Do not waste your time trying to buy one of those <$100 stick steamers that you see on here. I purchased two different versions here on NiceShine and ended up breaking both as neither one could hold up to a rigorous cleaning.Frustrated, I decided to see what else the market offered and came across Dupray and Nest! Wow - I’m pretty much blown away at how amazing this steamer cleaner is and the clear evidence of thought and intentionality that went into its build. Has a hidden handle as well as keeps the retractable power cord hidden underneath. Also has zero-turn wheels. It comes with several cleaning attachments and due to its slim size, is easy to keep stored in my cabinet - which was the most important selling point for me. The attachments are also slim enough to store in my IKEA box. Because the steamer has a very clean, modern, and aesthetic look, I knew my search was over. Very, very pleased with this purchase!Because my condo is barely 650 sq ft, I opted to get the one without the storage case/additional attachments. Takes me roughly 10 minutes to fully clean and about 5 minutes to clean up and put away.

The media could not be loaded. As mentioned in title, DO NOT BUY THE DUPRAY NEAT STEAM CLEANER - THE COMPANY MAKES IT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER, IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH IT! I only had the steam cleaner for less than a year, when it all of a sudden it didn't work as well as it always had! I was told it was still under warranty, and not to worry! Which sounded wonderful, of course! I used it often, meaning as soon as it stopped producing the high heat, and only spit out luke warm vapor, it was obvious it had a problem and no longer was working correctly. So! I called the company, and told them about how while it was still shooting out the water vapor as usual (or how it should- as I know, because it was a tool I found to be very useful to have around the house, especially with stainless steel appliances, and all the little fingerprints that come with having those! I ended up using it way more than I thought I initially would! So yes, to having a good steam cleaner in the house! Just...not this brand, as I've learned customer service makes it as hard as they can for you to be able to get it fixed, especially if you are a little older and not of the generation that is a tech savvy!) That it although it IS producing the steam vapor, it ISN'T producing the heat anymore, and that is essential for a steam cleaner to work effectively! I discussed all of this over the phone with them... and I said, can I send you a video to your email, or send it through a text somehow to you? How about I make a video of it, and stick my hand right in front of where the boiling steam should be - I said, if it was working as it should, there would be no way for me to put my hand anywhere in front of it, without being hurt and it causing pain... I said that is the only way I can think of proving it to you that it isn't working correctly, other than just boxing it up and shipping it to you for you to open it up and check to.find out that it's not working, and what to do to fix it. Here's where I got upset. As I've mentioned, I am not very techy. I can push a button to order something, but that's about the extent of my abilities. Instead of making it simple where I could maybe figure out how to email it directly to them... they wanted me to go to a whole new program/system thing, and sign up to use something called Dropbox. I followed directions, and did just what they said. I spent time uploading my video, all for them to tell me nothing was sent... so I had my husband sit down and help me, and when I asked if they received it...still said no! I was like, okay...neither me or husband isn't doing it right... let me ask my niece... she took over for me... said they still are getting a blank video. I asked my cousin when she came over if she could figure it out for me, and told her all that we did on our end, and she couldn't figure it out either. By this time, the free trial of Dropbox had expired, and I was not going to pay for a new subscription, just for the Dupray company to MAYBE make things right. I figure, at this point I can just use the money for a Dropbox subscription that I obviously don't even know how to use, and put that money instead toward a DIFFERENT brand of steam cleaner that I am obviously now going to have to buy. They said they were getting a notifications or whatever, but that no video was ever included.... at that point, I realized they were "never going to "receive" the video - wink, wink. Some good amount of time has passed now, and I am in need of purchasing a good steam cleaner, since after they figured out that sending me to a different place (Dropbox) in order to send them a video of it not working, wasn't able to happen they should have made other suggestions...ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS... even telling me to ship it to them... even if it ended up not being able to be fixed, it would not have mattered if they didn't want to ship it back to me, as it's literally worthless, since it isn't producing hot vapor! Instead, a few months has passed since all of this, and I am finding myself in the market to purchase a steam cleaner yet again. I will be looking in detail to buy one that has great customer service reviews, and that backs their product easily, without sending their customers on what felt like a wild goose chase! I will not be buying or supporting DUPRAY brand again after this, as they never wanted to make things right, even with it being under warranty! I will include one of the videos I made to send to them, that they supposedly never got. If this information was helpful at all, please give it a "like" at the bottom, so I know spending my time writing all this was worth it and hopefully helped somebody! Thanks!

  2. I bought this for my wife on request for a steamer on Mother’s Day. She absolutely loves it! I think it’s very well made and everything is solid and I feel like it will last for many many many years. a huge thumbs up!

  3. The one cleaning tool to end all other cleaning tools. The perfect cleaning companion that can tackle a surprisingly diverse array of needs. Works well to clean items that no other product has done before. Heats up in about 8 minutes, and has a very large water reservoir, so refills and downtime are sparse.Used for 45 minutes and never had to stop or refill. Just needed to swap out the attachments to tackle all the various appliances and surfaces are the house. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

  4. I like the steamer. I wish there were more attachments for additional length, my back hurts after steaming floors. Also there should be an on and off button for steamer instead of having to continuously press the button to keep steam going. My hand hurts from that and button needs pressure to hold down. Also the squeegee for mirrors and windows needs to be a little more flexible for easier cleaning. Way too stiff. The grout attachments didn’t work, one of them made the grout black from the metal coils or whatever it is.I love the design of the cube!
