and the system is set up that it is easy to navigate. I did experience lag with some of the games such as Metal Slug six especially during the action scenes with lots of gunfire and explosions.There are lots of Japanese and Chinese language games, which makes it hard to navigate the various menus and you sort of have to just blindly click through the options until you get to the section you want. Out of the 30,000 games over 80% of them are ROM copies and in different language. Don’t let this take away from the nostalgia factor I mentioned earlier they still have most of the great games with the arcade Classics, sega, super nintendo and Neo Geo being filled up with all the great games!!Console quality and overall feel: the buttons are very crisp. They click very well although the console does feel cheap in hand. THE SPEAKERS ON THIS CONSOLE ARE AMAZING. THE SOUND COMES THROUGH VERY NICE AND THE POSITIONING AND LOCATION OF THE SPEAKER PROVIDES GREAT SOUND QUALITY WHILE PLAYING THE GAMES. While playing things will creek and it doesn’t feel too sturdy. Also huge issue after about 20 to 30 minutes of gameplay the inner knuckles of my hand, begin to have aches and pains from the way that the console is poking me while handling it. It’s not very comfortable in the hand. But maybe my hands are just too big for this console. I was looking to get the old game boy color feel while playing it. With the battery percentage, jumping around and not being able to charge all the way it’s proven itself to be not very reliable.Overall, I would like to say if I got a console that was not defective I would’ve probably gave this a 3.7- 4 star review. To recap most of the games I was looking for from my childhood were in this console. The button feel is very crisp and the clicking is perfect. The system is easy to use out of the box and a set up for most users. Great sound quality very loud speakers. They were great with the retro music from the various games. The console sometimes may creek or make weird noises in the hand making it feel a bit cheap and low quality. The screen is very bright and makes it very nice to play the games. If you get the console without a battery defect, then it’s worth your money, if not then you are out of luck!

The media could not be loaded. I bought the orange one and then bought two green ones for a friend and my sister. We all love them. I'm playing Pokémon Yellow for the first time and having an absolute blast. Guess we couldn't afford the Pokémon games when I was a kid so getting to play them now is wonderful. It has vigilante 8 2nd offense for the Playstation which blew my mind, and it runs smoother than the actual Playstation did. All sorts of Mario games including my favorite: Super Mario World for the SNES. I'm absolutely thrilled with this thing. There are Xbox style grips you can buy as well, and also silicone skins for protection and faceplates that cover the buttons and screen when it's pocketed. I absolutely love this thing.

Is redundant*

I was sent a used one with screen full of scratches and none of the games will save. It was like $80 for a used game system that looks like it's been thrown around a couple of times.. and I can't even save any of the games and it also didn't come with any of the accessories that said it came with just the system itself and one SD card with the OS and games on it. so it's kind of pointless and a waste of 80 bucks.
